The service technician was efficient, showed me before and after pictures and answered my questions. The final cost was what had been quoted and he left a price list for other services.

Though the cost was a little more than I was hoping, the work and "handyman" made up for it. Richard was great, very thorough, and answered a lot of questions for me regarding other things around the house. It was nice to hear there are staff who each specialize I different types of work.

We had our entire kitchen ceiling patched, repaired, & painted after water damage from an upstairs bathroom. Richard was meticulous in his work, ensuring that the repairs were done right. He cleaned up each day he left (it was a 4-day project) & installed a ceiling fan for us in our sunroom, which has a slanted incline. We are so pleased & could not have done it ourselves.

We appreciate the gentleman u guys sent out to our house he was very professional and well knowledgeable about what he was doing and he has fixed that another company screwed up aka Paul Davis did in my house Aaron P is so Amazing and very mannered I will only ask for him and no one else for all my other stuff I need fixed in the future. This was the first major renovation in my home since moving in and I was extremely pleased and thorough impressed with our service provider! Francisco was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make the work and service was top notch! From my first call with Carly (who was also wonderful) to the last task on the laundry list, we have been very pleased with the entire process. We will definitely be calling on this team again!

Francisco did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing a gutter issue. He was professional and showed me a lot of pictures of the problem before and after he fixed it. We will definitely be using Mr Handyman again.

Needing specialized gutters for our historic house, we contacted Mr. Handyman. From that moment on the service and workmanship has been outstanding. The customer service line is answered by an actual person who always makes you feel like they know you and are familiar with your job. All appointment reminders and technician visits are communicated through text messages (or email, as you prefer).
The technicians showed up on time and are very friendly and knowledgeable. The two who did the installation job encountered an unexpected challenge but worked over the planned time to fashion a solution.
After completion of the work, we found an issue that neither had spotted before. The office scheduled the tech to come out again within days and again, he was professional and communicative. We worked together to find a solution, which required a small new work order. Again, the communication and follow-through were excellent.
If you are looking for a "bargain" to get things done around the house, Mr. Handyman might not be your choice. But we've come to learn that any extra cost for quality work and service is worth it.
We would recommend Richmond's Mr. Handyman without hesitation.

I called Mr. Handyman so someone could come out to remove old caulk/seal on a sliding glass door and replace it. Jarrod did a fantastic job! He answered the numerous questions I had and was patient, was quick yet thorough, and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone.

Mr. Handyman did an excellent job repairing and replacing the balances in my windows. It was a tough job due to the fact they no longer make the windows, and parts were not easy to find. Yogi, my service technician, was very knowledgeable about what parts were needed, placed the order, worked tirelessly to complete the job, and was very pleasant and friendly through it all. Such a great guy and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and Yogi for any job you have. The cost was reasonable and the service from the whole team was excellent! Originating from Mr. Handyman’s highly personable client concierge to the timely, knowledgeable, professional and courteous manner in which Francisco V., handled and completed the needed repairs, I am very thankful to God for the recommendation!
Upon inspection there was more damage than cosmetically appeared. I was given options and requoted. All of the needed repairs were completed in one day and under quote.
I am highly pleased and will be hiring them again for future projects!

This is the second time that we have used MR HANDYMAN. Our technician, Marcus was AMAZING! He was so skilled at his job and very professional and polite. He advised us about when he would be arriving to assemble a very complicated buffet. We were very happy impressed and will be using MR HANDYMAN in the future for other jobs.

Richard did an amazing job on our home projects! He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He handled our covered porch ceiling, kitchen window, cabinet toe kick, bedroom trim, and a door realignment—all with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The door had just recently shifted, and he got it realigned perfectly.

On top of that, the company did a fantastic job with communication and scheduling, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman and would gladly work with Richard again.

Wonderful experience and I could not be happier! I had a problem with jiggly floors that caused disturbing noise every time I walked on them, in addition to creating too much movement. The service professional who came to do the work, Justin, was very knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a solid solution that should last a long time. He explained everything well and also was was very professional and pleasant. He worked steadily, cleaned up completely, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The work and overall experience was even better than I had hoped. Will gladly call this company again for future work.

I just had my first experience with Mr. Handyman. I had a long list of items for my new home, and Markus W. did a phenomenal job! He arrived on time, reviewed the item list and cost estimate with me, and exceeded my expectations with the repairs.

Mr. Handyman was extremely professional, courteous abd knowledgeable. My service man, Mr. Chandler performed the removal and replacement of my toilet and removed and repaired my subfloor in my bath. He was so neat and cleaned as he went along. He was methodical and worked non stop to complete the task. I will request his services again.

Our handyman was excellent. He (Justin) fixed a problem that other people have not been able to fix. We would not only recommend Mister Handyman, but will use the service again. I had a very successful and pleasant job experience with Mr. Handyman of Richmond. They came in and installed two skylights in my covered deck. They were very professional and quick. I highly recommend them.

We had Mr. Handyman of Richmond come over to do a couple of things in our home again. Yogi came, he saw, and he did expertly. He unpacked, assembled, and installed stair railings for our deck, which are safe, sturdy and look great. We had a swinging glass shower door that had become jammed; he took it apart, made the adjustments, and reinstalled it. And he told us exactly where to find the new sealing strip that had deteriorated. And he put up a big cork board in my wife's office that had perplexed me. We highly recommend him and the Mr. Handyman company.

I have used this service for several jobs, including installing ceiling fans, installing a glass/chrome bathroom shelf, caulking bathrooms, and repairing ceiling cracks. In my most recent service, Richard K. did a fantastic job solving my recurring problems with ceiling cracks upstairs. After two months since the work was completed, it appears the issue has been corrected. Richard K. explained the problem, what he was doing to solve it, and then expertly completed the work. I appreciate the care he took to apply and sand down the plaster.

Original Mr. Handyman work was completed on time, but I noticed some inconsistencies on my job a few days later. After I contacted Mr. Handyman and explained my concern, they returned and everything was corrected to my satisfaction. I would engage them again.
