Derek was very quick to respond to our request and was very informative about the steps that needed to be taken. His workmen came in with great respect for our property and explained exactly what they were going to be doing before they started working and reiterated what they had done when they were finished. They gave me opportunity to look everything over and make sure it was completely to my satisfaction. They cleaned up both inside and outside where they were working and you would have never known they were there. A great job and I highly recommend them!

We had a leak which obviously caused a great deal of damage. Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restorations for Water Mitigation. It turns out that was the greatest favor they could have done for us.

Thomas and his crew responded quickly and immediately started drying out the two levels of our house that were affected. What I appreciated the most was Thomas taking the time to walk me through the process of water mitigation. They removed counters and cupboards, flooring and carpet. Admittedly I was in a bit of denial about how much damage was done. But Thomas and his crew lowered the boom gently, checked back with me regularly and always kept me informed.

My insurance company asked if I would like to stick with Jenkins for the restoration. Absolutely! Darrik was our project manager and Ivan was the crew leader. Those two together made magic happen. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got my house put back together, even better than it had been before. And it happened in under a week. That part was astounding to me. I had been expecting months of repair. Ivan was incredibly patient with all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with every aspect of our renovations. Darrik handled everything related to our insurance policy, checked
in with me regularly and stressed the five year warranty they offer on their craftsmanship. Quality is obviously very important to them.

I discovered some water damage that came in around my 2nd floor window. This was an Insurance claim and Jenkins responded with a moisture inspection on the same day the claim was filed. Jenkins followed up the next day to complete an estimate for the repairs and submitted to USAA, which approved the claim on Thursday.
Jenkins was able to get a repair team out to my home Friday morning. They closed of the area with plastic at all doorways to contain all dirt, dust, and any other debris. All the damaged drywall was removed, and they had me inspect the area before proceeding to the replacement. They completed all the drywall repairs, to include a couple areas that I was working on and were not part of the water damage claim. Next, they painted the entire foyer, 1st floor to 2nd floor ceiling with two coats of my choice paint brand/color. When finished, they left the foyer cleaner than when they started.
I do a lot of home improvements on my own and I am VERY picky about the work; it MUST be right for me. They met and exceeded my expectations.

After a fire broke out in my neighbor’s townhouse unit, my own townhouse was affected and required inspection and smoke remediation. My insurance company recommended I contact Jenkins Restoration. Initially, I hesitated because I had already been approached by another restoration company on the day of the fire and had signed paperwork with them without time to properly research their services.
Ultimately, I decided to call Jenkins Restoration to learn more about their offerings. I was impressed by their professionalism and the scope of their services, so I chose to switch to them. Jenkins Restoration promptly assigned me a project manager, Andrew Jenkins.
Andrew consistently kept me informed about the restoration progress. He coordinated with my neighbor’s contractor, the county regarding building permits, and my insurance company to expedite the work. He also strongly advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary supplements were approved and fully covered, relieving me of additional financial burden.
During the process, additional issues arose due to a severe winter, including water leaks in the basement and plumbing problems. Andrew responded promptly, visiting the property immediately and dispatching his team to resolve the issues efficiently. Despite being on a family vacation, he answered my calls and ensured the restoration was completed ahead of schedule.
I also had the opportunity to make several home upgrades at an affordable cost, thanks to Andrew’s flexibility and support. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and grateful I chose Jenkins Restoration. Andrew Jenkins is an exceptional project manager, and I highly recommend him and the entire Jenkins Restoration team for their professionalism, advocacy, and outstanding service.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the services provided by Jenkins Restoration. I feel compelled to call out the blatant mismanagement, manipulation, and lack of responsibility your company has shown throughout what has already been one of the most traumatic events of our lives.

After my family suffered a devastating house fire, someone from your company showed up on-site almost immediately—before we’d even had a chance to process the situation or breathe. In our vulnerable state, we were rushed into signing a contract without clarity or compassion. Looking back, it’s clear we were taken advantage of during an incredibly painful moment.

Fast forward to now: we’ve been back in our so-called “remodeled” home for less than a month, and a pipe has already burst. Your response? That the pipe didn’t need replacing because it wasn’t directly affected by the fire. That is unacceptable and completely contradicts what we were told throughout the restoration process—that all piping would be replaced. To make matters worse, we are now left with gaping holes in our home and no resolution or follow-up from your team.

