Five stars! Six would be better. Everyone that we have worked with at Polar Bear Exterior Solutions has been totally professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. The work has been great, the results beautiful. Our neighbor referred them to us. We asked her because her roof looked so nice. We would highly recommend the company. Really liked our crew and wanted to give them a thumbs up. Tyler, Trace, Brando, and Ryan. They were unfailingly considerate and polite, worked hard, did a great job, and were just nice people.

Had to replace the entire sourh end siding from Mother Nature's wear and tear. Polar Bear was my choice. I did not choose them for being the lowest bid. They were not the lowest or highest. I chose them as there was clearly a high care level, excellent communication.
That decision paid off. The crew was timely, cordial and left the project neat as a pin. Quality and care. Two attributes everyone should strive for.

Polar Bear Exterior Solutions did a wonderful job installing new windows in my condo unit as well as for the whole building. They were efficient and terrific at their jobs. Also very thoughtful and polite. I would recommend them unequivocally.

These folks are great! We had new roofing installed with them and will soon have new siding on our old 100+ year-old house.

Up front, Polar Bear was very thorough in evaluating what needs to be done and spent whatever time necessary to clearly explain materials, process, and options. They were open to answer any questions we may have or address any concerns. We walked around the house to point out what will be done at any area which may be in question.

During the work, Polar Bear showed their high standards so that when done, it met the best building practices. When the work was finished and they were gone, they had cleaned up to the point where you couldn't tell that they were there.

Updates and the follow-up was where Polar Bear shines above others. Before and during the work, they were in contact with us to keep us current with the process. And afterward, they followed up to make sure that everything was what we expected, and to address anything that may be needed.

We can't wait to have the siding done and enjoy our "new" house.

We've had 5 sides of our house resided by Polar Bear. 2 sides in 2018 and 3 this month. Dave's crew came out this last week and were so nice! They did a great job and even came on a Saturday just to finish the last few boards. We love the look and how much nicer our home looks!

We had Polar Bear Exteriors come out to install a new roof, gutters, windows, and sliding door. Will and Brandon tackled the 12 windows and sliding door in 2 days and they did an excellent job. They were very methodical and also kept everything clean as they worked. Barely any dust or clean up on our part required. The roof team showed up and was also done in 2 days. They made it look easy and did an outstanding job. All of our roof vents were replaced with a peak vent system that gives the roof a much cleaner appearance. Flashing and ice and water shields were used throughout . Again, next to nothing to clean up after the job on our part. Next, gutter team came and knocked the whole house out in 1 day. These gutters are straight as an arrow and super strong. Dino put gutter hangers in every rafter. They even added an extra downspout for us where I needed one. Our project manager Eric was excellent. He stuck with us through the whole project as well as their office manager Martha. Also let's not forget our awesome salesman Zachary Kobayashi who spent the good part of a Saturday evening explaing everything and giving us options for materials and financing. Super easy to work with and understand. We have zero complaints and a ton of reasons to call Polar Bear Exteriors when it's time for our next project. A++++ WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. 5 STARS

This company randomly showed up at our door in the middle of the day and left trash on our door. We requested no quote, no information and no visit from this company. Your sales techniques are 75 years past their expiration date. Please realize door to door sales died in the 1950.

We found Tucker to be very personable and honest. We first met him 5 years ago where our roof was on the edge of needing replacement so we appreciated his honesty when he told us we could wait few more years. Fast forward to now, we trusted his recommendation more that our roof needed to be replaced now and went with them. Very efficient, easy process and was quickly connected to Eric, the project manager who like Tucker, we found to be very responsive. They ended up scheduling our job within a week of us deciding. Crew was quick, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with final project, pricing and process. Highly recommend!

This was our second time with polar bear, we finished the rest of the windows in our house. We’re very pleased with the work they did. Trace and Will installed them and they did a fantastic job. The windows and the trim look great. They were fast and diligent with their work and we’re grateful they cared to do a good job on our home. They cleaned up from the job so you’d never know they were ever here!! Also, the windows and install arrived sooner than expected which was extra nice. Would definitely recommend polar bear for your windows.

The installers were super punctual and detail oriented. They cleaned up after them selves at the end of everyday and at the end of the job. The walk through was thorough. We really enjoyed working with them!

Polar Bear did a fantastic job of replacement Windows and Siding starting with the estimating process, all the way through to project completion. We have a large house built in 1959 and it was time to replace the few remaining aluminum windows and sliding door. Rhett & Tracy's crew did a great, very professional job. Doug, Scott & Riley followed up with the siding replacement. The professional expertise of the crew is impressive. They removed all the old siding and repaired some insect damage. They used all James Hardie products; wrap, trim & plank siding. I have worked with other contractors on home renovation and would recommend Polar Bear above all others.

Everyone involved was very professional and helpful. The salesman Kendall was patient and answered all our questions without any pressure to make a sale.

The install crews were all very polite, professional, and clean. They made adjustments as I requested and entertained all of my requests and questions very professionally. And they made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

For reference, we had all windows and gutters replaced, and our front door and back sliding glass door replaced as well.

Polar Bear is extremely professional and well organized. The windows were a big investment, but we are so glad we did it and that we went with Polar.

Initially, I planned to have just a sliding glass door replaced due to some water damage around framing, but added window replacement for 3 bedrooms. Crew was very professional and polite. Windows and siding done today- so happy with the gentlemen who’ve been here, everyone’s been so polite and professional, even worked around my having kids in and out this morning and a toddler around. The windows themselves are beautiful, I am happy and relieved to have functional clear windows again!

