Carlos and his team at CJ's Construction did an outstanding job replacing our shingle roof. From the initial quote to the final inspection, their professionalism was evident. The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM as scheduled and completed the entire job in just three days.
What impressed me was their meticulous cleanup - you wouldn't even know they'd been here if it weren't for the beautiful new roof. They used tarps to protect our landscaping and swept the yard multiple times with magnetic rollers to catch any stray nails.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. Carlos kept us updated on material delivery, weather considerations, and progress. CJ's construction was great! The owner came out to do my quote for my roof and actually got up there and measured it, most companies just go off google images and guess. Once I signed contract they had my roof completed in few weeks way faster than than I thought would be able to get scheduled. Roof looks great and they cleaned up around outside of house when completed. Would recommend to everyone!

Carlos and his crew are top notch. Pricing very reasonable, very courteous, and hard working. Replaced roofing, made several repairs, and replaced all gutters with guards. A Large roof, many unusual angles/transitions, through roof chimney and a flat roof portion. Completely done within a month from original estimate. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our roof. Great craftsmanship and did it all in 1 day. They fixed several worn out planks and some rot around the chimney area. They were very professional and kept us informed of the progress. Our roof looks quite impressive. Still waiting for an aerial video of the finished product captured with a drone. After looking at several roofing contractors online when considering replacement of my nearly 30 year old roof, I was impressed that all of the reviews for CJs were favorable, and emphasized both the quality and speed of the work, as well as the surprisingly affordable cost. So I requested an estimate through their website. Carlos came and gave the estimate promptly, explaining clearly what needed to be done after inspecting my roof, and gave me an estimate that was about half of what I was expecting to pay.

My job went into their queue, and when a spot opened up in their schedule, they were able to squeeze my job in two weeks ahed of the scheduled date. The new roof is beautiful, with high quality architectural shingles instead of the cheap 3-tab asphalt shingles that were on my old roof, and the crew cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. The whole job was done in a single morning, and they even trimmed back a tree that was overhanging my roof, which had caused some damage to the old roof. It is rare today to find folks whom one can trust to do quality work and not exploit the customer with excessive charges; but Carlos is the real deal--an honest, skilled worker with the experience to tackle any job. I would highly recommend anyone looking for roof repair/replacement or improvements to consider CJ's!

I needed a new roof on my home I got quotations from many different companies was very shocked at the high cost for relatively a simple roof. I had to hold off because of high quotes. Received advertisement from Facebook from CJ roofing. I figured I’d give it a shot. They responded quickly and had appointment set up right away at my residence for review and quotation. I had very specific details of what I needed to be done and expectations. Carlos was very professional and had no problem with my certain specifications. When he provided me a quote right away not three days later but right away I was amazed this quote was so much lower than from all the other companies. In fact we all have heard the term almost too good to be true. I’ve been working with contractors from all different industries for over 30 years. With that said I start doing all kinds of background checks customer reviews trying to find anything that I should be worried about. I had no indications in my interaction of Carlos or anything at all. there was not attempts to upsell me or pressure me like the other companies did. I gave them deposit project started in less than seven days. They’re set up to protect the property their equipment and a personnel were all very friendly and professional. As promise completed and started in one day. The quality of shingles and other material was a better quality than I expected. They had to make some minor wood repairs and guess what they did not stick to me only additional charge $100. I felt bad because I was watching like a hawk even climbed up on the roof a couple times to see the issues or challenges they had and quality of the installation process. Once again the employees had no problem with that they were professional and you could see they had pride in their workmanship.
Just to clarify I’ve never dealt with this company before and do not know any of the employees. I say that because I don’t think I’ve ever written such a high recommendation. If you need a replacement roof done by professionals done at a very reasonable rate I recommend you contact CJ roofing.

Carlis was the only company to bring shingles to show us and helped us make a decision on what color to choose. Our roof was leaking after being replaced by another contractor some years ago - we finally found CJ's Construction and they were able to find the problem (the other company didn't do flashing around chimney correctly nor did they install ice and water shield)... CJ's Construction meticulously replaced the rotted parts of the roof, installed the proper shield and flashing, re-shingled the roof, and installed new gutters and downspouts where needed. They did a really good job, very hard workers - I've watched other roofing crews in the neighborhood take all morning to setup their portable radio before they put in a solid hour of pulling shingles before they break for lunch -- not these guys... CJ's Construction's guys were spreading tarps climbing ladders ripping shingles off, unloading supplies - it was quite an operation! We'll call them if we need anything else done and I recommend them highly!

CJs installed a new roof on our house and garage. They did a great job arriving when they said they would and finishing on time. Of the quotes that I received from four different companies, Carlos was the only one that actually got up on the roof, inspected the roof, took pictures, and explained the problems and options. There was no "marketing/sales pitch", which was important to me. He was straight forward and explained the process and cost. Everything that we discussed was ultimately completed.
