Brian worked with us to install a soffit, replace our fascia, and reattach our existing gutters. He was flexible, communicative, and his team did really nice work. They were very detail-oriented, and ended up staying a few extra days to finish everything to their satisfaction and ours. Thank you Brian, Miguel, and team! Hopefully we don't need their services again for a long while, but if we do, I would absolutely use Vanguard again.

Brian was extremely professional and efficient. He came out the day after I called him and performed my shingle repairs for a very reasonable price. He even went around the roof and calked over some exposed nails on my vents leaving my roof even better than when he came. Brian and his crew are FANTASTIC! My husband and I purchased our home less than a year ago and discovered a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Brian was already familiar with our property from a previous small repair prior to us purchasing the home. When I called him, he came out the very next day. He informed us that we would need much more than just a small leak repair. He walked the entire roof area and took pictures explaining everything that needed to be done. He offered extra options, but no pressure to purchase. We quickly made a decision to hire him and thought he wouldn’t be able to start for a few more weeks. He actually had materials delivered the next day! They began working the following Monday while we were out of town. He was communicative with me on every step of the way and I felt completely secure leaving our home while the work was being done. The attention to detail on our project is phenomenal and we couldn’t have asked for a better professional to do the work. I will not call anyone else for my roofing needs moving forward and I HIGHLY suggest that if anyone wants a job done correctly the first time around with prompt punctuality, then you should hire them too! Brian at Vanguard has been fantastic to work with! He’s done two smaller projects for us now, replacing our skylights and our furnace exhaust pipe that was nearly rusted through. Both projects he was able to fit us in while the weather was dry and even got the skylights swapped out right before we were heading out of town on vacation in the rainy season! Since our home is new to us and we didn’t have any history on the roof, he gave it a quick once over to give us peace of mind, touched up the sealants around all the vent flashings, and noted that the small roof over our Juliette balcony had been done with scraps and knocked that out for us with proper shingles. I wouldn’t hesitate to give Brian a call, especially when it comes time to do the full roof in the future!

Vanguard roofing was there on time I had a leak in my living room they found the leak and repaired it I am fighting Cancer low income and they donated this service for me thank you Brian.

We had some wind damage to the ridge shingles of our metal roof. We contacted Vanguard in Auburn on Monday afternoon and they were here Tuesday morning. Brian completely checked out the roof and found at least half a dozen shingles loose. He resecured everything at left us with a roof equal or better than before the storm. If and when we have future roofing issues, Vanguard is our go to place. BRAVO!!!

Brian and his team are absolutely incredible. I own commercial properties, and I have guys that I normally use. My guys were booked up and my project was not an easy one. Traffic control, right-of-way/ easement shut down, permits, scissor lift, awnings, side roof, gutters, etc. Brian handled it all from start to finish. They worked directly with the City for all permitting, insurance, and inspections. Everything looks great and I will be using Vanguard Roofing in the future! I recommend them very strongly if you need a roof done.

I had a bad experience with a different roofing company about two weeks ago that re-roofed my shed. So I called up Vanguard Roofing LLC. Brain answered my call. I told him what I had and send over pictures of what the other roofing company had done. Brain came by to put eyes on a few days later. I have been dealing with a roof leak for over a month. I was waiting for insurance adjusters, contractors and inspectors to advise us on how to proceed. This experience has been a nightmare. The only positive part of the process was Brian and his Team at Vanguard Roofing. He was very prompt and communicated in a very timely manner. His team was FAST and EFFICIENT!!! GAF would not warranty the roof since I didn't transfer it over 3 months after purchasing the home. Either way, they would have blamed the installers since they appear to be the ones at fault. I was dreading having to pay out of pocket getting multiple quotes at over $7,000.00. Brian was able to get it done at under half that amount!!!! Their QUALITY and WORKMANSHIP were EXCELLENT!!! They diagnosed the issue and were able to fix the leak at the dead valley which had a really steep slope. They used top notch products and the exact same shingles. They even added a kick-out to avoid future issues and lessen the wear and tear. 100% SATISFIED with the whole experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to Friends, Family or anyone who is looking for QUALITY work at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. So BLESSED to have found them!!! I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!! They TRULY are LIFSAVERS!!!

Had a leak this am, found Vanguard from a HOA recommendation post. Brian came out right away, found the problem was thankfully just a vent that popped off during a previous windstorm. He got it reinstalled quickly and his rate was very reasonable. Highly recommend, very curious and great service.

I had a ceiling leak show up earlier this month, and requested a couple of quotes from roofing companies. Brian came out the next day, and was the only one who actually went into the crawlspace to check. He recommended a fix, fit me in earlier than planned, and even helped patch up a few other issues up on the roof (old flashing, etc.) for a very fair price. I recently noticed an unusual occurrence where rainwater seemed to be pouring down from the side of our house, but not sure what is the reason. I reached out to Brain through a text message. Brain promptly acknowledged and stop by in next day. It turned out reason is gutter got clogged issue, Brain promptly resolved the problem, leaving us delighted with our decision to enlist his expertise for our Root project and his exceptional quality of service.
