We had an unfortunate occurrence when a leaking water service float valve on a toilet flooded the bathroom upstairs making it through to the downstairs floor making a mess of the ceiling in the process. After an extensive drying process, Wilmer Regalado came to the rescue...he repaired the ceiling to like new condition and restored the upstairs bath (the scene of the crime) to better than new condition. Throughout project he was always prompt and cheerful not to mention very sure and skilled. Throurough and highly skilled craftsman like Wilmer are very valuable commodity.

Jenkins did a great job. Ryan Williams made the process easy. They move quickly and had my house fixed in a few days.

Aeremy and all of Jenkins have been nothing but great and easy through this inconvenience in our life. Quick response, great at explaining, and all around great to work with.

We had a faulty washer and a major flooding problem. Jenkins was very prompt in coming out and taking care of the wet areas right away. Than worked with Milton Medina to get the house fixed (hardwood, carpet, tiles, dry wall) to get back to normal. He was very easy to reach and scheduled in a very timely manner and got the job done very efficiently. The end product looks great.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Jenkins Restoration. After two years of so-called restoration work in Florida and several General Managers being let go on their end, the number of unresolved and incomplete issues is staggering. This clearly highlights a troubling lack of competence in the building trade. Their failure to address these problems over such a long period is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their professionalism. Furthermore, they are adept at exploiting legal lien tactics to evade accountability. I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient restoration work.

Plumbing pipe broke in the basement. Jenkins came out and worked very quickly with the containment, drying, and restoring! Wilmer did a great job. He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and flexible!!

In September if 2023 i was awoke by a call saying there was a freak accident at that’s caused a major fire at rental property. This was classified as a major fire caused severe water damage and it did not help as there was hot weather. Everything had to be gutted and down to the studs. I was approached by many different restoration companies that were on the scenes. I had never experienced anything like and didn’t know where to start.

They answered all my questions even before agreeing on the contract and on weekends. Helping with industrial terminology and county regulations

The team at Jenkins were professional and were there to help me along the way. Mostly importantly to get the home rebuilt livable and safe. I would HIGHLY recommend them and God forbid something happens i will use them again for myself. The one thing i wish i did was use Jenkins for the clean rather than the other company.

Absolutely outstanding in every aspect of the repair. I felt like I was the only customer they had. The staff members were very professional, listened well, and were very responsive. When a traumatic event occurs, you want to work with the best people possible to fix things and those people work at Jenkins Restorations. My family experienced a large fire loss and when that happens, you need to move quickly to hire someone and get the restoration started. Once I met Andrew Jenkins I knew that I had found the right company and project manager to restore my home and make it even better than before. They are used by insurance companies mostly, they did water mitigation, I told the guy what the plumber told me , he choose to not dry a certain area sayin no water should be there it was. After 4 days came back acknowledging the issue, they painted over area, basically leaving things within the walls to mold. My HVAC was destroyed due to organic substances in the air.overall bad work, cheap materials, lazy uneducated employees with minimal skill set in areas of supposed expertise. Negative 3 ⭐️ !

Ali from Jenkins Restoration provided excellent service. The neighbors had a water overflow. My ceilings were flooded. Ali and his partner arrived within minutes. They mitigated the water damage for several hours. Ali and his partner were kind and compassionate. Ali was careful with my furniture and paid attention to detail. Ali came back 3 days later on a Saturday to pick up the equipment. The situation was very upsetting. But Ali calmed things down. He demonstrated upmost professionalism and is an expert in water removal and cleanup. I highly recommend Ali for any job, regardless of size, that requires water removal and cleanup.

My condo in Alexandria flooded, from a condo upstairs. Jenkins Restoration managed the extensive rebuilding, over two stories. Everyone on the team did an excellent job. Matt Lane managed the project. He kept me updated, including on challenges with managing the insurance approval process. We needed reconstruction of ceilings, flooring, and carpeting. All the work was done with great care, including recommendations about color, and matching, and materials. Rebuilders even moved furniture back into place after their work was done. No one wants a flood, including me. Jenkins Restoration made recovering from it as good as it could be.

