Edward came and collected samples, and he and the rest of the team helped me find out how to expedite it through the lab so the house could get a clean bill of health in time to close. He was very understanding of my situation and worked with me.

This company was top notch and professional from beginning to end. Ed DeBruhl was out to my home to assess the condition and take mold samples within hours of my submitting a photo. He walked me through the process, explaining exactly what he would do before he did it, and then showed me photos and documentation throughout. The team performed all necessary remediation and demo of affected areas quickly and efficiently, and left the area clean when they were finished. I highly recommend 911 Restoration’s services to anyone dealing with water damage and mold.

This company is very easy to work with. They answer calls and get back to you so quickly which I really appreciate! We found some mold in our bathroom and after calling, they were quick to come do some sampling and look around to see if we had water damage causing it. If you have a question, you can call them anytime and they will pick up immediately! Great company!

We had found a small area of our laundry room that had mold growing in through a leaking pipe in the attic. We called 911 restoration after we did our own inspection of the area and figured out it was a pipe that had been leaking for some time. They came and agreed with everything we saw and worked appropriately for the size of the issue. First, they put a dehumidifier in the area to start to dry out the area that was wet and waited 2-3 days until our plumber came out to fix the pipe. Turned out to be a bigger project (no one's fault at 911) and the pipe was fixed in just a few days. The guys came in the next day and did what needed to be done and worked really well!! Loved the crew working, LOVED the supervisor Ed, and loved working with all the receptionists. The company was transparent about everything that needed to be done, explained every aspect along the way, and really was a pleasure to work with. Easy to get in touch with, someone had a phone on them 24/7 and just really really a great company. The only reason they get 4 stars, which is a stretch in my opinion, is that they do not fix what is taken out. We had a 1ft. By 1ft. Square taken out of the drywall above our laundry room and they do not fix that. We have to contact a independent contractor to have that fixed but for our insurance, that will also be covered under the water damage claim. Here's another thing that I think costumers should know but is not dependent as a company fault. MOLD CLEANING IS STUPID EXPENSIVE!!!! Do not go attacking the company and complaining about pricing, they are just doing their job and earning a living as well as paying for the price of the chemicals and equipment used. However, just a really tiny mold issue that we had (literally the size of a textbook) cost us 1k out of pocket and over 3k through insurance...BUT that would never change my opinion of the company. Seriously cannot say enough good things about every employee that I talked to.

911 restoration was definitely a good choice to go with for the water loss. We had Terry Lewis the operation manager and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and was there for us through the whole process. We had complete comfort in knowing that they were there and their work was on point and time if anyone has any trouble with water or restoration that maybe needing done they are definitely the ones to call!

Everyone I spoke with and that came into my home was nothing short of respectful, patient, kind, understanding. They truly went above and beyond to help me through a very stressful time. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help especially in the event of an emergency.

I picked 911 Restoration from the Internet and found I had, thank goodness, picked a winner! The employees sent out to our house were professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to track the extent of damage to our floor resulting from our leaking HVAC system. They set up industrial fans and left them to dry the floor. And as a side note, when the office was called I spoke to a knowledgeable "live" person!

When I was suddenly greeted with about 300 gallons of water from an upstairs neighbors Toilet. Rick and his business was the best part of the disaster that could have ever happened to me and my family. His Initiative, knowledge, professionalism, gave me the peace of mind I needed to address a serious moisture/mold issue that my apartment was quite simply going to "Band-aid" the situation. Not 100% their fault they just weren't equipped to assess the damage to the fullest extent. Rick and his team were quite literally a savior. I would highly recommend Rick and his crews to anyone in need of their services. Not to mention the speed and courtesy of the front desk staff was beyond the best! 911 Restoration's team was so helpful and responsive in helping my family deal with both a sewage leak, and then mold discovered in the remediation process. Throughout the whole time, the team kept our house and bathroom space so clean, too. Their thoroughness prevented us from living in a moldy and unhealthy environment. I will be forever grateful to Rudy, Rick, Alyssa, Matt, and the whole team for taking such great care of us! The pictures are of the molded areas, and everything after the mold was gone.

