Updating my review: They were quick to write back and schedule time to come to our home.

Unfortunately, our appointment was on Friday and nobody came to our home at the scheduled time and there was no follow up or phone call that day. We had taken off work to meet with this person.

We did not get a call until the following Monday. While we fully understand safety requirements and the unpredictability of weather, a call the day of appointment would have been a customer curtesy.

Really easy to work with company. They redid our siding and roof a couple of years ago, and the crew was really communicative and worked hard This winter we noticed a small portion of siding had come out of place, and they stood by their work and came out and immediately fixed it. Charles and Tabitha are great to work with!

Prominent construction did an outstanding job. Austin Jerger explained everything that they were going to do in detail. Charles Davis and his roofing crew arrived on time and ready to work. The crew took extra time to clean up and make sure that there were no nails in the driveway or in the lawn area. Excess materials were removed same day. The gutter installation crew showed up the next day did an outstanding job as well.

Not only did this company bring me business and stay in my air bnb for a month and a half, they made me aware of damage I was unaware of on my house and garage. I would have never known a storm came through and did damage. It is not something I would have ever seen unless someone brought me around and pointed it out. I do not live here in the summer, and no one was here at the time of the storm. My insurance company covered everything and I used Prominent Construction for the work. They answered all of my questions, sat down with me, went through everything and were some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My house looks BEAUTIFUL. Prominent was top notch in helping me get my roofs replaced at my home.

I worked with project manager Colton Saugestad who made the process super easy and who also worked extensively with my insurance provider regarding the claim. Colton was always very prompt in any inquiries I had, extremely helpful with anything in general, and was great at explaining how the insurance process worked overall.

In addition, the crew did a fantastic job on both roof replacements and completed the job in an extremely timely manner.

I couldn't recommend Prominent Construction enough and am extremely grateful that I got assigned Colton as my project manager as he awesome to work with.

Prominent Construction was awesome to work with. They communicated with us every step of the way, and when there was an issue locating the shingles we had chosen for our roof they went above and beyond locating them for our job. The crew who did the work did an amazing job that was surprisingly fast, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Austin and Devin in particular were great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future.

We recently had Prominent Construction out to our house as we had storm damage. We got our roof, siding, and gutters replaced. They did an awsome job from going over everything they found that needed to be replaced, to dealing with our insurance and to checking in with us throughout the project. They made this whole process so easy to deal with. We highly recommend this company to everyone we talk to.

From the beginning, Austin was there to help me through the insurance claim process, the bidding process, explaining what was covered and what wasn't, advising me what to expect when the job started, and reassuring me that I had made the right choice. Throughout, Austin was professional, available, responsive, and above all, truthful! During the process, I spoke with many different personnel at Prominent and they were also very professional in all ways, but Austin stood out as my "go to guy" when I had a question of any kind. If he didn't have the answer, he got it. He was always available for follow-up items. He earned my trust. Prominent did a good job at my home from beginning to end. Quality was good, cleanup was great. I would highly recommend Prominent Construction for anyone needing a roof repair/replacement.

Prominent Construction did a great job on our house. They replaced the roof, gutters and some damaged siding. They were professional, fast and efficient. Austin did a great job communicating and lining up the work. He went out of his way by requesting another inspection from our insurance company when the first inspection came back with very low damage estimates. The second inspection got the results we needed to get the damage repaired by the hail storm. Billing was easy and we had no surprises. I highly recommend Prominent Construction and Austin for any needs you might have.

Prominent did an amazing job re-roofing our hail damaged roof on the church sanctuary, classroom building and garage, as well as installing gutters and 30 new windows to replace windows that had been badly damaged by hail and weather. The church planning team had a lot of details to work through for all the components of the job, and Colton was there every step of the way to find good solutions that were workable within our budget. The team at Prominent was very responsive and easy to work with. No more leaks and the new windows look amazing. A huge thank you to Colton, Charles and the whole team at Prominent!

Had an excellent experience with Prominent right from the start when their field representative Andrew assessed the roof for hail damage. He followed through with my insurance company even providing additional photos and information when they initially hesitated with approval. Devin visited to review the project and materials, with Charlie coordinated material delivery and is scheduling. They worked around my schedule and this springs’ inclement weather. I was concerned about rain on the scheduled date, but I awoke to a crew of 12 tearing off the old and reroofing. I was expecting a dawn to dusk job based on multiple neighbors experience. They were perfectly picked up and gone by 2 PM beating any weather risk; no dumpster left behind and a small pallet of excess materials gone in a day. I appreciate that Andrew has continued to follow up to answer any questions. I’m always a wee bit skeptical when dealing with contractors and crews, but Prominent has far exceeded my expectations. They’ve got their act together!

They installed my roof about 2 years ago now I’ve contacted them because of a leak near heat stack when it rains. I called the company was told someone would get back to me and nothing

Mike and his crew led me through the process of claims and repairs of my home’s siding and roof damage from a summer storm. Communications were friendly and professional when any concerns arose. They did a great job! I highly recommend Prominent Construction. I love the work they did to my home!

