Very rarely have I had the opportunity to work with a company as professional, honest, caring and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer succeed with a large house project. I contacted John of Miceli Roofing regarding a new roof. I received three estimates for the work. Miceli’s estimate was the lowest number. As a general contractor myself, I was a bit skeptical at that point and contacted as many of his references as I could. All had good things to report and John’s estimate was within the average roofing cost for my area. The other contractors were higher than the average roofing cost for my area, in addition to being higher than Miceli’s estimate. I gave John the work and his crew was very professional, knew the job and completed it very quickly. They installed three new skylights and saved three other solatube (round) skylights along with installing new lead chimney flashing, new pvc rake and fascia trim and new gutters in addition to stripping and reinstalling new shingles. They replaced some plywood and some insulation in a problem area over my cathedral ceiling. And best of all their cleanup was fantastic. I recommend Miceli Roofing to anyone who needs roofing. John made us feel important to him and he showed up several times during the work and after all was finished to assure we were happy.

Miceli Roofing is top-notch! John responded to my initial and urgent call immediately and stayed on top of all aspects of the entire job of replacing my roof. His entire team is excellent, from everyone in the office to the roofers. When I called the office to get a quote for a customer, they efficiently accommodated my tight timeframe. The team completed the roof project in 1 day (original roof stripped/removed, some plywood replaced, flashing redone around chimney, new shingling installed). John and his team were fantastic from the day I called for a estimate. I have an older cape with many peaks and valleys within the roof line. Their price was very fair , the workmanship is great - job was complated in a few days with a good size crew - job site was clean throughout the process. John was on site to make sure things were on track and the office was easy to deal with to contract , payment and complate transaction.

When my garage roof started to leak and with concern that it would only get worse, I did a search for roofers. Micelli’s website, especially the reviews with specific mention of John, and the fact that it was local caused me to contact them. My impression when I met John was that he was good at what he did and that I could trust him. I was concerned about the cost. John suggested I contact my insurance , something that had not occurred to me to do. Frequent rainstorms lengthened the process but thoughout, the office staff maintained contact, responding promptly to my calls and to texts or emails – always pleasant and helpful. I am relieved to have a new roof with no longer concerns about water damage. I cannot say enough good things about John, Armando, and the entire staff. They are what good business is all about.

Had wind damage to the steeple of our church in Warwick. Unable to find any local companies who specialize in steeple repair, I found Miceli Roofing on line. John came out to look at the damage in a snow storm! Quoted a reasonable price and had it repaired within days. Very efficient office and workers. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Hiring Miceli roofing was the smartest home decision I could have made. After multiple estimates that were so outrageously priced John showed up and sold me a roof not an hour long presentation of the company. He was the only one to actually get on the roof to give me a price instead of sitting at my kitchen table. John and his team are incredible they turned a very stressful experience into a great one. Their timeliness and communication were great. They were in and out in a single day and when they left you would never have known they were even here except for my beautiful new roof.

I contacted Micelli Roofing in August. They came without notice and "repaired the roof" while I was in Vermont. They used the wrong shingles and did not fix the leak. After 5 months of being their last priority, I am left in worse shape than before I hired them. I have more than one leak now, the work was unorganized and inferior, the owner told me to quit asking questions and leave him alone so he could work in peace, they put plastic in my attic and it is now filled with water and up there causing problems 5 MONTHS LATER. It is now almost Christmas and my roof is leaking worse than ever and they are oh sorry we couldn't seem to do it here is your money back. After wasting an entire fall they are now abandoning the job leaving me in an awful, inexcusable, unnecessary situation as a single mom. Unforgiveable. Do NOT Hire. I would have given zero stars but not an option.

Miceli roofing did an outstanding job removing my old roof and replacing it with a new roof. They were prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. Because they have their own dumpster, I didn’t have to wait days to have another company remove dumpster, like with other companies. The roofing crew was professional, fast and did a great job. Miceli roofing installed the new roof at my home and I’m very happy with the results. They were the 3rd and final roofer to give me an estimate, and prior to meeting him, I was convinced I was going with the first company who evaluated my roof.

John spent a lot of time at my house explaining everything to me so I could understand what was going on. He told me about the product he uses and why, how they install it, and common issues that come with old houses (mine was built in 1900). But what convinced me to use Miceli was when John explained how he would ensure proper ventilation in my attic, which was my biggest concern aside from a leaking roof. He offered a couple of options that the other two contractors did not mentioned.

All that being said, John and his team were friendly, professional, and FAST. Once the permit was obtained from the town, my work was scheduled in under two weeks and completed in two days. There were several complications that came up during the installation due to the age of the house, but they were all handled with the utmost skill and know-how.

I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience I had with Miceli roofing. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues you have.

I approached the service provider when they were working on my neighbors house. I just had a small repair that needed to be done but they were more than happy to help me out and did a quick and thorough repair. Highly recommend.

John, Jessica and the crew put on a new roof for me. I would rate them 10 stars out of 5! Great job, on time, a full crew did the job in a day. One thing that made them stand out even more: I had asked after the first quote if I could pay a little extra if necessary for them to do my shed too. Ok agreed. On the day, as the day went on, the main house was getting done, little dormers and all. But noone was so far going anywhere near the shed. So I texted John to check. Next thing, one of the crew knocked on the door and wanted to be sure he understood what it was I needed doing and ok no problem, they did it.

We had a new roof done by Miceli and his team. They were friendly, fair and efficient. Started at 7:30 done and totally cleaned up by 3:30! Also, of the quotes we had done, John was the only person who actually got on our roof! 10/10 would recommend.

Miceli roofing repaired a leak in my roof until weather permitted it to be replaced. They did a wonderful job - they were very knowledgable about the types & slopes etc needed for our house. I learned a lot just by listening to them! They came when they said they would, and cleaned up afterwards. They stripped it down to bare wood and replaced it with a beautiful new roof in 2 days! I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them if you need a roof replacement. TY

A couple of years ago I needed a roof repair and had several companies come out to give me an estimate. John was the only one who took the time to actually go up on the roof to look at everything and even noticed another area that was a trouble spot. He had his crew out within the week to do the repair and I knew that when the time came to replace my roof he and his company would be given the job. This past April it was time to replace my aging roof and I called Miceli Roofing. John and his team, from the office staff to the installers, are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. They did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased with my new roof. Called seven times over a two week period, they never once answered the phone. I left four voice messages, never received a single call back. We hired Miceli to install our brand new roof in 2015 because we wanted to give a local company the opportunity for the business. They guaranteed their work on a 10-year warranty, ,and 20 years on the product. Now they hide from us like the plague. I would certainly not recommend them.

John Miceli and his team were exceptional! They were clean, efficient, fast and pleasant to work with. We love our new roof and he did an amazing job of taking off the old one and installing the new roof. No mess, no nails, no random roof tiles lying around the yard. Spottless!
