Very excited about the exclusive color and the full 7 step system they offer with the 50 year warranty.

The Dabella reps Anna and Nathan showed up at my house right on time, as scheduled, to get the process started. We talked over the options for a window replacement which they were very knowledgeable about the products available. After some discussion we settled on what would be the best fit for my needs. This part of the process has been fairly smooth, and I'm looking forward for the installation to begin.

If the rest of the process goes as smooth as it has so far, we should be in good shape soon.

I was very pleased by the effort put in by the Debella Federal Way office on my roof replacement. They take the work very seriously and are proud of their higher end offering. It may be a bit more expensive than some others on the surface, but the GAF system and materials are impressive, and I think worth it. They also stand by it with an incredible warranty. You should consider them if you looking at a new roof. Matt and Nathan did a great job of walking through the options and following up on the work.

Beware of this company!

Extremely pushy and sleazy sales tactics from the first moment you open your door. While the sales reps were nice, I could tell from the beginning that I was in for the long haul.

First, they sent not one, but TWO, sales reps to give me a quote on my siding. That was the first red flag. Listen, any honest and decent company, especially local, family-owned ones, will send one rep to meet with you.

Second, as I was showing them the house, one decided to just take a seat in my backyard and relax while they talked shop. Seriously? You're here to do a job which is to look at my house and give me a quote. You're not here to chill and try to sweet talk me. Give it up already.

Third, my 2:00 appointment turned quickly into 45 minutes with still no inkling of a quote or price point. At that point, I told them they had 15 more minutes before I had to wake my son up from his nap and leave for an appointment. They said they would have to reschedule then, and I said "no, whatever you need to give me can be done in 15 minutes or you can email me". The sales rep, under pressure, bumbled his way through the canned slide deck presentation, blaming his lack of knowledge on corporate always changing the slides up on them. *eye roll* Sorry, you don't need to sit and lounge in my backyard for 5 hours to give me a quote.

Fourth, on top of not respecting your time, they won't respect a simple, "I'm not signing anything today"....which I had already told them at the beginning of the appointment. I was looking into a siding replacement project months away. I was quoted 37K (15K higher than the other companies I got quotes from) and told the guy that I would never make a financial decision that quickly on such a large number. He looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I may be a woman, but listen dudes, there's a reason I've got perfect credit and am not in financial debt like the rest of America.

Based on their immediate disingenuous and sleazy sales tactics, this company was a HARD PASS! Not only that, even though the sales reps put me on a "do not call" list, I still get several calls a day from this company. No thanks fools.

Excited for our new windows from DeBella! The exclusive Glasswing is a beautiful window. We can’t wait! Big thanks to Grady for walking us through the process. He answered all of our follow-up questions promptly and was very informed about all parts of the process.

Noelle and Niko were the ones that helped our family today with getting a plan set to remodel our bathrooms. They were amazing and willing to work with our budget!! We are very excited to be working with DaBella and cannot wait for the finished product! We will definitely be arranging future work with them.

William Waggoner did an amazing job showing us siding options. We can tell there was alot of value in James Hardy sidings.

We were very tempted by their exclusive airman blue colors even though we didnt go forward with the purchases. Id highly recommend that anyone calls them out to their house!

Everett and Mateo came out for estimate and were wonderful. They were straight forward and had no problem explaining everything (the company history, their own history, process, additional fees, paperwork). They instilled confidence in us and met us where we were. Originally i had 3 other companies like up for quotes but im gonna cancel those. My dad and i really appreciate all the time they spent with us (2.5 hrs) to go over their honest professional opinions. I will update this review once work is done end of August. We initially contacted them for siding work but after their inspection they advised on roofing bc if we keep the leaky roof it'll ruin the new siding. Extremely thankful for this advice since our house needs lots of work and we werent sure where to start. As long as the employees who work on the house are as upfront and timely as these two then the rating will remain 5 star. As of now I feel happy to have found this company through Angie's list.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Nathan & Noelle, I had the best experiences in purchasing a new roof. They took the time and patience explaining process to me. Everything was explained to me very simple in the processing and discounting end of story That’s about it. Alex and Matt, very knowledgeable and really care about their people, that they help and I’m very lucky to have met them. That’s it.

Daniel R and Red were helpful salespeople. They took their time in explaining their product's benefits to our home energy savings as well as their technology. They allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted and they answered them thoughtfully. .They were warm, personable, and knowledgeable.

Noelle gave us the presentation on the window replacement process and details on their windows. She was very knowledgeable. There was some pressure sales tactics used, but we did come to a deal. Can’t wait for the finished product.

Everett did a great job. He was fantastic and is well versed with Dabella products. He assisted with everything that I needed for my new bathroom with exclusive colors. I would recommend working with him if you need new look for your bathroom!

Grady and Julian dropped by and gave me options for Sodom ill be doing soon. Their canvass team stopped by yestday and I've had a good and informed experience. I recommend them!

