Great and thorough job. My only issue is that the report indicated there was an area the inspector couldn't review due to it being blocked. I could have easily rectified this had this been pointed out during the inspection, or during the time of the wrap up overview. I'd still use the service again though.

Was punctual. Asked if I wanted anything specific to be looked at. Got straight to the inspection. Showed me things he was looking for as he was inspecting inside home. The inspection on the house we are buying was incredibly thorough and included dozens of pages detailing everything he found...with photos! Everything is color-coded and really well explained. We know exactly what needs to be fixed and how to prioritize. Mr. Hecker was very nice, happy to completely explain everything and very professional. Excellent inspection. Very timely, and complete. Checked everything including getting down into crawlspace and looking at all structural as well as termites. 4 of the other inspectors I contacted refused to go into crawlspaces as a matter of practice. Said they would take a picture from the access. Hecker went under and took pics of all, good and bad. As a Colorado Broker I have had many inspectors, and Hecker would be on the top of my list. HeckerHomeChecker LLC did our home inspection prior to the purchase of our new home. Very thorough and they provided a very detailed yet easy to read and understand report that is color coded making it very easy for us to know what to focus on and what to not worry about in the near future. The inspector also took the time to do a review/presentation of his findings on his laptop which was helpful. I highly recommend them.

I could not be there in person, but my realtor was and video conferenced us in. very thorough report, with tons of pictures and even some videos. went over the biggest red flags with our new house and advised us on how to repair/ how pressing each item was.

Stephan saved us from buying a home with mold, water leaks, termites, and a host of other problems. He is the best inspector we have ever had, and we have had many over the years. He was polite, accommodating, thorough, and really new what he was doing during the inspection! He was able to detect moisture in two downstairs rooms, indicating water leaks, and detect that the 14 yr old heating and AC units were not working properly in temperature. We highly recommend him if you want a fair and honest inspector!!! Though we lost the last house due to extensive needed repairs, we will hire Stephan again for the next home we find!

Planning to buy a home. My realtor contacted him to do a home inspection prior to purchase. He responds quickly and did a good job. There are some areas not checked due to furniture and fixtures on the way. Sent me the report right away after payment.
