I enjoyed my experience with Home Genius as a whole. From the sales point with Ty , to Leo’s crew executing my roof install, to the project manager Dylan, everybody remained efficient and effective. Would recommend them, and may possibly use them in the future for my front door also!

The crew that did our roof worked hard and did a good job. My only 3 comments are 1) the first guys showed up a little before 6 AM, 2) each crew should have at least one English speaker to ensure the homeowner can talk to them, and 3) the cleanup was incomplete with a very little debris in the yard and a couple of bushes and a nail left on the side of our driveway, but not where we could have driven over it. So, 4 stars and not 5.

This company was professional every step of the process. The repairs were quick, the installers were friendly, and the service provided was great! Highly recommended to anyone looking to get their roofs repaired. Could tell the difference in cooling quality in my home after the first night!

I recently engaged with Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) to remove and replace my home’s (42) year old cypress wood siding with the state-of-the-art, James Hardie Plank & Shingle siding. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional and the transformation- breathtaking!

Just finished a project on our home with Home Genius. The project was to replace old gutters including all new fascia and dormer siding. There were also some siding repair elements including new corner post boards in certain areas that had to work in conjunction with older siding.

Great experience from start to finish including the initial call and estimates to working through the contract and the work itself. There were a couple special items that took a bit of extra attention to work through...and the project just wound up today and I am delighted.

Was especially impressed when we had a wrong color issue on one element of the job that everybody calmly worked through and addressed. As mentioned, there were a lot of little elements to the work including some repairs. They didn't mind my hovering and checking in as we worked through some of the details that you don't see until the work starts.

Great teamwork, collaboration and idea generation for those "on the spot" decisions led to a really nice job at a very fair price.

Home Genius Exteriors was professional from start to finish. I had Ralph come by on Wednesday to do the inspection and get me the estimate. This guy was a superstar. I was impressed with his knowledge and skill in doing the workup for me. Just a few days later I had John as the Project Manager and Willy as the Crew Chief begin working on my roof replacement. My roof is a Victorian style and is very complex so they clearly brought the A-Team in on this one. John stayed in touch with me and kept me informed on progress and any issues that came up. He also ensured that my concerns were addressed immediately. Willy and his whole crew were super impressive. So many moving parts coming together on a very high pitch roof was something to see. They were extremely efficient with materials and I know that saved me money on this job. HGE also has a cool feature of taking photos of the job as the go. You can get a real time and up-close view of their progress. The best people, premium materials, attention to detail, customer focus, and competitive pricing is a great business model. I have some siding work they are going to do for me now. I will post some pictures when it is all done.

Due to age, my roof needed to be replaced. This is a significant investment and so I researched companies. I found Home Genius Exteriors has an A+ rating on BBB and reviews on other sites also spoke highly of this company. My personal experience has been extremely positive. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with is professional while also being approachable. Chris Therres is very knowledgeable about his business and products. He inspected our roof while taking several photos outside and inside the attic of problematic areas. He listened and was thorough in sharing his findings while ensuring I understood what I was contracting for. The PM Omar Rodriguez answered all my questions during the implementation, explained what was being done and why, what I could expect, and then walked me through the completed project. Each member of the crew worked incredibly hard to complete this project in extreme heat. From start to finish, everyone was great. i highly recommend them.

We’re very pleased with the installation. Allan and his crew showed up early and stayed late to get our job done in one day. Leaks on the garage and around the chimney were our big concern and the crew put a lot of attention to the flashing and installation on those areas to make sure we won’t have future issues.

Jesse was my contract manager for my window replacement project, him and his team were very easy to communicate with. Overall great experience. I only needed one window replaced and these guys were able to take care of it (with a small job fee). Other contractors tried to upsell everything and wanted to replace windows that didn't need replacing. They were upfront and honest, said some window seals might fail in a few years but no need to replace now and provided a lot of tips on what to look for. Had 18 month 0% interest financing (needed $2500 for financing so asked them to raise price but worth it to not have to pay all at once). Also replaced the window on 3rd floor in 3hrs!

Not the cheapest option but customized good quality product, excellent customer service, and skilled labor make them worth it.

Talk about aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. I found this company through Angi. I had some roofing damage due to high winds. When they found out I was working with my insurance company, they tried to tell me to refile the insurance claim as hail damage, although such an issue did not exist. Secondly, the guy who was out assessing the roof damage had his boss on speaker, and they were both trying to get me to finance the project under them, claiming that the insurance might not fully cover the repair. To top it all off, they never did send me a quote after three weeks of waiting. So yeah, this company is a hard no from me.

Job was done well and according to contract. Roof and gutters were completed within 1 day each. Care was taken in preparing the job site and cleaning it up after. Installers were knowledgeable and experienced and minimized disruptions while working. Supervisor was in regular contact before, during and after the job was completed. Home Genius is a general contractor that subs out its jobs to others. That means the roofing and gutter installation jobs were done by independent contractors under the supervision of Home Genius. I experienced a problem with scheduling where the contractors arrived on site without any notice, and the Home Genius supervisor was not aware. This was resolved by the project supervisor. I was charged $170 per sheet for replacement plywood for the roof which seemed excessive given the retail price for the same at Home Depot.

I had roof replaced and some trim work done early 05 May 2025. The project manager for my job is fully aware of the damages done to my gutter guards and the debris left inside the gutters. He informed 27 May 2025 that he was coordinating with his regional office to work out a fix. Last communications was text message 18 June 2025 informing me that someone would be contacting me. Any questioned can be directed to the project manager.

Home Genius did an great job on my roof! Between Markus the Director, Aj the project manager and the crew themselves everything went very well. In particular, one of the crew found a piece of siding that I had left in the back garden and re-installed it without being asked. I was really impressed by his diligence. I am very happy with my new roof; the cleanup after and would recommend HGE to persons looking for a new roof.

Home Genius Exteriors did an excellent job with our siding and window project. From getting a free quote from Joey McCauley, who spent several hours with us on Memorial Day going over all our options and setting up the financing on the spot, to our brief visit with Jessie, the window guru to our project manager, John Morris, who was absolutely amazing dealing with the various problems that inevitably arise when doing home renovations, the service was outstanding. We ran into a pretty big repair that John and his team easily addressed and repaired the next day. The workers were respectful of our property and left it cleaner than it was before they arrived. We love our new James Hardie siding. The house looks beautiful. I would use Home Genius Exteriors again with no hesitation. Just wish they did interior also.

Home Genius installed a roof on my home in July 2021. In June 2025, I discovered a water leakage in the bedroom/closet. I contacted Home Genius immediately. Home Genius representatives came out soon after I contacted them for a leak inspection which was assumed to be from the 750 vents on top of my roof. After thorough evaluation both inside and outside of the roof, and running a hose test, it was determined that everything on my roof is functioning properly. As a result of this inspection, it led to installers to discover a huge hole at the very edge of my neighbor's ridge shingles closest to my home. This is allowing water to run between the shared wall of the two homes, and travel downhill where it's settling at the low point of my upstairs floor. The Home Genius installers, representatives were very professional throughout this process, and the speed and efficiency in addressing this issue were impressive. I highly recommend Home Genius services.
