When I first filed a claim with my insurance company, I hired an adjuster and unfortunately had a bad experience. While searching for roofers, I came across Xavier. From the moment he took over the claim, everything was handled with honesty and professionalism. Working with him was a breeze. His team did an outstanding job replacing my roof, the work was clean, efficient, and completed in just one day. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly, leaving the outside spotless. I truly wish I had worked with him from the start. It’s been a pleasure working with this company, and I’ll be referring them to others and using their services again in the future.

Had the siding replaced from cedar shakes to primed cedar siding. They were able to match the existing siding on the front and back of house perfectly. Very professional work completed with great attention to detail. Highly communicative throughout process and great progress tracking with photos. Reasonably priced. Xavier....I can't say enough good things about him. Patient, thorough and knowledgeable are the first things that come to mind.
The exterior of my home had been completely remodeled by another company only 2 years ago. This included gutters, siding and decks. But, among the issues were gutters that didn't drain properly. In some sections, the water was going behind the gutters rather than into them. They came back several times saying they fixed it, but not so much. When it rained, there were waterfalls coming down my siding. Inside the home, with each rainfall, one could also hear extremely loud drops of rain hit my aluminum window frames.

So, I decided to hire another company to fix the problem. Well, I researched online and landed on Xavier with 757 Exteriors, and he identified the issues right away. Among other issues, he explained that the drip edge was behind the gutters instead of going into them. The other company had installed the new gutters inproperly. He came back that week and fixed all the gutters, and there are a lot as there are several bump outs.

In one section of the gutters, Xavier also discovered the other company had used electrical tape to try
to prevent the rain from going behind the gutters. A company that has been around for 50 years, and that was their solution!! Well, Xavier took off all the tape. Then, used Goo Gone to remove all the blackish/grey tape residue stuck to my white facia (I think it was). In the end, he fixed the issues and went above and beyond the agreed upon price.

It is now nice and quite inside the home and no more waterfalls outside!

I needed a full replacement of my roof and gutters and I am very fortunate to have found this company to do it. Their sales rep, John, was incredibly helpful, kind, and down to earth. He expressed genuinely that the character of the people and the quality of their work is the reason he joined this company. After the work was completed, I have to say I understand what he meant.

Jonny came out, which in it self was a huge win for us these days, because nobody wants to return a phone call never mind come for a quote Quote very resonable, came day scheduled, did all the work. Then that night we had a leak, and the next day Jonny came out fixed the leak and took the next step to clean out all gutters to make sure nothing will cause any leaking (even on our end of not cleaning gutter on time). Couldn't have been nicer and more professional about it. I recommend this company, and honestly wish they did more than roofing and siding, because we have a basement we would love to have that level of professionalism take care of.

I Highly recommend this company. I needed a dryer vent cover replaced at roof level. They were professional, on time and very reasonable for pricing especially for it being a small job.

I was first introduced to Xavier and 757 Exteriors last November when I needed a quick repair made for an intermittent leak. He came over the next day and quickly took care of the issue. During that time we discussed replacing all of the roof shingles in the spring. When I was ready to begin the project, I was quickly provided with a fair quote and the project was scheduled. All materials were delivered ahead of work starting. On the day of the roof replacement, the 757 team arrived at my house and quickly setup to begin work. Everyone was very professional, courteous and focused on doing a quality job. By midafternoon, the house and garage had been completed and the crew was packed up.

Before the team left, I was asked to look around to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, which I was! Most impressive to me was the time they took to ensure the property was clean of any debris. This was especially important to me as I have two energetic dogs which would have found any stray nail or piece of shingle. Since the shingles were replaced, I also hired them for a small siding repair job and plan to contact them when I am ready to replace all of the siding on the house.

To summarize, I have been very impressed with 757 Exteriors and have highly recommended them to others in my areas!

Can’t say enough of 757 exterior! Xavier took his time to figure out why my roof was leaking, he came on a day before a major snow storm. He always explained what he would be tackling and always kept his word. He couldn’t fix the roof prior to the storm but he made arrangements to protect the damaged area from storm while he waited to fix it. He was very honest about the damage and his pricing was reasonable. He definitely knows what he’s doing and has great customer service. I would recommend 757 roofing any day!
