I am 71 years old and I just want to say that Grussing Roofing has without a doubt restored my faith in mankind. These guys are worth hiring. It's amazing how they finished my roof in one day! They cleaned up every thing including nails. Very efficient, friendly and worth hiring.

roof repair was a good experience from start to finish -- they identified an issue I didn't know about, provided an estimate promptly and repaired quickly and professionally.

Grussing very promptly responded to my inquiry about repair to a ridge vent. The repair estimate was provided quickly. Although the work was scheduled in a very timely manner, when windy weather risked additional damage to the vent/roof, Grussing shifted the work to be completed even earlier to avoid further damage. I will definitely keep Grussing top of mind when roof repair and/or replacement is needed!

One night, we noticed a small leak near The door between our house and garage. We looked for someone to examine the leak and found Grussing Roofing online. We contacted them and received a prompt reply. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment. Guy Russing came over and listened to our situation giving our roof a thorough examination. He repaired a small leak near a stacked pipe on the roof and we have not had any issues, even though there have been several rain storms Since Guy came to do the repair. We wholeheartedly recommend him to others in the West Metro.

After a hail storm, you get a lot of door-to-door people prowling the neighborhood claiming they can fix your roof. We decided to go with Grussing for our new roof after some hail damage and a neighbor's recommendation. So glad we did! They were efficient, responsive and walked us through the process of also working with insurance. The best part: They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. No nails to blow out your tires or your neighbors' tires.

Honest, efficient, best crew. From top to bottom we would and have recommended Grussing roofing. Our roof was a tear off and when completed you would never know they had been here. Clean up was fabulous. Really the highest 10 out of 10.

I had a very small project; some siding repair and some gaps in soffits, etc. The issues were allowing pests into the house, they were seemingly easy but they were two stories up.

Eric and I connected and come up with a game plan. I was very happy with the result and the fact Eric went above and beyond talking care of all the issues. Eric was also able to find a couple of other siding issues and tackle them.

In all I am happy with the result and happy to provide feedback.

Garrett was great to work with, kind and respectful. He installed heat tape on the roof. He knew exactly what was needed. We have used Grussing in the past for a several things too. Including, replacement of a sky light. They always have had prompt personal response with excellent service.

The roof work was done fine but the crew did not cleanup well. Guy is very disorganized and doesn't get back to you promptly. For example, I ordered gutters be done with my roof and 1 year later it’s still not done but they sent me an overdue invoice. I emailed him to void the invoice and never heard back. They also did some siding work and did not tape the area and I had to ask them to come back to touch things up. Would not recommend until Guy gets better at communication and organization- it’s a huge barrier given he owns the company. Quentin is lovely and communicates promptly.

We had Grussing Roofing come to our house to check some loose items on our roof and perform some cleanup. They were timely in coming out, fixed all items quickly, and cleaned the gutters as asked. We couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Our roof was hail damaged; and with Farmers Ins they asked for a contractor to prepare a report, photos and send in to Farmers Claims. Guy Grussing, and team being experienced, and especially understanding the flow of how insurance claims process, turned this into a seamless turn-around in approval from Farmers. Subsequently, the work was commenced and completed in one day; and the onsite work crew were exceptional. I quickly noticed excellent fit & finish of metal flashing installation around the fireplace and all the roof vents were installed and shingled-around with nice finish. Clean-up was great.. no nails, not scraps.. nothing..

Having my roof done by this company was a good experience. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. They set up the work within a couple of weeks and showed up on the day scheduled. The workers protected the flower gardens next to the house from any damage, and cleaned up all debris from the work. The workers were easy to talk to and listened to my questions and comments. My house looks much better.

Our neighborhood was hit hard by hail storm in mid-August this year, and we hired Grussing Roofing and Exteriors Inc to replace our roof and to repair our rotten windows. They did an absolutely outstanding job! In addition, the owner, Guy Grussing has the most up-to-date knowledge in roofing and exteriors, and is very pleasant to work with.

Guy’s team did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They kept the timeline once provided to us, worked professionally replacing our roof, and were pleasant and respectful. Also, they were good at clean up. We are super happy with our new roof! (see pics)

Moreover, we live in an older house, which the previous owner had added an add-on attached garage. Due to the maximum height of the garage roof, the two bedrooms wooden window frames ended up touching the garage roof line. After years of extreme weather in MN, the bottom of the two windows frames finally got rotten. We looked for a company that would repair these rotten window frames in summer two years ago, but no one was interested in attempting to fix them! So, we were so thrilled that Grussing could fix it and they did!

The crew removed all rotten wood, replaced it with cedar, and wrapped the bottom cedar window frames with matching brown color aluminum. Now the two windows look brand new!! (see pics).

I scheduled two dates/time for a roof estimate and both times no one showed up. No explanation, no call, just a no-show both times. Super disappointing and frustrating because we had used them in the past 3 times though it was many years ago. I guess they don't need the business on small homes in their area or they don't do estimates for women? I don't get it. Hopefully Guy can buy a new calendar app, new cell phone and be courteous enough to call when he can't make an appt in the future. I would not recommend.

Guy Grussing was very easy to work with! Great communication! The roofing crew was efficient and talented. The roof looks great and the gutters are much higher quality than the last company installed. The clean up was thorough and Grussing left us with a great looking roof and gutters. Had my roof replaced April 2019 and Guy and his crew did a fantastic job. Very responsive and easy to work from the beginning and answered all my questions with zero pressure. Had some gutters added and Guy was able to color match to the existing front gutters perfectly.

I am also in charge of three church owned rental homes. Grussing's bid for residing one of the homes was considerably less than Home Depot and two other contractors.
Once funds are available, we will be contracting with Grussing Roofing to install the vinyl siding.

I also had Guy evaluate my daughter's roof following a hail storm in Victoria, MN. He found no damage and there was no charge. It is refreshing to find this kind of ethical honesty in today's culture.