Jenkins rebuilt my roof after a bad storm 7 years or so ago, and I was happy with the job. The reason why I am writing this today is that a few days ago a different company told me that some shingles on my roof were in bad shape. Of course I called Jenkins. They dispatched Jack and Ryan. They climbed to the roof to take a look and came back to confirm that no work was needed. And it all happened at no cost for me (they like to have happy customers who trust them). Mission achieved, Jenkins!

Water leak from the bathroom in our basement, reached more than half of our basement yesterday.We reached out to Jenkins Restoration yesterday, they sent Ali and Magic right away. Ali and Magic setup dehumidifiers and fans in the impacted areas quickly and moped the floor.
We loved Ali and Magic's positive attitude in getting the job done, demonstrated subject matter expertise, and quick responses.
Ali also talked to our insurance adjuster to update the claim, made our life easier.

Jenkins Restorations was recommended to us by USAA Insurance, and we are very pleased with their work. They responded very quickly to our home damaged by a tree falling on the house during a wind storm. They covered the roof while waiting for tree crews to remove the fallen tree. They reviewed USAA adjuster's assessment of the repair cost and found many missing items. The Jenkins team identified the repair cost to be approximately $100,000 more than USAA's adjuster's cost (total job was $190,000). The Jenkins team communicated very well with us and identified other rebuild items, all covered by USAA. When we had questions or concerns, they were all addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Jenkins for emergency restorations and rebuild construction work.

Jenkins Restorations sent Wilmer Medina to complete dry wall and painting at my home following a water damage event. Wilmer was efficient, courteous, professional, and did a terrific job! Our basement was flooded and a huge mess. Our agent at Nationwide Insurance referred Jenkins Restoration to do the cleanup. Ali Alimusa from Jenkins was sent out to help and supervise the cleanup. I cannot say enough good things about Ali. He and his team worked seamlessly and did the most spectacular job. Ali made this daunting task, a pleasurable experience if you can find a silver lining in a flood.

Once off the phone with the adjuster in late afternoon. Jenkins was on the phone with me within the hour and came out that same evening to do a quick assessment of the situation. Once done Ali went back to the office and returned with a ton of equipment to get the ball rolling and the basement dried out. All was set up and the task and challenge begin. The next morning the crew came back out and begin demolition. I have never seen people work so hard and so fast. Ali didn’t cut corners and worked with his crew until the job was complete. He even came back later in the evening to check on things and I say evening, I mean on his own time. Once things were dried out, a couple days later Ali came back and removed all the equipment. Mind you, this was all done over the July 4 weekend Ali did an outstanding job for us and I’m ever so grateful. The flood situation is now remedied and it’s time to make the repairs. I am so impressed with the job, follow up and professionalism. I had to write a review. I don’t do this often. I have never worked with a restoration company that has been so thorough and professional. It means a lot to take the stress of a disaster off the back of the homeowner. I highly recommend Ali Alimusa and the team at Jenkins Restoration. They have been outstanding. The job isn’t complete, but I know from the example they said fourth they’ll do an amazing job for us. There are a lot of companies out there that do the same type work, but I have never run across one that has set such high standards for themselves and crew.

He outlined the work that would be done and provided a timeline and he worked with the insurance company, so I dealt with none of the billing – another great benefit of using Jenkins. We had a large loss fire where we were displaced for 14 months. Jenkins Restorations consistently reassured us through the arduous process. Andrew Jenkins, specifically deserves a special shout out for taking the time and care to adjust to my specific requests.

They really handled A to Z with our restorations post-fire. The cabinetry, countertops, and flooring were all excellent. The new-and-improved deck is wonderful. We went with some paints that were off the beaten path but they still had us covered. I was able to get some key suggestions along they way helping to make my home feel restored or better than before. Mike Sauer was awesome with entertaining and helping me work on change orders with Andrew.

I also want to give a shout to Matt & Matt. The Matts helped find the wedding band set that burnt up in my closet. It was hidden away to be given to my fiance. The jewelers were able to restore it; she said yes and all is well.