I ordered replacements for windows and sliding doors through DaBella, since my old windows had damage to their emissions coating and loss of insulating gas. The DaBella windows seem to be of a much higher quality than my old windows, and they offer some great security features. They also have great lifetime warranties!

Daniel R. and Julian M. went through and assessed my windows, walking me through the process and discussing various options. Daniel helped set me up with various payment plans and remained extremely available throughout. Do note that the assessment and sales discussion can take a good amount of time. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend working with either!

Dante and Anthony were very knowledgeable about the products and process of what they are sell. They were very helpful letting me know what to expect with everything from the products they sell to how they work and how they will be installed. They were very professional and respectful to me. I also like how honestly they answered all my questions and concerns. They are nice young men, thank you!

Noelle did excellent and spent time making sure I understood everything about my roofing project. She worked with me to find the right product and a great price.

Zach and Isaiah did a great job of explaining all our options and working with us to make sure all our needs were covered.

Everett and Shurajon came to my home and discussed options for a shower remodel. I love the explanation of the butterfly representing a beautiful transformation. Both were very friendly and I love how they give back to community! I have had a few others come and give bids but their friendly personalities won me over.

This company will not stop harassing my phone. They came to my door once and I mistakenly gave them my number in a rushed moment to get them to leave so I could return to work. Another set of guys came out from the company the next day and said our house looks great and no work needed. However, now they blow up my phone every day multiple times a day. I’ve blocked at least five variants of their phone numbers now and they won’t stop calling. It’s seriously insane. When I do need work on my home, I will NOT use this company.

I live in Fairwood, Washington. One of the DaBella Madness representatives knocked at my door today. Although I am not ready to do any siding, I wanted to leave a review because I was VERY impressed with the professional way he handled himself. I have many people knocking at the door for various services and he was by far the most professional. I will definitely use DaBella when I am ready to do work on my siding. Keep up the good work!

The representatives, Dan and Alex, were on-time and professional.

The pricing discussion after about a 90-mins process of measuring and waiting for the tools to render an estimate was terrible.

I had high expectations of DaBella, since I found them in “Best Picks,” but I was extremely disappointed with their estimates. It was a slap in the face, especially when then took almost 50% off after I pointed out that they were way off!

The marketing and torture that they put their representatives through is unbelievable! I was skeptical from the first call which was routed to a call center where those people want to give you all sorts of information unrelated to roofing and siding!

Wasn't in the market for any home repairs but had a pleasant experience with a young man. I believe his name was Zach. He introduced the company which I didn't know about. It's nice to know local businesses if I decide to do some roof work.

Gio and Grady were very generous wirh their time today. Little did I know today's appointment would end up talking about a new shower, when it was originally to discuss a small repair on my siding. They were exhaustive in their explanation of the pricing and the project. I can't wait to get started!

We recently decided to start shopping around for a new roof because it's gotten to the point that we can't put it off anymore. DaBella had good reviews, so I scheduled a free consultation with them to get an estimate. The scheduler said it would take an hour. The guy who came out was really nice, my dogs loved him, he was thorough, and he took pictures/ videos for us. He helped us really understand what problems we had with our roof.

We then sat down to talk about numbers, and he ended up being there for 3 hours, trying to give me a sales pitch that might work on someone who's not the daughter of a general contractor, and even told me "maybe means no - I am not going to spend the time to give you a quote if you say maybe". I get it. Really, I do, but it came out really pushy.

This is not covered by insurance, and we are currently living in student loans (because I'm in school) and a part-time job. We're making it work, but a roof was not in the budget, especially with all the other random expenses popping up this month. He quoted me about $27k for a 15-year roof and seemed uncomfortable that I was going to consult with my dad about it and also get a few more estimates. My dad (who's been a GC in SoCal for almost 40 years) said he's never heard of a "15-year roof" before. They start at 25 years.

I had told the sales guy that I would have a decision on who I'm going with by the end of April and he reluctantly agreed. I really was going to consider them. But then the calls started. I get spam calls all the time, so I didn't bother looking up the number until I saw the same one was calling me over and over. Any company that spam calls their potential customers relentlessly every day is not worth giving business to. Y'all need to rethink your tactics because I was 80% on board, and now there's a 0% chance I'm using your services.

I got an inspection for a quote for windows, and the person they sent was efficient and polite. She didn’t push for a sell and told us how and why we would want a replacement. It was an experience I would recommend for anyone curious about replacing old windows.

I recently dealt with Dabella for my roofing needs . I was approached by a young man by the name of Thomas part of their sales ground and pound task force. Thomas took my information and passed it along. I was pleased with a quick response. I was fortunate enough to deal with an amazing sales rep from Dabella by the name of Everett . I was hesitant and didn't want to talk with a sales representative etc. Everett showed up with excellent knowledge and and squared away . I'm a marine and it was nice to deal with another service member, even though he is airforce . I recommend speaking with Everett, if you plan on working with Dabella . I hope thier work is as good as Everett is at his duties.