Absolutely the best on communication and the actual job! We contracted with Prominent after our roof sustained hail damage. They worked entirely with my insurance and I didn't have to. Their workers were good at their jobs, timely, always polite and cleaned up the worksite well. Charles and Tabatha always knew what was going on (supplies, schedules, insurance, permitting) with our property when I called. I would highly recommend Prominent to anyone needing work done on their property; they are truly professionals.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough ! From the minute Austin greeted me at my front door to the absolute professional and efficient working crew that arrived the morning it has been nothing less than a completely stellar and outstanding experience wow! Did I mention Austin came to my residence 3 times to make sure all the hail damage occurred was documented and sent for evaluation?? Yeah totally unheard of Use other services and you are guaranteed to be missing out on required and important repairs….. USAA tried short changing me to the tune of about 20k ! Don’t let that happen to you

Mike and the crew were exceedingly helpful and personable, knew just how to work with our insurance company to get our claim through in a timely manner, and the work they did on our roof was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and absolutely recommend them to others.

Colton great rep kicking things off. Diligent and great Communication. Then Charles took over and he’s likewise very personable and conscientious. He even drove by at 7:30 PM to do a final walk-through. The crew was a great group of hard workers.

All the people from Austin to Devon they are really good to work with and they are honest and there is not that pressure some of these companies put on you. I'd go with them against any of these other companies. They deserve my business. I loved Austin an Devon super nice guys

Shane Conaty and the rest of the crew were amazingly helpful in working through my issues with my insurance claims adjuster. Ultimately my claim was approved and my roof is going to be replaced. I’m very happy.

Prominent Construction replaced my roof this summer. The work was terrific (and finished in a day). Though the insurance process is long and arduous, Prominent took care of nearly all the communication with the insurance company and were easy to contact when I needed them, every step of the way.

Prominent made my dealings with insurance hassle free. They were able to complete the roof in 1 day as promised and even got the roof done sooner than planned. They stood by their estimate as well!

The communication was terrible. There were quality issues and things had to be redone. Some things were not done until I pointed them out a reached out multiple times. I was never a priority and there was never a sense of urgency - until they wanted payment.

In the end, they did finish the work, but they were terrible to work with. I would not use them again.

The roofing team was exceptional in every manner. No debris was allowed to pile up, they cleaned as they worked, kept noise to a minimum and were highly respectful of the neighborhood and its occupants. Highly reccommend Prominent Construction and their sub-contractors.

Alan was professional and friendly from the minute I met him. He treated me like family, and was very responsive to my multiple questions. His team worked efficiently and were respectful of my property. The project was completed sooner than anticipated. And the finished product is beautiful! I love my new roof!

I recently had hail damage, as many of us did in the last year around the Twin Cities, and chose to go with Porminent. I've had a bad experience in the past with similar hail damage and almost didn't call anyone to have my property inspected. Actually, I did call someone before I was put in touch with Prominent and they didn't even look at the gutters, skylights, or siding. Prominent took their time and made sure to inspect every aspect of my home. We ultimately went with Prominent for our home repairs of a roof, siding, and skylights. FIrst off, I have to say that the final product looks amazing! What a lot of people don't realize is that there will always be mistakes along the way and everything isn't perfect right off. If you hire an out of town storm chaser then you'll be stuck with these mistakes because they'll be gone by the time you see them. The guys at Prominent take pride in their work and make sure to fix anything that doesn't look right straight away. There were times when they were doing an inspection on the work and noticed things that even I didn't and made sure they were fixed and looked right. I truly appreciated that and it truly made them a trustworthy and top notch company in my mind. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. I worked most closely with Rob, Eddie, Mark, and Charles. All of these guys went above and beyond! Thank you all and don't think twice about calling them if you're in a similar situation or are thinking of upgrades in the future.

My experience with Prominent was phenomenal from start to finish. Drew did a really thorough job of explaining the whole process. He was also very responsive when I needed to call him. The QC guy was super nice and picked up the leftover materials promptly. I Would definitely recommend Prominent Construction.

From beginning to the end of the project they answered all my questions and they made me feel comfortable. They were a huge help with my insurance company and that process was very smooth. My roof looks incredible and they did a great clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them and will contact them in the future for any other projects I need done.

Unfortunately my husband and I had a very poor experience working with Prominent Construction for our recent hail damage to our roof. We had to make multiple calls over several weeks to attempt to contact Jake to learn when our gutters and downspouts were to be finished as they were not done in October with the roof. We were promised this work would be done this year. After several voicemails left to no response we found out Prominent was hoping to subcontract the gutters and could not secure a time this year with their subcontractor to complete the work. Very poor communication and customer service. We would unfortunately not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company to see their jobs through.

I worked w Eric and had the best experience. My family was going thru some very hard experiences and Eric was kind respectful and no pressure on me. I put my trust in him to make decisions I just could not make at that time. He went above n beyond what SHOULD not have been expected of him. I have made a life long friendship that I am grateful for!! I would use the company again with no question. Mine was a very small roofing job and it was not much money. He treated me like it was a million dollar job. I am so thankful from Eric to the office staff gal n I’m sorry I can’t remember her name she was also very kind n helpful!!! The roof on my house looks great. They worked hard at getting my home insurance company to cover everything, and pay more to complete the job right. And Eric Rue was great at communicating, especially with some supply delays.

Had to have two different companies out to stop the water coming through the roof after Prominent was "done". They're probably great for easy jobs. Anything else they like to spread the blame and not fix their work. It turns out ventilation was not installed properly (once another company fixed it, the problem stopped). They left the customer with the bill after getting paid out. After so many attempts to "fix it" with the original company, your time becomes important enough to contact a second opinion... And get it fixed.
