However the project manager Darryl Broxton was knowledgeable
about financing and payment. He made all the difference in the world. He apologized to me on the behalf of home genius exteriors. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Darryl and he truly cares about his clients and the final outcome. He is an asset to this company.

The staff from the beginning was outstanding! From sales in Garrett Carson's thoughtfulness and professionalism to the Project Manager Darryl Broxton's commitment to excellence and strong communication skills and follow-up, I've been so pleased. This process was a bit stressful however the team eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Thank you Garrett and Darryl...you're the best!!

1/2 star...Your salesperson, Rusty, was very rude. Very interested in pressuring me to sign a contract today when I told him I was getting 3-4 estimates. I get and understand sales tactics but when you talk down to a potential client and try to make them feel like they are ignorant about the industry it was very annoying. I also understand upselling too as I'm in the customer service industry... and on things like, gutters...etc. But trying to instill fear of poor work and potential damage if another company was used is what I didn't ask for. I wanted an estimate and he showed me what he came up with on his laptop. But he wouldn't email it to me. He wanted me to give a 25% deposit for supplies for the job. Lol, I held back what I wanted to tell him. I said I wanted the estimate and he replies, "what is that? Just piece of paper??" He kept trying to push for me to go with them and no other estimate was needed. I'm sure you believe your the best option in roofing but there are others that are great as well and thats why they all are still doing well and in business. He basically refused to email me a quote and I just walked away from him and went inside. I was done listening to his sales pitch. If what I dealt with is a part of your sales training you might want to rethink how you approach it. His methods are not good for your customer service and doing business. I'm sure you get plenty of business from gullible people that don't know what questions to ask nor are strong enough to say no. That's a shame to try and take advantage of people this way. Just because an estimate is less than yours doesn't mean the work will be inferior!

I worked with a sales professional, the project manager and his supervisor, and a work coordinator and EVERY ONE of them were competent, caring, personable, and highly qualified. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner with numerous opportunities for my input throughout the entire project. I highly recommend Home Genius!

Marquise was very informative and detailed in presenting the overall plans pertaining to my roof and gutter installation. Darryl was very diligent throughout the whole process during the roof install. It was pleasure to work with them both. Darryl kept me up to date with any changes and addressed any issues that arised. Both Marquise and Darryl was very responsive when I had any questions.

From start to finish these people where there to help. Austin was friendly very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jackie got the project going and it took off like a rocket (she was great). Then there was Darrell. The most pleasant young man I believe that I have ever met. He stayed on top of the project and kept me updated.
I will definitely recommend HOME GENIUS to anyone needing there services.

I recently had my roof replaced and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Marquise was amazing and truly helped me make the correct choices to make my home beautiful again, the project coordination team was courteous, and highly organized, they communicated clearly every step of the way and made the entire process seamless! They came in to replace a window that was leaking. They were fast, professional, friendly, and up front about the price, the work, and what it will and will not fix. They didn’t oversell and were happy to be flexible with our schedule. Rodney and his crew were fantastic and they got the work done fast and left the house cleaner than when they got here!

The Home Genius team was superb! I needed to replace 5 windows. The entire process from meeting with the sales rep to delivery of the windows was less than 4 weeks. They made me feel like I was their only customer. My concerns were all addressed promptly and I love my new windows! I can open and close them with one hand, they operate very smoothly. The install technician team were done quickly and they were extremely neat. They even vacuumed my floors when they were done! Also I got 5 quotes and Home Genius was one of the cheapest quotes. I was so SURPRISED that I got such quality care and attention to details without breaking the bank! Hire them now!!!

Four stars. They say they overcommunicate but could have been better, the point of contact did not inform us of the time the workmen would arrive until the last minute. I had to chase after them to retrieve excess materials.

