Customer feedback regarding LeafFilter is mixed, with a significant number of users expressing dissatisfaction with both the product performance and customer service. Many reported ongoing issues with gutter clogs and damage caused during installation, resulting in frustrating experiences when trying to obtain support. Positive reviews highlight effective communication, timely installations, and satisfactory customer interactions. However, the recurring complaints, particularly about poor follow-up and unresolved problems, significantly tarnish the company's reputation. Overall, while some customers appreciate the service, serious issues raised by others suggest caution for potential clients.
- Response and quality of work.
- The two installers worked steadily and efficiently.
- Everyone has been so nice and helpful.
- Came to meet me in a timely fashion, presented your products professionally.
- I was really glad to receive such quick response and great customer care.
- Water ran back and under into my sunroom causing damage to ceiling tile.
- Sorry about your luck.
- They destroyed my yard.
- The product do NOT work! They clog with pollen.
- Nothing was cleaned up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

So do not give them your money. Thank goodness I only put leaf filter on part on my 2 story house and it cost a fortune just for that. Got good sales pitch how they never have issues etc. Installed promptly in Dec 2024. In Jan 2025 water ran back and under into my sunroom causing damage to ceiling tile. So far this is July 2025 so 7 months later and multiple calls and them coming out here no result. It's almost like tough luck. Latest is they admitted attaching gutters to part of roof this putting holes in roof this voiding roof warranty. So far multiple calls and they keep telling me they are in contact being the roofing company I use but roofers haven't gotten back with them to fix sl.ost 3 months now with this run around. They will not refund even part of my $ I've asked. So basically I guess I'm screwed
I'm also a senior that they took advantage of but I'm not decrepit or senile yet. They can either settle or fix or next step is business bureau...I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad quality work then you get ghosted then they won't refund or fix the problem. And act like oh well you have water in your home or oh well messed up the roof that's only 11 yrs old and previous 30 yr warranty. It's your fault not ours.....funny if I have roofing issue it's never taken over 2 months for them to get back with me. Guess I'll call roofers myself which they came and told me bc of leaf filter the roof will eventually leak......never again I could've paid someone for years to clean gutters rather than be put through this headache

Works well. Every year they come to clean debris and do a good job. This year they came before the scheduled date. I missed their call and wasn’t home. they did the job, didn’t charge me.
I’m sure they aren’t perfect but I’ve had good experiences.

Response and quality of work. I called one day, a Friday, and got the estimate the next day, a Saturday. The salesman was very friendly, informative and gave a very quick estimate. Signed contract. Gutter was installed Monday by two friendly and work focused men. Explained how installation would be done, installed, removed old gutter. Very satisfying project

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