At times, I had frustrations. This is normal as a housefire is stressful. Even though I was irate at times, they handled me well, treated me well, and delivered on their promise to restore my home. I don't know any other company that does as much as they do and still prioritizes the customer relationship. A+ guys. Seriously.

My family and I went through a house fire in December 2022. Everyone was safe, thankfully, but we were out of our home for six months. My service person was Wilmer Medina and I had a great experience. We had an issue during the initial water restoration that required some extra work, and took longer time due to folks scheduled and holidays. This is the contractor that will lie to you, waste three months of your time, fail to include the basic items in scope, and try to get you to sign a contract where you pay out 3x penalties out of pocket for the items they were supposed to scope as included by the insurance company. When you ask why they aren’t doing what the promised, they never respond. Run away as fast as you can.

We had a house fire and because of all the damage the house had to be taken down to the studs and rebuilt. We chose Jenkins Restoration. We worked with Mike Peters and Andrew Jenkins, and they were with us every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company and kept up to date on everything that needed to be done and when they were doing it. They answered all my questions and were very responsive. They were very kind and patient. Exactly what you need when you find yourself in a crisis that you were never expecting.

After a recent flooding inil ident caused by a broken pipe while we were out of town, our plumber recommended Jenkins Restoration. I called to get started on the water and mold mitigation process and was assigned Keyven and Ali as my mitigation team. The were extremely responsive and made a great team and made me feel like I was in good hands right from the start. They were professional and personable which put me right at ease which I really need during this stressful time. They explained all steps of the process as they went through educating me on the water mitigation steps and they never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and explained everything thoroughly. They worked well in conjunction with my insurance adjuster and made sure all the bases were covered. When I had concerns they listened and addressed them completely. Now that the mitigation phase is done and we’re moving into the repair phase I feel like we are well positioned to recover from my flooding. I could not have asked for a better team than Keyven and Ali to get us through the first phase of our recovery process.

We contracted with Jenkins Restorations after a major townhouse fire which required a rebuild. This occurred during COVID so there were delays with sourcing materials (roof trusses, flooring, windows) but Jenkins kept us informed every step of the way. They also worked with us to incorporate changes to the floor plan and were very helpful with some of these decisions. Brian Catts was the lead and managed expectations very well. He helped work with our insurance adjuster to answer any questions. He was also quick to manage any problems with sub-contractors so potential issues were addressed and corrected immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jenkins Restorations in the future.

Jenkins Restorations was the preferred partner with my insurance company (the advantage is that payments go direct from the insurance company to Jenkins and the project management is handled by Jenkins - tremendous advantages when one is living through a disaster). Sean Cantrell, who managed the project, along with Wilmer Medina, a fantastic contractor, and the team team did a beautiful job repairing our home. Our home suffered a flood from the third floor bathroom that was labelled "catastrophic" as it damaged all three levels of our home. We needed to move out for about 2.5 months. During that time, Sean communicated with me on a regular basis. Provided reports every Friday to the insurance company cc to us so we understood exactly where the project stood. If I had questions, Sean would find the answers. Going through a disaster like this is extremely stressful, but Sean, Wilmer and Christian Lugbill, who was in charge of packing up all of our contents/personal property and storing it, were extremely professional, communicative, and made me feel that I had a lifeline back to our normal life. They were definately part of our support team!

My family experienced a fire in our 1940s home. The county determined that our electrical system had to be replaced. This meant gutting the interior of the home and replacing everything! Jenkins Restorations helped us every step of the way with knowledgeable and patient guidance. Mike Sauer, the large loss cost estimator did a great job communicating with us and helping us make decisions regarding overall expenses. Andrew Jenkins, our project manager quickly responded to our questions and led us to vendors he has worked with for years to make choices on kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom tile and more. He was excellent at timing the project including scheduling the work crews and having us make selections and purchases when needed. His customer service skills are outstanding. He has expert knowledge of all aspects of restoring a home and what makes all the systems work. We easily passed all county inspections because of his efforts. The results were spectacular. It's like a new home!

Managed a complicated project with a lot of custom requests and showed real care about the finished product. Really impressed with Avery (GC) jumping in on various tasks that needed some finishing touches.

