Incredible builders were fantastic. Their attention to detail was great. The design team did a superb job helping me plan and pick out items. I love my kitchen and the remodeling they did. They were courteous to let me know when they were coming and explained things well. I would hire them again.

Highly recommend Incredible Builders Inc. Our job was small. just a vanity, mirror, patching and painting. They were on time, very professional and the work was perfect!! It's hard to find companies to take on the smaller jobs. working with the sales team to the installers was flawless!!

Great service, reasonable prices. Excellent array of products available. Ben was a very capable project coordinator who did everything possible to ensure our project turned out successfully to our satisfaction.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work done and happy with my experience! The subcontractors, especially the plumber, were outstanding, on time, great communication and professional. They handled the ordering of my materials, the prices were what they said they would be and fair considering the work being done. The designer was helpful in picking out Swanstone etc. A special thanks to Nick the admin who was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicated well. I am taking off one star because of the project manager. His lack of communication, not showing up at the time he said he would MULTIPLE times and stalling in general was unprofessional, annoying and caused more stress than was necessary. The work itself is impeccable but the project manager, not so much.

We contracted with Incredible Builders to install an entertainment center which would enrich the fireplace that we were installing. The work that was done was truly exceptional. All work was done in a professional manner and the project was completed in a timely manner. Everyone that we came in contact with was awesome. Tony, Mike, Ben and Kenny were all exceptional people. They were all concerned that we would be delighted with the finished project. Kudos to the entire team at Incredible Builders!

Incredible Builders did a great job remodeling our basement, laundry room and fireplace. The communication, work and clean-up were all done well at a reasonable price. I recommend them for your home remodeling project.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Have had bad experiences with big companies in the past and this just adds to it. Owner sent a quote for kitchen remodeling and flooring. Quote was fair at 17k and asked him to break it down for me if I did the kitchen only versus the floor. Quote for kitchen only was 7k more?! He left me a nasty voicemail with attitude on ‘if I saw the original quote why did I ask for a breakdown’. I’m honestly surprised by the way I was treated, probably judged me based on my looks or since I’m Hispanic I’m not really sure. Going to take my 17k elsewhere where a company values me as a customer. Lost a customer on a simple request.

Tony came out within a couple of days to give the quote and he was the only person to actually give a detailed and comprehensive estimate.
We worked with Mike initially to get the process started who was good at keeping us up on timelines. Ben was our main contact throughout the actual reconstruction and did a lot of the work. He was great at keeping us updated on what to expect and did a phenomenal job with all of the carpentry! He was very helpful picking out all of the odds & ends we needed for the room too.
All of the sub contractors were on time, friendly & did great work.
We love how our laundry room project turned out & will definitely be reaching out when it becomes time for our next project!

Had them do a bathroom remodel a few years ago and I really struggle with how poorly this was done. We didn’t notice until we added a shower door how far the wall was out of plumb… and the grout is crumbling all over. I emailed owner and he didn’t seem concerned with either issue there are much better local companies that do stand by their work.

We have had the opportunity to work with Incredible Builders to make several improvements to our home. With each job they were prompt and thorough and careful in their workmanship and schedule. I would contact them immediately for any improvements knowing that they would deliver a thorough product.

Our experience with Incredible Builders for remodeling our kitchen plus resurfacing our floors was great from the very first meeting with Tony. We told Tony what we wanted and our concerns about timing for having the home available while work was going on. When Tony and Charlie, the job supervisor, came over to the house they explained step by step all that would take place along with an estimate of the timing for each step. Tony's wife, Claudine, set up times when she would meet with us to go to the distributors for picking out such things like the cabinets and countertops. The work on the kitchen was performed very professionally by all involved. We like our new kitchen and that it wasn't as bad going through the construction stage as we thought it would be. Thanks to Tony and Claudine plus the crew for a job well done.

In summer of 2022, Incredible Builders Inc. (IBI) performed repairs to structural lumber and cedar siding on my house. Of four contractors I met with and received estimates from, I chose IBI based on their recommended method of performing the repairs and their price. Their workers completed the project in 1-1/2 days, did quality work, used quality materials, and cleaned up the work area when done. Good job! Also, the office staff maintained good communication with me during the entire process from initial phone call to project completion.

Incredible Builders have done two major projects at my home and I couldn’t be more pleased. Rick the project manager kept everything moving and Ben the carpenter did a fabulous job. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to do any renovation or building.

We have used Incredible Builders for 2 projects so far. One was a full kitchen remodel, the other was a repair on the outside of our house after part of a tree went through the wall. Tony was great to work with, when he said he or somebody would be there, they always were and they were there on time, which is hard to find with many contractors. Tony's communication was beyond fantastic and was able to help offer solutions when we got stuck with a few issues that always come up during a remodel. Tony was always there to oversee the work being done and if he wasn't happy with something it was corrected. During the projects the work sites were always cleaned. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project and look forward to other projects that we have planned.

I am SO beyond happy with how this turned out! HUGE shoutout to Incredible Builders, Inc. For the flawless execution.

Literally every single step of working with this team was perfect. They came out and quoted next day. They had the quote to me same day, and walked me through everything. They told me in May when I hired them that they wouldn't be able to start until September BUT they offered to help me with a temporary child proofing to help until then! (I was super worried constantly about my toddler climbing the landing).

