Our entire roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage. The project was completed as estimated, we were notified ahead of time when workers were going to arrive, and the cleanup of the site was outstanding. There were no nails or scraps of material anywhere, and our plantings weren't damaged.
A job well done!

My neighbor got a new roof and I ask them about their experience with Signature Exteriors. They had nothing but good things to say about their service. Based on that feedback I contacted Dan the owner who was very informative and explained the entire process.

Dan had his company representative, Dustin call me and we scheduled a time for him and my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof. They both arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough roof inspection. Long story short we did have damage and a new roof was approved.

I can't say enough good about Signature Exteriors. They truly say what they do then do what they say. Their scheduling was spot on, communicating every step of the way. They use quality materials and the roofing crew was courteous and their workmanship was excellent. lastly, this was a big job and when they were done they cleaned up the entire yard and you could not tell they were even there.

Dustin was great to work with. We had hail and wind damage and he worked with our inspector and insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. The roof looks great. Very pleased.

They were able to fix my siding that blew loose/off after a lot windy storms. They were professional and thorough in the repair. I will be using them again in the future!

This was an excellent experience from the initial estimate with Dustin to the final payment with Dan. They did a fantastic, very efficient, job on the removal and installation. AND an EXCELLENT job with the clean up!!!

Signature also replaced two windows on our third floor. Dustin and Chris were friendly and on time. The windows look great and the minor roof repair was done. They noticed a problem with part of a gutter and fixed it. Communication could have been better.

Update: Although our contract states that Signature will remove and re-install our back porch steps, they have chosen not to do this. There was some rotten wood which we said we would pay to replace that wood. So we are left with no stairs from the back porch to the yard. This is particularly inconvenient since we have a dog. We are not sure what our next steps are.

Jeramie and the team at Signature Exteriors have been at my house many times for different projects. I cannot recommend them enough. They treat your house like their own.

I used signature exteriors to replace my gutters, install drip edge and replace the metal casing around my garage door which was all dinged up. The gutter crew did the project fast and everything looks and works great. The person who did the garage (Tyson) was very precise with his work and communicated with me well about numerous options to decide that I hadn't even considered. I'm very satisfied with all of the work done.

Working with Signature Exteriors (Dan and Tyson were great!) was a fantastic experience! We were one of the unfortunate ones that got 8 inches of rain in 8 hours in the historic storm in July 2022. With that, we ended up with water coming through our kitchen ceiling and bathroom ceiling. Needless to say, we were panicking and calling roofing companies to come out ASAP to fix the issue. We received quotes from 6 different companies and Signature Exteriors was by far the most affordable and knowledgeable of the work we needed done. Not only did they have recommended solutions to fix the improperly installed roof-vents where it was leaking, but they also informed us that our attic venting was not working as it should. They were happy to walk around on my roof and talk through everything they saw was an issue, why it was recommended to fix, and offered alternative solutions based on our financial situation. We ended up removing the ridge vent, plugged unnecessary turtle vents, replaced compromised sheathing, and re-installed appropriate venting and 2 new turtle vents. The roof looks fantastic, venting is working better, the replacement shingles match perfectly, and we're currently leak-free!

Do NOT use this roofing company! They only offered a 2yr workmanship warranty and they did a poor job on my roof. My brand new roof was installed by this company on March 2020 and less than a year later I had roof leak in the garage and less than 3yrs later a leak at the very top of the roof due to poor and improper installation! This company does not stand behind their workmanship and attempted to schedule an estimate to charge me for repairs less than 3yrs after they installed the roof! I am.reporting them to BBB! Don't fall for the reviews they have written themselves! I am telling you from experience our roof job cost nearly $10k and this company does NOT stand on the integrity of their workmanship. Speaking from experience. They have harrassed me with a letter from their attorney to take this review down, but I am a witness to this companies shotty work and I am speaking from experience! They literally got over on an elderly woman who owned the home at the time of installation and paid for the roof. I then purchased the home 6months after the roof was installed and have experienced water leaks ever since! They this company has come out to my home 2 times in less than 3yrs for water leaks due to the poor job they did installing the roof! When we called the 3rd time about a discovered roof leak, they told us there was only a 2yr warranty on the roof and that it had expired....the company then attempted to schedule and appointment to come out and give an estimate for repairs! Since when does a person spend nearly $10k on a roof that only offers a 2yr warranty??? The standard warranty for a roof is at least 5-10yrs! This is the most ridiculous roofing company I have ever dealt with and I have receipts and pictures for everything I have stated in this review! If this company valued customer satifisfaction, I would not have received a harrassing and threatening letter from their attorney about my review, instead I would have received a call offering to make things right by fully inspecting the roof they installed at my residence and an offer to repair the leaks that were determined to be due to poor workmanship!

