I had a great experience with Ryan T. His transparency and knowledge made us feel confident in our decision to go with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW. I appreciate the time Ryan took to walk through our property with us, and the patience he had to answer all of our questions and explain different things to us. He also presented us with what our possible options were so we could make an informed decision. I recommend working with Ryan if you are in the market for a new roof.

I will revisit my review and provide an update once the work is completed.

My roof and gutter project was completed from start to finish ethically and professionally. It is a quality job and their work crew was the best. I highly recommend them for any roofing and gutter projects.

I highly recommend Roof and Gutter Solutions NW (RGSNW)! In February 2024, I had RGSNW install a new roof and gutters on my home and remove an overhang attached improperly to my roof. I have been impressed with all aspects of the process and the quality of the products! I had reached out to a few other companies for estimates. RGSNW was the final company to come out to give me an estimate. I was impressed with their sales representative, Ryan! He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient! He spent a significant amount of time talking with me and teaching me about roofing and he clearly explained his recommendations. I had a tight budget for this project and Ryan helped me evaluate my options so that I could have a quality roof that fit within my budget. He discovered an active leak in my attic that wasn’t discovered by the reps from the other companies. When I signed my contract, he called his office and requested that a crew come over and tarp my roof. The crew arrived that day and covered the leak in a secure a neat way.
I expected to have to wait roughly 5-6 weeks before a crew could install my roof, but I was surprised by a call from Francisco, the person responsible for managing my project, a week after I signed my contract. With the rain and personal constraints, my project was pushed back a bit, but was completed before the 5-week estimated installation date. Working with Franciso was great! He was professional, friendly, and responsive. He clearly explained the process to me and listened to my constraints, working with me to accommodate my schedule. He checked in with me throughout the process, making sure I was satisfied and everything was going well.
The roof installation crew, led by foreman Cervando, did an amazing job! They also were professional and courteous. And, they were incredibly hard-working! The crew worked the entire day (for 2 days) from early morning until it was dark. Each day they cleaned the site and when they were completely finished with the installation, they restored everything to order. I have never had a construction crew clean as well as Cervando and his crew did.
I appreciated the process RGSNW used for my roof and gutter install. I was able to talk with Cervando directly (and I did), but Francisco was the point of contact for me. If I wanted to make sure something was done as I expected, I could reach out to Francisco, and he then communicated with the crew to ensure they knew what was expected. After my roof was installed, the gutters were installed by a gutter crew the day following completion of the roof.
Not only do I take comfort knowing my roof and gutters will last for many years (with a full transferable warranty), but my house also looks beautiful! I have absolutely no regrets about hiring RGSNW to be the company to install my roof and gutters!

We hired Gutter & Roof Solutions NW to do a roof and gutter replacement on our property. This can be a stressful process, but Paul was very patient in communicating all the steps involved prior to signing the contract. I wanted to give particular recognition to Franscico (project coordinator) for keeping me informed through the inevitable PNW weather delays and as each phase went started. He was great with checking in with us. Jesus, as site foreman, also checked in with our tenant to minimize disruptions and helping us coordinate the inspections that the city required. I'd recommend Gutter and Roof Solutions NW for people needing a roof replacement on their properties!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW. They replaced my roof using high quality materials at a fair price. The salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and forthright, and willing to work with my insurance company to minimize my out-of-pocket expense. The project manager Francisco provided frequent status updates and dealt promptly with any issues. The work took slightly longer than I expected but was still completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the workers took care to clean up any debris. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

We are very happy about everything Gutter and Roof Solutions NW did for our roof and gutter replacement project.

First, the salesperson was knowledgeable, and I was able to verify what he taught us in the process of selling their services was correct. I am pretty certain that we chose the best materials we can get for our budget. Then the project manager was able to schedule his staff work on the project only on completely dry days in November. It was not an easy task because November is the wettest month around here.

The roofing people started working on Thursday and could not finish their job by the end of Friday. It was cold, and the roof was frozen in the morning on both days. Probably they could not do as much as they would like to in the morning. It got dark by 4:30 pm. Those are probable reasons why they could not finish the job in two days. I was worried because rain was forecasted by Saturday evening. However, they came back on Saturday morning and finished the roof replacement hours before it started to rain. It turned out to be a heavy rain for the next 12 hours or so.

