Jenkins Restoration was very quick and responsive with responding to our extensive plumbing issue. They responded quickly and got right to work to try and limit as much damage as possible from water leaks. Yosman was very knowledgeable and patient with answering any questions we had about the process and came each day to check on the drying process until completion. Yosman and James are Very professional. Kind, patient, straight to the point. Came on the same day service was called. They had to pull my flooring for mold and carpets and it was done same day due to a sewer flood (yuck). Overall GREAT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I would recommend this company for effective efficiency.

The Servce has been exceptional. You’ll get everything you need handled, as well as explanations and expectations. I was able to get service the same day that we contacted the company. I personally was working with a gentleman named James; He was knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. At a time of need their arrival made the process easy and much more manageable.

David Cox was professional and provided excellent services closing & sealing the ceiling and painting all of the walls & ceiling without gaps in roller and/or brush strokes. Mr. Cox’s attention to detail and the blending of the paint strokes is the best job completed.

Brian and Logan were very attentive to my requests and with providing me with the approved service.

Caution: If you want prompt service, avoid a liaison company. Try to deal directly with your insurance company and the business actually performing the service. Once I was able to deal directly with Jenkins, everything went smoothly.

Nas, the technician, was a very respectful and polite. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate me. He also asked for confirmation score doing any type of work.

From the beginning process with Danny Wicks, who was very meticulous in all of his processes, to the continuous and ongoing hard work, dedication, guidance and care from Nas (who seemed like he was part of our family), we were very pleased with the water mitigation process. Nas's attention to detail was top notch! He's a huge asset to Jenkins Restoration. Thanks fir your services!

Try to avoid this company if possible. Communication and follow up are a big fat "0". When you call the company phone it seems to go to a switchboard not to the local store. If u want work done in a timely fashion, I would suggest u ignore this business and try elsewhere.

Jenkins was easy and professional to work with. We used them for water mitigation after the wax ring on our toilet went bad. Danny was extremely kind, timely, efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Even my kids loved him! Logan answered any and all questions regarding the process and future steps/options. I would highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend Jenkins Restoration to anyone. The actual work performed was terrible. All the work in the scope of the contract, to be done by “professionals” was very disappointing. Our toilet was improperly set, painting was supposed to be done and it wasn’t. I have cameras in my home and was able to see what was being done and what was not being done. Base board and quarter round was only painted in certain rooms. Now let’s get to the estimate, at one point we were being blamed because the claim manager failed to look over the response from the insurance company about the quote. I truly feel like we were taken advantage of and did not get what we paid for. So if you want to feel taken advantage of, to feel like you’re getting less than what you paid for then these are your guys. Their sub contractors are terrible.

Jenkins did an amazing job with the clean up/drying out of our house. The came out the same day of the incident and was very responsive to all the questions we had. Everyone from the workers, project manager, and manger called at some point through the process and after to check to make sure things were moving as they were supposed to be and to just check in.

I received a very quick response to start the processes. Tanas was very professional. Raymond explained the process to me. Both offered excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them!

Our issues have been long but so rewarding in the end. From the beginning to the end Jenkins Restorations has been there. We started out with water damage from a leaking dishwasher, needing floor removal and repair (down to the subflooring), to all layers of vinyl/cork flooring removal after the discovery of asbestos on the bottom floor layer. After a plumbing fix, our first contact through our insurance company for remediation was Chris at Jenkins Restorations. Our contacts with Jenkins came in sequence of Nestor (made sure we were set up for needed workers), Traquan (removed a section of the flooring to determine how far out the water damage went), and Yordi and crew for the final asbestos removal (quite an adventure watching all they had to go through to safely remove). I was impressed with the quality of the work as well as their polite and personable attitudes. They were some of the hardest workers we've had at our home in the 45+ years that we've lived here.

I appreciate their professionalism and explanations of what was happening during the entire process. They were very prompt and a great value. Thank you Diamonte and Nas for all your hard work.

Mike with Jenkins was extremely helpful, informative and proactive in the complicated process of going through my homeowners insurance to get a closet and flooring fixed. I had a leak in the ceiling which caused water damage and mold in my closet and the flooring in my living room. Mike and his crew took care of the mold remediation, repairs and replacement of the flooring in a timely matter

As a remote owner of a rental property, Jenkins provided invaluable assistance to me following a clothes washer overflow at a rental property. This SOUNDS like (and at first seemed) not a big deal but in the end, required the replacement of the entire wood floor on the first level, drywall, carpet and vinyl sheet replacement. Importantly, everything also had to be absolutely dry to ensure there was no mold endangerment. I chose to drive in for one meeting with tenants, project manager and contractors. Jenkins managed everything for me after that, providing general contractor services and complete project management with status and schedule updates. All of this occurred during the weeks before Thanksgiving but they were still at the ready. They were - in a word - priceless. Thanks for helping during the holidays and kudos for terrific work.

This company was paid by my insurance company $23,000 to repair damage from a fire that happened in March of 2021. I had to constantly reach out to the first project manager I had assigned before she reached back to me in July and said she was on vacation she would call me. After I finally signed the documents and paid my deductible, when I reached out in august a month later to ask when they would start, she said she had a new project manager and to call him. When I did he said a guy had been contracted to come do the work and would call me. Week later nothing. Another week later, nothing. I called him back he said the guy thought he had COVID but didn’t and will call you. This guy calls me a week later from a golf vacation on a Monday and said some would come out. Thursday a dude shows up. Works maybe five hours a day. It’s been three weeks and some days somebody shows up and works five hours and some days nobody shows up. I was told they would start one repair this week and nothing.

