Jenkins restoration was hired by my insurance company when my basement flooded with sewage. They did a fantastic job both cleaning, and restoring. Excellent communication and great work. Very pleased and would use them again.

They were very communicative, thorough, and was able to be flexible with my schedule. They shared a plethora of knowledge when answering all of my questions and ensured that I had everything I needed before leaving the site. I felt most confident in our teamwork out of all the potential suitors of the water mitigation project.

Probably the worst decision was going with Jenkins for our small kitchen repair. In April of 2024 our dishwasher leaked ruining parts of our kitchen cabinets and all our flooring had to be replaced. On the eve of our date the job was going to start we were told we were getting a new project manager then our project was put on hold again until they could get on their schedule.
The subcontractors they had for our project was horrible and would complain to us he wasn’t getting paid enough for this job.
Our job that should have taken a week end up being 3 plus months. I highly recommend not using Jenkins.

Desmond was wonderful to work with. He always arrived when he said he would, was incrediblely polite and informative. It’s not always easy having strangers working in your house, and Desmond made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Jenkins did the restoration in the basement of our rental after a flood. Every employee we interacted with was professional as well as motivated to get the job done correctly and swiftly. We first met Chris who inspected the basement and helped us plan out what the schedule for repairs would be. After, we worked with Benjie, Jose, and their team to execute the plan. Benjie and his team went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed of any updates and to coordinate entering our home. As tenants and not the owners, none of these folks had any real obligation to keep us informed yet they knew that this flood had a real impact on our living situation and as such interacted with us respectfully and with excellent communication.

We hired Jenkins Restoration and worked with Dennis and Peter through out the entire process. To say they were an amazing team would be the short end of it. Period. They came out to board up the house and set us up with a company to complete the contents portion of the content’s removal. If you have ever gone through a casualty you will have people coming up to the home to give you all of their cards and information acting like they know you. Not only are you in shock but you also feel like you have been put on display.

Jenkins was with us through the demo and the rebuild walking us through the step by step process to get us back into our house as soon as possible. You cant imagine how many elements that have to go into the rebuild, permits, and insurance are just the beginning. Dennis and Peter were always available for any questions, and customer service was always top notch. Even though they both have many projects going on at the same time, they make you feel like you are their most important.

We were taken down to the studs on our home due to the smoke damage. If you don’t know how to rebuild a house, and all of the steps that go into it, nor do you have the time to complete the tasks and you want to get it done without a hassle. Hiring Jenkins is the way to go! The only real effort I had to put into the rebuild is picking the products that went back into the home to make it ours. We already knew most of what we wanted to do so the rebuild felt seamless. Dennis stacked the contractors so efficiently that he was able to finish our home in 8 months to get us back in. Peter was the numbers man making sure that everything that we wanted and needed would be able to fit in the budget and we would be on the other side with an amazing outcome. We are grateful and humbled for all of the time and effort these two have given us. Thank you to Dennis Fedorchuck and Peter Brefeld for all of your hard work, time, patience, and care that you have put into this home for us. We loved our home before, but we love it even more now. Truly Amazing. Thank you!

I dealt with Brandon in the mediation department after a huge accident happened in my cabin out in the sticks. Technically, we are outside their service area but they still took the job. Communication was outstanding and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

We had a leak from our roof and Jenkins Restoration came out the morning I called them. Jason and Gabe were informative, polite and responsive. I appreciated working with them.

I had a water leak in my condo and had to go through my insurance company to get it repaired. They recommended JenkinsRestorations to do the restoration part of the fix. Xavier Tsui, the PM for my job did a great job walking me through the process, getting things scheduled, and making sure everything was restore to what it previously was. I have nothing bad to say about him and his company even with the typical issues you get when dealing with any sort of home renovation. All the issues were dealt with great professionalism and care for the customer.

We had a burst pipe, and USAA set us up with Jenkins very quickly for water damage mitgation.
Nina was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process clearly, and was available to answer any questions we had/kept us up to date on everything. We felt much better about our burst pipe situation knowing that Nina was on the case!

Desmond Spencer is a jewel! He turned my despair to hope and then to gratitude. He was prompt, courteous and thorough in his dealing with the water damage in my second bedroom. Hearing what my neighbors were going through in trying to get help confirmed that I was indeed lucky that Jenkins Restorations (and Desmond!) responded to my need!