Sunny days returned on the following week. The gutter people did what they could do in a few hours on Tuesday. However, they could not connect the gutters to the downspouts because the roofing people somehow removed the connection parts when they uninstall the old gutters. It rained that night.

On the following day, which was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, the gutter people came back in the late afternoon. They completed their job in the dark. We were quite happy because we had given up on the completion of this project before Thanksgiving Day.

I checked the roof and gutter on the following days. Everything looks as it supposed to be. I went up to the attic. The roofing people did a great job there, too.

Of course, nobody knows what is going to happen to the roof in the future, but we are assured that the roofing material by GAF and works by Gutter and Roof Solutions NW are covered by the industry leading warranties.

This company is great to work with, from the estimator to the installers, everything went smoothly. They check in regularly and have a quick response time to calls. I would recommend them for a new roof and gutters.

Our experience with Gutter and Roof Solutions was excellent from start to finish. Our house was built in 1987 and still had the original roof on it, so I knew that I wanted to hire a quality company who could deliver a complete roofing solution including gutters and gutter covers. Out of the 4 different roofing companies that I reviewed, Paul, the sales rep I met with was the most knowledgeable and thorough in walking through detail by detail all the different elements of our roof solution. Underlayment, flashing, vents, the different shingle elements, gutters and gutter covers. Everything was clearly explained and the purposes of each element. He showed samples of everything. I did my own research on the different gutter cover types and then listened to what Paul had to say and why the choose to exclusively install Valor, and adding in my own research, I came to the same conclusion. Paul was very professional and personable. From my other interviews I did get 2 lower bids and 1 higher. The 2 lower bids that I did not go with were from 1 company that had all 5 star reviews but has only been in business for a little over a year and didn't have the same credentials. The second only showed a little interest in replacing the gutters and didn't offer much in terms of alternatives which was very important to my overall solution. The crew that did our install was great. The onsite supervisor was polite and clear in communicating with me as well as my neighbors since I live in a set of houses that sit right next to each other. They inspected the underlying plywood after pulling up the old roof shingles and replaced 10 of them that had water damage due to the roof being more than 30 years old and the gutters being damaged for a lot of that time. They were thorough and paid attention to detail and finished the whole job in 2.5 days. The communication from Francisco, the Operations Manager was excellent, keeping me informed with what they were finding and any additional costs, and allowing me to approve them in advance. The gutters and gutter covers were installed separately the following week in 2 different installations, which was communicated to me during the sales meeting by Paul which I also appreciated so I understood the timing of everything. Again, communication for this second install from Francisco was great and the crew also let our neighbors know and got permission from them (as I did as well) that they might need to be on part of their property as they worked on our house. Heading into the winter, I feel great that we have an excellent whole roofing solution on our house now. Thank you Gutter and Roofing Solutions NW for a making this process a great one for us!

Very pleased with our experience using Gutter & Roof Solutions NW to replace our aging and leaking roof. We needed a roof immediately and reached out to several companies to get quotes. Gutter & Roof Solutions was competitively priced , offered a good product and could start quickly (we were in a hurry as our old roof sprang a leak and we didn't want to risk further damage). Our sales rep, Paul Rich, was patient, professional, thorough in explaining the process and low pressure. The installation team was communicative, on-time, fast and worked late into the evening to get the job done. We had follow up visits to verify that the installation was done correctly. Paul even responded quickly when we reached out a year later to ask a roofing question unrelated to our own roof. Great customer service.

Wanted share my great experience working with this company. My mother needed a new roof so we interviewed several companies, salesman Kris from the company came and gave a very detailed description of products, warranty, and installation.
The communication all along the way was well done!
They honored their price although some necessary adjustments were made.

Call and schedule an appointment for an estimate but don’t expect a courtesy call back with a quote, unless you call the business several times. Bill Heeter came to my home to provide an estimate to repair/replace the shingles on my roof and it took me nearly two weeks to learn that they weren’t willing to accept the job because the total cost was not more than $2000. Instead of communicating that to me timely and professionally, I had to continuously call and get the information from a rude receptionist, who tried to overtalk to me.

We are very pleased with our new roof. We found the Gutter and Roof Solution’s team to be professional, responsive, and friendly. The member of the team, Francisco, was informative and helpful. The installation crew did their work in a timely manner and did their post-job cleanup exceptionally well. Thanks to all concerned for a job well done.