And it doesn’t end there. Our kitchen sink area flooded due to a botched installation—a missing screw. That’s right, a missing screw caused serious water damage to our walls. This is basic, foundational work that any competent contractor should know how to handle. The fact that something this elementary was overlooked is infuriating and speaks volumes about the quality of work your company delivers.

This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. We entrusted you with restoring our home—our lives—after a traumatic fire, and instead we’ve been left with fear, stress, and ongoing damage. We are now once again dealing with costly repairs and disruptions, all because of your company’s negligence.

Let me be absolutely clear: Jenkins Restoration is not to be trusted. Your business practices are misleading, your communication is confusing at best, and your work is shoddy and unreliable. I would not recommend you to anyone—on the contrary, I urge others to stay far away unless they want to end up in the same mess we’re in.

If I could give a zero I would. Their work is terrible. My bathroom tile is a mess and they didn’t care. They finished the job and then we had a leak from them so they had to pull up tile again and fix it. Look closely at the pictures. The tile work is all uneven. There is grout everywhere. The spaces are not even. There are some skinny some thick. Some grout is flush to the tile and some is way sunk in. Just terrible. Once the boss got paid he was no longer interested in anything we had to say. That was the topping on the cake. All I wanted was for the boss to come out and look at the job for himself and he was like no. Like what? I look at this bathroom everyday and I’m just so sad and disappointed. They also had to come out several times after the job because our sinks were leaking. The job was a nightmare to say the least. They should have redid this tile. These. pictures do no justice to how uneven this is. Please feel free to stop by anytime and take a look at it before you decide to go with them. I’m serious. I would love for people to see this. When we noticed water in our basement coming up through the floor boards our insurance company suggested we call Jenkins Restoration. Their excellent rating on Google and rave reviews made me confident we would be in good hands. Thomas was quick to call and assist on a Sunday, and since they are open 24/7 they were able to arrange same day service. Thomas and his team were wonderful! 4 guys came out to determine the extent of the damage, move furniture out of the way, and rip up the warped/damaged flooring. Thomas, Nick, Kris and Isaac did a fantastic job! They were all respectful of our house, friendly (even with our kids/dog) and very easy to work with. Thomas was always prompt to respond to texts and made communication easy. Another perk was that they made it convenient to arrange pick up of all the fans used to dry out the basement around our schedule so we didn’t have to miss work or sit around for hours like some other companies. I can’t say enough nice things about them, phenomenal service, and highly recommended! Thank you again.

Jenkins did a great job coming in and getting to work right away after we contacted our insurance about our basement water damage. Thomas and his team with Nick, Kris and Isaac were prompt, professional did a great job taking down the damaged drywall, removing the wet carpet, and placing the drying equipment. They made the appointment to return and pick up the equipment before leaving and were right on time as scheduled. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with their work quality and responsiveness!

We went from a broken pipe to an amazing new basement. Jenkins mediation team was great, responded within 24 hrs and mediated and mitigated our water leak damage quickly. The restoration portion took much longer than I believed it should have but, im very pleased with the end results. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend..

If I could give less than one star, I would. This company handled my bathroom renovation through an insurance claim. I informed them that the bathroom still has the same leak. They came, made a hole in my ceiling to diagnose the issue, and then said they couldn't replicate it. They never fixed the hole (STATED IN Feb they could fix it), and now I have a bathroom that I can't use. I've tried leaving messages as recently as a few weeks ago, but I haven't received any call back. This is completely unacceptable. Maybe by posting this, I might actually get someone to call me back.

Our project manager Keith was a complete nightmare to deal with. We were without a fully functioning kitchen for over 2 months. Sometimes when we texted him it would take 2 days or more for him to respond. There were things that he said he’d take care of and didn’t. We had to ask him multiple times to send us the estimate for us to review it. He finally scheduled the first set of guys to come work at our house and didn’t even tell us anything about it. We decided to put LVP in our kitchen to replace the linoleum. However Keith told the contractor that we were just doing linoleum. Then he totally forgot about a set of our steps that should’ve been included into the estimate.
IF you’re considering using Jenkins Restoration please do yourself a favor and ask them for someone other than Keith.
As for us, we won’t ever use them again.

