My insurance notified me that in order to renew my policy, I had to have my roof replaced.
I was very impressed with DaBella starting with the gentlemen that introduced me to the company and especially Koa the sales representative. Koa inspected my roof thoroughly, explaining every detail with pictures. He presented how he could remedy my problems in replacing the roof along with showing me the products used. Koa was very personable. He had great customer service skills! He did a good job in working to get me a price I could afford. So far, I am VERY impressed with all involved with DaBella. I am eager to see how the project evolves. Thank you Koa, we enjoyed meeting you and are impressed with the time you spent answering questions etc.

Brian came by to check on how the installation went. I absolutely love my new windows and the installed it them all in the same day. Extremely efficient and I couldn't be happier in by home. I plan to recommend everyone I know to Dabella so they can have the same amazing experience i did. If you make an appointment, ask for Brian! You won't regret it . DeBella represented came to my house to give me a quote on 4 big bedroom windows, 1 medium window & 2 small bathroom windows, the rep (Brain) was very good at explaining everything & got the price down that would work for me & I initially said no that night & he left, thinking about it on the weekend, I had decided to do it, thinking it would still be the same price but when he came back 3 days later the price went up $1400.00 dollars, i feel like I was penalized & the price went up due to not signing that 1st night he came but I did it anyways because my windows have never been changed, there the original windows on this house so that’s why I have 3 stars & because the windows haven’t been made yet & I haven’t seen them, I will write another review after the windows get installed.

Brian and hector helped me immensely when it I came to purchasing windows for my home, I wasn’t sure which way to go and they definitely did a great job selling it to me so much so I switch companies that I originally started with. I feel part of the Dabella family . They both very professional very courteous and went out of the way for me.

Luke and Hector came out to help with a window inspection and showed outstanding knowledge and care with the inspection, were quite friendly, strait forward, forthcoming with information and professional. They strove to help inform me of all aspects of the product and of the inspection to better help me grasp what needed to be done and how DaBella can help to fix the issues. I have after researching other options come to the conclusion that I will henceforth utilized DeBella for any future window needs, thanks to the quality people they employ like , John and Kevin who set the meeting up and Luke and Hector who inspected the home; and the company which focuses on quality and customer satisfaction.

Beware this is not a Dabella Lock apparently, they won't come and fix the windows they sold me that there was a 50 year warranty. I have to go to the manufacturer to get this fixed.... no help? the windows don't lock and they don't get back to you in a timely manner. This is unsafe. All the time to send out sales people trying to sell me windows. There staff couldn't even tell I had there windows trying to sell me new windows.

Just finished with the consultation with DaBella Representatives D'Awna and Luke. They were exceptionally nice and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and showing us differences in our current windows to what we could have with their company's windows. The difference was noteworthy and ultimately had us signing on to get some of our windows done.

They were understanding of our current situation and worked with us to fit our current budget and what we can expect moving forward. Our appointment for Window install isn't till the beginning of 2025, but if the installers are anything like D'Awna and Luke then I believe we'll have a positive experience and be in good hands.

Koa and Luke were very professional and personable. I felt unpressured, and I felt like they understood the individual’s situation and tailored it to my needs. After reviewing other companies, I feel this is the best product for the money.

The installers (Universal solutions) provided excellent, and high quality work. They took their time to make sure the installation, fit,and finish was excellent. Today, November 13, 2024 we had Koal a member of DABELLA Window Solutions at our home for window estimates and we were happy with his presentation and customer service is exceptional. I would recommend this company for window replacement in a heartbeat.

Dabella windows did a great job installing and servicing my windows they set a date for installation and time they were here on time and only took 5 hours the job was well done and I am very happy with the work the workers are professional and the job site was clean after the work was done the work was inspected by Anthony inspected the work when finished

Made the appt for a quote. Met with Michael and David, who were great. The demonstration was fantastic. They brought out a heat lamp to show us the difference between what we have now through their top of the line product. While the top of the line was out of our reach, we did end up going with the standard double pane vinyl.
I wasn't a huge fan of the back and forth calls to the manager to bring the prices down to what we were more comfortable with. The cost of the window doesn't change just the profit margin.
I'm hoping the install process will bring my experience back up to 5 stars.

Michael and Bryce Are great guys They help me understand the difference between windows. They gave me information on the background of the company and their window installers. They really worked with me on pricing.

The salesman Max, that showed up to my house is not only a fantastic salesman, but also a great person! He lays out all prices and is open about it all. A rare breed to find in today's climate of shady salesmen.

