Initially spoke to reps at Home & Garden Show about siding. Came to our home and discussed at length the material, timeframe, pricing, etc. Very impressed. We did have siding installed and some carpentry work. Exterior Pros staff made it a very efficient and well done project. They are responsive and on the job inspecting the work. When we had a couple small concerns, they were addressed immediately and we are very happy with the results.

This is our second time using Exterior Pros and we could not be more satisfied. They are great to work with and communication is excellent. We have an old home and usually renovations have hiccups. They easily adjusted when plans had to change. I choose companies based on reviews, so I hope this helps you make your decision.

Staff explains everything thoroughly before you order windows. We had all windows replaced by capable installers. Would recommend for all projects.

Exterior pros just installed 2 new showers for us. We reserved 4 days for the project and they finished in 2 and a half. The showers are absolutely stunning. We had all our windows replaced. They had to reschedule multiple times. They took longer than expected. I had to clean my house after they left each time due to dirt and pieces all over. They messed up my tree when they tied it back and never untied it. There were issues with most of our windows where they had to come back and fix them. They didn't caulk properly and had to come back to fix that. They broke glass outside and never cleaned it up or said anything. When they came back to clean it up, they barely did anything. I'm extremely disappointed in our experience.

I applaud Exterior Pros for a window job well done! All of our main and second floor windows were replaced at a reasonable price and have enhanced the curb appeal of our home as well as the heating and cooling costs. Exterior Pros installed the Turtle Shell gutter protection on the back side of my house, where I had challenges with debris from a big tree that partially overhangs my roof. It led to my gutters repeatedly filling up and then water spilling over on the drip line with any heavier rain. Exterior Pros was quick, professional and competitively priced in their solution. We didn't have any hard rain after the install in late Fall, but over the past 2 weeks the Turtle Shell solution has proved very effective in managing some harder rainfall! Water routed where it should be and ZERO overspill from the gutters on the drip line. Satisfied customer here! Highly recommend Exterior Pros.

Won’t stop calling me! I’ve tried more than 4 times to have them lose my number but they keep following up… clicked on a link in 2020 and filled out a form online, five years later I’m still getting a couple of calls every year asking me if I can do a project, I keep telling them that I am not interested and they will not remove my number! They did a fabulous job. There was one corner shelf that is slightly angled the wrong way and retains water. The finance company however is the big problem. Their app sometimes works. I also had issues trying to make a big payment and the finance company would kick it back. So they don’t want you to pay anything off early. If I would recommend Exterior Pros to anyone, I would inform them to have the money up front so you don’t have to deal with the finance company.

I want to thank Nike, Erik and Andrew from the bottom of my heart, you guys did an Amazon job from start to finish!!!! My bathroom is a dream come true. I still cant believe this is my bathroom, it looks like a picture out of an magazine. I will definitely be calling Exterior Pros again for my windows. They install everything thing in nice but when it come to the warranty they’ll give you the run around they say the have nothing to do with it I had a bath tub replaced with one of there’s and the pluming was re done buy them and one of them busted so I call them and didn’t want to fix it

I'll start by saying I love our new windows. The installers were professional and communicated well with us. However, there are a couple of things that left me disappointed.

First, the installation itself took 3 days instead of the 1 day promised by the salesperson. Second, half of the windows were not measured properly, and as a result half of my window treatments no longer fit. In addition to paying thousands of dollars for new windows, I'm going to have to pay the expense of all new window treatments. Lastly, I found out the salesperson is no longer with the company because of a conflict with management, and that's the last thing a customer wants to hear when they have a lifetime warranty with that company.

The product itself is top notch, and the working crew was great. I just wish the guy who set the whole thing up did better.

I highly recommend Exterior Pros and Bath and will 100% be using them in the future for my home projects. Excellent local company out of Sussex that's family owned and run, with excellent quality products and a trustworthy team of experts.
My initial meeting started with Adam who came over to measure, and help plan out my new tub/shower area. Adam was wonderful! So professional and friendly, he made the design of my bathroom easy and FUN, heck it was like designing my bathroom with a friend! He was amazing to work with and even helped me get the financing that suited my needs.
Anyone of the ladies whom I spoke with from the offices were also great to work with. I spoke with Nancy, and she helped get the ball rolling with scheduling, and she was great at letting me know what the next steps would be. Stephanie, from financing was also a pleasure to work with and she helped get the financial aspect in motion.
Doug was the next person to stop by and take all the measurements from the bathroom to get the kit ordered for my upgrade. Measurements were quick and easy, and Doug was super polite and also kept me up to date on what would happen next – in 2 weeks (roughly) the kit should be in, and they would be contacting me to schedule the install!
Install Day: What can I say about Eric and Andrew – these two were an ABSOLUTE HOOT to have in my home for 2 days. Still 100% professional, and 100% great entertainment while they did an amazing job to complete the install. Give these guys all the credit – AND a raise! They worked in the smallest space, back to back, and managed in TWO DAYS to remove the old hardware (tile, walls, plumbing and tub) and get the new items in place. They kept their work space super clean and work great together and did a simply AMAZING job – the end result is even better than I thought it was going to be!
Trust these experts. They are worth the money you invest into your home projects.

