Very responsive, prompt and professional plumbing services provided. Michael was friendly and extremely courteous. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and value of the work he did to repair leaky water lines under my kitchen sink. The job was done quickly and it looks much better than the original work that was done by Cavco, the builder of my manufactured house.

I highly recommend Brutinel Plumbing and Electrical and will use them again if/when the need arises.

Thank you Brutinel. I called Thursday afternoon, after suffering for over a month with drain issues. I'm a do-it -your-selfer, but couldn't resolve my problem. They scheduled me for the next day, which was perfect for me. They showed up right on time, Mando and Danny were timely, professional and curtious. They were in and out fast, quickley resolving my drain issues. Price was reasonable, basic service charge. They cleaned up after themselves, and they gave me further advise. Having not being here that long, they even gave me recommendations for other projects I have (not plumbing or electrical). I will definitely reccomend them, great guys! Seems to me they have taken to over charging customers as of late.I was quoted 170. For a safety check on our home, they charged me 250.00 ! Minus 20 for veterans discount, I asked why? The older tech said "Two" guys They sent two guys to tighten 2 screws and look at one plug. They were there less than 30 minutes per my security cameras. I spoke with the owner who said he would look at the invoice as he had no IDEA why it took two people. That was January 24 2024, I called back the next say and he said he still had not seen the invoice! And He would get back to me. Fast forward to today February 3 2024 He deposited my check for $ 230.00.........$130 1 hr min I understand, 40 trip charge for 10 miles we live in Toltec Really?ok should be 170.00 minus 20.00 veterans discount is $150.00 total charges 250 - 20 = $230. 00 total. This is really dishonest bad business. We Live here and are full time residents and have been for almost eleven years, my husband is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. We do not deserve to be treated like this! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE COMPANY CONTACTED AND WILL BE RETURNING OUR MONEY, THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

We are in Gila Bend and needed a plumber to come out to our church. We called Bruttinel and they came out the next day and fixed our issue. Real nice professional guys.

I recently had a leak in my on site apartment that needed to be taken care of. After having leak detection come out, I knew that the cold water line needed to be re-routed, as the current waterline is underground. I called around to different plumbers to get someone to give me an estimate on the cost of repair.

When I initially called Brutinel, I was greeted warmly over the phone and told them the issue. They informed me that they would have an estimator come out the next week. The next week came and went without a phone call or even anyone showing up.

I decided to give them another chance to make this right, so I followed up with them. I informed the gentleman I spoke with that someone was suppose to show up to give me an estimate for this work. He put me on a brief hold and came to tell me he needed to reach his boss and would follow up with me, even confirming my phone number.

It’s been several more days and yet again no follow up or communication at all. To say I am less than impressed would be an understatement.

These guys are awesome. Call in to see if I could get an appointment for a clogged kitchen sink. 1 1/2 hours they were here. Extremely professional and very personable. Great pricing. Highly recommend them.

The Moen Posi-temp cartridge went bad in the bathtub faucet that I never used and it was only found during the house inspection when I sold the home. The house is 16 years old.

My realtor picked a plumber and if he had told me who he'd chosen, I would have found someone else myself despite being halfway across the country at that point. I used to work for a place in Casa Grande who hired Brutinel for a lot of facility work and they never did the work on time or without some sort of issue.

That extends to their residential work as well, too. The plumber came out, turned on the faucet, said (according to the realtor's assistant) "You got water," and left. Of course, it failed the reinspection and the plumber was called out a second time.

BRUTINEL CHARGED FOR BOTH TRIPS! Then, when the realtor and I both tried to get them straightened out, the plumber lied and claimed that the cartridge was 'corroded into place' so it took an extra hour to get it out.

The cartridges are plastic.

So I'm stuck paying 2 hours, plus the cartridge he did eventually replace, because the plumber couldn't identify a super-common issue...AAAAAAND an issue that I'd already fixed myself on two other faucets in the house.

Avoid if you don't want them to waste your time and overcharge you for the privilege.

ETA: After this went live, Brutinel contacted me and offered to take the extra hour off my bill if I would take my review down. So know that they try to manipulate their reviews, too.

