Astorg service is outstanding in service. Service personal always super friendly and go out of their way to help you any way they can. Have delt with them for years and never have changed how they take care of their customers. Mike in service is just a outstanding person and runs a top notch service. I would rate the a 12 on a 1 to to scale. I won't go any place else for service. I recommend them above any other service places around.

This will be a long review but I urge anyone considering having their vehicle serviced here to heed my advice. To your service department- if YOU don’t stand behind your work, why should I trust you? Last year our truck was serviced by them, we got new tires put on. Admittedly, we haven’t gotten the tires rotated since then. (I’ve also admittedly gone 1-2 years without rotating on past vehicles and never experienced this before). We were performing simple brake maintenance on our truck and lo and behold, the driver side lug nuts won’t budge. We got 1 lug nut off, the rest are stuck on. we tried the basic tools- 4way lug wrench, breaker bar… ended up BREAKING a 3/4inch Milwaukee breaker bar trying to get this tire off. Bought an impact gun, thinking this would help- NOPE. Walmart’s automotive tried their air-impact. Nothing. We are both exhausted blue collar workers and it just so happens I specialize in taking tires off in my line of work. I’ve never seen lug nuts I can’t get off. I thought if this business had any dignity, they’d help get off the tire THEY put on and stand behind their work. They told us if they break the studs or lug nuts that we’d be paying. That just doesn’t sound right to me. I already have very little trust for them, it seems to me like they over-tightened so we’d have no choice to come back. Their service advisor tried telling us 4 lug nuts would be $100. Thanks for the subtle hint that you think we’re stupid and that you were already plotting on ways to get money. I should have known after working in a dealership not to trust one, I just figured this place would have a shred of decency. We’re not trying to get over on anyone, we just want this fixed so we can go on with our lives and get to and from work. I spoke with the service manager, and he insisted that the tires have been off and rotated since they serviced them. NEWSFLASH- we wouldn’t be having this issue if that was the case. The tires are only 1 year old, and if lack of rotating was the issue, then how did we get the passenger side off with no issue? After the service managers not-so-subtle jab at us hinting that we are liars, I decided I would absolutely not let them touch our vehicle. To any potential customer reading this- if you read any review and listen, let it be this one. These people have no dignity, no integrity, and god only knows what would have happened if we didn’t ask the right questions before they took the car out of our sight to work on it. From outright lying to our face about the cost of 4 lug nuts, trying to insinuate that we were lying about rotating the tires and downplay the damage they created. Between the price of the broken breaker bar, the replacement, and the impact wrench we had to buy to try to bust these lug nuts loose- you people already costed us a bunch of money and hurt our trust of a so-called “reputable” dealership. The least you could have done is help fix the f-up you made. My much more experienced master-tech mechanic of 30 years father even said “Yep, get out of there. They’re just jerking you around, those service departments don’t make much money for dealerships so they try to milk every servicing they can.”
And you better believe, if and when we get these lug nuts off i’ll be looking to see if these people put lock tite on there. The entirety of the time I spent in there this morning was an insult to my intelligence. They were thinking I was just some “dumb woman” they could get over on. I do roadside assistance for a living. Over 250 flat tires I’ve changed and never ran into a lug nut I couldn’t get off.

Big thanks to the Service Department for their help. I purchased a used radio for my 2019 RAM 2500 Promaster which required a code to work in my van. Even though I installed it myself, they knew exactly what I needed and supplied it willingly. That's Good Service. I'll be back!

I want to share my experience with this dealership so others can be aware before making a purchase. When buying a car from Astorg in Vienna or Parkersburg, WV be careful with any warranties or service packages they try to sell you. They’ll say whatever it takes to get you to buy, but when it comes time to use what you paid for, they may change their story.
I purchased an extra warranty for oil changes, but they never informed me that it was limited to six uses. If I had known this upfront, I might have reconsidered. Additionally, when I bought my first car from them, the AC was broken, but they did fix it. I didn’t have any other major problems until I purchased my second car and ran into this issue with the oil change package.
I was told I had to bring the car in to their 7th Street location in Parkersburg. When I questioned why I was never informed of the six-time limit, an employee dismissively asked me, “Did you buy the car from here?” Even though I purchased my car from their Vienna location. They specifically told me to go to this location for my oil changes.

