Ben & JD came to my house to go over DaBella James Hardie siding with me. I had already done my homework on the quality of the siding, and got nothing but great feedback. So I was an easy sell. However, both men went above and beyond in explaining the process, and procedures, warranty, & payment options. It was pleasant done business with both gentlemen!

Johny and Isaiah were awesome. Their canvassing team stopped by and got them out here to show me windows. Thank god I recently had a crazy high quote at 48 thousand. These boys got me them for 20!

Had a door to door representative come by and offer a free estimate for my roof, next day a gentleman Connor showed me all the work I needed done on my home and sold on a new roof. Getting an installation two weeks after the estimate is a good service in me eyes.

Had the DaBella team come by my home to conduct a home inspection and take a look at my back deck windows, which are single pane and getting old. I met with Conner O’Neil and he worked with me for several hours to come up with an ideal plan that not only worked with my financial situation but left me feeling confident about the process and eager and excited to see the results!

We had a thorough inspection by Jameson and Anthony, who then explained the issues with our old roof and the products they could install to take care of them. They provided a professional and informative explanation of the products, the installation process, and the costs, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Thanks guys!

Stephen Flowers and Johny Barker did a great job helping me out with new windows. I am recommending them and their boss Cobi Messer to all my friends and neighbors!

They came and they gave a quote but said that our job was too small since we only needed one window replaced. Guy who came was very nice. The follow up call I received was bad. They did not say who they were at the start of the call. I thought they were with another company I was waiting for a quote. When they finally said they were with DaBella- they asked if I got my quote in writing. To which I replied: yes i did. then they hung up without saying anything else.

I was working with Daniel and Gab to get gutters on my house as mine are very very old and need replacing. I have had a very good experience with the process of getting the job done. Both Daniel and Gab are very professional and took care of all paperwork and billing for me. Great people to work with, and so very patient and nice! Was very pleased!

Huntter and Isaiah, were very friendly and professional. The were knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to do business with.

Don’t even call them for a quote. They quoted us 30k more (twice as much) as another company for siding and windows with fewer color and texture options. The salesman then proceeded to try to convince my partner to sign a contract on the spot without me having seen it rather than have us continue pursuing other quotes. They also use an inferior house wrap than the less expensive quote we received. Overall just very sales heavy and I’d greatly recommend not wasting 90 minutes like we did.

Johny and Isaiah have helped me with multiple projects and have been the greatest experience. My gutters are beautiful and so are my windows. The projects both went super smooth and they were super good at working with my timeframes. I am now happy to say I am getting my roof done with plans to do my bath in the future!

Gabe and Oscar did a great job when they came out to inspect my siding and roof. I appreciate all their insight they gave me. They were able to save me a bunch of money on the roof and through their programs and financing make it very comfortable for me

Super aggressive marketing tactics and sexist salesmen. Continually asked to speak to my husband even though all the contact we had was through me. We agreed to a free consultation and they called me every day multiple times a day for months after that. I asked them to stop and even blocked the number and they just switched numbers and kept calling. I tried to explain it to a salesman and he talked over me, still trying to sell instead of listening to my concerns.

Caleb came and did a very nice job inspecting my home. Made me feel confident that he and the company could do a good job for me.

It's dinner time for families and they are out doing door to door sales in my neighborhood. What company does this ,? Do you not value my time with my family? I worked all day ...do I really need to discuss my roof or bath at 5 pm at night.

Thank Brenda Kai for running us thru a new roof option. I am grateful for the experience and options provided. Now time to make a decision soon.

Oscar and Daniel did my uncle Marios roof last month and it was done really fast and really well. He was happy with the price they were able to help him out with and now he has the best roof on the block.

Insanely aggressive sales staff. Met with a sales person and are meeting went long because he had difficulty accepting that the right time for me to make an actual purchase decision was in 2-ish months. This was then followed up by a phone call from a call center person who wanted to send someone out to my house in the next day or so to talk about promotions again. And this person was even worse and I literally had to hang up to end the conversation because he refused to accept me saying "I'm not interested right now" even after I told him I had set up a future meet with the sales guy I had already met with. Just absolutely disrespectful of me and my time.

Gabe and Daniel were very nice they brought all the products with them to explain me exactly what materials they going to use they both really hard to see I get the best price and pointed out some leaks in my closet and bathroom and I am just waiting to see when start to work on my roof hope that they make happy when they get done I am waiting I did read some reviews and unhappy clients I hope I am I won’t be one of them thank you guys for explaining me through everything you were very nice keep up the good job

Kia came out to provide an estimate on a roof replacement. He was very thorough in the inspection of the roof and again super knowledgeable about the Dabella company, GAF products, and the whole roofing process. Very good sales person (honest, good balance between being confident but not the ‘hard sale’)

Kai and Christian are very kind! They were very easy to talk to and had all the solutions. Were very open to discussing things!!

