Great service at a great price! Clear communication was huge for me, both on price and the work to be done. George and his guys showed up when he said they would and worked quicker than I thought was possible! 1 day later and we had a beautiful new roof on our home! We couldn't be happier!

Arizona Native Builders replaced our shingle roof on our 1300 sq ft house in Tempe (Kiwanis park neighborhood). We spoke with six different roofing companies and chose Arizona Native. George met with me and wife on two separate occasions to go over the scope of work. The bid was competitive and around the average of everything we received back from other roofers. The final price was the same as the quoted price. George is approachable and honest and very easy to talk with when going over plans and work. His crew was very efficient, showed up as planned, cleaned up everything when they were done, and overall were a great group of people to have hired. They also replaced worn down rotted sections of the wood roof before putting on the shingles. The roof looks great and we are happy with our decision.

We hired them to do our concrete work as well as our beam work and a few other minor projects. They appeared very responsive and customer orientated at first. We thought great finally a company worth working with. The first job which was the concrete which went ok except they took out a whole section of the driveway that they weren’t supposed to and then the cost to lay new concrete and dispose of the old concrete went up because it was thicker then expected and actually was more per square footage. Even though our contract stated one price the owner of the company came to my house very upset over the whole thing demanding that we pay him more money for the work. We decided to pay an extra 600 to be fair even though it wasn’t our fault and we just wanted to make sure they did a good job, and we were still going to have them do our interior work. They finished the job and it turned it pretty good and the guys that work for George the owner did a really good job. So we moved onto our next job with them which is the interior of our house. We hired them to do the beam work, which included repairing a broken beam, frame a wall for us, frame two columns and though it wasn’t in our contract Adam who is the main man said they would level the concrete for us that was laid inside. They came to do the interior work and got it mostly completed minus the one broken beam that needed repaired and a stud needed to be added to one of the walls that they framed. My husband against my direction paid them off as they said they would come back the next week to finish it. They then decided that even though they said they would level the concrete it wasn’t their responsibility anymore. We have tried to make contact with the owner who will not return any of our calls or text messages. Adam the only person who will respond to our messages said George the owner of the company said it will be 6 weeks before they can send someone out as they are very busy. The amount of work left would take half a day maybe. Not to mention other issues we had like the fact that we paid the deposit and then it took the owner of the company three weeks to order the parts and then they were the wrong parts twice. The owner of the company showed up to our house one day while the guys were working and started yelling at the guys about how the job was taking to long and costing them to much money and that they needed to get it finished. When they came out to bid on the concrete work and the interior work they gave us a price for each. After the concrete fiasco they increased the price on the interior work by just over $2000 dollars. We asked to pay for both projects upfront but they said they don’t do that because they want to make sure your satisfied with the work which we naïvely thought oh how nice. Only to realize that’s there game and a way to make up costs from the last project. I advise you to spend a little extra and go with a more reputable and up front company. It’s sad that this company is ran by such a person because the guys that work for him are honestly good at what they do and seem like they want to do the work but George the owner of the company who runs the entire business side including billing, ordering, scheduling and everything else is not that way.

We did had some concerns with the project, but he turned the concern into a resolution and went above and beyond. I've hired him again to do more work for me in the last 2 years. HE DOES ANSWER HIS PHONE, which is rare in this industry. Thank you SIR

I am so pleased with the gutter job that they did for me. I am a retired woodworker with some health issues so I was not able to do it myself. Needless to say I am real fussy about proper workmanship and there was a complicated down spot involved with the installation. Joshua did a very good job.
They came out and gave me a price the day after I called, they told me they could do it in two weeks. No hidden extra charges, came in two weeks and did a first class job. We are very pleased.