On 26 Sept 2024, my septic system backed up in my house due to all the rainfall that was occurring from the hurricane activity in Florida. Stepping into a basement that had flooded was not the way I was expecting to start the day. I contacted my Homeowners insurance company and got the ball rolling on the claim. When I finally heard from my insurance representative, I was informed that Jenkins Restorations was Highley recommended for the cleanup. BEST CHOICE EVER!!
Sergio and Nick showd up the next day,
(Because I was still waiting for the insurance adjuster to inspect the damage and give the green light to start cleanup), and "hit the ground running".
These two guys tackled this monstrous job like it was nothing. They were kind and courteous. Answering all of my questions in a very professional manner and giving me the reassurance I desperately needed at that time to calm me. First off, David has been the hero we have all needed a ton of times over the last few months. We first met David late 2023 as we were in the process of replacing the floors and found a TON of really terrible damage. It was literally like peeling the layers off of a really moldy-from-the-inside onion where every layer of house that we removed exposed a bigger and more complex issue. David was always prompt, responsive, helpful, professional, helped us through the insurance claim process, and met with our insurance adjuster 3 times? 4 times? He really went out of his way to advocate for us, and we truly felt like we were in good hands. The whole project, which required estimate after estimate, was handled so promptly on the side of Jenkins Restoration, so we were never left waiting for something from them. We were so happy to work with David and his team.
Welp, as destiny would have it, we would get to work with Jenkins Restoration again several months later due to one of the children negligently flooding the bathroom sink. While we were never hoping to see David under these circumstances again, we ended up contacting him and within hours? Maybe? We had his water damage team in our house to start mitigation. This is where we met Sergio and Nick, two young and personable professionals who worked in our home from around 3:30pm to 8:00pm-ish to cut out the damaged ceiling, perform moisture readings, set up large dehumidifiers, etc.
The VERY next morning, we had Jamie here to assess the situation in order to further assess things. He was super friendly, professional, and honest (about how my husband’s dad jokes were NOT funny – glad I had the opportunity to connect with Jamie on that level).
As it stands right now, an adjustor from our insurance company asked if he could come here on Sunday morning to assess the damages. We asked David at some time around 7am if he was available to be present for this, and he responded within seconds that he was. He continues to take care of us and look out for our best interests.
I would recommend Jenkins Restoration to anyone who needs some work done as they give us that Chick-Fil-A treatment by treating us like their favorite cousin. 5/5 would recommend, and I would give them MORE stars if I could.

Within hours, they removed the drywall and ceiling sections destroyed by water and were taking steps to prevent mold and mitigate further damage to our home. Wonderful, wonderful experience. The men as soon as they got the job to fix my house back up, they were on the task the very next day. My house turned out better than it ever looked before. Very attentive to the house and my desires included for the house. Made sure I was included on every detail of the house. Finished rebuilding my house from bottom to top in record timing. In our case, there were several visits with field adjusters sent by the insurance company and David attended each meeting and ensured that the details of our complex case were well understood by all parties. In the end, the restoration work was of great quality and the gentlemen that performed the work were similarly friendly and professional and obviously quite skilled and knowledgeable.

I would certainly seek out Jenkins in the future and I recommend them to anyone that has need of such expertise.

Zero Stars Would be Generous

I think I have to give this place one star for the system to recognize the rating but, let's be abundantly clear, they don't deserve zero stars.

This group was the top recommendation. They showed up to do their estimate and then nothing for a very long time. Never having through this I figured this was what the world is like these days. Finally, I call the main office and they're like, "Oh, yeah, we fired that guy." (Would've been nice to have the new rep contact me instead of the other way around but he's swamped.)

New guy makes promises to call me and never does until I reach out to him (same excuse - I've got a lot of clients and picked up these new ones... which is fine but don't tell a customer you're going to call and then don't). He finally comes to the place, makes his assessments and says he'll contact me in a couple of days. Nothing. Says I'll get a contract. Nothing. Finally, I call. Nothing. Text. Nothing. Call the main office to talk to the manager. Nothing. THEN, I send a text to both him and his manager and miracle of miracles, he calls like nothing is wrong.

I explain that I'm very disappointed and that when you tell a customer something you follow through on it. Communication is key. He says he's surprised I don't have a contract but that it's going to be another two to three weeks before they can get to it because there are already signed contracts.

"Well, if y'all had sent me a contract this wouldn't have been an issue and I've already been without two bathrooms (you know, the ones with the showers and all) for a month because of the clown y'all fired (and for good reason. I'm not having a lot of faith right now and I think I've been pretty patient."

That's when Jenkins Restoration finally showed me what they're all about and earned a "below zero star" review. The guy says, "Customers need to feel confident in their restoration and I don't feel like we have a strong working relationship so I'm going to close this account."

