Met with Mario to discuss our roof. He was very patient, listened to our concerns and did a great job explaining the details to us. We did not feel any pressure - it was like having a trusted friend in our home to help us make the best decision. Thank you Mario!

Met with Travis today to discuss our basement issues. He was very thorough and informative. He was respectful, and was patient, he was not pushy or salesy. He worked hard to get us the best price possible. He gave us the confidence to book with them right away.

Erie did a great job! Roof looks great. they did a wonderful job with all of the extras. Most impressive, the clean up impeccable.

From the salesperson Brendan to Jake the manager and the outstanding crew headed by Otto we felt comfortable and confident that our roof project would be done perfectly. They communicated with us keeping us in the loop and consistently showed is pictures to show the progress. Even though we had rain delays they stayed and worked tirelessly to get our roof completed.
The cleanup was outstanding and I could not find anything to pick up when we did the walk around at the end.
We would highly recommend this company.

Ramon Robinson was very informative in his sales pitch and he made it interesting. He helped us out a lot to get what we wanted for our new roof.

The workers were very professional. They worked hard all day and even stayed late to finish. It was going to rain for the next two days and that I had plans. I really appreciated the extra effort and would recommend them to anyone.

The crew that did our roof were awesome. They were a hard working team and the clean up after was done well. I would highly recommend Erie Home.

Polite, proactive, patient, professional and a pleasure to work with - Brendan told us what to expect, Jake took his time giving me all the information I needed to understand process and researched possible solutions to “old house” problems. Phil and the crew were friendly, careful, respectful of the fact that I work from home and great with checking in. The only way the experience could have been better is if it had been free! :)

From the sales team, project managers and installation crew, our experience was top notch. Love the new roof! All were very professional with great communication. Everyone worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the results.

I am giving Erie Home only 4 star due to the unbelievable cost. I had 3 other estimate that came in after signing the same night of presentation with Erie.
The crew was 5 star as well as the material used.
Only 4 star with the estimate of roof being only 30 yrs. The company does not even allow time to get a home equity loan after giving you a quote.

Erie home is highly recommended by me for several reasons. They are friendly, prompt, and hard working. It seemed like they never stopped until our new beautiful roof was completed. I swear they left things cleaner than when they came. Thank you Erie Home for the great job!

Had a gentleman come out to my house for a free estimate. He was here for 3 hours to try and push me into buying a new roof before he leaves my house. Told me I had to put money down even though the website says $0 down is available. I couldn't even call my insecure to see what they would cover. These people are too pushy.

Dom and Mario came to the house to show me the product and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered my questions and took the time to explain everything. They were very thorough in everything they did.

Showed up on time, team worked very well with each other and did the best cleanup job I ever had with a contractor. The roof looks fantastic.

The salesman from Erie Home Brendan is awesome! He explained almost 3 hours of his product and the roofing job their company will perform. Very knowledgeable. He even went through the whole process of dealing with my home insurance company, came three times for the inspector. Very helpful especially for me as I had a language barrier with the terminology. Then crew came in work tirelessly for 5 days. The roofing looks like in great shape. The crew came back twice to do a supplemental cleaning and inspection. Good response to customer request and timely communication. Overall good service and high quality of product and work. Need mention their warranty is above the average

From the sales staff, to the management, to the installation workers Erie Store is a remarkable example of what professional is. Their crew worked nonstop from 7:30 am until 7:00pm and got my roof in. They did a fabulous job.

Dominic came out to our home, was thorough and knowledgeable. We are glad we decided on Erie as their product and guarantee is 2nd to none. Very happy!

These two were Awesome! Brendan and Dominic (Dom)! They explained everything so well! My mom is older and sometimes asks a million questions lbvs and they answered all of them. No issues, no attitude they really just wanted her/us to understand! They helped with the financing part, Brendan went to bat for us to get our payment in a range we can handle while Dom went over/through the material. We got to actually see/feel what was to be purchased .... I could go on and on about how helpful, polite and respectful they were! Thanks Brendan and Dom...Erie Home!