Codi was the salesman and was very informative. We originally reached out for a patch job, and he was able to get us a price on it. But he informed us of the pros and cons of repair vs replace. We felt he put the power to make the choice in our hands, and simply gave us information on what a repair would involve and what a replace would involve. The fact that we were the ones making the decision made us much more comfortable to move forward with the sale.

It was simply the rational choice to make. That he was able to quote us a good price was simply icing.

Great customer service and our roof looks beautiful. I also had them do my siding and the house looks phenomenal. I was very impressed with the hard working crew and their sense of urgency. They really did a great job. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

Great job- fast, efficient, and courageous. They completed the job in one day, replacing all windows in a large two-story home. The crew arrived on schedule and worked until the job was done.

The sales rep, Alex, met with us initially for three hours, answering all our (many) questions, going over the business’s background, and showing us the sample window. The installation was scheduled in a few weeks, with good communication as to when the team would arrive. The installation team was on time, and knocked the job out in one day, though initially it was scheduled for two. The installers were professional and courteous and were careful not to track dirt onto our new carpet. They cleaned up everything outside, leaving no evidence they’d even been here. The windows look very nice and seem to be working well. The project manager stopped by to look at the one window we had a concern about and answered all our questions. I would heartily recommend Home Genius for window installation.

Everyone from the Sales Rep (Cody) to the Roofers to the Project Manager (Dakota) were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They were respectful of our time and property. Hopefully we don’t have future needs (which we will) but if we do we know who to call!!

Customer service was amazing and it started with Cody, continued with the crew and finished with Dakota, the project manager. The transparency was refreshing and appreciated. We were informed of when the work was taking place and how long the project would take. The crew and final walk around left the surrounding area clear of debris and hazards. A salesperson can come out to the house within a couple of hours on a Saturday, insist on WAITING at our house until both owners are present to sell them a $19,000 roof, and within a year we have a leak.

It is currently Saturday, I've called approximately 5 times throughout the day, and it is an insurmountable task to send anyone to look at our roof. We were quoted $8k for the same roof by a local company, and it is our daily regret that we went with Home Genius in our urgency to get it replaced.

We recently had our roof replaced and the experience we had with Richard and Jaleel was beyond amazing. They were professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. The team that completed the job were also pleasant to work with. I would hands down recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thanks for the experience!

Logan came out today to do my free siding inspection, he was knowledgeable friendly and personable. Being that I don't know shit about siding, he was up front about what I could expect in the cost of the siding job I needed to be done. In the future, if I need to have any further sighting projects completed.I would be calling upon Logan to come and do that for me.

I told them I wasn't interested probably 50 phone calls ago. They won't take no for an answer and have been calling me 2-3 times a day for months. They made me sign up for the no-call list, but they're ignoring that I'm on it. My VM is constantly full of junk. I will be submitting a formal complsint of harassment to the FTC if they continue to call me without consent. I also had a no trespassing sign up and the door-to-door person knocked anyway. Slimy, scummy company that will ignore you and walk all over boundaries.

The team worked quickly to get my new windows installed. I was not pleased, however, with delivery the day before. It wasduring a major downpour of rain, leaving my special order boxes exposed.

I was very impressed with this team. Before, during, and after installation, there were multiple points of contact available to me. Communication was strong and consistent. Install was on time, quickly and efficiently done in one day, and they left no mess behind at all. They were all very kind and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend them. I am sure I will work with them again on other projects.

My home siding project was completed sooner than the promised time period. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend Home Genius to anyone that needs a Hardie Plank install.

They get the second star because of the genuine concern the upper management seemed to have about getting the work. I was misled by the marketing person canvassing my neighborhood... sadly to be expected. I was either outright lied to by the consultant or he was incompetent, either way it instills little faith. I believe he was protecting his bid by giving me false information so it was useless or worse. Fortunately I'm skilled & have a skilled friend or 2 & we overcame the issues his lack of reliability caused. In the end I have a better door for 1/4 the cost. I told the guy my top price when he got out of his car & he came in more than twice that. The waste of time coupled with the misleading numbers steamed me enough that I bothered to write this, I hope it saves someone a rough day & a fist full of cash.

