One man spoke English on the work crew and that man left for the entire time of the job. Somebody needs to be able to communicate with the customers. The job was completed in one day by seven no English speaking people. Great job.

Erie Home done a a outstanding job in putting new widows in the house. Very timely and done a great job cleaning up. The workers were very nice and friendly.

Well I thought I was dealing with an honest company. After the roof was done I was told someone would do a walk around and to make sure we were happy with the work. Well that did not happen then the call to tell me I owe 10,000 more for my roof even after I gave them a check of 10000 as a down payment. Left complaints and also informed their finance group. Never got an itemized bill to show what I am paying for. I WILL NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

Erie Home sent out a young guy to talk about getting my roof redone. He was super nice and really attentive, but honestly, he still needs a lot of work on the sales side. He gave a two-hour pitch going over what they offer, mostly pushing a “fiberglass shingle” that turned out to be just a regular architectural shingle after I did some digging.

When we got to the finance part, luckily it didn’t go through because it was a Saturday. That gave me time to do some research on Google and Reddit, and let’s just say it raised a few red flags. One big issue: they quoted me $30,000 for a 3 bed, 1 bath house with a roof size of about 1,666 sq ft — but didn’t give me any itemized breakdown of where that number came from. Just a lump sum.

When I asked for a parts list on Monday, the kid couldn’t provide it and had to call his boss, Adam. Adam seemed frustrated and said they already “ordered” the parts and contacted their crew — even though I never officially said I was going ahead with it. All I said was I wanted to explore other options first. They acted like that meant I agreed to the job.

It honestly felt shady. I learned not to even verbally agree to anything unless you’re 100% sure. The way they handled things felt unprofessional, and the customer service just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t trust them with any work on my house.

If you’re thinking about hiring Erie Home, I’d stay away.

Erie roofing did everything they said they would! Fast work, showed up when they were supposed to and left the place as clean it was before!

Meeting was great - content provided meaningful comparisons around products, quality and installation. Installation itself was incredibly fast - and thoughtful - meaning, landscaping wasn't damaged, area was maintained throughout, and cleanup post install was thorough. And we've already had rough (early) spring weather. Really pleased with the entire transaction - the roof looks great to boot.

I was very happy with the installation and how quick it was. It's not your typical The roof that I decided to go with is ceramic. It's got an underline underneath of it. It's very very well quality material. It also has a 30-year warranty. Your regular asphalt shingle and a storm of 30 mph or 40. Most likely you're going to have damage, not with this roof. It's good up to 120 mph winds. It's not going nowhere we're with a regular asphalt shingle. It's not going to withstand that kind of wind and I'm very happy of the quality and the time it took

I recently spent time with Wilcox obtaining a quote to replace the roof on my home. He was very thorough and professional from the inspection to providing a solution to the problem.

I had begun to have roofing problems when a tree branch fell on it. Although it was repaired, the lengthy rainy season and strong winds caused more damage. I needed a roof! After meeting with Erie's team member, Steve Beckman, on November 20ieth, and reviewing the pictures he had taken , along with his explanation, I thoroughly understood just what was needed. The installers were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up. They are a good team of workers. The roof was installed on December 4th!!! Very, VERY pushy salesman Jeremy really convinced me at first I was getting the best of the best when it came to materials and warranty. Claimed the warranty was 30 years for fiberglass roof with EVERYTHING being covered. Labor to materials to even if a leak broke my TV. Sounds amazing, right? Well it turns out reading the warranty I received once they were done I was completely lied to. I would have to pay $125 anytime I needed them to just come look at it for the first year and after 10 years I’d have to pay for labor as well. Absolutely baffled on how much I was lied to. I even text Jeremy and tried to get some reassurance and he completely ignored me. Got the roof done today and I must say the installers were quick and professional butttttt Jeremey also said they would be directly from Erie and not subcontractors. Well they were subcontractors. Projects manager Aaron was great and made sure I was in the loop. The installers, PM, and how good the roof looks now are the ONLY reason for 2 stars. This company is shady and I have video and audio proof of everything I’m claiming. I will be going to the BBB soon as well. Glad I have security cameras with good audio that captured everything.

Caught these guys trying to scam my elderly mother, "how much down payment can you give us today" "Let me talk to my boss and see what kind of discount or deal I can get you" lol at 8 pm on a friday
Seriously slimey car salesman tactics, I was about to get mad at the pressure I could feel in the air that they were starting focus on my mother; "If you sign today i'll throw in free gutter guards" a la free floor mats!
"Just let me see your drivers license ma'am so we can run your credit"

They will come off as friendly at first and slowly apply more and more pressure; sign today, now, 5 minutes ago, why haven't you signed yet!?!?

You can tell they are not normal roofing salesman, they give it away too easy.

I saw these guys on a Facebook ad and asked for an estimate. I was shopping for bids so was gonna look into 3 or 4 companies. These guys did thoroughly inspect the roof for exactly what I would need, but they then proceeded to sit down for several hours to go in depth for their sales pitch. It wasn't until a couple hours later that I realized they were trying to plan the project out, even though I hadn't told them I wanted to pick them yet. I had to tell them I wasn't choosing them tonight several times before they would even give me a price estimate, let alone leave. Oh. And the price. they have a PowerPoint kind of presentation where they say the national average cost of the cheapest asphalt shingle roof is up to $30,000 right now, and that the architectural fiberglass shingle roof thru them would cost $45,000. They are LYING!!! The national average of an asphalt shingle roof is only $11,000 at the most. And another company quoted me the fiberglass shingles at $6,000. These guys are overcharging by almost $40,000!!!!! Ridiculous!