They were a very good company. I would recommend them. They came in and did it when they said they would do it and everything was delivered that same day instead of sitting around and getting cold. I chose to go with Erie Home for my metal roof because the person representing the company, Nicholas Koehler, was very knowledgeable, friendly, had excellent communication skills and could answer every question that I had without hesitation. He was up front and honest about every detail of my project. I give Nicholas Koehler a 10 Star Rating. I give Erie Home a 3.5 at best. Once my project was almost complete, Nicholas left the company, however, before he did, he called me regarding a couple of small finishing details that he was going to make sure got complete, however, could not because he left Erie. He made sure that I had all of Erie Homes contact info and even gave me the Supervisors name and direct contact number and email. I have left message after message on all numbers. I am being ignored by Kyle Kesisba of Erie home. I have left messages on his personal cell and with the main number at Erie. I've given up. My home is now being sided and new windows and garage doors are being installed by Siding Unlimited. I am paying them to complete Erie's job. It's too bad, I was so happy with Nicholas and Erie before he left the company.

my Dad is 83 years old on a fixed income and Erie tried to charge him $75,000 for a new roof that every other company is around $25K.They stayed there and tried to convince him for 3 1/2 hours to try and break him down. These people are predators and taking advantage of you> make sure you get other quotes. Do NOT support these immoral people....I would not even give them 1 star but Google won't let me put no stars.

Had a 6pm appointment on Thursday to talk about roof options. Went into it really just wanting a quote. They stayed until 9:30pm and were super aggressive about getting us to sign up for a 25k+ price point for shingles on a 1200 square foot roof. They don’t take no for an answer so we felt pressured to sign up. They have in their contract that you can cancel within 3 business days penalty free, so after some feelings of discomfort we called to cancel on Friday. The saleman seemed pissed that we were canceling. Called again on Monday to confirm the cancellation and the lady at the office had said the cancellation request wasn’t in their system. We said we wanted a confirmation in writing that it is canceled and everyone seems to be giving us a hard time saying there’s no way to get it in writing. We were told the manager would give us a call, but still have yet to hear from anyone.

We had a great experience with having a new roof overlay done. From the moment of meeting the Erie representative through the job competition. They took the time to explain all the pros and cons of the entire process and the materials used. Materials that are a step above what most professionals use. Along with the warranty that is likely to exceed our lifetime and passes on with the estate. Job well done with the exceptional clean up. We are fortunate to have the job done by Erie, who we consider to be the very best in the business.

I felt that they were a little pricey but the quality of work they did and the quality of product was excellent so I believe it was worth the price. They were very professional and on time as far as when they said they were going to do stuff they did it

I love the look of my roof. But I must say I am not happy with the financing company chosen.

Updating my earlier review from 5 to 3 - Beware of the free installation of leaf guards on your gutters! We were traveling out of town and Erie was fully aware, during the time between our purchase of roof with free leaf guards and installation. They installed the leaf guards without clearing the gutters! We are now dealing with clogged and over flowing gutters and have to remove the leaf guards to clean our gutters! This is a huge and costly endeavor and a pain to even have to do and completely defeats the benefit of them being free because I am now paying someone to remove them, clean my gutters and put them back on! Outside of the gutter guards i do stand by my praise of the actual/roofing job! The entire team was fantastic, from our install sales contact Kevin Hapke who was an absolute pleasure to meet with too, project team of Nick and Mike. It was a very positive and professional experience. A couple small punch list items after, that were all resolved quick and efficiently within the same week as installation. Clean-up after was great and the team took great care with my landscaping etc. Thank You Erie Team!

The sales associates were nice, but:

High pressure sales pitch, came back twice with lower offers, the lowest of which was still higher (by a couple thousand dollars) than the next highest offer we received from our other quotes. The lower offers were also not guaranteed after the appointment.

They also spent over 4 hours talking at us, repeating the same half-dozen selling points over and over.

We will not be using Erie.

Iam one happy customer. Nicholas Koehler was my project Manager and was amazing. The crew showed up on time. Worked very well together and did a great cleaning up. They done and gone by 4:00. I highly recommend them for your roof.

Very knowledgeable selling points were
1 it's a price not an estimate. I received lower estimate but I felt this old house would've caught me with change orders in the middle of work and I would've been caught and need to just agree to (maybe) higher adjustments.
2 the warranty 30 years

I needed a new roof and had been looking at different contractors ti work with as well as handyman outfits. Some never called back, some cans and looked but never got back to me and others were ridiculously outrageous with pricing. As a single mom, I can't afford shoddy work or price gouging and quite frankly am so tired of it. So imagine my relief when Erie stopped out to provide a thorough estimate, treated me like the intelligent person I am and walked me through everything to find the best option for my price range. Their crew did Excellent work and cleaned up everything and were respectful of my property and time. I'm so happy I'm part of the Erie family and that their warranty can be counted on, especially these days. I recommended them to family since they took such good care of my house.

