Air Assurance LLC not only provided the best estimate, but their customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! They were very personable and honest. We were in communication several times a day for a few days, and they always responded promptly. During install they were upfront about anything they had to do. They are a phenomenal company, and really made this investment such an easy process.

Neighbor told me our heat strip was making a strange noise, I listened to it also. Hadn’t ever heard that noise before, called Air Assurance, they sent a guy out the next afternoon. Turned out it is normal, the tech checked over the heat strip and the air conditioner. Good to go.

Road Rage! They got on my tail on the CG-Maricopa Highway this morning, I was going 7 miles over the speed-limit. They finally passed me, staying in my lane, pushing me to the shoulder. Got to the stop light together (that rage got him far!) He flipped me off. Air Assurance needs to be more respectful! I would never hire them, I wouldn't want that attitude around my home or business!

Highly recommend & Thank you to Tony Medrano with Air Assurance!! I contacted him when our AC started pushing hot air and was reaching over 96° inside the house, he was very professional and was able to fix the issue.

Today my AC unit upstairs took a bust and brought the temp to 97 degrees inside. We called Tony over at Air Assurance and he came right over and got things going for us rather quickly. This is our second time using this company and we continue to be pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and prompt they have been. We are very happy with Tony and Jason with Air Assurance. They always call you back and make appointments to meet your schedule. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the products they service/sell. Tony and Jason replaced our old SEER 14 heat pump with 6 SEER 18 Mini-Splits heads. Daily power consumption dropped by 30%. The new Mini-Splits are very comfortable for temperature, it heats and cools a room quickly, provides individual room zoning, and the filters are so easy to clean. Tony and Jason did a Whole House Conversion and tweaked the system to perfection. They Always respond right away when needed, We would highly recommend working with Air Assurance!

I called Air Assurance , last Thursday morning when my air conditioning failed and began tripping the breaker . I called Tony who immediately answered , I explained the situation . Tony assured me he would be out late in the afternoon . To my delight he arrived a mere 2 hours later he arrived and repaired my A.C. unit very quickly , with in minutes my house was cool and comfortable , saving me from the mid-day Arizona 109 degree heat . As a stay at home Mom I was a little nervous having a repair man come without my husband home, but AC is something that can't wait! Tommy was very professional and I feel like he was very honest about what needed to be done without pressuring me into a sale. It costed way less than I expected, I would definitely recommend him and call him next time!

The beginning of the season has started up my heater and it would not start. Made a phone call to air assurance, they were going to squeeze me in late that afternoon I said it would be fine for tomorrow. They got me in early came in and fixed my problem. Tony and Jason are just awesome.

Can not begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had with air assurance. A/C decided to stop working in the middle of July in the Arizona desert. Of course, worst case scenarios immediately flooded my mind. New compressor, thousands of dollars. Knowing nothing about air conditioners I was at the mercy of an AC company. Air assurance to the rescue!! Not only were they excellent with their customer service but also their HONESTY. Could have told me a new unit is needed and I would have not known the difference. They found the issue was caused by a frayed wire!! Fixed the problem in about 30 mins and we were back up and running with no damage to my pocketbook!! Can not thank you enough air assurance!! I will be recommending you to anyone that will listen. You guys are a company that we need more of in this world. Honesty and integrity were far above expectations!! You guys are lifesavers! If you need AC work done, these are the guys to call. Hands down. Not even a question.

Jason was knowledgeable and got our unit working in short order. He explained everything and was great in his customer service skills. The rates were great. He was at our house within four hours of my call on the hottest day of the summer, when the others wouldn't even call back. Air Assurance is my number one call when the AC goes down.

Waited 2 days for someone else and finally called warr to send out new servicer. A/C working in 2 hours! Tony & Jason - you saved the day.

These guys came in on a home warranty call for AC check up. They were polite respected my home and didn't try and up sell me. Honesty is number one in my book. If I have future issues I will call these guys!!