Isaiah was wonderful. He made sure I got the best deal for my needs and was transparent about everything. I highly recommend them.

I would not use again and here is why. One they show no care for you property they threw all my garden bed items, gnomes sculpture etc into the yard did not put them back once the job was done. Two they stress on factory trained technicians yet not one of my crew could not speak ANY English, they are also subcontractors not employees of DaBella Three anything that is attached to your hone, phone lines, cable security lights flood lights door bell garden faucet, will not be reinstalled, you can hire someone else to do it and they allow 350 to do so but a project within a project they can take it down but not put it back up. BECAREFUL WHEN SIGNING IT ALL E-SIGN AND IF YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING ABC AND YOU PAID FOR ABC BUT THE CONTRACT IS FOR ONLY AB YOU ARE SCREWED MAKE THEM PRINT IT OUT YOU REVIEW THEN SIGN PAPER DOCUMENTS. THEN MAKE A COPY AND KEEP IT.

I met with Daniel and Max from the Everett office of DaBella for a cost estimate for a new roof for a shed and to replace 9 windows in my 100 year house. They took measurements and did a thorough and professional job. They clearly knew a lot about roofing and windows and explained what the factors were that would affect pricing. They came prepared with all the tools and samples needed. They were both easy to talk to and were clear communicators in addition to a good sense of humor. Although we didn't close the deal that night, I felt like I had a better understanding of work to be performed. I had researched the company before our meeting and liked a lot of what I had read. Daniel and Max both reinforced my positive view of the DaBella organization. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and Max to neighbors and friends needing home repairs. They are quality people both knowledgeable, and experienced. I look forward to working with them again.

Dabella did a great job on my roofing project. Johny and Daniel were very thorough in the initial inspection, walked me through trouble areas, and helped determine what was going to be best product wise. The whole team was great with their communication, moving the actual install around to meet my schedule. I was pretty surprised to have it done during winter, but they were able to get it done over 2 days during a break in the rain. Overall, roof looks great and I expect it to last for many, many years.

Daniel and Anthony came to inspect my roof, and I’m beyond impressed with how thorough and meticulous they were. Their expertise and professionalism really stood out. I’m so glad they came out today and will definitely be sharing my positive experience with DaBella Roofing to all my neighbors!

We recently moved into our first home a couple months ago and weren't expecting to buy a new roof so it was a bit of a shock to us to see what was found during our inspection with Dabella. Where we would've wanted more time to plan and put aside money, we realized we could be jeopardizing our home and safety. Kai was exceptional! Not only is he a down to earth and friendly person, he was very knowledgeable about the issues he found with our roof and was able to explain the entire roofing process to us. We're excited to get our new roof and feel safer when the snow starts to hit!

Being a first time home buyer and unsure of what to look for on our roof, it was so nice to have Kai look at everything on and under our roof and explain in detail what was needing to be done. Alex spent 3 hours with me providing a fantastic presentation and going over the details with me. The other company I had scheduled earlier today no showed on me. I highly recommend Dabella and intend to move forward with them!

Very informative. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They answered all my questions and concerns. It was a pleasure working with them.

Don’t waste your time. Don’t even call them or submit your info anywhere.

Fairly certain they sell customer info because I immediately started getting spam calls.

Tried the hard sell way too many times and didn’t get the hint. I tried to be nice and ask to just give me a price, they still took forever. It was hours for them inside my home before I even got started on a price.

Tried to skirt the price by asking what payment I was comfortable with, the payment is irrelevant. Pushy on their financing, pushy after I said I wasn’t committing that day. Total waste of my day.

After I got their outrageous quote, he “called his boss to see what he could do” and it was a 10k discount on a 150k quote.

I’m not under any delusion that my projects were cheap but that’s insane.

I was going to let it go and not bother with a review until they called me at tonight, 8:45 PM on a Friday night to get a follow up . I’m so unbelievably annoyed with them and wouldn’t go with them if they were the cheapest quote

It was a pleasure meeting with Koren today. She was very thorough and represents her conpany very well! Very excited to get my new covered gutters!

Anthony did a great job going over concerns about my roof. I knew it needed to be replaced, but he took a lot of time answering all of my questions and showing me pictures of his inspection. I felt very confident in his knowledge and truly felt like he cared about any issues he found.

Kaiya is an excellent representative of DaBella. He did a thorough analysis of the roof's condition with photographic evidence; the upshot was that the roof should've been replaced at least a year ago, if not longer. Kaiya described the warranty, as well as the guarantees of the products and workmanship, offered by DaBella which gave me peace of mind. A quality roof is a critical investment for a property and it doesn't make economical sense to put off the inevitable. Call DaBella for a quote; you won't regret it by any stretch.