Exterior pros came to my house for an estimate for a new roof. I was expecting to pay out of pocket for the whole job, but they were able to find hail damage that two other companies said nothing about. They had someone there while my insurance company came to look. Kept me well informed throughout the whole process.

The roof went so smooth that i also had them come out and replace 5 windows. Again, well informed throughout the process.

Everything turned out amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

If you don't feel like reading this long winded review, just know this; I am EXTREMELY pleased and impressed with the work done by Exterior Pros and can confidently recommend them to anyone!

I know nothing about storm damage and what it looks like on a roof and/or siding, so when my home got hit with hail, I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted Exterior Pros since they are a local company with a great reputation.

To say the claim process was quick is an understatement. Within a couple of weeks, I had the insurance claim approved, roof and siding colors selected, and was waiting on the extra siding approval (we had aluminum siding which isn't made anymore, so it required proof that it couldn't be matched). Even the extra siding approval process was quick.

Within a couple of weeks, I had the roof installation scheduled. The crew arrived around 0700 and were completely finished by about 1600. ONE DAY INSTALL! The crew was very professional, respected my property, and cleaned up really well afterward. The roof looks beautiful, and I have zero complaints.

The siding took a bit longer due to an issue with the insurance adjuster, but this had absolutely nothing to do with Exterior Pros. As soon as insurance figured their stuff out, Exterior Pros was quick to schedule the siding install.

The siding crew showed up around 0800 and finished around 1800. Again, ONE DAY INSTALL! This crew was also extremely professional, and they had no problem answering all of my questions. They were very detail oriented and made sure every little thing was in place, down to the angles of my outdoor lights. Before leaving, the foreman of the siding crew told me that he noticed I have a small child, so he did an extra couple laps around the house to make sure there wasn't a single nail left in the grass.

With the siding and roof completed, I stood and stared at my house for at least 15 straight minutes. I knew it was going to look great, but I was not prepared for it to look THAT great. I had high expectations given Exterior Pros' reputation, and they still managed to exceed them! My wife felt the same way, and that is REALLY saying something!

Now all that's left is for insurance to wrap up the final stuff.

I want to also mention how awesome the staff at Exterior Pros was/is. The guy that first came out, the guy that oversaw the crews, the office staff, and the owner were simply fantastic to work with and made sure everything went smoothly and all of my questions were answered. That's right, even the owner of the company took my calls and even came out to take some samples and discuss the project!

I was simply blown away by the whole process and can confidently recommend this company to anyone looking for the services they provide. It's a good feeling to know that a company like this is literally just down the street.

Exterior Pros was great to work with from the start. From the initial decision making and ordering to the installation. Everyone was on time, the install crew was great, friendly, respectful, and answered my questions when asked. The main thing I asked of them was to keep me in the loop on things, when the install crews truck broke down it sounded like they weren’t going to be out that day, but they were, and finished the job. When I get around to finishing the rest of my windows, I’m sure going to call them, they make the process easy and worry free. One last thing, contacting the office is great, either via the online form or phone call, they all seem so nice and responsive, I never had to wonder if or when they would get back to me or not. In 2023 I was researching reputable companies for installation of out windows and patio door. We contacted Exterior Pros and other companies. We received quotes from 3 other companies and then decided to hold off until 2024 to have the work done. Matt Winter from Exterior Pros made a follow up call to see if we were still interested in windows and patio door.
My husband and I setup an appointment with Matt to come out and show us some samples, Matt was knowledgeable with the product/s, and he answered all our questions. Matt was very professional and is very friendly witch made it easy to talk to him.
Matt gave us a step-by-step outline from the time frame when the windows and patio door will be coming in, to the coordinator calling us to schedule the installation date. Everything worked out just as Matt stated.
Once the Coordinator called, we agreed on the installation date and time. All went as planned, when the installers showed up, they were very kind and courteous and respectful of our property. After the installation was complete, they showed us how they all lock and what to do for cleaning.
So far, we are very happy with the windows and patio door installation.

I've had a truly great experience with Exterior Pros. Their sales rep was on time, provided straight forward answers on what he and his team could do to help with my wood sided home. Their scheduling and projects management team have been brilliant to work with, Great communication throughout my big project here. We had wood siding, soffit, fascia, that was in disrepair, gutters that needed replacement, Their team came in, took a look at our situation and made everything listed look good as new, even going so far as to frame around all our recently replaced windows with the correct colored trim, and all in 2 days surpringly! If you need a team of individuals that literally want to do a great job, I highly recommend this team. We had one issue with weatherstripping not staying where it should, they quickly remedied the issue within 24 hours. In already looking at what else we can do in the future with their team too

We had them out to the house on 2 different jobs. 1st job they took out the tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. It included grab bars and a fold up bench for my elderly mother. They had her come into the shower so they could place the bars in the correct area for her. We are so happy. She tells everyone about it and it's the 1st thing she shows people when they come over to visit.

