I could not have been happier with the service that J. Robert Roofing provided for our new roof. They only run a few crews; so, you deal with the same person (the owner) at all phases, and they are on the roof directing the crew when installation is happening. We had a minor issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. We would highly recommend them, and would absolutely use them again.

We had a superb experience with our full roof replacement by J Robert Roofing. We got three bids and Alan had the best price, even with an upgraded Class 4 shingle. He even caulked a cracked pipe on the roof during his bid as a courtesy. Talk about outstanding service!

Crews arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Alan was great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We hired J Robert Roofing to reroof our house. After looking at the roof, they said the chimney needed to be fixed first and recommended Mohler Chimney Repair, which did a great job repairing our chimney. After the repair, J Robert arrived around 6:30 on a Tuesday and were done with the roof by 10:30 a.m.! Amazing, as they brought a big crew and efficiently completed the job. They did a great job protecting our property and cleaned everything up afterwards. We are really happy with the roof and would highly recommed J Robert Roofing!

We had water spots on our ceiling and thought we had a roof leak. We called several local roofing companies and they never called us back. I eventually found great reviews on J. Robert roofing and sent them a message through NextDoor. Alan called me as soon as he saw my message even though he knew from my description that it probably wasn’t actually a roof leak. He explained in detail what it really was and how to avoid the problem in the future. Even though the company made no money from the phone call, he showed that they actually care about people and not just the bottom line. This experience made me want to call them first for any problems we have in the future!

Called about a roof leak, and he came out the same afternoon. Was not expecting such fast service! Quick and professional, he took a look, made a recommendation, and didn't even charge a fee for the visit. This was our second time using J. Robert Roofing, and they are so easy to work with. Great experience working with Bob, Alan and team to reshingle the roof on my home. Bob made the estimate process seem effortless while providing great rates, roofing details, references, etc.. It took only 1 day for the J Robert team to tear off, lay shingles and clean up debris around my home so that was very nice. Quality work. Definitely recommend!

Our area recently had a large hail storm and our neighborhood was flooded with roofers knocking on the door. I appreciated that J Robert Roofing wasn't going door to door and only targeted our area to mail a flyer out too allowing me to research and pick my contractor. I also liked my consult was with owner, not with a young kid trying to sell me getting a new roof. I was one of the last people in my area to pick a contractor and one of the first to get my new roof installed. Crew was incredibly efficient and got job done in one morning, as we work from home, it was very nice to only have crew and noise from roofing company for half a day. Bob and his crew were wonderful to work with. Bob was patient in helping us understand the difference between alternative shingles and left samples to compare. His list of prior customers using the same shingles allowed us to have greater confidence in our choice. It was a competitor who first knocked on our door to point out our hail damage…but we choseJRF because of the confidence we had in Bob. His crew proved to be as good to work with as Bob…courteous, efficient and relatively quiet. In the time since they finished the roof replacement we have found only two random nails around the house…ONLY TWO!

We contacted Bob because of the recommendation from Nextdoor. From cost estimate to roof installation, it only took 10 days (including the dumpster)! Lighting speed! Bob is a roof/house expert. He can tell the roof by walking on it! Among four inspectors we had, he was only one who figured out all the problems we had. He has all the answers to your questions, whether it's relative to the roof or not. The crew was amazing too. "Messy" as in other reviews, but they did a great job cleaning up. Bob and Allan even made extra trips to deliver fascia and three boards overhanging the balcony before roofing day, so we could get them painted ahead of time. All neighbors appraised the new appearance of our roof. As for the quality, if I didn't come back to update my review in the following years, it must mean good. The only concern/suggestion I have is, --please warn/inform fellow crew members/homeowners before using the leaf blower to clean the roof. We were helping picking up debris and nails along with two crew member when the cloud of silica dust fell. My poor little boy was in the midst of it because he was "helping" with the nails too. It would be nice if we knew beforehand. Maybe Bob could show the picture of dust blowing as well when explaining the cleanup procedure? It would be ideal for the foreman to wear mask too while cutting, since inhaling silica would damage lungs permanently. ( My boy wakes up coughing for the past days... Homeowners, please don't help with the cleanup!) That being said, I'd still recommend J Robert Roofing for their excellent job done! Many thanks.