These guy are not reliable. Brandon is manager. Jason is actually nice guy, but guess he just followed manager requirements. Promised to come on 3rd day after water damage, but never showed up. No call, either. Insurance adjuster was very surprised, because time is critically important, and called them himself. Jenkins, if you cannot come - call and let us know asap for us to find another company. We took day off from work waiting for you. and wasted important time. Came only on day 5 after accident, installed a few COLD fans, no dehumidifier, and disappeared for another 2 days. Finally, on the 7 day came 2 hours later (but appreciate this time Jason called with with update he was late), and refused to work due my broken car located in garage, which was not even a big issue, because main damage was on another side. Plus, we were ready to sign a paperwork that if ceiling fell down on a car, it will be our problem. Plus, car was covered by many foams. Plus, business like these should have a special equipment to cover pieces like that. It was very unexpected and frustrating because i was satisfied that finally works was going to be done. I asked them to start working on the empty mostly damaged area for now, they said "we have to cancel work". (Update: the new company we hired found most wet on the wall I was not even told about. They used a special tool to see how wet it is. My wall behind shelves that was empty was the first to remove). Big regret I did not contact another company from the very beginning, but they were sent to me by insurance. (had to find another company who were willing to work with a car being inside garage). Result - my house been water damaged, and not properly dried in a week. They just don't care. AVOID !!!!!

We had a fire in our home and Jenkins really took care of us. Peter in finance, went above and beyond to make sure we were covered by our insurance and we could restore our house how we wanted, within our budget. Dennis was our contractor that oversaw the project. He is a great communicator and kept me up to date with all the progress. He listened to our needs and made sure we were happy with the results. His crew of workers were amazing!

Jenkins was timely, professional and arrived on time every day. Very dedicated to doing the job right and focused on the customer

Jason came to our rescue! He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind! We were so happy he was assigned to us!

We had a water leak happen on a Sunday recently. Jenkins Restoration sent Desmond to initiate board up on the vent area of the roof. He did a through check of attic and located the problem. He was responsive and completed what was to be done quickly and kept me informed what was happening.
Jason came the next day for water mitigation. Explained what was going to be involved with humidifiers and fans. Answered all our questions. Kept us informed of his arrival and was on time. The work performed by Jenkins Restoration was excellent. Appreciated the work, courtesy and keeping us informed by Desmond and Jason. Thanks again!

Lance worked with us every step of the project. He ensured the crews stated on schedule and performed great work. They worked clean and efficiently, with professional, finished projects. New floors are wonderful, the shower tile is excellent. The protective barriers they install kept the rest of the house clean. A major remodeling done right, on time, and in budget.

Jenkins repaired damage from a water leak at my home. They were prompt and professional and followed up multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with their work.

Lance and Joquine were wonderful to work with and you would hardly know I had water damage to my home after the restoration work was done.

Jenkins Restoration has been helping us with reparations from Hurricane Idalia and I couldn't be happier with the crew that we have. They are constantly updating me on the status of our home. Doug, Carter, Apollo, Bob, Anthony, Gypsy Mike, Uriel and Jonathan got into our house and started working less than a week after the flood! This is by far the worst mold remediation and restoration company you can possibly use

They use uninsured sub contractors that do hack work

They did some mold remediation and restoration work for a customer of ours and when they were doing self leveling concrete in the basement it all seeped into the sewer system resulting in over 70ft of sewer both inside the basement and outside the house to have to be dug up and replaced all the way out to the city sidewalk

They won't pay the customer so she's stuck with the bill

Don't use this company there terrible lack of communication and sub par quality of work is unreal

Very happy with Jenkins Restoration. Lance was professional, accommodating, responsive and an excellent communicator. I would call on Jenkins again for service as I don't think you could find a more responsive group, especially if you're lucky enough to be assigned Lance.

My house damaged on May 24 2023 and my insurance referee me to Jenkins restoration company. They response my case very quickly . Benjamin set up my repair schedule just one week after thing happened and begin to restore my water damaged property right away! I’m very pleased his service and quick timing ! Jenkins Restoration exceeded my expectations with removing the smell of cigarette smoke from a beautiful dresser that I purchased on marketplace. I was ready to take it to the dump when I was unsuccessful at getting the smell out. Jacob came to my rescue and successfully removed the smell and saved the dresser!