I called Signature Exteriors for a roof inspection after noticing interior water damage. Jeramie was able to come out the following day to provide a free inspection. Since I had to be at work, he sent me photos of the problem and of the work completed. Pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Signature Exteriors for prompt service and quality work.

Very professional team. We had gutters that were literally falling off. Though it seemed every color was in back order, they were able to find a color that we loved that was available. The owner even came out duringg the installation to check on the progress.
If i ever need gutters or roofing again these will be my goto company.

A month ago I was looking for wood siding - which your website says you do. Today I contacted you asking about fiber cement - which your website says you do. THAT IS WHY I CONTACTED YOU TWO TIMES.

Yes, I am a small business owner and I would never bash a potential customer the way this company has. I treat all potential customers with class. And if they have a complaint, I look to see what I could do better. And we go to great lengths to ensure our website is 100% accurate so we do not mislead potential customers.

When I reached out I was told they only do vinyl. If you only do vinyl, then put that in your website. Waste of my time"

We used signature to replace windows in our house. The team was very detailed and professional. They went above and beyond including touching up paint around the trim after the work was complete. I would definitely recommend Signature Exteriors.

Paul with Signature Exteriors was knowledgeable and honest throughout the process of getting my roof replaced. We were given all the time we needed to choose a roof color and the roofing materials and crew arrived exactly as specified. I also had them install a new bathroom vent in the roof, which was no problem for them.

It started off a bit rough as my job took longer than I expected. I am giving 5 stars because I called and bothered the hell out of these people and the were responsive and professional each time I called. Their work is good but their professionalism and customer service is better. Thank you Signature Ext and sorry for the tantrums. :-) The siding looks amazing!

Signature Exteriors came through again! They evaluated the situation in a timely manner, and were able to solve our minor repair issue at a very affordable cost (roof vent needed to be sealed). We have used them for roofing and siding, and have recommended them to our family, friends and clients. (and will continue to do so).

Signature Exteriors on the whole were Great ! Dustin was the assigned project manager. He answered all questions. Help us with roof color. He took very good care to make sure any and all problems were addressed to our satisfaction. We had a few problems with Installation crew But that was resolved.

We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced. It was a pleasure working with Jeramie throughout the process. He responded quickly to our questions, the guys did extremely nice work, and they were concerned about our satisfaction down to the final detail.

I'm a recent first-time homebuyer and bought a home about a year ago, planning to replace the roof. I was a bit uneasy about the process of replacing a roof with it being a new experience for me. After spending hours looking for a top-rated roofer in the area that I could feel confident working with, Signature Exteriors was the company I landed on. Dustin was awesome to work with. He came out for a quote, was very friendly, and straightforward with everything. He gave me confidence that the job would be done right, and was quick to communicate with me over email. The quote was very good, right within what I was expecting to spend, lower than other quotes I had received. The team that came out did a great job. There was a slight misunderstanding when they installed some extra ventilation on the house and garage. I want to stress how easy they made it to correct the issue. The came out to inspect, we discussed the mix-up, and they had someone come fix the vents about a week later. I think that says a lot, that while you can't be perfect any time, they made it quick and painless to make it 100%. A great service experience they provided me that I would certainly recommend!