This 5 star review is specifically for the water mitigation team , Seth and Tyler. They were great. Water damage from leak in my wall occurred when I was out of the country creating a major issue as I travel for job but had to work from home while trying to resolve the leak which required being on phone often. Seth and Tyler were very respectful of my time, letting me know when they would arrive and communicating any delays. They even tried to minimize noise levels when they knew I was on calls. Even when they had to start the demolition of the wall and flooring I hardly noticed they were here. Both men and a third gentleman I did not catch the name of were professional and kind to me. They tried to guide me through the process when I was not getting responses from insurance and other departments. Thank you to them for that kindness during a difficult process.

I cannot give a review on the restoration process as I gave up waiting on that piece and decided to just move forward on my own. Delays with responses from my insurance adjuster, communication issues with 3rd parties, holiday weekend involved, my being left out of emails containing estimates/ information regarding my claim sent to insurance company, lack of documentation I requested being sent to me and responses to my concerns when I got erroneous confusing documentation seemingly treated as irrelevant became too frustrating to deal with anymore.

My insurance company probably is responsible for the majority of the negativity and delays that surrounded the repair project but Jenkins could have done some improvement. Should have put Seth and Tyler on it!! LOL Overall though I would still recommend Jenkins and If I came into a similar situation again I would try them again with the knowledge the insurance company caused so much delay. I was just in a time crunch this time and had to move forward even before insurance came up with a final payout.

Jenkins Restorations was a preferred partner with my insurance company. From our initial meeting in October to the project completion the Jenkins team (shout out to my contract PM Amy, she's awesome!) was responsive and timely with their repairs. We had a kitchen leak that led to our entire kitchen cabinets and living room flooring being replaced in addition to the floor in the basement that was under our kitchen. They did such a great job coordinating the rebuild that we also used them to install additional kitchen cabinets and countertops. Jenkins Restorations is a contractor you can trust with all your building repair and rebuilding needs. They were timely and did high quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again for projects in the future.

It was due to Jenkins Restorations that our stress due to the fire damage was completely erased.
They make the process very smooth and dealt with the insurance directly on estimates etc. so it was easy to get that approved as well.
Besides that everything was taken care of in a timely manner and the quality of workmanship was excellent.

The project included stripping the walls to the studs, new plumbing, wiring, asbestos remediation, new insulation, drywall, flooring, tile work, new fixtures, new appliances, doors, and windows, painting, The work completed was first notch, and the selection of colors and materials really made a difference. We had Jenkins here for water remediation. Kevyan was our lead and he was great! The team was efficient and thorough. We even had some stubborn sub-flooring under tile that wouldn’t dry. Kevyan worked very hard to first dry it out then when it became necessary he pulled out the tile. Through his many visits to our house he was pleasant and kind. I’d have him back anytime!

So far, we’ve only been through the water/sewage damage and repair phase. Each phase is handled by a different part of the company. My experience with Keyven Hankins has been outstanding. He is exceedingly professional, attentive, and responsive. And he’s a very nice person! He listens when you talk to him about the issue—a rare quality.

Jenkins Restoration was very responsive and easy to schedule the time to remove all damaged areas from our leak and ensure damage was minimized.

Everyone that came by for the water restoaration work was super friendly, and came by frequently to make sure we got our garage fully dried out. It was very reassuring and an over all pleasant experience for a stressful situation.

My insurance company referred them. Usually I love the referrals they give. Not this time. They had to come twice for measurements and after moving my heavy furniture to do the floors they left us with the responsibility to move everything back. If your reading this, get another contractor. They are alllll about the money. Period!!

We had a huge tree that fell on our house and took out most of the front of our house. Jenkins assisted us with the restoration process. PM Andrew Jenkins is communicative and professional, and he is pretty hands-on as well throughout the entire process. Andrew was also very patient in answering all the questions and concerns that we had. Additionally, Andrew made sure that we kept moving forward in this process. I also want to mention Mike Peters, the estimator who came out right after the damage. Mike was thorough in his work and also very patient in addressing our concerns.