EDIT: I wrote this review just after receiving the work proposal from DaBella, but it seems I should have waited until the job was finished before writing the review which is clearly my mistake. The roof project was done to my satisfaction; however, the company's front-office/managerial staff have been less than stellar, to say the least.

1) The company indicated the job would start on a particular date; the date came and went without a crew showing up nor did I receive any notice from DaBella that there had been a miscommunication on their end and the work would actually occur the following week. Not communicating expectations to a customer is wholly unprofessional.

2) When a manager called to explain/apologize for the lack of communication, he implied there would be a concession for the company's missteps in the form of a credit for the job.

3) The job was completed over the course of a day and a half and I signed off on the project the following week. Shortly thereafter I received a "Completed Project Certificate", but surprisingly, at least to me, no invoice/accounting of the project. I financed the project through the company and expected to see some kind of final invoice; in particular, I was curious about the previously-implied concession.

3) I've spent more than a week trying to get the company to respond to me with this information. I asked that the General Manager call me, but as of today, 100% radio silence.

The only conclusion I can draw is that DaBella sells their products/services very well, but when it comes to customer service AFTER the contract is signed, the company performs extremely poorly. Buyer beware.

We called about a Walk In Tub and your Sales Rep Kevin S. was excellent. He did a very nice job explaining things and he answered all of our questions.

Totally professional advice. Through explanation of products and install process. Honest and hard working. No stone left unturned he found some suspicious growth in the attic. Gave us a honest quote for a high quality install and spent the time to walk us through the process and answer any questions. Kevin thank you again for your hard work!

While we haven't received services YET from DaBella, it would be a missed opportunity if I didn't come on and write a review for what I consider an amazing company and people. In a good ol "Welcome to Darrington" fashion I was receiving a free quote for my windows and slider door by the angel that is known as Milo Glick. He got to witness me hop a fence to go rescue a Steller's Jay caught in a net with a neighbor, and we sat there and finished our conversation with the bird in hand as we finished describing the conditions of my situation. We later went inside where he was not only patient with my autistic 3 year old but he interacted with him all the while we discussed our ideal outcomes and some options we would like/wish to see. Everything was extremely transparent and upfront about costs and production and we were walked through the materials, even being handed physical samples. By far Milo went above and beyond for us, to the point even making a phone call to see if something financially could even be just a possibility we could look at. I'm blown away. And of course none of this would of been possible without Benny C. knocking on my door the day prior telling me about the company, what the estimate would look like, and how they involve themselves in the community. I never felt pressured this entire process and it was honestly as if I was talking to some long time friends. Benny was training that night as well and it was fun to joke around how I was able to stand out in the cold so much easier and we chatted about the area and I was thanked for my service as a volunteer firefighter. There is no doubt in my mind this company has solidified doing business with me even if it's not currently in my financial grasp. Thank you for all the care, effort, and customer service you've provided. It was a blessing to have that knock on my door.

New windows will help with functionality, efficiency plus safety, class 101 on new windows materials accessories design options plus warranty and cost plus willing to work with financing options too the whole experience was peaceful.

Koren was fun, pleasant, and informative. She even put up with my constant movie references. She got us a great deal on new windows. DaBella is donating $100 to Breast Cancer Awareness. I can't wait to get my new windows installed. Koren made the whole experience quite pleasant.

Jagger was charming, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about his products. We are looking at replacing a tub with a walk in shower. He carefully went through all of the options and made some very helpful suggestions. He also offered a deal that is hard to resist. It's not often that a sales interaction is a real pleasure, but this one was.

Cobi had previously helped me with a covered gutter project for our house, Cobi was amazing to work with so we asked him to come back out and help us with new windows for the house! They look amazing and we have already noticed a huge difference!

Signed a contract with DeBella on 9/08/21 for them to completely replace all the siding on my house with Hardie board.

On 9/27, I received a refund on my initial deposit with no explanation.

When I finally got a hold of them (10/04/21) they said that it would cost an extra $3,500 because they needed a specialized team to handle any potential lead paint and they had canceled the contract because that team wouldn’t do the job for the agreed-upon contract price.

If I had not called, I would have never known. They did not even give me a courtesy call to inform me that they were canceling my contract. Would have been nice to know they wouldn’t do the job instead of having to wait one month to find out.

I had to walk away from the deal because the extra $3,500 was not something that was written into the original contract and I am a new homeowner with a limited budget.

On a more positive note, the sales team and manager were nice but this overall experience just left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll be reaching out to local independent contractors after this.