I don’t remember the names of the team members that came to our home but, everyone was excellent. They explained everything very well to myself and my parents. They were very thorough in everything they did. Very please. Thank you all so much.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star but you had to leave at least a one start to leave a review. The owner Richard Snyder also known as Ric is very unprofessional and not upfront and loyal at all. Richard Snyder is NOT someone I would recommend to work with he tried to get me to lie to my insurance adjuster about the water damage that his dehumidifier caused when it leaves in my bathroom and caused my ceiling to fall in. An investigator from my insurance company was involved and Richard Snyder refused to corporate with the investigator. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL AS THE OWNER HIMSELF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I COMPLETE LIER!!!! If you read all of the company reviews his own daughter Alyssa Snyder left a review under the company review and she is the company’s office manager as well as another family member put a 5 star fir the company to help the company out with reviews.

They did an excellent job tending to it, explaining things through the process, and general costumer service was top notch. Rick, the owner and his technician, Tom came to our home promptly after calling them to check the damage to our roof and subsequent water damage to the interior of our home after a hail storm. They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, making sure my husband and I understood everything through the process. They were able to work with our insurance company to insure a smooth claim. The work they performed was professional and timely. And the technicians were courteous and informative. My interaction with the office manager, Chevy was professional and courteous. She stayed in touch with us and worked through the entire process with us. AWESOME service and staff!! They were there the next day, had everything down to a science, professional and courteous. They even battled with my insurance company to help me save out of pocket money. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional. I called 911 Restorations for water and mold damage in the upstairs bathroom and master bathroom that share a wall. It was usually a team leader and a tech that came out but the day they planned to tear out the floors and shower ,toilets and vanity they sent a team of 5. The next morning at 8 am I noticed money missing from the master bedroom. As soon as they arrived that morning I spoke with the team lead, called and spoke with the owner ,Richard Snyder and his wife and also made a police report. Mr Snyder said they needed to investigate and talk to everyone that came that day. Said he would be in touch in a few days( this was on a Friday and he said we would speak again Tuesday. The team lead said he went on a short vacation for the weekend). I tried to call his cell phone 2x and got his voice mail,and not able to leave a message because his mailbox was full. Spoke to him this morning and he was very rude ,stating he had no intention to reimburse me because there was no proof that his workers stole the money and not my daughter or her friend that live in the house(I have never had a problem with either ever before). The team lead told me that they have had problems before in other houses, Richard Snyder stated that he does background checks before he hires and never had a problem. As a business owner ,I know that all businesses are required to have insurance to cover losses. When I told the owner that if I was not reimbursed I would give him a bad review he told me ," I would be very careful with what you do". Also, they were supposed to arrive at 9am every day and never showed til 10:15 - 10:30. When they ripped everything out they did take most trash,however there is a broken bathtub in my backyard. My insurance adjustor found us a new company to continue with the rebuild yesterday. Without knowing this , the owner said during todays call that he would not do the rebuild. Very rude, UNPROFESSIONAL.
Bottom line is, "the customer is always right" and as a business owner you always try to strive for perfection and protect your reputation. Richard Snyder does not do this.

We think Rick Snyder and 911 Restoration are the best. They gave us a completely professional evaluation of the damages. They explained everything in language thatwe could understand. They offered good pricing when other companies tried to charge us hundreds of extra dollars. We are very happy with what they did.

My home was flooded during Hurricane Matthew. 911 Restoration literally saved my home and furniture by their quick response. I called 5 different companies - some did not even return my call for over a week. Rick called me back almost immediately and was out with a team as soon as waters receded enough for them to get through. They worked long hours without breaks to make sure my home was restored quickly. Every person on Rick's team was not only professional, but also caring and supportive to me during that traumatic time. They all seemed to genuinely care and worked overtime to speed the process. During an emergency you want someone who knows what to do and how to work with insurance companies. Rick is the best! I would highly recommend him and his team.