J Robert is top tier professional and an absolute master of their craft. We had two layers of old shingles removed and a new roof installed in one day. The crew was timely, professional, and installed an amazing looking roof. They took incredible care to clean all debris and put everything back the way it was. They even raked all the pieces out of my mulch.

Working with Bob in advanced of the installation was absolutely seamless. He provided a fair an accurate quote very quickly and proceeded to walk us through the process and took care to answer all questions and address all concerns.

Needed a reroof for my home and garage and Bob was easy to work with and the best price out of multiple bids. Highly recommend!

From the first contact communication was great. Bob came out for a roof assessment within the first week, provided an honest assessment even though that wouldn't necessarily result in immediate business for him, and an on the spot quote that was within 200$ of the final quote.

He also informed me about options I didn't even know were available to save money on my home insurance.

He scheduled the roof replacement on one of our preferred days, and they completed the work in one day, cleaning up everything very thoroughly. (I think I found one nail so far.)

Even after the work was done, I noticed something I hadn't noticed before the next time it rained, and Bob came out within days of me bringing it up to make sure it wasn't caused by the roof replacement (which it wasn't).

My roof should be good for a long time now but if I need gutter or siding work done he'll be the first I call.

It was finally time to replace the roof on our modest ranch home this year and I was determined to do my homework before hiring a contractor. I obtained a total of five quotes - three from local contractors and two from roofing companies with a broader (regional) footprint.
J. Robert Roofing had mailed postcards out in the spring; the timing was perfect; I gave Bob a call. Unlike some contractors which relied solely on satellite imagery, Bob climbed up on the roof to complete a thorough inspection. Here's one of the many reasons to hire J. Robert Roofing - Bob doesn't give you a 'sales pitch'. He tells you what's needed, how much it will cost and under what circumstances the quote could change. The 'sales pitch' was simply a conversation that respected my time and was void of any puffery. I really appreciated Bob's personal approach and low key, informative presentation style.
Another way in which Bob differentiated himself from other contractors - he strongly encouraged us (a) call one of his many past customers for a referral, and (b) to drive past the houses he's re-roofed and see what a shingle color looks like on a house in broad daylight. Seeing the difference live and in person between three or four gray shingles gave us great confidence when finalizing our color choice. In the end, we hired J. Robert Roofing in part because of the Goldilocks bid - not the cheapest and not the most expensive - but primarily for the tremendous VALUE we saw in that bid.

My new roof, from another contractor, was leaking in my kitchen. To make matters worse, the company that installed it was slow to return my phone calls, and I had little confidence or hope that they could solve the issue. So, I reached out to J Robert Roofing. Bob immediately identified that kitchen roof vent was installed incorrectly. The previous roofer didn’t even know how to install a simple roof vent.  Now, I have learned it is better to have someone with actual trade knowledge running your project. After several rain storms, the roof hasn’t leaked. Not only did Bob solve my leak but he showed me that really knows his trade. I highly recommend J Robert Roofing.

Bob, Alan, and the crew are fabulous to work with. Started at 7 and wrapped up by 2:30. Let me save you the trouble of looking for anyone else to do your roof. Since the September 20' storms, I've been working with a number of roof contractors who never met my expectations. Not one of them told me about Class 4 shingles or advised me that I needed addition vents on my garage roof. Besides their work - I appreciate getting help and giving business to neighbors.

As long time homeowners, this was our fourth roof and far the most professionally installed from start to finish. We are just knocked out by the quality and efficiency of J.Robert’s overall. The price was extremely competitive (best out of five bids) and worth every penny. The crew was incredibly fast but without cutting any corners or compromising their work. As part of the job we had a solar tube installed through a complex network of nested rooflines. The carpenter did a beautiful job and their cost was a fraction of other bids. They cleaned everything up so well that the backyard ended up cleaner than it was before they arrived on site! We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bob is a dependable roofing professional who delivers high-quality work. We had an old roof that needed to be fixed; instead of simply providing a quote for a complete replacement, he took the time to investigate the problem, patiently explained to us what went wrong, and provided us with a practical solution. We ended up not having to have the whole roof replaced, just the front part of the house that needed to be fixed. His cost is very reasonable as well. Bob is by far and above the best roofer in the area! His team is exceptional and efficient and Bob himself is amazing to deal with. We had our roof entirely replaced with insurance after a hail storm and Bob was able to easily walk us through the entire process. He was so professional the entire time and kept me updated throughout the whole ordeal. When it was time to choose colors and types of shingle, he didn't pressure us at all and let us take our time deciding colors and types. We went with the upgraded stage 4 shingle which is highly hail resistant (and a bit more expensive) and Bob assured us it was money well spent in both not having to worry about the shingle as much as well as money savings with insurance. Man was he right!! I've saved a bundle on my insurance because of this upgraded shingle, which will last years and pay for itself over and over again.

