The roofing inspector Tim Broderick was very experienced with tile roof issues. He wrote up a very detailed report and over 100 pictures to document the issues my Home Builder had made. Also, when he attended a meeting with home builder was very aggressive in standing up for my interest in the poor workmanship done by builder.