Overall, my experience has made me question their honesty when selling warranties and service packages. If you plan to buy a car from here, I highly recommend to be aware and asking detailed questions to avoid unexpected surprised .

Anytime we take our vehicles for service, it is done quickly without any issues. Mike Conley is easy to work with and keeps us updated. Over the years, we've had seats fixed, sensors fixed, oil changes, inspections, just to name a few. We've continued to use Astorg due to Mike's professionalism and easy manner, in addition to the great service provided by him and his crew.

Thanks to Mike and Chuck for making this situation right. We appreciate your help. You want a service department to cost you more, this one will. Took in jeep to get the transmission serviced. We asked specifically how it looked and if there was any metal shavings in the pan. We were told that all looked good. Unbeknownst to us the pan is rusted and didn't form a seal with the gasket causing it to leak. We took it back for them to fix it and make it right; after them NOT telling us that it was rusted that badly. They wanted to charge us over $300 to have it fixed. They wanted $150 for a transmission pan that we can get for $75 and $62 for a gasket we can get for $13. Plus labor of $144/hour. The Jeep hasn't acted right since they service the transmission to start with. Only take your vehicle to them if you want to spend more money than you need to.

We were distressed transient travelers and were fourtunate enough to come to this dealership for assistance. We had 2 tires that failed during our cross country trek. They stayed late, allowed us to bring our dog in the waiting room, ensured I was able to connect to the wifi to continue to work and were just kind and genuine people. If we ever need another service and are close to the facility we most definitely will be back. It is rare in the day to encounter a business who truly cares for the customer. Well done!

Took my fiat 500x here for a recall repair and check up. We called and set up an appointment. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk said we were down for an oil change and a tire rotation. When we told her that no we scheduled a check up on the recall. The lady at the front desk continued to be rude. Finally a manager stepped in to help. Their mechanics quoted $1500 for new brakes and rotors. I declined the service as I knew the car did not need it. They put a rejection sticker on the car. The next day we took the car to Marty’s Tires in Charleston where they confirmed we did not need all new brakes and rotors. We always have our Volvo serviced at Astorg in Charleston with excellent service. Parkersburg however, is trash. I will not be taking a car to Astrog anymore. Astrog should be ashamed at the service they provide.

I took my 2500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, look at a paint issue and check two recall items. Right off the bat they tell me they can't balance the tires because they have black wheels. Hmm, that didn't matter when I brought in my Challenger that I'd purchased there. Instantly got the impression that they don't want to do any work. When I went to pick it up they told me they wouldn't look at the paint because I didn't buy my truck there. (So purchasing a Challenger from them isn't enough to get you into their family.) Then I noticed someone had disconnected my side steps and I had to get them to reconnect them. It wasn't until I got home I realized they upcharged my tire rotation because the tires are "oversized.” I'm at the commercial side of the house for this service and they think a 2500 is big? All of this was on the "commercial" side of the house right in front of their body shop. This is not a place that can perform the simplest normal service and will require you to seek out additional shops to maintain your vehicle. Worse, they confirmed that my warranty is worthless. If a RAM dealer can refuse warranty work the warranty becomes useless. I can't imagine going back to this incompetent shop for any reason.

Terrible experience, was told they had the car I was interested in for roughly $34.9k so I agreed to start paperwork. They pulled my credit and were figuring out final terms for financing when the finance manager called and said the price was actually $44.9k and wanted to know if I was still interested. That’s what they’d call a bait and switch and I’m not here for that. I’m just glad I live in Ohio and won’t have to deal with them again. Thanks!

We bought our 22 Dodge Durango in January this year. I absolutely love it. Dakota was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was really sweet & this place worked with us on getting into the vehicle I wanted. They also wasted NO time with us. We were in and out in 2 hours, paperwork signed and all. We even had a trade in. It also helped we did some of the leg work over the phone as well though, but we've still gone to dealers and been there for 6+ hours, which is why I hate going, but I do highly recommend them.