They promised to reach out if they could move the timeline up, and they did! We started in late July and every part of communicating with them was great. Norm over communicated and was super proactive, responsive, professional. You can tell he's passionate and cares. The individuals who came out were great (electrician and drywall/paint guy). Norm even came to confirm if everything looked good and offered touch ups if I needed anything at all.

Office staff was nice. Price was very fair. Literally loved this whole experience. Any future projects, I'm using them!

Incredible Builders, emphasis on INCREDIBLE, did my kitchen remodel this summer. Tony Cutrona did my bid and was very responsive and patient with me with all of my questions, changes, and finalizing the contract. He set the bar for all the other contractors I interviewed, who did not measure up to his professionalism & detailed, transparent bid. We faced excessive material delays, which delayed the builder, but IB was very flexible with a later start date--and started on the day they said they would. Norm Nosimani was the construction supervisor and was absolutely fabulous to work with; a real pleasure. From day 1 of demo, he made sure his crew arrived on time, did a quick and careful demo and left the room spotless every day. He always kept me informed of who was coming each day, and when, which made scheduling my life possible. He handled unexpected situations (like corroded electrical conduit) calmly and thoroughly, and negotiated a fair change order to handle it. Additionally, if something wasn't to my liking, he never pushed back, but was willing to make it right so I was happy. Norm has a great sense of humor, and is the sweetest man in this business. I consider him a friend now. The crews and subcontractors were good at what they do, and often went above and beyond in many ways, especially coming up with creative solutions to various things which didn't arrive as expected (e.g. parts of my cabinets) or didn't fit the purpose it was supposed to fulfill (e.g. wrong sized screws). There were no surprises with costs, everything was transparent, and when there was an unexpected hit, made sure I understood why, showed me why, and provided a change order to document it. I was very afraid to do this remodel, fearing all the bad contractors out there, but everyone at Incredible gave me great peace of mind! I will use them again, and recommend them with an A++++ rating to anyone who needs an exceptional builder.

We had received several quotes before we had our bathroom renovated but we knew immediately that we wanted to use Incredible Builders. Right from the first estimate the team was professional and knowledgeable. They quickly laid out what needed to be done and the estimated price. We were moving and needed a few upgrades quickly in our new place. Tony came through and completed all the upgrades in 2 weeks! All of his subs were timely and professional. This is the second time we used Incredible Builders and we are happy we did.

My husband and I were thinking of adding on an in-law addition. Tony was quick to email back and get an appointment locked in. We were able to meet with him in less than a week! Our visit went well. He took Covid precautions, listened to our thoughts, shared his own ideas based on experience, and even tried to help us visualize what realistically could work/how the process happens. We never felt rushed or overruled. After the visit, his estimate was to us within a few days. His communication is reliable, for sure! In the end, my husband and I decided maybe the addition isn't the best option as this may not be our forever home. Incredible Builders really is INCREDIBLE! They took our ideas and plans and transformed our kitchen into our dream kitchen. All of the trades involved were experts and professional. The project was completed on budget and we were able to add a few “extras” to the scope without breaking the bank.

I have been singing the praises of IBI throughout the renovation of my kitchen/living room/dining room to family, friends, and co-workers.

It started with Claudine, who is an excellent designer. She was the one who suggested tearing down the walls and making it into a great room for easier family gatherings… and she was spot-on! She has great taste, gave me lots of options without being overwhelming, pulled out my ideas, and tweaked everything so that I am absolutely thrilled with the end product and have gotten a lot of positive feedback with some of the pictures I posted.

Tony is so conscientious and involved with all the multiple steps in the renovation. If anything happened that wasn’t according to plans, he was right there fixing it. And when he said it would be done by Christmas—it was! It’s been my prior experience that one cannot always count on a completion date—but he made it happen, and my family could actually cook our Christmas dinner in our new space.

The teamwork of the subcontractors was stellar—courteous, always on time, worked tirelessly, cleaned up at the end of the day, and answered any questions I had. I especially liked how the primary team members coached and encouraged the newer guys. That builds an even stronger team for the future.

If you want a seamless and positive experience, IBI is the place to contact. (I actually have decided to also redo the upstairs, and I’m already on their list for spring!!)

We cannot recommend "The Incredibles" highly enough!!! We redid a master bathroom and from the initial estimating to the completed project, we felt they had our best interest in mind. They never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and even worked with us to keep within the budget we had set. Mike, the project manager, always kept us informed of who would be coming when and did what he could to keep the project on schedule. All the workmen were neat and polite and top notch in their field. Claudine was a huge help with the design and color choices! The before and after photos say it all! Thank you Tony, Claudine, Mike & Team for a project we will enjoy for a LONG time!!

Tony and his team at Incredible Builders are top notch. I hired them to do a complete tear out and renovation of my bathroom. They provided me clear up front pricing. He brought in everyone on day one so I could meet all the people that would be working in my home while I was away at work. At last minute, literally right before they started, I requested several changes. Each request was met with “no problem, we’ll take care of it.” They provided a concise schedule, and actually ended up finishing early. Much appreciated since this was my master bathroom. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I will be using them shortly to remove and replace all my siding, windows, decks and gutters. I look forward to seeing that finished product.