I had been approached by DaBella one day even though I had a No Solicitor sign on my front door, but I thought what the heck. Scheduled a free estimate with their Dabella exteriors team for possible Window replacements.

Grady and Tavis showed up the next day as promised at my 3pm appointment and provided a great estimate service. Grady was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of window design and I learned a few things in the process. He went through their Alside glass windows exclusives and I felt that it was a superior product. Both were pleasant to talk to.

I will admit the sales tactics can come off a little much but I didn’t feel as if they were really trying to force me into doing something I didn’t want to do. DaBella will definitely be a contender when I finally decide on getting my windows replaced.

Justin worked with my wife and I on providing an estimate and getting our application completed for our roof. He provided us honest feedback, he was professional and gave us as many options available. He was thorough and made the application process as smooth as possible. We really appreciated him and will definitely be recommending him and this company to anyone we know needing roof repairs and/or a new roof.

Gio and Cory were a couple of great guys. They presented a fabulous product. Unfortunately, we can't afford to commit to procuring the siding job. In the event, our finances change, they will be the first on our list to contact.

Roof has had leaks and molds throughout for a couple years. So we got DaBella to come out and dona quick accessment. Justin and Ken have been phenomenal throughout my entire experience. They walked us through what our roof was experiencing, what we had and what we didn't. The amount of knowledge they presented was outstanding. I learned so much from them. They ran through all available options for us that suited our lifestyle needs from the type of features our roof needs, to the material and even through the financial process. At first, I didn't know what to expect before my scheduled appointment earlier today. Grady arrived as scheduled and was really nice and friendly. We walked through the house and he measured the windows and explained as we went. I've always wanted to replace our windows since it is so old, but knew it was out of our budget. DaBella offers financing options so hopefully that will be helpful to us. I'm excited and can't wait because this will definitely help with energy saving and also for our family's health. And of course, it will also bring value to our home!

Grady and Ivan came by to give me a windows quote and were extremely understanding that I was unexpected sick. They still were able to help me out by taking measurements and getting me helpful info, and tailoring their presentation to what I already knew and filling in gaps where I didn’t.

I had an amazing experience with Evertte and Britney this evening. Their service was outstanding, they provide me and my husband exactly what we were looking for. Evertte even went above and beyond to help us find the perfect quote for our bathroom replacement.

Not happy that you can't give zero stars. what an absolute mess of a process, zero...ZERO communication after getting signature despite many concerns that, guess what? ended up happening due to the incompetence and lack of communication, twice. then getting no show no called two days after setting up meeting (with a "higher up person" to go over the 2nd attempt at fixing the original concerns we had was just the cherry on the top. At this point, project is still incomplete and nobody has reached out and addressed how project will be finished...we're approaching 6 months from when we signed. If you have read this far and not already decided to move on from this company, just know that this is a fraction of the story and I highly advise using ANYONE else. And no, customer service, i will not be calling the 800 number your auto response leaves, i've talked to them 1000 times already trying to get project done.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My experience with DaBella has been a nightmare. We signed up in early January and had windows installed in early June after being told it would only take around 3-months. At install, over 50% of the windows were incorrect or bad quality (grids were crooked, bathrooms weren’t frosted, double hung had different grid pattern…). All this despite months and MANY attempts to communicate with the DaBella team. Upon getting replacement windows to correct the original errors, again almost all windows were either not correct or no replacement came. However they did “fix” 4 windows that had no issues. Again, an absolute mess. Despite many requests over several months to escalate these issues to a more senior team member, we finally received a call from a team lead this week. He was supposed to come out personally and document what needs to be addressed. But in true DaBella fashion, he stood us up and didn’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel… despite my husband and I both taking time off work to make this happen. I write this review now in hopes it makes it to the general manager Chris. I’ve asked to speak to you upwards of 10 times. Maybe this will get your attention.

The assessors, Brittany and Leah were professional and knowledgeable. They were also kind.
1. Do not go through DaBella if you need a single window replacement. The surcharges for doing only a single window costs almost as much as purchasing 2 windows. They cannot speed up manufacturing of the windows, so if you have one that is broken or leaking when it rains, you have to wait until your entire order is done for them to replace the problematic one.
2. The windows are nice. There is a noticeable difference in the noise level from the streets around our home.
3. The claims regarding maintaining temperature in the home are questionable. Comparing a current electricity/gas bill with the one from the previous year (similar temp throughout both months) and we still used more electricity and gas.
4. You HAVE to leave 2 reviews, one for the BBB and Google to get the quoted price. You HAVE to leave the reviews prior to the windows even being manufactured.
Overall, the windows are nice. We are satisfied. There are a couple policies/procedures we could do without.