I went through 3 other contractors that I fired, I work in the trades a I am extremely picky because I am a perfectionist. They did a great job and didn’t mind me hovering around like a grumpy vet.

I can’t say that I loved their service but I wasn’t completely disappointed. Everyone that I dealt with was always very nice.

Pros: They did a high quality install.
Cons: crew did not clean up after themselves each day, they caused heavy erosion to the shingle grit right along the walls, damaged some personal property(I was reimbursed). Upon brining up the shingle issue I was told wear and tear is normal, part of my background is residential solar so I’ve worked on many a roof and know how to walk causing as little or no damage at all.

My suggestion is that during the final walk thru inspect EVERYWHERE, if you can’t get on a roof or ladder find a friend or family member who can.

They just finished replacing seven of my older aluminum frame windows. The salesperson was very informative and gave plenty of options to choose from.

The installers were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. The new windows look much better than my old ones and should help to reduce my power bills.

From the sales to the install, our Polar Bear windows experience was outstanding. Shout out to Trace and his crew for their great work and for their care and attention to protecting our landscaping!

We are very pleased with our experience with Polar Bear Exterior Solutions, with an emphasis on solutions. Our attic had some air circulation problems, and Polar Bear identified them and came up with a better solution that other roofing companies. We can now breathe easier, literally.

We had a great experience with Polar Bear and have been enjoying our new windows and sliding doors this winter. The process was made even easier with Anthony’s (our salesperson’s) help - he was always available when we had questions or concerns and kept us up to date on the process. Little things always come up when doing a big home project, (our 1950s home had several quirks that required unforeseen tweaking) and having a point person available was a huge reassurance. We hired Polar Bear to install our metal roof about 10 years ago. They did a really top notch job then. So when we had a large treetop come down on the same roof last month, there was no question who we would call. They showed up and competed the repair in a timely manner and under budget. The long and short of it is this a skilled group of craftsmen who will stand by their work should there be any issues. First class company!

Trace and Riley were great putting together this big project in just 3 days! We were very happy with the customizations on the frames and the big slider in our dining room and working with Zach and Rhett on the frontend as well. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for windows and/or doors. Trace saw our vision and put it to fruition.

We had Simonton windows installed by Polar Bear's window crew.Headed by Trace, he is very skilled and knowlegeable. Plus a good teacher of his craft. They did a great job of installing and keeping our home clean. One of the windows didn't fit, Trace came up with a solution. The Siminton windows are working well, as my infrared thermometer confirmed.

The crew just left and I couldn't be happier with the job. We did a full home window / patio door replacement so it was a lot of work. They had 2 crews and it took them 2.5 days instead of 4. However, they didn't rush and the final walkaround we only caught 1 item which was easily fixable.

The site foreman and crew were meticulous and professional throughout the process. Would definitely work with Polar Bear in the future.

We have recently finished all the replacement of windows in our home with Polar Bear! It began with large front living room windows and dining room, to the kitchen sliding doors and windows, to downstairs and now all the bedrooms and bathrooms are complete. The windows speak for themselves, as they are beautiful inside and out, easy to lock, and have helped tremendously in our heating/cooling of the house. I recently purchased an entire exterior package from Polar Bear (roof, siding, facia, soffits, and gutters). I initially spoke with Tucker and his breadth of knowledge and true customer care was incredible, I knew immediately this is the company I would go with. Roofing was first, Izzy’s team was nothing short of miraculous. My roof was stripped, repaired, and new roofing installed in 2 days!! Remarkable professionalism and great communication and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Next came the siding, Anthony and Marcus are an incredible duo who made the tedious work look like old-hat. Once again their communication to get me the exact results I wanted was fantastic! House looks amazing. Final step was the gutters and Corey stepped in and hit a walk-off slam! We even had a hiccup (on my end!) and he found a way forward for me to once again, deliver the house to me as I wanted it. I recommend Polar Bear to ALL home owners looking for quality craftsmanship and some awesome folks to see it through. 10/10! I plan on remodeling my next project house and will 100% be a repeat customer, I’ll even pay more for extra travel if it lands outside their normal working area, they’re that good! The whole process was painless. Installing roof was w long day for the employees, dawn to dusk. We are pleased with our roof.

My glass doors arrived when expected and were installed professionally and quickly. Installation crew went the extra mile to make sure the new doors fit the existing Space and had to frame out a bit. I’m happy with my new doors and recommend polar bear.

All the work was excellent. Repairs were needed in some areas before the siding & windows were installed. Everything was discussed & approved before moving forward. My brother spot checked during the work & said they did everything well--repairs, flashing, caulking. Very professional

The fellas that came to work on our house were pleasant and thoughtful and great with our dog. The work was fabulous!! We bring everybody that we know back to see it! We loved working with Polar Bear, we got part of our home facelifted with Hardie siding. The designer was able to work with us to create a variety of prepainted textures that really changed the curb appeal of our home. While they were at it we has them create a new opening and install a Simonton Daylight Max window.
The installers were quick, professional and courteous. 2 years later there was an issue with touch up paint UV fading and they sent an installer out right away to fix under warranty and then took the time to make sure I had color matched touch up paint and how to use the applicator.

I'm very satisfied with my service and customer care.
Would use again in the future.

The window and door installation was great so we decided to use Polar Bear for our roof and gutters this time. The team was professional and maintained a high quality of work. Even toward the end of the job Joe had noticed some issues he wasnt happy with and the guys gladly corrected them. I also want to give a shout out to Galdino for taking the time to explain some gutter flow improvements in advance of installation and going above and beyond on the installation.
I continue to appreacite the high quality work these guys do and will be calling them again when we are ready to replace the siding for our home.