Great experience , they explained everything that was going to happen. The difference opinions, broke down each one. No pressure.

The workers that came and did my roof did an excellent job. They were very polite, didn't complain when they got on the roof and found out it was more work than any of us thought. The next day I had to work they were gone when I got home and you would have never known they were there. Everything was picked up not one nail was left behind and things were put back where they found them. I would recommend them to anyone that asks

Unable to voice an opinion on their work but their professionalism and sexism are very difficult to deal with. I threw them out of my home when they insisted on speaking with my husband about the situation when my husband is not the homeowner I am alone the owner of the property acquired years before the marriage. Very disappointed that this kind of thing still happens

I’m so happy with my new roof the workers who did the job was very professional and hauled the old roof shingles away also they made sure there wasn’t any nails in the yard…. I will truly recommend them

I don't recommend this company. I don't like pushy, salesmen who berate you when you tell them you need to sleep on it. I'm glad I did sleep on it. $30k-65k for a roof is a RIP OFF! Period.

He was here from 7:30 pm to 10:50 pm. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, until, well, he wasn't. His mood went south so quickly when we opted to sleep on it and get further quotes.

Nothing against the company, just didn't want to be scammed out of my savings. It is very uncomfortable to have someone not accept our answer without getting pissy. Not nice. It left us all feeling mighty eerie. Pun intended. There was no question whatsoever that we made the right choice after that evening.

I was extremely satisfied with the fiberglass roofing purchased from Erie Home. After signing the contract they came out 2-1/2 weeks later for installation. Their installers did a wonderful job and a thorough cleanup. I would definitely contact this company for other work.

Erie Home roof installers were very professional. They made sure they cleaned up all debris from the roof, even checking my landscaping in front of our house. The installers had the old roof off and the new one on within a day's work.

I am always deeply skeptical of roofing companies—for obvious reasons.

But I can say that I am 100% satisfied with Erie.

This was as painless as any big construction project could possibly be.

The communication was first rate. The project started and finished exactly when they said it would. They sent someone out a week or so after the job was finished to check on the quality.

The crew that did the work was exemplary. They worked extremely hard and were very thorough.

Besides doing a great job on the roof itself, they made multiple passes around the yard and driveway to make sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails lying around.

Erie may not be the cheapest company around, but they are the ones you can trust and depend upon.

I highly recommend them for any project.

My experience with Erie Home began when I responded to an online ad. The first appointment happened the very next day. The presentation by the Erie Home representative thorough and loaded with money saving options. We were pleased with the product that we selected and were able to quickly obtain financing for the project. The installation occurred the next week and accomplished in about 8 hours. We were pleased with the final installation and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. All representatives from the company, workmen included, were courteous and attentive to our needs. My wife and I are satisfied with Erie Home's product and services.

After looking for a metal roof for years and multiple bids I chose Erie. The product and installation process being the main reason. In a day or so I was contacted by a construction manager and he came out to explain the process and examine our roofing requirements. He (Aaron), answered my questions and explained everything that was going to happen. After changing our minds on color he said it would be a few weeks to get the product and be ready to install. He contacted me about a week later and said they had everything and could be there Monday. The crew arrived early Monday and were very efficient and friendly, because of the size of our roof it took them 2 days to complete. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up after. I'm very happy with the quality of the roof and the installation process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality metal shingle roof.

The presentation of the product used was very thorough, the workers that tore down the old shingles and replaced them with the vinyl shingles and the underlying ice and waterproof covering did a great job and clean up .

They are friendly and efficient. If we had any questions they were able to answer them. They cleaned up after they were done. All around great work!

We were looking to get a new roof. We had Erie give a bid. On sales night they listed a price and then began with how they could discount it. Wrote out a final lower price and said it’s only good for right now but could guarantee a higher price for a month. We didn’t want to finance with them so we secured our own and called them back. It took three tries to get them to keep the appointment. We settled on a lower price but not as low as the “today only deal” and were told we’d be contacted the next day for scheduling the roof. They didn’t call. I called them. For the week the scheduler wanted, I told him that Saturday would work best but if need be I could make Friday work. He scheduled it for Friday. The installation went well and the crew cleaned up well. Hopefully I don’t pick up any nails in my mower tires this spring. I could not inspect the roof myself due to the house being two stories and the roof being a 12/12 pitch. I could only see from the ground. It does look good but it hasn’t rained yet to know if it leaks. Hopefully it’s all good and we will not need to use the warranty Erie provides but that is piece of mind for any issues the roof may have going forward for years to come.

They did an awesome job from the time they cam into my home to introduce their company to me to the clean up of my new roof. If you want a experience like this of your own I would 100% call these guys to come out and look at your roof.

Our roofers were indeed excellent professionals. You can tell they take pride in their work plus they work so well together.

I had a new roof put on my house. When the sales team visited with me they were very friendly and helpful. They did not try to oversell their product and provided me with just what I needed. The installers, although they could not speak English, were very friendly and were hard workers. They ripped off my old roof and replaced it with a new one in just one day. We had such a positive experience with Erie Home. They installed attic fans for us and stayed in communication about when they'd be arriving and when they'd do the installation. The workers were efficient and careful, and cleaned everything up beautifully. We are so happy with the whole process. (My only dissatisfaction is with the company who is financing our no interest loan, who issued us unwanted credit cards and charged a $29 activation fee. They should dissociate themselves from Synchrony Bank.)

They came and 1 day installed it cleaned up all their stuff. It was very good job. There was very professional.

Completed removal of old roof and replaced with new in one day of medium sized house and garage. Clean up very good. Follow up inspection and closing could be scheduled a little better. Over all happy with the results.