The Forman, Emmanuel, was excellent to work with and helped us every step of the way. The roof was completed within a reasonable time, and the team left the property better than they found it. It looks great! They are very people friendly, quick to offer help and advice, and were available throughout the entire process.

Short Version: Terrible experience with the sales rep put the company, with a roof bid that was in the running, out of the game.

Long Version: I was given an abbreviated hard sell during the visit for the proposal after I indicated the do not work on me and end the business opportunity. I was called back by the rep asking about the proposal. I indicated we were still awaiting a bid from another roofer. He indicated he'd call back again. We were still working with other proposals getting clarifications for a different style of roof. This call i received a long diatribe that customers like me wasted his precious time and that after we hung up the proposal was increasing $1000 and would for each day we didn't agree to the proposal. That was the end of my interest.

These guys do good work, and work hard to do the right thing. We had a complex situation, and when an issue arose that could have posed a problem, they worked with us in a professional way to reach the right result.

Roof and gutter install crews were fantastic! Roof crew even approached my neighbors on one side where debris would fall to put a tarp down. They were impressed and thankful, I did'nt know until after install!!! Both crews did great cleanup after each day even with snow on the ground and wind/rain. Chayton, my sales rep was awesome and gave me a great price. I am over 65 and on a limited income. I was initially disappointed with scheduling/customer service but we worked things through to my satisfaction. I would totally recommend this company!

The experience I had with gutter and roof solutions NW was absolutely phenomenal. The salesman Paul was the only salesman that actually sat down with me one on one to explain what his company will do for me and very thorough. I had three other estimates and Paul was the only one that seem to care. I would text him before and during the installation and he was always kind and knowledgeable. More companies need a guy like Paul Rich. Jesus and his crew did an amazing job on my roof install. Jesus The foreman was very professional and super knowledgeable. You can tell his crew had a great relationship with him as well. Almost like they looked up to him. The guy that cleaned up did a great job at cleaning up around my yard. I have not found one now not one piece of old roofing anywhere and believe me I looked hard. Francisco was amazing to do business with as well. Francisco was top notch just like Paul Rich I can email him and he would always get back to me sooner than later. Excellent customer service throughout. My service started off with Neil coming to my house to inspect what needed to be done. He took the time to sit down and explain everything I needed and answered my many questions. The crew that came out to replace the gutters did an excellent job. And when I wanted something additional added they had no problem fixing it. The business was professional and friendly as well as efficient.

I would rate my experience 5. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They got rid of the old shingles and out the new water proof paper right away. They came the next day to finish the work. It started to hail and pour terribly. They stopped for an hour and got right back to work. The roof looks great. They cleaned the area after work a few pieces here and there my house is ready for more downpours, hail then snow. I'm happy they gave me a 30 year guarantee. IF there is issues, I know they will listen. Thank you all.

We needed a new roof due to a water leak and wanted new gutters at the same time. We got 3 quotes from different companies. We went with our salesman Ryan Thiel from Gutter and Roof Solutions NW despite being the highest bid we got. Why would we go with the highest cost? It was a choice we are glad we made—Ryan was professional but personal, listened to me and my partner about our needs and what matters to us and was flexible to come out to our home multiple times to close the deal and make sure we were taken care of.

Financing was a breeeeeze! It was no problem and Ryan did great at answering all our questions.

Despite the install date being about a month out due to weather and availability of installers, Ryan arranged for his crew to come to our house and tarp the area that was leaking. They did that less than 18 hours after we signed the contract to buy! He also made sure we knew we could contact him with any questions.

When time came for the installation to begin everything went according to plan and was very timely. The installers were extremely hard working, respectful of our home and kind to us. We have a particularly bizarre roof and it posed challenges that did not get the best of the installers. They communicated small concerns and collaborated on the solutions with us.

After installation we had a few small requests (1 piece of flashing came off and there was a small section of drip edge that got missed) but I called the office and within 2 hours, three very nice guys showed up to inspect, went to get materials and we’re back fixing the two areas. It was EXTREMELY quick service. We do not live in a perfect world, and sometimes a project has a few odds and ends to shore up, but they responded lightning quick - that is really all you can ask for!

We are very happy with our entire experience with Gutters and Roof Solutions NW from Ryan, to the installers, to Francisco the foreman, to the gentleman who helped me on the phone today and the guys that came back out make some tweaks.