Benjamin Pangelinan and his workers Jose especially were so efficient in getting the work done in a timely fashion. Their work was perfection putting great effort in doing the best in terms of the job looking like new again. I highly recommend this company for any sort of restoration project in the future..

My homeowner's insurance referred me to Jenkins when our toilet broke and flooded both upstairs and downstairs. Terez came out within an hour, at 10pm on a Saturday, to take moisture readings and set up dehumidifiers. He was back the next morning to continue the work, and JaShaun came out the next two days to view the crawlspace and start demolition. I'm so glad Farmer's referred me to Jenkins. They've been so responsive and answered my questions.

Great team and great communication from everyone at Jenkins. They helped us remove water damage after a pipe leak and kill some mold they found. The team was amazing and super helpful in explaining what needs to be done and communicating on next steps and timelines.

We were referred to Jenkins by our insurance company USAA when we discovered a roof leak in our home. Jason, Desmond and Terez did an amazing job with the mitigation process. They communicated really well throughout and knew what the laws were and correct process is. They cleaned up completely daily. Very friendly and professional. They explained the details and process completely in a specific and understandable way. They were like detectives following the water path to its source and endpoints. We are confident that they found all of the damage and dried it out completely as they took data and shared it on a daily basis. We cannot recommend them highly enough!! We love them but hope we never see them again lol!!!

Once my project was in the hands Lance and his crew everything fell in to place. We had timing and schedule issues up to the point where they came in and resolved my kitchen being totally torn apart and left for my elderly mother to putter around.
Lance told me once he got in it would take a good three to four days and it was. We lived with the kitchen torn up for two solid months. Lance and his crew demolished and replaced the floor, reconnected the dishwasher, washer and dryer. We can live again.

Lance and his team were excellent. They were on time, cleaned up every day, and did beautiful work. They gave me advice and suggestions on my bathroom remodel which really added to the final results. I would hire them again for more work! I give them a 10 out of 10.

Jenkins Restorations did a great job getting our water-damaged dining room and kitchen restored. In some ways, the house is in better condition than it was before the water loss. Lance Wong and his crew were always polite, professional, clean and on time. We especially appreciated how quickly and easily Jenkins worked with our insurance company to seamlessly adjust for the inevitable changes every such project encounters between start and finish. They have turned around a homeowners nightmare and made it look easy.

Over several months, I had two water leaks into my condo from an above unit. Issues with a different mitigation company led to a delay. Through my Amica Insurance adjustor, I was contacted by Chris Anderson at Jenkins Restoration. I had mold questions
and was uncertain what to do. Eventually, Chris had his team cut two areas of ceiling in my hall bath. It was quite dry, however, some of that ceiling plaster board was damaged by the water.
They did and excellent job replacing the ceiling, taping, sanding and painting. They also painted the living/dining room/hall ceiling, working around electronics and furniture. I found no paint drips anywhere. They did all this work in two days, including patching 4-5 biopsy holes in my master bath, and painting the wall! It's impossible to tell where any of the holes were! I highly recommend Chris Anderson and his team at Jenkins Restoration.

Jenkins helped us with our restoration following some flooding from a burst pipe. They have done solid work and were helpful throughout the process. Lance was our project manager and he was very kind, professional and responsive. Navigating the insurance claims and mitigation can be stressful but they were great for us!

USAA sent them out after a water leak damaged a wall and the carpeting in two rooms.

Benjamin was so professional and communicative during the process. Jose was so kind and did a wonderful job with the repair and new carpeting. You can't tell where the drywall was cut out.

I'm planning on hiring them to do some general remodeling work around my house.

Update: They did a fabulous job recarpeting and painting a room for me. It looks fabulous. Benjamin and Jose are so Great to work with. I will be hiring them again .

Update #2 I hired Benji and his team to paint my interior, resurface my hard wood floors, and install new hardwood on my stairs. Jose did a fabulous job on the paint. Ivan made my floors look better than imagined. Benji has a good eye and helped make my house the way I want it.

Desmond Spencer has been outstanding in his knowledge of water remediation. Professional, courteous, on time, laymen explanations of water intrusion Issues.

Fast efficient and easy to talk too. They beat the price of a few other quotes I received and got the work done well in a timely fashion.

