Mark did an excellent job power washing our house in summer of 2018 and 2020. He also did an excellent job painstakingly replacing the decking on our front porch and reconstructing a deck landing outside of our French doors in 2019.. In that 3 year period Mark was a big help to our family as I was recovering from multiple surgeries and could not complete the work myself. Thank you for jobs we’ll done!

I needed a new outside spigot. Rogo was here the day after I called him to do the estimate. He then scheduled the job the same week!! How about that for service?! He was very professional and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!!

Mark helped us out a great deal. We were moving and needed work done at our old and new house. He performed carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work for us. He was responsive, showed up on time, and did quality work at a reasonable price. He was also very professional and very efficient. I would definitely hire him again.

Mark helped me with several projects that needed to be done for my house to pass inspection for selling. He was thorough, knowledgeable and did a great job. My house sold the first day. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing help projects large and small.

Didn’t finish the job. Had to take him to court. He was supposed to install bathroom cabinets and light fixtures. had a contract written then did not complete. Very sloppy work. Dumped something in my shower he didn’t clean up and now is stained.
He wanted all cash, When I said I was unhappy with work, he went into a rage and threatened me. He has a long arrest record

Mark was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! I had him power wash the house and it is literally the cleanest it has ever been. The spots on the house that were extra gross, he scrubbed with a brush!!! Who does that anymore? The answer is Mark from Rogos!!! I will absolutely be calling him again for some other jobs that I need done around the house. I will recommend him to anyone who asks. :) Thank you Mark!!

Mark is an outstanding contractor that takes his time on every project and ensures that customer satisfaction is met. Whether it's general handyman repairs, or large projects- I highly recommend his service. He has done a few projects for me and all were completed up to satisfactory. Good job Mark!

Very disappointed with this man's service. If you use him, have a witness to any oral promises and also get other estimates. He did bathroom work for me, had a contract written in general terms, then did not fulfill things he said has would do. Example: did not remove mold on tile work, would not take old toilet, even though he said orally he would, installed faucet poorly and did not sand dry wall around medicine chest properly.
He wanted all cash, added $200 for "extra work" which he orally had said he would do.
I like to hire veterans and local contractors, but this man is a stain on other workers.