We contacted HGE to give us a quote for some siding and soffet repair. While Austin was on site we went up in the attic and discovered a significant amount of worn and failing roofing. We put together a work order and a crew showed up the next day and replaced our 2400sq ft roofing in one long day. The work was outstanding. Any issues I commented on were addressed immediately. A few days later they showed up and did an even more thorough clean up of the area around our house. The project manager Jovan, was on site and acted as a great interface between us and the crew so they could focus on the work. Well done team!

We had our siding and gutters replaced to include gutter guards as we have leaf season rather than fall. From start to finish this was the easiest renovation we've ever had done. We never had to make a phone call for any updates. The siding crew and gutter crew were awesome! They all worked hard and were very friendly and informative. The siding was completely finished in two days and the gutters in one. The project manager Jahleel was great with updates and checking on the crew's work. Super nice person!!

My experience with HGE has been awesome my house looks amazing. My project consisted of vinyl siding on the whole house and new gutters. I am truly pleased the staff is great!!!

We’ve got to know about Home Genius by Instagram and contacted through their add on a lazy Saturday morning. Before noon, we had an appointment scheduled. The gentleman that showed up was incredible. Well educated about Home exteriors (We were looking to upgrade / renew our siding) and his advice was spot on. We made a downpayment and schedule the beginning of the project to start 60 day later. At about 30 days, we got news that the materials were ready and that they could start earlier. The crew that came was spectacular. They showed up to work every day of that week from sunrise to sunsets. They were done in 7 days. The job comprised 3 sides of the house and 3 bay windows using, reframe all to include the garage door, using Hardie plank materials. They removed the old vinyl, and wrapped the walls with a Tyvek like product. They uncovered and replaced every single piece of wood that was or could be compromised, reframed the garage door and caulked all unions. My home became really silent. This siding was a real step up in insulation (Thermal and sound improved).
But the most important thing to remark about Home genius is their work ethics and the quality of work they did.

His approach was genuine and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in my decision to move forward with the company. Shortly after, I had the pleasure of meeting Austin, and it became evident that I was in capable hands. Unlike my interactions with three other companies, which felt impersonal and rushed, Caleb and Austin's attentive nature stood out significantly.

When it came time for the actual work on my home, I was thrilled to see Daniel and his crew tackle my roof with remarkable skill and expertise. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. What truly amazed me was Angel and his team, who completed the siding in just one day! I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked without compromising quality.

From start to finish, Home Genius Exteriors went beyond meeting our expectations. They were thorough through the whole process and were extremely personable and kind. The only small hiccup we had was when the products were delivered the day before, they forgot to include the exterior sills but not to worry because Angel made phone calls, had his crew go get the materials needed and even stayed late to finish the project! May 1 Update: I have erased my past review as Home Genius has taken care of the major issue I had. I gave a very poor rating at first due to several reasons, including the fact that I felt I was not being heard. It took a while, but several folks reached out to me to make things right. After showing a project manager who happened to be working on my neighbors house, he agreed that the area that had previously been worked on was left very poorly. They did not complete the job as agreed upon with my project manager. He brought it up with management and their team came out about a week ago and corrected the deficiency. It looks a whole lot better now!! I am very satisfied with how they handled my concerns and I would have no problem hiring them again. Thank you Jahleel and Jean!!

Although we were very appreciative of the crew managing to finish the job in the heat this summer, we had multiple issues that we brought to attention of HGE staff that were not addressed after the bill was paid. Our HGE project manager was infrequently present during the job and when asked about concerns after job completion--delayed for weeks and ultimately did not address. Emailed what I assumed would be the project manager supervisor through the HGE administrative staff and did not receive any response after sending images of concerns.

CAUTION: be sure to address any concerns you have prior to paying bill as there was little to no helpful follow-up with concerns after project done.