The 2nd job was installing new gutters with leaf guards. They even put in hinges for the downspout so it will not interfere with the wheelchair ramp.

I highly recommend Exterior Pros for any home repair jobs you need. They are professional, will work with you. What I really love about them is they don't try and force things on you and they really listen to what you want.

Amazing! That is really all that needs to be said. Our sales guy Nick was awesome, he was reachable whenever needed and he always found the answer to our questions. Doug the owner was helpful and kind and worked with us through it all.

Now the truly amazing part, the crew began the day at 7am and they were completed and cleaned up the same day. (We were originally told it could be a 2-3 day job) The work quality on both our home and garage are next level. I couldn’t be more happy with what we received. The workers were kind, fast, observant to detail and an absolute pleasure to have work on our project.

Horrible experience was lied to from the sales man asked specifically do they have their own manpower or do they sub the work out. He said they didn't sub out any work they have their own manpower. They don't at all they sub out the siding job we just had done. The crew was drinking beer on the job and didn't speak English very hard to communicate. Don't hire this company they are a complete scam.

I am really happy with my new roof. Exterior Pros did a great installing my roof and gutters. During the project there was a gentleman who updated me as the roof was installed. They worked really hard to get my roof done in 1.5 days. The half day was on a Saturday which I appreciated. The whole process from their sales team to installation was impressively easy for me. When they had any issues they kept me informed at all times. I would recommend them to install your roof. Thank you again Exterior Pros.

They did an amazing job with my new walk in shower! They even stayed late one night to finish the job on time.

Exterior pros replaced my roof about 2 months ago they were fast and did quality work, they cleaned up after themselves. you would have never known they were here and replaced the roof if you hadn't known. Friday night in the rainstorm I ended up with a leak into my bathroom ceiling. I called them Saturday morning and they had a team over here to look at it before the afternoon. They fixed it that very same day. it turns out it was just rain blowing up the fan vent in the bathroom. It did damaged some of the drywall but they said they would return to fix that as well . They were truly concerned over making sure that the work was good and everything was to my satisfaction. They honestly care about the quality of their work and that the customer is pleased. I couldn't say enough good things about the service.

No pressure painless process. Worked around some short notice schedule changes on my behalf. The installers kept me informed about what they were doing and were neat and clean. They replaced basement windows for what I felt was a reasonable cost.

Exterior Pros replaced our roof last fall and did an incredible job! Communication was excellent throughout the process and the quality of the workmanship was great, too. They took precautions to protect our home and landscape while the work was being done, cleaned up after every shift, and even went out of their way to replace the trim around the inside of the skylights that were replaced as part of the job. After the project was completed, they walked around the property with us and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. We haven't had any issues through the winter and are completely satisfied with their work!

I've utilized Exterior Pros twice now and both experiences were perfectly smooth. The installation was incredibly quick and seamless. Great communication with the company throughout. I will likely contact them for siding in the near future.

Did a great job with roof last year and had an entry door put in last week it turned out better then expected due to my house being older and nothing being square

Exterior Pros helped us with an eyebrow window we had in our roof. It was rotting and since it was a specialty, hand crafted window, we had plenty of contractors look at it and turn us away. Luckily by using “Ang” (Angie’s list) I came across exterior pros. I finally decided we needed to go big to get the help. A very nice rep came out (Cody). They agreed to help us. We decided to replace a few other windows along with the eyebrow window. First of all, I have to say the company is run by a husband (Doug) and wife (Steph) that communicate and work very well together. The people that work for them comment on how well they run the business that has been around for many years. They came out and measured the window(s) and had the eyebrow window custom made. It was at least 2500$ just for that window. The price of all of it was very reasonable and they offered no interest financing. When the installation day came we ran into a big problem. The frame was so rotted that the window could not be mounted. The window would not fit unless they reframed the custom window. Doug offered 2 options. One included redoing my entire roof! The roof was old and was within 5 years of really needing replacement and this would mean closing the hole where the window was. If we just closed the hole it would need new shingles in that spot and would not match the surrounding old shingles. The cost of the custom window frame had us going with the new roof. Of course since we had not planned this I was worried about cost. Steph and Doug made it all super easy and offered very good pricing. It was all done with in 1 week from the bump in the road to the finished project. Doug came out to show us the different shingles and we set a date. The roof install took 1 day! Amazing. The workers were respectful of my landscaping and were very nice. I can’t say enough good things! Overall 10/10!
