After getting a quote from my 40-plus year current insurance agent for a new camper we were buying, something didn't seem right. So I called Diane at Miller Insurance. She worked through the weekend knowing we were picking up the camper Monday afternoon and had a quote ready for rewriting all of our insurance that saved us significant money. Really went above and beyond for us.

And an update. In March 2023 a high wind storm took a number of shingles off the roof and knocked four sections of fence down that the pool plumbing was attached to. Diane got a claim set up and kept in touch to make sure we were handled timely. The adjuster from Encova was prompt, responded quickly to messages, and paid the claim in short order. We are now waiting for the roofing company to get to us but we have the funds in hand to cover. Very good experience.

This review is for Dianne Theobald with Curtis Miller Insurance Agency. Dianne is THE best insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I have had my homeowner's and auto policy with her for years at her previously employer. When she moved to Curtis Miller Agency, her previous employer would not tell me where she went. So I sought her out on social media and found that she had went to Curtis Miller Agency. Dianne is definitely an asset to this company. She compares my policies between different carriers to find me the most coverage for the lowest price and advises me on actions to take to save myself money. She always returns my calls very quickly when I need something. Very friendly and wonderful to work with. Can't give enough stars!

They were great if you’re high-risk and no one else will cover you! But after I was there for six months I found insurance 100 times cheaper than what they could ever give me so I canceled my policy. My policy wasn’t canceled I was then charged overdraft fees when it automatically came out they refused to pay the overdraft fees! I’m very disappointed with Danielle especially

Never, ever met Curtis Miller even after several years. He hid inside his office too busy to ever speak with me. I only ever worked with the staff. Unfortunately they were often rude and in a rush. I always felt like my money was welcome, but I was not. So glad I switched to another agent and service. I hated every time I walked into this office. Obviously: I would recommend this agent to as many people as the number of times I was greeted by Curtis Miller. zero.

The insurance policies they provide are a fluke. A roof leaking and 30+ years on, with mother nature at its best these passed weeks, we will be paying to fix it without their help. Even though, for the last seven years we have paid faithfully. They have all the fine print to do what they want but a roof over 30 years old and leaking doesn't qualify you to get a claim

Everytime I have called the last 5 days I've been told someone will call me back and I havent received 1 call from them. I have called 2-3 times a day trying to talk to someone about a claim against one of their clients. I'm trying to be nice since it's a small amount to give them the opportunity to just pay it instead of going through insurance but nobody is working with me so I'm just going to have to go through insurance.