Bob also designed his own mechanism which he installs on every home he does that is a better version of a cover for the exhaust pipes on the roof. He also was able to help to make sure that some of the trim on the outside of the house which had failed was replaced during the roofing work, and finally recommended his colleague to help redo all of my gutters- another great choice as they did an awesome job!

Today Bob (the owner) told me over the phone that my roof wasn't in fact leaking, but instead had a condensation issue. He told me over the phone how to fix the condensation issue through humidifier controls. So ethical, which I very much appreciated. Bob and Allen's crew went above and beyond what was expected. Our new roof has now been through 2 rainstorms and looks fantastic. During the job, it was brought to our attention that the venting for the bathrooms and kitchen were all going out through the same vent. The team rectified the issue with separate venting for each. They also fixed the furnace flue and added a rain shield, which the original builders apparently did not install. Everything else was a breeze and the crew was efficient, polite, and thorough. I would highly recommend this company if you're in need of roofing work. The owner also recommended Apple Valley Aluminum for our gutter replacement, which was also a wonderful choice. Both companies work together seamlessly, were very reasonable and excellent individuals to work with.

I am a picky consumer and got three bids on my roof. I had a dispute with my insurance company as to the age of my roof. Bob (owner) pulled a shingle and used the sku number on the back and contacted the manufacturer to determine exact age of my roof. In addition, Bob was the only roof inspector to notice faulty venting in my original roof. Also, Bob was $3,000 cheaper than the most expensive bid and used a higher grade shingle which he said should get me a discount on my insurance. Work was completed in 1 day and his crew left my property spotless. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!

The crew was professional, on time, and left the job site clean and safe! (No roofing nails around my yard!) Bob and his crew did a great job, we highly recommend him. Bob suggested I ask my insurance agent about a reduction in premium for class 4 shingles, I did, and my premium was reduced by over $2,000. He was also able to use a neighbors driveway to deliver material to our roof with a bucket truck vs climbing a ladder with all the bundles. He reduced the cost of the project due to his labor savings. Roofs look great and the yard was cleaned up nicely.

I met with all the highest rated roofer on various sites. I didn't feel comfortable with any of them until I met Robert Seemann. He was the only roofer to actually go up on my roof and inspect. His crew was friendly and did a great job with clean up. During the installation a foreman was on site over seeing the project. My roof looks fantastic. I appreciated the communication that started with inspecting my roof and answering questions all the way through installation and final inspection. The process was 5 stars throughout. The most important aspect to me was the quality of the installation. This was beyond what I was expecting. They gave notice and showed up on time (sounds basic but it worth mentioning). Watching the crew install my roof you could tell this was not their first job. They were incredibly quick without cutting any corners. Most unexpected was the clean up. They picked up every piece of loose shingle and nails they could find. After a hail storm like this there have been many roofs replaced in my neighborhood. I've found more debris from other contractors in my yard than I did from the crew that installed my roof. I would recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I trust his judgement and professionalism so much that I asked his opinion today when comparing quotes for roof replacement for my new home in GA. Even though he doesn't work in this region he took the time to review some bids and explain what to focus on. THAT is a true customer oriented professional!

I first found J Robert Roofing from the CertainTeed website, where they are listed as a top roofer. My 60-year-old house, in Minnetonka, needed new shingles; roof deck repair; new gutters; and attic re-insulation. The initial estimate came after a site-visit and a thorough explanation of the work to be done.

Bob (Robert) of J Robert Roofing (jrobertroofing.com) directed the action for one-stop contracting. Each of the recommended contractors is an owner-operator. Bob put forward his own work ethic, and his training of his team, simply stated as "Accountability Means Everything."