My new roof is excellent! The installers were courteous, professional, and neat. They cleaned up all of the old shingles and nails, etc. The salesmen, and his supervisor were personable and thorough. The scheduler, was so helpful with paperwork and answering questions I thought of after the sale. I would recommend this company to replace your roof.

I guess because they are the number one roofing company in the country that gives them the right to charge a customer over $20,000 for a roof replacement on a 950 sq ft with just standard shingles. I think not. I can guarantee there are better companies in the area for less than half the price. Same shingles, and very similar warranties. Do your homework and get multiple quotes before signing a contract with these guys.

Love love love! Erie home! We got a metal roof and they went thru all the options and helped find something in our budget. The work was done quickly and my roof looks great!

Erie's installers did a great job installing our new roof, and an excellent job cleaning up when the job was complete.

I had the best experience with Erie roofs. They not only got my entire roof done in one day. Tear off reapply completely 4,600 square feet. They did a beautiful job. The cleanup was excellent. The men were absolutely very nice and very easy to work with. Erie got the job done. They did a quality work and in an amazingly short amount of time along with the great deal they got me for 18 months 0% interest. I can't complain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and while they State they are specifically a metal roof company. They did mine in shingles. They did quality work through and through. Very happy to say Erie would be the one I would choose again.

Great service to my roof with rear off and shingle installation all in one day of my 2 story home. Also got gutter guards added on a special order. Looks fantastic and 50 year product holds a 30 year warranty for no future worries!

For several years now I have been putting off, having new shingles put on roof. Erie homes made it easy for me to choose the right shingles. I would have done it sooner if I known it was that easy. They gave me plenty of options and explained everything in detail. I watched the whole process of old shingles being torn off and new ones installed. The preparation of the installers was very professional, and they answered my questions along the way. At completion the roof it looks very clean and neat, changing the overall look of my home for better. Also clean up was superb.

Had our roof done a year ago. The SALES 2 men were very kind and nice. They were relatively quick with removal and clean up and installation. We went to the fiberglass because I couldn’t afford the metal. But people need to BEWARE if they offer to finance it through them. Definitely got scammed over and regret not just getting a personal loan from the jump start. They are very smooth and making it sound like you can afford your roof, but don’t worry you can end up paying $30,000 in interest before even attempting to pay of the actual amount of what the roof costs and now have to figure a refinancing situation because of this. I went for the bait because I was desperate and didn’t take the time to have others come give me quotes. I thought I read over everything right as well but either way, anyone reading this be careful. I give 1 star because of them scamming people with their so called “affordable” financing.

Nick Koehler, the Erie rep, did an excellent job in getting everything lined up and even found resources and did the contacts for me for other projects, a porch tar roof removal, gutters, and vinyl siding referrals. Nick and the entire Erie crew were fantastic and excellent and I am very pleased with the roofing that was especially made to deter ice damming. Thank you Nick and Erie! They are highly recommended and I have referred others to Erie as well

Erie Home did a phenomenal job on our roof. From Nick who came out to give us a quote and explain the product to the finished product, was a seamless experience. They even went the extra mile to find out if we warranty on our gutter guards and coordinate the removal of them. I would highly recommend. Erie Home they are definitely top notch professionals.

Roof was showing signs of wear and knew it would need to be addressed. Called Erie and set an inspection date. Their Field Rep. was Nick Koehler, and he did a great job showing me what needed to be repaired and explained why. Likewise, he also showed me what areas did not need attention. The inspection was very thorough, and I trusted his opinions.
The presentation of the materials and options available was also very thorough and he took the time to explain the advantages of each of them. He also explained the price differences of everything which helped me to decide what I wanted installed.
What made my decision easier was Nick's knowledge and his professionalism. I didn't feel like he was pressing the issue just to get my business.
After I agreed to the work to be done, a call was made, and a date was set.
The repair and installation went as planned. Afterwards the crew leader did a thorough walk through with me and explained everything that was done. He asked if I had any questions or concerns which I had none. They also did a very good job of cleaning up the work area when they were through. I was very pleased with the end result. I'm pretty detail oriented and the work that was done met my expectations.
All in all, I have to say that I was happy with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Erie Home.