This is the worst company ever. They installed a water heater that went out in less than 2 months. I went through my home warranty and when I called the plumbing company they said they would send someone out and never showed up. My warranty company called them and they told them I should go through the manufacture!! Now I stuck once again with no hot water!! Please don’t use this plumbing company!!

They come as fast as they can, which is normally the same day. They are friendly and professional, and quick to fix the issue! Thanks, Brutinel!

We used Brutinel to install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room, install fixtures in the kitchen & dining area, and reconnect our plumbing after putting in new counters in the bathrooms and laundry room. They were courteous and knowledgeable and all works well - highly recommend!

Greg was on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself and left things like he found them. Price was more than reasonable. You could not ask for better service. I’ve used commercial plumbers for years in my former career and have never seen better. They are now my go-to plumber.

Tech showed up, I asked about price, tech couldn't give me a straight answer. So we pressed and he said maybe 200-300. So I asked if that included everything and he said no. He didn't know about parts or what he needed or how much anything cost. Since I couldn't get a straight answer about the cost, I said never mind. I would not recommend. Better not to get into something that is going to cost you thousands when they will not be honest and upfront about the cost.

For someone to tell me we are a very busy company we don't have time for what you need when we had an appointment with them is really frustrating will never do business with you guys again.

I called. The repairs were done quickly. Everything worked. No complaints here. I called because my microwave was not coming on. The tech found that there was a short in the house line. He replaced the outlet, and the microwave came back to life. He charged me a very reasonable price. Very happy with the outcome!

We called Brutinel about a leak from our upstairs bathroom and asked them to replace our water heater at the same time. They were very professional, showed me where the problem was and explained how they would fix it. They did the work quickly, and we were very happy with what they charged. We have used them for years and would definitely recommend them.

Was hopeful when we got prompt response, and Ron came out to take a look at the work we needed done. However, after 2 emails with no response followed by a phone call, Ron finally said he would "send an estimate tomorrow". That was 4 days ago and still has yet to send anything.

We had an excellent experience with the Company and with Chris who fixed the leak in a timely manner and provided great service. We will definitely use them again.

Our plumbing need was not an emergency - just needed to replace the shower/tub valve in out park model. The plumber was there the next day to assess the situation and came the day after that to do the work. Very professional and, obviously, very prompt. It was great!!!

Honestly, they need negative stars.
Called to have them come out to give me an estimate, the guy showed up and told us that I would need to pay $160 per hour/per guy and he would need two guys for several hours at least, just to come out and find out what the issue might be.
Called Mankel, they came out, looked around and immediately started fixing the issue. All resolved within 3 hours and paid less than what this company wanted me to pay just to find the issue.

Called saturday, explained we had a leak and were it was located. Technician arrived. Was no help. Didn't even bring the right equipment in order to get into the attic. This company does a fair amount of work here in our community, all the houses have the attic in the same location. So why would he not have the correct equipment? A complete waste of $145.
To be fair we did need an A/C guy, but he still should have had the correct equipment. If it had been the plumbing he still wouldn't have been able to fix the problem without it. I do not feel we should have charged even the $145 (which was discounted $20) $50 or $75, maybe. Not the $145. I feel it was very unprofessional. There are almost 300 houses in our community, a lot of repairs are word of mouth here.

I have had Brutinel do work for me at my home and at my business here in Casa multiple times. They do great timely work at a fair price. I even had a water line break at my house late on a Saturday. The technician was there quickly and helped me out. I would highly recommend.

Chris fixed a leak outside my home in a timely manner, he answered many questions on other issues and actually noticed I need to replace my water heater. I was very happy with his service

Plumber came over & looked at what 3 small things that had to be done to satisfy the buyers of our home. Asked for a estimate but said it should not be much. Said he would be back on Friday in which he never showed up. Rescheduled & he did the items that had to be repaired then slapped us with a $420 bill. Guess not much meaning is different for this company. Also after he left I tried to pull out our hose from the hose real & our block wall almost fell over. During his work he loosened up the foundation mortar on our hose reel wall. Another cost from us. Totally over priced & would not recommend them to anyone!

They came to replace water heater for my drsable neighbor lady in a wheel chair and left her with no hot water at her ketchen sink and charged her1450.00 and tried to leave her with a recite with no price on it. Dented the place where the door latches on water heater door.