The entire team was helpful and courteous. We had a major gutter problem, and Gutter & Roof Solutions had it fixed (actually new install) in Less than one week! After a problem with the terms of a financing contract (not G&Rs fault) Fran in office was very accommodating. We spent a fair amount of time researching. Our rep. Neil, was patient and answered all our questions. We replaced it entire gutters after being very disappointed with recent ones by a major gutter helmet type company that did not perform as expected. Valor gaurds are far better, and highly recommend Gutter & Roof Solutions NW!

The crew worked very hard and professionally. It took 4 full days to complete the job, and they made sure it was finished extremely well. I was very worried about the job initially, because of how a previous company messed up the job horribly. This company calmed me down and proved they knew what they were doing and were very competent. Francisco at the home office was also very helpful, informative and reassuring. We had a great experience with this company when redoing our roof. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and patient as we worked through the project with the two other townhome owners. Would recommend to a friend.

Zero stars! My experience was terrible from the start. The salesman pressured me into signing a contract and I did because he promised a due date, but they didn't meet the deadline. Because they were late, I missed out on a $2,500 match from a 3rd party. The owner said they would offer a reduced price to make up for dropping the ball, but when the company called to schedule, the project manager refused to honor the deduction. He kept insisting that I was adding up the totals incorrectly. He was condescending and refused to listen to me or even check into the promised deduction. Avoid these liars and scammers!

Regardless of whether or not you have a record of visiting my location, Ryan did show up on September 25th 2021 and made promises he couldn’t keep. Johnny was extremely rude via text and I have the messages to prove it. The owner did attempt to rectify the situation at one point, but his ineffective staff and lack of communication regarding the special circumstances is what led to the delays and ultimately cancellation of contract. It was your company that put me through this.

Laci and I met a couple days ago for an estimate on my roof. She was awesome! She gave me info and insights on how and what the project would look like. She thoroughly inspected everything and showed me pictures of the areas she inspected that I couldn't myself get to. And had exceptional knowledge and she made it easy to understand. I greatly appreciated that!! Many companies send reps that have hardly any knowledge of their products and can't even answer my questions. But Laci rocked it!! It definitely did not feel like sales, though technically that was the reason for the visit, his demeanor and approach made the experience devoid of the pressure usually associated with sales. We just had our estimation done, and Landon was our estimator, he was very personable and friendly. He frequently would pause and ask if we had any questions, and in the event that we had questions, he always had the answer, and was very clear. He helped us understand the issues with our roof (very overdue for a replacement, leaks and mold) and aided in making sure we were getting the correct roof for us. We appreciated his thoroughness.
We haven't had the roof replaced yet so I cannot comment on that aspect of this company. But Landon as an estimator was A+. Highly recommended.

Had Gutter & Roof Solutions NW replace our 30 year old roof that was leaking. They also replaced our vent boots and skylights. Sales team is quick to respond and easy to work with on a quote. Had some minor delays due to supply deliveries, but they were able to move us up on the schedule and get us done early. Finished roof looks great, and has that nice 'wood shake' like appearance from the GAF products.

We needed to replace the roof on our patio. Although it was a small project, they treated us as though it was their most important project. I was impressed with their continued communication from scheduling the appointment for an estimate to keeping us informed of the shipment of materials to scheduling the installation. It was not cheap, but Keenan, a delightful young man, gave an itemized estimate for the high-quality materials and workmanship. And Giovani was especially thorough in following up to make sure we were satisfied with their product and service. It looks great, and we are enjoying our time outside on the patio.

I had three GAF roof contractors quote our roof replacement, Gutter Soutions Northwest was priced very competitively and we awarded them the project.

They scheduled the job, they showed up and did the job, and their scheduler communicated with me along the way. We were very satisfied with the final project and the crew that came out were amazing professionals.

The team worked really hard in hot weather. The roof looks great after all their efforts and the cleanup was first class. thanks for a job well done.

Reputable company with good workmanship and a good warranty. They were middle of the road in the estimates I got which is what I tend to look for. Very satisfied with appearance of the roof.

