Very predatory company. Warning to all. Stopped by our house for a free quote. They told us we had black mold and with all the repairs they would "do their best to keep it under 50k" and "even if you don't pick us this will need to be replaced in 30 days". Showed us pictures they took of the inside showing the black mold. Extremely nervous, we reached out to another roofing company through a friend recommendation. The new company informed us there is no mold (so pictures showed were doctored or another house) and the roof had at least another 5 years in life left. Home Genius did not leave a card and never reached out to us again after they left our house without even giving us a real quote. Very bizarre behavior and awful scare tactic technique.

The team did the roof in less than a day and did a very high quality job. Eric, the Project Manager, did an amazing job with communication and then spent a lot of time and effort afterwards to leave the property cleaner than it was before they started! Great company with great workers!

Eric and his team did a great job with our new roof! Project was completed in less than a week from when I first spoke with someone from Home Genius. The price was pretty good based on the quality of materials and features installed. I love the look of it as well.

Eric even took the time to fix a bit of rubber that had come loose in last weeks extreme heat.

Home Genius Exteriors did the roof of my home. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a GREAT job. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. Eric, the project manager was very professional and went over my property a extra time to make sure ALL nails and debris were picked up and disposed of properly. I am VERY PLEASED with this company. From beginning to end they did a fantastic job. The initial consultation was very informative; he explained the whole process of what I would receive.
On the day of construction they were very professional. The quality of work was impressive; especially since I live in an older home were nothing goes smoothly every time I have work done. After they were finished the cleaned up so well it was like they were never there.

Excellent Roofing Experience from Start to Finish

Getting a new roof isn’t always the most pleasant experience, but working with this team made it incredibly smooth. From our salesman DJ to the project manager Eric, everyone was professional, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. The new roof looks amazing, and the crew did a fantastic job with cleanup—by the time they were done, you’d never know they had been here.

Eric even returned the next day to do a final walk-around, making sure any leftover scraps were picked up and everything was in perfect order. I really appreciated the attention to detail and follow-through. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

This was a great experience for us. Roof was replaced in one day. Eric Ganos was amazing as our Project Manager, he was great with communication and very responsive. Knowledgeable in everything that needed to happen, and answered all of my questions fast. We signed the paperwork on a Friday, and the roof was installed the following Wednesday. We are very happy with our experience!

Very efficient one day install for roof. Gutters done in less than half a day. Can be costly, even with discounts, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with the work. Im sure this will add value to my home.

I was in my garage working, young gentleman walked up and asked if I would want a free estimate on a new roof. Free is good, so I said sure, why not! Scheduled for the next Wednesday. Had a price in mind that I didn't want to go over, and they nailed it!! Within a week I was scheduled, materials ordered and the crew was on site. One day install. Eric was the on site project manager, excellent communication, process pictures throughout the day, work was done with quality, end result is amazing. Would definitely recommend HGE and Eric to do any work you need them to do.

From start to finish the team was thorough, well informed and worked with me every step of the way on what I needed for the whole complete job. They didn't to upsell me on services that I didn't need and explained very clearly what issues they saw from the free roof inspection. I would definitely recommend this company!

Andrew Bonam came to my house to give me a quote and while he was there he pulled 2 enormous limbs off my garage that fell from the tree above. He went far above what anyone should have done just coming to give me a quote. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

There was constant communication and updates about my installation. For such a large project as replacing my roof and gutters for the first time as a homeowner, it was painless. Along with Eric being very detailed on what was going on and what to expect. The guys cleaned up after themselves and Jason and Eric came back for a final sweep! Amazing work and awesome team. Home Genius exteriors what a tremendous job they did the guys are working in a light rain all day long on my roof got it done. Nope no questions asked no problem at all. Cleanup was fabulous. It was nothing in my yard. I seen where they actually tried to pull some weeds out for me. It was just a tremendous experience having these guys on my roof clean this place up and make my roof safe again for a long, long time. Thanks home genius