I had called Signature Exteriors last year to come out to inspect my roof and to possibly find the cause of water damage in my kitchen ceiling. Dustin inspected the roof and found no issues, but crawled around in my attic and confirmed the PVC pipe coming from my stack pipe had come apart. I was able to get this fixed and all water issues are now resolved.

As a result of that great experience, I contacted Signature Exteriors to proceed with a roof replacement this year. The roof replacement process was flawless and I will not hesitate to contact Signature Exteriors for future exterior work. In addition, it was so nice to reach a friendly person (i.e. Aleesha) when setting appointments and coordinating payments.

We had a leak in family room and I was concerned about chimney may leak. Jeramie came out and examined the roof. Basically his experience found the real issue, which was not the roof but part of the siding where sattelite used to be. He also check the chimney. Also helped resolve an issue with a beam issue on our garage door which would get wet stains. All is taken care of, excellent service everyone involved, and cost was very reasonable. Definitely my go to

This company was great! From initial scoping / sale to getting called back twice to address my concerns, Signature Exteriors were super responsive and professional. Yes, of course I wish I didn't need to ask them to come back to check out the install but they repaired the initial installation defects in such a timely manner! Couldn't have asked for more other than better weather so this job could have been scheduled sooner!!

I didn’t feel that I needed to give her my last name in order to have a callback on getting my entire house sided. I don’t want to get on a bunch of mailing lists. When I expressed his concern, she said she wouldn’t put me in the system to get a call back without my last name, so they lost my business. (I realize my last name is listed here; that’s not the point)

We needed an entire new roof replacement, and were struggling with getting insurance approval. Signature Exteriors helped us negotiate with the insurance company and was able to get us a significant claim payment to cover the roof replacement. Once the work started, they were patient with us as we picked out shingle style and color...and ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction. We absolutely love our new roof and highly recommend Signature Exteriors.

I did a lot of research and obtained many quotes before going with Signiture Exteriors. I asked a lot of questions about the quote and the warranties for the work and materials. Dustin at Signiture was always responsive and welcomed my questions, providing timely answers.

Materials were delivered as planned the day before the job. While the plan was a two day job, they had a great crew that got it all done in one long day. I was very appreciative of that because the weather did not look promising on the second day. I also appreciated their approach to keeping up with the trash that comes from reroofing a house. A person was assigned to keep ahead of the crew keeping the site cleaned up, there was practically no material packaging that was not picked up and removed. They also ran magnets over the lawn near the home to pick up old roofing nails that had been removed. The crew was well run, respectful of the property and really worked hard to get the job done right.

Quotes, material delivery, roofing, clean-up, invoicing, warranties, and lien waviers all went extremely smoothly. Really glad we went with Signiture.

I have been working with this company for 7-8 years. They have done work at 3 of my homes and I have referred them to several clients. They are my go to company for siding, roofing, doors and windows.

I called signature exteriors out to my home due to a roof leak. They were easy to work with and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend signature exteriors if you are in need of roof repairs.

I have worked with signature exteriors over the past 6 years. I have had them work on a number of properties. They have performed repairs on several flat roofs for me. They have also performed repairs on asphalt shingle roofs. Each time I have been impressed by the quality of work, attention for detail, ability to assist with the insurance claims process, and lastly they have always been incredibly responsive. They understand the importance of timing when it comes to a leak.

My experience with this company was extremely poor.

Everything started off really well, they were very accommodating with everything, they worked with me on price, they started when they said they were going to start, the job was looking great.

Then, things turned for the worse.

The job sat unfinished, they use sub-contractors, which stopped coming for multiple days in a row, then they would come and finish a couple things and then leave again. I have multiple communications where I reached out to see when they would be finishing up.

This is when I started to go over to inspect the work, and this is when I started to notice the damages that the crew inflicted. I contacted the salesperson again and was unsuccessful resolving anything with him due to his lack of communication.

Next, I get a call from their office secretary stating that the job is completed and they are ready for payment. At this time, there were multiple things that were incomplete. I reached back out to the salesperson explaining this. No response.