My suggestion to anyone that need repairs on their home I suggest that you find another company rather than Jenkins Restoration. They are not dependable. The work they did at
my Condo took over a year. Plus, I had to hire someone to stop the leak in the shower they install.

Terrific job of restoration after another company did the mitigation work required by a two hour internal flood event. The project manager was always thorough and responsive, choosing excellent subcontractors.

The crews on the tear down and rebuild were very professional and the finished project was completed beyond expectations. Excellent communication throughout the project. Highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

The crews at Jenkins are excellent! Benjamin managed the coordination of every stage of restoring our home and the people involved on our project well. Each stage flowed well the next without wasted time. All members of each crew were talented and professional and treated our home, belongings and us with respect and care.
We had a roof leak that required mold removal and structural repair, sheetrock replacement, and painting.
For the best results, they chose to move our furniture to their storage facility. They packed and unpacked everything and as promised, everything was moved back in before Thanksgiving.

Highly recommend. My parents referred me to Jenkins after they had water damage in their kitchen. The floor subcontractors were especially amazing.

Horrible experience with Jenkins:

TLDR: Project was delivered 5 months late with poor quality of work.

1. 2 project managers quit Jenkins and communication stopped until we emailed them

2. Flooring subcontractor selected by Jenkins had no clues how to refinish a concrete floor requiring removal of floor

3. Jenkins couldn’t find another flooring contractor so I had to source directly

4. Finish work performed by Jenkins in-house team was poor quality and messy

5. Multiple items required follow up work given poor quality

The experience with this company, and specifically Chris Anderson who was our project manager has been terrible. No follow up communication, multiple texts and voicemails and no returned calls. It is really frustrating when you have water damage that the contractor just leaves you hanging with questions and overpromises and does not deliver. We had a roof leak with a damaged ceiling. Initially the company responded quickly and came and installed air blowers and other equipment to remove moisture from the room. They were quick to provide an estimate to the insurance company. However, they did not find a roof repair person. We live in Seattle, and it rains a lot here in autumn. After a day they came and removed the equipment. No ETA on roof repair. What is the point of removing moisture from a room if the roof is still leaking and it is raining? And then removing the equipment? Unanswered texts, promises to call back and not doing so, unanswered voice mails and emails are very frustrating when you are trying to get damage fixed. In the end, after weeks of trying to contact Chris Anderson I gave up and had to find my own roof repair person and interior repair company. This was a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend Jenkins Restorations.

Jenkins restoration left an open section of a rental unit I have exposed that is 40’ above the ground, creating a massive safety risk to the exist tenants. When I called to ask them to protect the opening, they didn’t even care if anyone was harmed, they shrugged it off and showed up to make the space safe days later. They are lazy and unprofessional and still have not finished the job that is an days worth of work and was to be completed in July, it’s October. They should have their contractors license removed. I am reporting them. Horrible experience, do not use them

I cannot say enough about Jenkins Restorations. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with, and we LOVE the work they have done for us! This was the first time that we have had to work with an insurance company to settle for damage, mitigation and restoration – and we did not know what we were doing. Added to that, our insurance company was quite challenging. Jenkins Restorations helped us understand what the insurance company was asking for, they helped us advocate for and resolve issues with the insurance company, and they helped us to understand what options we had within the settlement. They were persistent in sourcing materials, even when supply was difficult to find; they advocated to supply stores when materials were delayed. And their contractors did absolutely beautiful work on the rebuild of our two bathrooms. The Jenkins Restorations staff and contractors were friendly, respectful, excellent communicators, and real experts in their work. We are very grateful for Jenkins Restorations, and highly recommend them!

We have used Jenkins Restoration twice over the last five years. First, for a leak in the kitchen and then most recently from a flood in the basement. Both times they were quick, professional and a total treat to work with in very unfortunate circumstances. I could not recommend them enough!

We used this company for mold remediation for a commercial property. They were a great company to work with. Their bid was in line with others except they were willing to go the extra mile and work with the insurance company on the claim. Other companies had discouraged that. They were extremely responsive to my questions and were just great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Working with Walter was a pleasure. Jenkins brought in and closely monitored real professionals for the restoration work. Walter’s ability to resolve issue after issue was key to the success of this major restoration project.