First came the tear-off, which revealed a sorry roof deck needing considerable repair. A new top-of-the-line CertainTeed (certainteed.com) roof underlayment and shingles were laid. I elected a new ridge vent, in order to reduce the number of roof penetrations; the old roof vents were patched and shingled over.

Bob directed me to the right people for re-insulation: Sam at Northern Home Seal (northernhomeseal.com) in Bloomington, MN. The work steps included: vacuum out the old stuff; place small box "houses" over exhaust fans; can lights, and the attic access; spray 2 inches of insulating foam sealant; lay batting up to the top of the ceiling joists/bottom cords/rafter ties; finally loose fill to the proper R-value.

Bob also directed me to the right people for gutters and leaf guards: Crisp Clean Seamless Gutters in Hastings, MN. Having personally installed thousands of gutter systems, over 20 years, has provided them the experience and skilled workmanship that makes them top of their trade. Their product is indeed crisp and clean. Crisp continuously strives to be the best.

Throughout, every person I met was personable, conscientious, and skilled. At no point was there concern over how things were done. These are all top-notch people making up top-notch teams. They all rate an unequivocal 5-stars.

I could continue to sing their praises, but it is not necessary, since their work product is proof positive. I can rest easy now.

My insurance company told me that I needed a new roof, so I had a different roofing company give me an estimate. They came in at almost 2x the estimate I got online, so I went to J Robert for a second opinion. He came over and checked out my roof, and gave me a very fair estimate, but told me it doesn't need to be replaced for years. He gave me a recommendation for a local insurance company and didn't even charge me for the visit.

Robert could have made a quick buck on me, but chose to value the good of the customer over his own interests. For this reason, I will recommend him and his company to anyone. Could not be happier with my experience.

When our 23 year old roof started leaking during heavy rain and the spring snow melt, we knew it was time to replace it. We got bids from five different companies, and chose J. Robert Roofing. Bob came out and assessed our roof himself. He gave us by far the most detailed explanation of the new roof his team would be installing, including how it would better prevent the current leak we were having. He did a great job explaining why his company installed the underlayments and shingles they did, and additionally, the benefits of the more expensive impact-resistant shingles (we chose these due to the homeowners' insurance discount they would incur). Throughout the process, Bob communicated promptly, courteously, and clearly. His team worked very efficiently and, amazingly to us, finished the whole job in just one (long!) day. Finally, and importantly, we felt J. Robert Roofing was very affordable, comparatively. We received a nearly identical bid to theirs (same materials and overall plans) that was 20% more, and other companies using other materials were substantially more than the second company. We will be recommending J. Robert to any of our friends and family needing a new roof!

We had J Robert Roofing re-shingle our home this spring. They started the tear off just before 7:30 am and finished our roof with beautiful new shingles by 6pm. The crew works like a fine oiled machine. Bob promised a one day re-roof and delivered.

Bob came out last week to examine our roof due to the ceiling in the dining room dripping water a few days prior. He came on time, quickly established a possible problem (an ice dam) and stated that it had resolved itself by then. He explained to me what factors normally contributed to the formation of ice dams and what to do to prevent them. I worried about the possibility of mold, Bob alleviated my fear by stating that there should be consistent moisture for it to happen. All in all, it was a pretty quick visit since the problem had resolved by itself, however, this visit alleviated my concerns about potential repairs and serious potential issues down the road, provided the necessary peace of mind. I wanted to pay Bob for his visit, but he refused the pay. I loved his efficiency and expert knowledge as well as his integrity and work ethics. He will definitely be my go to person if something were to happen with my roof again (God forbid!).

Replaced our roof in November. Arrived early and worked all day. Completed tearoff and applied new shingles in same day. High quality and thorough work. Delivered exactly what was expected and I appreciated that they replaced decking when needed as well. No one better than this roofer -- highly recommend!

Bob is GREAT! I originally called him for a roof leak into my son's bedroom, and despite needing a new roof (which I do, but can't replace right now), he did a thorough patch job to get me through, put together a competitive quote for a new roof for when I was ready - without ANY pressure - and explained everything with clarity. When I replace the roof next year, it will definitely be Bob and his team doing the work!

They came in, did the roof, cleaned up, and they were gone. The roof looks great and they took care of all the little details I asked for. Fabulous! Definitely would recommend.