I finally reached out to Jeramie Beechler, the salesperson's boss, to find a remedy. I was told that the reason the salesperson was not responding was because he was waiting on him to figure out a remedy.

Most of the large unfinished items were resolved within the next few weeks after the first communication. They have had to go back multiple times to finish/fix things, and still, as of today, have to go back to fix things.

The frustrating part is that Jeramie Beechler argued the damages that the sub-contractors inflicted.

We had a beautiful koi pond with a waterfall that the crew used to as a base for their scaffolding and ultimately broke our large decorative rocks, and slid them into the pond which ripped the liner of the pond. We are trying to put our home on the market, but instead we have had to hire other companies to come out and remove our pond which was going to be a selling feature for the home. Jeramie stated that the pond was in bad shape before they started, which is completely false. This pond was our pride and joy, and I shared multiple photos with him of what it looked like prior to them starting.

Jeramie offered a measly $250 credit, however, I had to pay $1,650 to get all the rocks removed and the pond equipment pulled out and hole filled. He claims that I did not give them a chance to remedy the situation, however, I have multiple written communications of me asking how they are going to remedy it. Jeramie let weeks pass, so I finally had to hire the guys to remove the pond. Now, he is stating that I did not give them the change to remedy and that they could have done it for a lot cheaper.

Other damages:

The fence panel they took off was broken in multiple places, the crew reattached with lug screws instead of nails. They split multiple slats and have bent nails where they carelessly tried to reattach.

Instead of using the accessory blocks, which I was told they would use for all accessories, they screwed our outdoor speakers directly into our brand new siding causing an opportunity for water breach.

There is gapping around the front door, which Jeramie claims is "normal".

I hired this company because they were able to accommodate my timing needs, unfortunately this has dragged on for multiple weeks.

The communication is combative, rude and not what you would expect from a company you hire.

My experience has been extremely poor, and I will never hire or recommend them to anyone.

These guys got us scheduled immediately upon calling them. Sent someone out 3 business days later for an estimate, very affordable. Repair guy came out the next day and was done quickly. A+

Recently during a bad wind storm we had many shingles fly off our 15+ year old roof. This company was highly reviewed and i can see why. Jeremy and his crew at Signature Exteriors were on site quickly to assess the damage and make the necessary repairs to get us through the winter when they will be back to do a complete replacement. They are professional and get the job done right the first time and didn't come across pushy or selly..highly recomend!!!

They were kind and professional during the inspection - even used the hose to recreate the leak and confirm it before proceeding! After being scheduled, it was taken care of quickly. The gutter work was done so poorly, water is running down all sides of the house, not through the gutters. There is no flashing from the shingles to the gutter, so all water never gets into the gutter, causing flooding into the home. This is not the only issue I had with Signature, but by far the most expensive.

This is the 2nd time we've used signature exteriors and there is good reason for it. The staff are very responsive. We mainly worked with Dustin... truly committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. The on site crew perform the work were extremely talented, courteous, and respectful of our property and landscaping. In the end it was as though they weren't there... of course with with the exception of the great looking complete siding replacement, and the new large volume gutters and leaf guards.

I have used these guys 2 times, Dustin and his crew provided excellent service, they explained the situation and listened to my concerns. I had a roof repair and a gutter project and each was completed timely and efficiently.

This was a difficult project and the team from Signature did an excellent job of working fast (with the pending bad weather) and delivering an outstanding final product.

So far, really happy with their work! They were the only company we talked to that could replace some siding damage without making us replace all of it, or an entire wall (since we have no idea who originally installed it, warranties, etc). We had a piece of wood go through one piece of siding during a storm, so they came and matched the colors as close as possible (its almost impossible to see a difference!), and they do have a minimum purchase amount, so we had a couple more pieces replaced that had paint on them. We have them coming out for some additional work in the next few days and we are strongly considering getting a roof with them as well. Would definitely recommend.

Signature Exteriors performed fantastic work on my home! They metal wrapped the wood frame around my exterior entry doors & garage doors and reattached gutters. Responded to my request quickly and did exceptional work. Would recommend and use them again.