It was the worst nightmare experiences we had dealing with a contractor. We had a small building damaged by fire in late 2017. Somehow they showed on the job and appeared to be professional and well put together. We did not know any better and were under a lot of stresses, so we signed with them and 7 months later had to fire them from the job due to delays, weeks with no construction activities, empty promises and improper billings. Even weird things happened like random people hooking up to the electrical panels, sleeping inside due to the building site was not properly secured. Total nightmare. They threatened to sue in court, finally we settled the billings, because we want to move on with our lives.
We were able to get the project done by ourselves in 3 months !!. After talking to building owners, this is a pretty widespread issue with contractors who work with insurance company, prying on building owner who are distressed. My suggestions is to get your own contractor when dealing with insurance companies regardless of different estimate procedures/software system. It will save you a lot of heart aches and pains, which make me tremble thinking about it, even today.

This company is a train wreck! Don’t subject yourself to the endless frustrations. Jenkins rebuilt our carport on an insurance job last year after a fire. Initially, we had good interactions with them and thought they were all really nice guys. But it wasn't long before the big problems started. The biggest was the architectural drawings of the carport, which we had asked to see before they were submitted to the city for approval. That didn’t happen – they were submitted and approved before we even saw them. When we insisted on seeing them before the framing started, we found that they were wrong! The architects (who sit on the east coast somewhere) had badly missed the mark, despite having photos of the old structure to duplicate. They had designed something weird looking and no one had noticed. We made changes to the plans in a meeting with the GC, Stan, assuming he would have the plans correctly redrawn, but he didn’t. The framers showed up with revised, but still incorrect measurements! We had to stop work to revise the plans again and still ended up with a weird looking structure that we would have modified had we been able to envision it at the beginning.

Smaller problems like this occurred repeatedly over the 9-month rebuild (for a carport that was, by their own estimate, supposed to take 3 months!). Jenkins’ (mostly Stan’s) communications with us and their subcontractors were terrible. Despite repeatedly asking Stan to let us know when work was scheduled and people would be coming to the house, he rarely did. We were promised weekly updates before we signed a contract, but over the 9 months, we received about five without having to repeatedly ask. Worse was that subcontractors were given incorrect or incomplete instructions, then Stan wouldn’t check in until after big mistakes were made. For example, siders put on the wrong siding, painters didn’t complete the job, electricians mis-wired the whole structure, Stan’s own guys messed up some framing! Tons of miscommunications! We finished several details ourselves because we got tired of asking them to send someone back to get it right. There were also large time gaps between components, which we assume was due to poor planning on Stan’s part (and it’s hard to get subs in Seattle), including a many month delay getting the final concrete resurfacing done because Stan didn’t have the connections and didn’t seem to put in serious effort to complete it until we were being very vocal to our insurance company about the delays. The project dragged on seemingly forever.

On top of this, Jenkins had vastly underestimated the cost of the rebuild. That didn’t affect us once we had paid our deductible, but I wouldn’t trust them to do quality work on their initial bid, even if they did do quality work.

I had a dishwasher leak that had been leaking for some time. The tech who came out was very polite, helpful and reassuring. She was on sight in less than 3 hours on a Sunday. Her follow up visits were always on time and she kept us updated and made sure that the damage was contained to the kitchen. I hope to not need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again.

So far less than impressed. Water mitigation was good. Everything else has been really bad. Passing work off to each other, no one returns calls or comes to do what they say they'll do. Now it's supposed to be the day they start, no one called to confirm like we were told and no one is here, or answering calls.

Had water damage due to a leaking roof. Went with Jenkins because our insurance recommended them. They quickly responded to tarping the roof and we were happy with that. The water mitigation visits were less good. They did get everything dry though they did far less than the insurance company recommended and charged for a number of items they did not do. We got the roof replaced and then struggled to Jenkins to come do the rest of the repairs though they had already told our insurance company they had done all the work. We still have a torn up wall while we try and find a new contractor to do the work that Jenkins lied about.

The water mitigation segment of our restoration was totally satisfactory. The two workers responsible for this task responded immediately and worked throughout the day completing what they outlined they hoped to accomplish. We were so fortunate to have a prompt start to the rebuild of our bathroom and hallway upstairs. Since that time Jenkins has assisted us through each phase. Thankfully we're now close to completion!