This company paid their subcontractor 14,000 to do a job they told my insurance company would cost 23,000 with only 3% overhead. What a scam. This company is absolutely terrible. No communication, they just want your insurance companies money good luck getting your repairs done.

Isaac our technician was amazing!! He took time out to walk us through our process and educate us about the damage including how it may have been caused. He was professional and insightful throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly when scheduled and kept lines of communication open during the duration of our job. He made himself readily available to assist us with our every need. This is the first time my family and I had ever dealt with an issue like this. Jenkins Restoration made the process streamline and made the situation as easy / stress free as possible. They exceeded our every expectation and all in a timely manner. My family and I would recommend Jenkins’s Restoration services if in need.

DO NOT USE. They broke a pipe and flooded my house. Neither they, nor Nationwide, would pay for the extensive subsequent damage done to my home after water poured down my A/C duct work for 30 minutes. Their employee did not have tools or know how to cut the water off. I ended up having to replace my ductwork, clean the A/C, and pay for mold remediation out of pocket. My damages happen in May 2020 and Jenkins was not able to start work until August 2020. So I waited until August 2020 and no one called me the entire time I waited. When I went to investigate the situation, I noticed on indeed they were looking for workers to work. I then tried to contact them , but I never received an answer from Jenkins Restorations. I had enough, so I contact my insurance to contact Jenkins Restorations to tell them to give me a ring. Well they answer for my insurance , but they still never gave me a call to update me. At first I thought I was going to have great service but I was wrong. From May to August 2020 Jenkins Restorations is missing in action. If they would let me know if they're having workers' problem I would understand and waited a little long.

I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism and obvious expertise of Jenkins Restorations. Aaron Cupp was polite, efficient, punctual and patient to answer all questions with respect and high technical expertise. I would definitely hire Jenkins restoration again and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Jenkins Restoration was the best service I’ve ever had. Amber was awesome, quick, and extremely efficient. Communication was very clear and they exceeded any expectations that I had. Ace the painter/drywall Ed and crew were nothing short of miraculous with their work. I’m extremely satisfied with everything that they did in my kitchen restoration.

We had an unfortunate water infiltration during Hurricane Dorian. Called Jenkins who was already mobilized in Charleston. They responded within hours and had full remediation in place the next morning. Three days later things were dry and they removed their equipment. Sadly this wasn't our first remediation experience. We've worked with other companies who have done quality work. Jenkins rates on the top end for their responsiveness and attentive work. The team led by Aaron out of Columbia, and Byron who was brought in from Atlanta for the response, were first class in all their dealings with us. We hope not to use them anytime soon but if one needs professional water remediation Jenkins should be a first choice!

I moved to SC 6.5 years ago and had a house built. Since then I've had multiple contractors out fixing mistakes to the house from the original builders, repairing downed retaining walls, putting a paver patio and fence in the back yard and repairing a major leak in the upstairs plumbing that became a downstairs mess. All of those contractors combined pale in comparison to the job that Wes and his crews at Jenkins Restorations in Columbia SC did to fix up my house from wind and water damage obtained from 2 Hurricanes in September and October 2018. They repaired the outside stone masonry, sheathing, weather proofing, insulation, support studs, drywall and paint. I have dealt with some very difficult contractors, companies and repairmen but Jenkins Restorations was a pleasure to work with and they deserve praise for the hard work they do.

Aaron was amazing! He was detail oriented, knowledgeable, and knew how to ease our worries after a faulty washer flooded our downstairs. I highly recommend Jenkins and their team for any of your restoration needs!

Our refrigerator/freezer leaked slowly over time. We didn't catch until hard wood floor & kitchen tile were damaged. Jenkins called us within 10 minutes of hanging up with USAA and filing claim! Brent keep us posted as to arrival time. He did a THROUGH job of identifying the damage and put in mitigation fans. Very considerate of us in placement of fans so we can still cook/eat/clean in house!

So my five year old daughter decided to pretend she was a baby dolphin during bath time and you probably can guess the rest. It didn’t take long for the water to start leaking on my dining room table. Jenkins Restorations was at my house within 3 hours of placing the call. Aaron Cupp (Mitigation Tech) was prompt, professional, and extremely informative. He thoroughly explained every step. We had flights out of town Sunday morning and as promised Aaron arrived Sunday at 0900 to check on things. I would definitely recommend Jenkins Restorations!

Great attention and rapid response to overnight water damage into our MBR. The Jenkins tech for us was Aaron who did a great job in ensuring the house was 'watertight' as well as giving us full information of his findings as to the source of the problem. Jenkins Restorations was referred to me by USAA for repair of a ceiling. They actually called me 5 minutes after I got off the phone with USAA to set up a time to do the inspection. Chris was on time for his first visit and was very professional. The estimate was quickly submitted and approved by USAA. A representative, Aaron Cupp, showed up to remove the mold, ameliorate the water damage, and get the area prepared for repairs. Aaron worked tirelessly to accomplish this.
Aaron was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable, as well as expert in doing his work. Aaron was patient with us as he took time to explain what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what was going on.