And, so, just like that, after letting someone whose world has been turned upside down, who relied on a professional organization to come to the rescue, they string it out, and then dump the client out on the street (mostly because the rep was over burdened and wanted to clear his plate is what I'm reading).

They projected the "we've got plenty of clients and don't need you" attitude. It was a very callous and unprofessional response. When things get hard for you don't bother with Jenkins, because when things get hard for them they're going to cut bait and could care less.

Thank you Jenkins Restoration. I experienced water damage during a rain period and my Sump pump stop working. The damage was extensive. I was reluctant to call my Insurance Company. In a previous life experience, my insurance coverage was dropped from a claim.
Moving forward, I notified a Insurance claims person, and in hours later, Jenkins Restoration contacted me and early the next day, JR's team members were on site, doing their thing of being in service to the home owner. My experience: I observed a well calculated strategy to approach the damage restoration for my home. Every measurer and content construction to restore my home basement.area was explained in detail. At no time did I feel any stress for damage recovery. Thomas the lead, Nick, Issac, and Sergio reminded me of my military days. Everyone understood the mission, and each member performed their task with proficient skill expectations. In short I was reminded of a Bible scripture, Luke 7:11-18. When all things looked sadly and without hope or clarity
for a widow elderly lady, for whom her son, her care-provider had died. The compassion of Christ to restore life back to her son, so that life moves on with a great feeling of completeness and satisfaction.

WOW. Extremely fast ,efficient , diligent, detailed , professional, and personable. Through our entire process, the way we were taken care of by project manager site managers and all contractors was amazing. We used them for mitigation(removal of non salvagable and salvagable items to storage, fans/dehumidifiers in every area possible, antimicrobial spray and powder used as well as the most adequate and up to date machines for testing and hauled trash etc..), drywall repair, trim work, painting, carpet removal, and installation, moving our items back in. In the process of moving items back in, a couple marks happened and they were quickly to remedy and fix them right away not that it was necessary they were very insignificant but they wanted the job done right. Jenkins made sure our belongings were well managed and packed. All crews from start to finish were professional and knowledgeable and if not, there was always someone to call or text to get an answer to any questions. Scheduling was so easy, they matched my needs and time frame for appointments. Keith was outstanding with guidance and information to help us through our first ever big issue with our home. Christian & keith were diligent in managing the teams and crews as well as Contacting the necessary persons to complete said jobs. Daniel and David made our home look better then it did before. The carpet was installed within half a day and it was alot. Seemless work (PUN INTENDED). I picked a medium gray paint but was encouraged to go to a lighter Grey due to no windows in basement and wow did they hit the nail on the head. We are so so happy with the lighter Grey and the darker luxury carpet. We will use them if we ever have to again and to all my friends and family local , there's is no other company I or my husband would recommend. Our garage caught on fire in December 2023. Jenkins arrived on scene a couple hours after the fire department put the fire out. As soon as Jenkins stepped foot in our home all of the "what do we do now worries" went away. Jenkins was informative and communicative every step of the way. Jenkins packed away and had all of my family of four clothes washed, all of our furniture and items in the cabinets cleaned and packed away, house cleaned and painted and repaired the garage better than it was prior to the fire. These guys at Jenkins do just that! They are top knotch & were extremely patient & informative with me when I needed their services recently. I've worked with other local companies & even independent contractors in the past & the speed at which I am contacted, scheduled for estimates, remodels completed, etc., is always a bit slow. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Jenkins Restorations. We ended 2023 with water dripping through our ceilings on Dec. 29. First call with Jenkins was around 1:45pm and they were here by 4 pm and had everything cleaned up and drying it out by 6:30pm. All the repairs were done efficiently and beautifully. Every person we dealt with, from the first call to the last, was kind, professional and caring. Darrik and his team were amazing and true examples of good, old fashioned customer service! Chris Dodson and his team was a great help to us. We recently had a fire in our home and were supposed to be displaced from our home for year, but chris and his team saved us 3 months and we came back in 9 months. Everything went smoothly and everyone was super friendly. And whenever we call them they answer and reply in a timely manner we appreciate everything they have done for us.

We had a unfortunately timed broken pipe and water everywhere in our kitchen and crawl space a week before Christmas and the Jenkins Restorations crew (Nick and Issac) was able to come out within a couple hours of calling them to schedule water mitigation. Nick and Issac were super great and took care of all the things needed to dry out our house and remove the floor, drywall, and insulation that needed to be taken out. I would definitely recommend them for water mitigation needs.