This was a big project for us as seniors on a relatively fixed income. We had some damage in a wind storm and when investigating it appeared that the whole roof was beginning to fail. Gutter & Roof Solutions NW came out and provided a detailed proposal (thanks Lacey) and upon accepting, we got put on a tentative installation date. Due to weather and all, it was delayed a couple of weeks. The materials were delivered with much directly on the roof. The roofing crew arrived and did a roof tear-off, replaced some underlayment plywood, added all the sealer sheet and metal valleys and edges. We coordinated a revised roof ventilation plan. With a history of building practices, I observed their work and was very pleased. At the end of every day, a full cleanup was made. After completion, they did a full cleanup and walk-thru inspection (without me up on the roof). They provided photos throughout the project showing what was done in various areas. A week or so later, a second crew came out to install the Valor 1 gutter covers on existing gutters. Very pleased. I should never have to worry about the roof for the rest of my life.

Was wonderful to work with. Was on time and very knowledgable in his craft. answered all my questions and showed me each step through photos he took from cleaning the gutters to final installation. Highly recommend.

The roofers did a fantastic job. Very professional, hard workers. They were 2 men down and still completed my roof in 2 days. This includes adding new plywood to my entire roof. Clean up was done and they left no trace. By the time the dumpster that held old shingles was gone you could not even tell there had been any work done expect for the brand new roof.

I hired Gutter and roof solutions NW to install nee gutters on my house. It was requested that I be home near the end of installation, to inspect and provide final payment. During scheduling choose a day I could be done at work early and provided the time I would be home. They called before this time to ask where I was and to let me know they were done. A bit frustrating! when I got home they had installed white gutters instead of black. I called them to let them know, leaving a voicemail. I did not hear back for nearly a month. I assumed that they had written off the $1000 that I owed which was fine by me, but still rude not to call me back. They call back about month later and offer $300 dollars off the white gutters or they can come and install black ones. ( requiring me to take off work and lose money for their mistake) They did not seem to care that I was unhappy with the options either. The workers also walked on my deck roof, which is made of a material that is not supposed to be walked on. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I had gutter guards installed and they cleaned out the gutters, applied moss treatment, and installed the gutters all within about two hours. They were courteous, quick, nice, and walked me through things after they were done.

The salesman that presented the installation was very friendly and helpful and I did not feel pressured any any way. The person that called setting up the date and time of the installation was also very cordial. The person doing the installation arrived at the scheduled time and did a wonderful job that looks fantastic upon completion. After completing the installation he cleaned the area leaving no evidence of his even having been here. Thank you very much.

I interviewed at least 10 companies before choosing this company. I chose them to install a 50 year roof due to the quality of their product, the friendly yet professional salesman, and the price quote. They also offered a 12 month no interest financing option. The crew arrived on time and powered through daily until the job was completed. The site foreman explained what would transpire daily and politely answered all of my questions. The offsite manager also kept in touch with me and returned my calls quickly. They were respectful, professional and we now have a beautiful new high quality roof. The day after completion we experienced high 60 mph gust winds and the roof passed the test.

The workers who came to my home were very kind and professional. They explained their procedure and made sure to remove, from my yard, all old gutter materials.They walked with me as I made the final inspection.They even made an initial apology for not doing the work until the new year had started, even though I signed up for new gutter installation the latter part of November. There was a change in management which explains the delay. They gave me an honest response to my inquiry. Thank you.

I had them install gutter guards, and they did a very poor job of a gutter tune up by not fixing the leaks, blew rubbish all over the house instead of cleaning it first, very poor workmanship. The job was poorly done and not happy with results. I kept leaving messages for them to come back and fix these issues, but no response. But they were fast taking my money. Very poor communication and I would not recommend this company. I am still waiting on a response back to fix the issues of leaking gutters and some of the area the guard guards cover doesn't cover the entire gutter.

This company was well represented by both crews that proved themselves to be hard working,consciensous,and respectfull.
I was very pleased.

UPDATE: roof is now leaking very badly in multiple places with several inches of water pooling on the floor of our house. I advise you to STAY AWAY from this joke of a company

Hired this company to replace our existing roof, which was a mistake. Things went good at first, roofers were polite. They sent nails through the roof and into our house in many places and came back and removed all of them (or so we thought) without fixing damage done to our ceilings. We have since discovered more nails, standing water on our roof that isn’t draining properly, and multiple leaks. Have tried contacting them many times the past few months, only to be told that “someone will call us the next day” (which never happens). They provide a “warranty” even though they completely blow off there customers when they need something repaired. I would strongly recommend anybody that is contemplating hiring this company to STAY AWAY (unless you would like to spend $20,000+ to have a leaky roof and be completely blown off, we are now considering pursuing litigation against this joke of a company (which somehow has a 4 star rating)