I had my roof replaced by J Robert Roofing about 10 years ago. I was happy with the work and would have gladly recommended them at that time. But a recent experience has increased my satisfaction even more. I noticed water leaking from above a window one Saturday afternoon after a rain storm. I had no idea where the water was coming from but it seemed it could be from the roof. I figured I had some storm damage and I tried calling a couple emergency storm repair companies in the hope that they could at least come and look at the roof and temporarily cover any suspect areas (in case of more rain). While waiting for a call back (which never came) and being somewhat desperate at this point, I decided to call J Robert Roofing just to see if they had any recommendations on what I could do or who I could call for help on a Saturday. Mr. Seemann called me back within half an hour and to my surprise, offered to come right over and check out the problem. He came promptly, went up on the roof, identified a possible issue and performed some sort of repair. I have had no problem since. I was VERY relieved, grateful and impressed that he was willing to come on a Saturday and help me with my problem, even after 10 years.

Bob is the man. He is honest and skilled at his craft. If there are any problems or complications he will take care of you. These reviews are legit.

If I could give six stars to this company, I would. Bob was honest, thorough, and exceptionally responsive. He – as far as I can tell - makes all of the sales calls himself, so you get to work right with the owner, and he has known and trusted the teams that he uses for the actual roofing for years. In addition, he was also present with the team when the roof went on our house. The day afterward when he came out, he even took the time to run a magnet over the house’s perimeter to catch any loose nails that may have been missed. We had the good fortune of seeing J Robert Roofing in action about 3-4 years ago when he re-roofed our neighbor's home. At that time based on the high quality of work and follow up & clean up we knew who to call when we needed our roof replaced! Bob the owner is extremely thorough and detail oriented. J Robert Roofing did a spectacular job with our new roof. Bob, the owner, is very prompt and thorough. He even showed us several roof vents and a bath vent covered up by our last roofing company. To top it off, they did the whole job in one day.

Bob and his team were very thorough and helpful when my storm-damaged roof needed replacing. He explained the options, presented picture examples of shingles and roofs, and even came out months later to verify that everything was looking good and no construction materials were left behind in the yard.

The roof teardown and installation was done very quickly and did not cause any hassle to my family (driveway and garage were accessible, yard was open).

After two separate estimates that seemed overpriced and questionable I did more research and came across J. Robert Roofing. The reviews were too good to be true so I called to schedule an estimate. Bob answered immediately and we discussed my issue on the roof. He came over that day immediately after our discussion. He was informative and explained everything he was seeing wrong. Not only did he provide better service than the other companies but he was also more competitively priced. I was assured the work could be completed in one day exactly how we discussed.

The end result exceeded expectation and I was left with a new roof without a trace of shingle or nails left behind. This cleanup was a concern of mine as I have a 2 yr old daughter who loves playing in the yard and we never had to worry about a thing. Bob even came over the following day to double check the yard for any debris or nails missed.

Unbelievable! Bob came out within about an hour of me calling with a leaky garage roof. When he got to my house, he asked if my neighbors referred him (I had just googled him and saw the great reviews) as he had done their roof and their farmhouse. We talked about the issues I was having. He climbed up on my roof and looked everywhere. He couldn't find anything wrong with my roof and pointed out some cracks in the stone on my chimney that I had to fill. He climbed down and when I asked what his trip charge was he said "No charge". I said you can't do it for free and tried to give him $60 for his time but he still wouldn't take it as he said he hadn't done any work! I could tell in the first 10 minutes that he was a first class guy which is very rare in my dealings with contractors, and he proved it in the 20 minutes I spent with him!! I put him in my phone and will use him any chance I get!!!!

UPDATE: Bob stopped by a year later after we had heavy rain for several days - just to check and make sure the couple of trouble spots from a previous roof company that he had fixed were all good and to check that I had no further issues with leaking. Fantastic customer service! Thanks Bob!

Bob is fantastic! He came out to my house the day after I called him. After assessing my roof and the areas that were leaking - he was nice enough to take the time to tell me how to fix one spot myself, fixed another area on the spot and then gave me some tips on how to deal with my stone/chimney guys. I'll definitely call him when I need a new roof.

Bob and his excellent crew did a great job replacing our roof. They were interrupted with rain so couldn't finish the same day but did wonderful job in protecting the house. Price, service, work crew, clean-up, everything was terrific.