⚠️WARNING!!!!NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I paid $9715 on May to order a custom sliding door and a picture window. They said they will finish them in 15 days, but I waited 4 months they give me a wrong color!!!!!( I order black they give me white) this is ridiculous, now I wanna cancel my order, nobody contact me and I have to dispute my charge on bank! Don’t trust this company! Worst management, just sales company to make other people who don’t work for them to make your window. Then good luck!

I love the demonstration from Graham, very professional and patient in his demonstration, the material the windows are made of, and the ease of obtaining financing

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with DeBella Windows. We decided to end our contract just a few days after the deadline, and despite no materials being used or labor performed and minimal administration work (keep in mind the initial quote and everything done was “free”) they are still attempting to charge us 50% of the contract! Per the contract terms, the 50% fee only applies if labor costs are involved, which is clearly not the case here.

This is nothing short of a blatant attempt to squeeze money out of us for work that was never done. It’s unethical, and frankly, it feels like a scam. Their customer service has been uncooperative and dismissive, leaving us to fight this absurd charge on our own.

We will be hiring a LAWYER to fight this, as the contract is very clear, and we will not be paying an absurd amount for nothing. I strongly advise anyone considering DeBella Windows to think twice before engaging with them. This kind of shady business practice is unacceptable.

Do not purchase windows or doors from this company. We have two major issues, and they won’t return our phone calls or emails.

Update: DaBella refers their warranty and customer satisfaction through an outside source, and do not help fix the issues. The outside company wont speak with us. They just give us a no answer without explanation. They don’t treat the outside frames, so the sun will damage your frame. Be aware.
Some of our windows won’t lock. They haven’t fixed that.

Do not buy from this company.

I have a clear no soliciting sign at the door, their sales people asked when I would be home even after my wife told them no, they showed up today and after I pointed to the no soliciting sign they said we'll since we're all ready here can we tell you about our windows. no!!! I was nice to give them a cold water since their employer sends them out without water. BELLA you need some professional ethics, and stop pushing these sales. Pay your guys better and the sales will come. good luck.

Do not trust this company with your private information!
I told them I wasn’t ready to buy before they sent someone over for a presentation, and when I reaffirmed I wasn’t prepared to buy, I just wanted to see the product and get a quote. They acted like they did something seriously wrong when they didn’t, and then they called me three times a day every day to try to get someone else to sell me new windows. I said no to them several times, but they never stopped calling. I blocked them, and then they sold my new phone number and information, and I have not stopped getting spam/ scam calls ever since. Do not trust this company with your private information!

Bryce came out today for my appointment and he was very kind and respectful. His presentation was exceptional, he helped me understand what’s going on with my windows and help me find affordable solutions that would help me out. This company has an outstanding product and even more outstanding people working for them!!!

Max Chavez came out today to give us an estimate on window replacement. He was very informative and knowledgeable about their product. He was able to provide excellent options for us to select the best window with the most efficient and suitable window within our budget. Greatly appreciated for his services.

Someone was getting his windows measured up the street two smiling gentlemen came up to my door. They were polite, well mannered, and very respectful. They started with their pride about their company, being birthed in Oregon and spoke of the layers of preparation for precise precision in mechanism and design . These two were in love with the product and they couldn’t hide it even if they tried they were an expert oiled machine. I learned a whole lot and I know from my heart. I want your windows in my home. There was another impressive bonus about these two they were a team being courteous to each other. The. ‘Closer’ was the best ever . He was full of passion for his work he was confident calculated like a relentless skill negotiator, he knocks marketing windows out of the selling ballpark .
I deeply recommend his unique ,qualified knowledge and expertise as The Best in Las Vegas. This talent is an honor, genuinely positively compliments the training and your company. Most certain his partner learning alongside of him will walk in his footsteps as I could see iron sharpens iron with this team.

Hi my name is Linda back in May I scheduled an appointment with Debella . The representative that they sent out was totally 100% amazing he was very professional very patient with me cause I have a hearing problem , we all know how irritating it is to have to repeat yourself well this gentleman / Representative was beyond patient He explained the cost he called his office doing everything possible to help me to be able to buy the windows on credit . I truly enjoyed watching him do the demonstration on the windows he left no questions unanswered. Surprisingly I didn’t get bored with the couple hours it took for him to walk me through everything . It probably wouldn’t have taken so long if my hearing was better and he didn’t have to play with the numbers in order for me to qualify I’ll bet your wondering what this man’s name is , well I won’t hold you in suspense any longer his name was GRAHAM and believe me I’m not exaggerating Graham was every bit as amazing as I’m saying he was . Oh and let me add all there products windows etc are made in America nothing whatsoever from you know that other place china ! Graham told me the windows would be ready by August but they were ready and installed by July the installation crew were so nice and so fast which made me very happy! I wish I could post pictures but I don’t see the option to do that . But let me tell you my windows are beautiful I have the prettiest windows on the block.