Their service team is also great. I travel an hour to bring my vehicle here for oil changes or anything it needs. While I do think their service is a little slower than other places I've been, I'm sure they are super busy so at least the waiting area has snacks, drinks, & TV, lol. My kids sure do appreciate that. This last time I brought it in for an oil change, it did have a recall on it, which they went ahead and inspected for me. Some places won't even do that without a whole other appointment being made just for that, so that was much appreciated!

The service shop is a JOKE! My van is under warranty and the A/C had not been working I have only had the van a little over a year. We send the van in, they could not find an issue so therefore it was not covered with the warranty. Not only that when my van came back it was damaged, they had not lifted it properly and bent out below the driver door and a little on the passenger door. We called them about the issue and they said it was not bad enough to notice so they weren't doing anything about it. I take pride in caring for my vehicle and want it looking nice for something they did and they will not fix. They are a JOKE ! Do NOT let them work on your vehicle. You should not have to look over every detail of your vehicle after taking it to a shop that is supposed to be trusted. Picture is looking down at how bent out it is

Made an appointment 2 weeks prior to the date of service, for a transmission service. Spoke to Eric. He assured me that they would; adjust the 2nd gear band, drain/fill fluid, flush transmission lines, and change the transmission filter. This service was for a brand new transmission that was reaching its 1st 1,000mile service interval. I had scheduled the service to occur on my day off from work so as not to lose any time off from work and minimize the impact on my family.

The day of the service comes. I drop off the keys and go over the list of things the transmission manufacturers required to occur in order to maintain a 2year/unlimited mile warranty. The service lady informs me that they do not have a transmission flush machine and could not do that part of the service.

To those that may not know why this is a big deal. During the transmission assembly process the technicians use assembly lube, and during the first 1,000 miles the transmission clutches and steel bands wear into their new home. Losing some of their material into the fluid. If this material and combined assembly lube is not removed from the transmission there is increased wear and tear on the unit thus VOIDING the warranty.

This not not my first run in with ASTORG dodge.

I had called in to get a window seal leak found and fixed. I was informed that they only perform that service on vehicles that are still under OEM warranty. Basically said kick rocks and find someone else to do the service. (They lost out on $743.00 btw)

Ended up taking my truck somewhere else.

100% do not recommend ASTORG dodge for anything. There are better Dodge dealers in this area.

I cannot say enough about our salesman, Steve and everyone else who helped us when my husband purchased his Jeep last week. We had our daughter (5) with us and Steve played with her . She loved him. We were there well past closing but no one made us feel rushed and before we left Steve wanted to show my husband the app for his phone so he could start the car with his phone. We didn’t ask him to do that but he wanted to.We went there because my best friend recently bought from them and had a good experience and recommended them to is. They really know how to treat customers!!

Not happy with this place. Waited 2 weeks to get my truck in for an 8am appointment. Did not pull my truck in till after 10am. Waited over 6 hours to find out what was wrong with my truck. After getting all that info tried calling literally 20 times with no answer. When I did get an answer finally was put on hold 4 times to be transferred then hung up on. Called again and was told I get a call back. No call back what so ever. Had to actually go into the shop so I could talk to them about how to proceed. What a joke this place is.

I had taken my eco diesel to the dealership I bought it from (Performance in Columbus) and it was there for 3 and a half months. The service department there told me numerous lies during the time it was in for service. When I finally got my truck back from them it was leaking fluids. I took it to Astorg and they found several leaks that were due to poor service at Performance. They had to order a part but they had my truck fixed within a few days. From now on I will be taking my truck to Astorg.

Price of an oil change and cabin air filter was a little higher than anticipated but the service center does great work and they are very thorough. Definitely worth the price.

Been trying to do new review but can't get to new reviews. So I'll try editing an old one.
Just went to Astorg due to issue with side doors. Mike fixed my problem i one minute. Problem was operator ignorance. Mike was great. Showed me the solution and did it with a smile.
So far they have been great. Been back twice since purchase for assistance with W.Va. DMV issues. Don't ask me to rate my dealings with DMV!