We hired Bob with J Robert Roofing a year ago to replace a storm damaged roof covered by insurance. I had posted a review then, but want to add more at this time. Bob is very professional and knows the roofing business from estimation to application with customer service foremost! I totally agree with the entire post earlier this summer from Michelle Barry about quality, attention to detail, construction knowledge, friendly, respectful and responsible service from all employees as well as recommendations for the best roof covering that also saved us money on our homeowners insurance. He also has a list of local references spanning a 17 year period.

We recently had our roof replaced by this company and they did an excellent job. From start to finish all my interactions were top notch. They were not the lowest bid, but you do get what you pay for and amortized over the cost/life of the roof, the difference was well worth it!
They pay their crews well enough that they have long term, well-trained crews. Bob was very good about communication, dropped off several samples at my home for me to help choose a product and color, and gave good advice on his experience with different types of shingle. They were able to fit our roof in quickly to work with some chimney work we had done and did a beautiful job on the new flashing for that chimney. Bob is certified by CertainTeed company and so was able to offer an extended warranty on the roof (which he filed for us). In addition, we went with a higher impact resistant roof which gave us a discount on the home owners insurance (pays for itself in 5 years) and worked with the Insurance company to quickly file the appropriate paperwork.
Although Bob did not work the job himself, he was there a couple times to oversee multiple times and he had a crew that had been with him for 17 years! The crew was quite respectful of my neighbors and landscaping, including tomato plants that were near the house (only one small leaf bent). They used extensive tarping to catch what they could and did multiple walk-throughs afterward to make sure they picked up all debris. They worked quickly and efficiently, and did not smoke, curse or blare loud music while they were working.
I have gutter guards and as part of the project, his crew carefully removed the gutter guards, and saved them, then after the roof was on, the cleaned out the gutters and carefully replaced the guards. This was part of the service.
They replaced all the roof vents (including moving two of them for better circulation) with more efficient, color-matched vents and added exhaust covers to the bathroom vents to better handle snow on the roof.
45 minutes after the crew left, Bob called to check on how I liked the new roof, if I had any questions or concerns, and to update me on timing for the dumpster and the inspection.
Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference, like the dumpster company Bob uses. He uses a company that has wheeled bins. This allows for better flexibility in placement and well as being able to quickly and easily hitch the bin to a truck. Within 2 hours of the crew finishing cleaning up their work, the company had come to pick up the bin. The first thing the guy did when he came to pick up the bin was to cover the bin with what appeared to be a new cover that was carefully and tightly secured to completely cover the bin. It's all in the detail folks.
The next day, Bob came to put some pictures up for the permit, to again check to see I was happy with everything, do another walk through sweep with the magnet to make sure there was no debris missed. He was especially careful on the driveway as nails are small and pretty much the exact color of the pavement.
I would say attention to detail, communication, and overall high quality are some of the hallmarks of J. Robert roofing and I would heartily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofer in the metro area.

Bob and his terrific crew just got done replacing our old roof. The roof looks great, there is no sign that the workers were even here as the yard and deck were completely cleaned up afterwards! All of the workers took great pride in their work. Bob gave us a good bid and was right there on site working as well so if I had any questions, they could be answered right away. Bob replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier with the prices or the service. Even many years later I am still happy. This is the only person I'd call for roofing needs. In fact, I had lost a few shingles in a storm and Bob replaced them for only the cost of a pack of shingles (this was before I had my roof replaced and also why I called Bob to do it). We discovered a leak in our ceiling shortly after a big snowstorm. I contacted many different roofing companies and Bob was the most responsive. He immediately came to my house and diagnosed the issue. Within a day, he arranged for the repair and sent me a detailed explanation of what work had to be done and the costs. Bob was much more detail ortiented and professional than the other companies I spoke with. Within two weeks, the roof was fixed and haven’t had problems since! I highly recommend working with Bob, as his honesty and sincerity made me trust him instantly.

Called J Robert roofing on Tuesday morning because we had a small leak and I was unsure of the issue. Robert came out to my house within an hour of my call to evaluate the situation. Turns out we had condensation building up as a result of our bathroom fan being snow covered on our roof. He went up in our attic and investigated the issue and made suggestion for now and in the spring to solve the problem long term. He just stopped back by our home today to see if the problem was resolved based on his suggestions. Wonderful service and couldn't be more impressed!
