When looking to replace my windows I spoke with several companies to compare all aspects (window quality, installation, cost, etc.). Unlike several representatives that I spoke with, when Ayla and Stan arrived to my house they were smiling and excited to share their enthusiasm about their product and about DaBella as a company. They answered all of my questions about installation and warranty and above all, they were patient with me. I started seeing some shingles flapping around and someone knocked on my door for a roof inspection so it worked out perfect! Angel stopped by right on time took lots of photos of my roof and safe to say it needed to be replaced. He showed me completed roofs and a demo of the roof system and I can see why it’s worth it! I got a recent quote on a roof and was not even offered from representatives if home insurance could cover it. At the time of cancellation going to their main office the representative was not very polite and would not take NO for answer after I said I was going through my home insurance first and take it from there, he just kept arguing, and at the end of signing the cancellation form he didn't even say we were done until I asked if we were done then he responded Yes! What kind of business is this?? I just walked out and wished him a good day. Will never do any kind of business with this company or refer them I will share my bad experience with them.

They don’t take no for an answer. I said I wasn’t interested multiple times, but the guy persistently pushed for a windows estimate appointment. I made the appointment, then canceled very early the next morning. I then received multiple calls. Again, I said I was not interested and had canceled. Apparently, they have sales scripting to ignore the word “no.” I hung up while the guy was still talking, and blocked the number. It’s not my nature to behave rudely on the phone, but this time it was warranted.

I booked a free roof inspection and estimate with one of the walk-up gals, she was very nice. The next day I had Angel and Elijah out and on the roof for the inspection. I knew I needed repairs at best, but unfortunately for my, the last homeowner did a terrible job and did not actually put an "new roof" on the home. I have been able to finance the job, and I'm looking forward to a truly new and functional roof by the end of next month. The overall value for what I am having done (new shingles, attic ventilation, new gutters, and fixing a skylight) is all worth the cost in my opinion. I feel like I'm in good hands with DeBella, and I would recommend at least getting an inspection and consult with them just to see what they have available. It made my decision very easy.

One of Dabella's sales agents met with me at my home in Tijeras New Mexico. Stan Minge was respectful, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about his window products. He gave me a bid after showing me the high quality of the products he represents and provided me with a sense of confidence and trustworthiness.

Stan Minge helped us out above and beyond super friendly and did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible. Explained everything about the product in great detail very knowledgeable about their product and never left us wondering what was going on. I desperately needed a new roof and gutters to protect my investment in my home. I spent the afternoon with Santos explaining every step of the new roof that Dabella is offering. Making this kind of major purchase is always difficult under the best of circumstances. Santos was extremely knowledgeable about the products, materials and method of installation. He took the time to go over every detail of the materials, installation and costs involved as many times as I needed to feel comfortable purchasing a new roof. Believe me, I put him through his paces. I am on a limited budget. He worked hard to get me a price that worked within my budget. While this product may be a little more expensive than your basic fly by night roofing company offers, I believe that the quality products and workmanship will be worth it in the end. I look forward to the peace of mind that a new roof will provide.

I purchased windows yesterday from Andrew Montalvo. It was years coming but Andrew made the process so comfortable i finally made the commitment. I can not wait to get my windows installed and will likely do other work with the company in the future such as roofing.

Scammers, be careful, don't fall for it. If you want to repair your roof or another service that this company provides, it's better to look for another option. They didn't allow me to replace the insurance. They found me financing almost triple what the roof is worth and then they didn't answer my questions, acting deaf because they don't want to listen to people. Be careful, it's better to finance your money. It's better to look for another option. This was a nightmare. Be careful.

Ordered my DaBella windows yesterday. Santos and Josh are the best. They gave me a presentation I could understand. They took time to answer all my questions and were very patient with me. I am expecting a settlement from a car accident so I thought I would replace the 3 windows I had not already done. In speaking with the first salesperson I explained i could not buy until I settled with the insurance companies. The quote was over $7,300. I was not guven a card ornphine number for me to followup when I settled.
I recieved a follow up phone call and a new sales representative came. I explained if did want the more expensive windows but had no monies to order that day. He pretended to call his boss "claiming" he was trying to get a better deal for me. He came.back and told.memhe would take $500 off the cheapest windows which i did not want.. however I had to put down $500 right now. Again I explained i could not do that. When i said to call.me.back in 3 months. This rep proceeded to tell me that unless I ordered right now he would make sure I never got windows from DaBella. He told me I could not afford the better window and proceeded to keep bullying me. I told him three times to leave but he just kept threatening me. He stated if the first guy didn't close a customer they sent him in. I WILL NEBER ORDER windows from him. I would have ordered windows and other repairs from the first gentleman ...BUT I DON'T DO WELL WITH THREATS. I hope everyone reading this will not put up with threats. This company over charges and there are plenty of windows companies willing to do the job.

The Dabella salesman were nice, and explained everything to me. The installers were good and quick and cleaned up their mess, even on the windy day of install.

My mother is in her 70’s was sold a roof and she signed the contract on a phone that she could see or read. The next day she was provided a copy of the contract. She realized she would be paying over $50,000 over 15 years. She told her salesman she wanted to cancel the contract he told her she couldn’t cancel. In the contract it states you have 3 days to cancel. So she hand delivered the notice of cancellation to the 2 salesmans and their manager at DaBella Albuquerque location on the 3rd day before midnight. They told her that her $1000 deposit will be refunded in 10 days! A week later she gets a message from the credit union stating her financing went through and processed. Then she got a message from DABELLA they ordered her roofing materials and her ordered had been processed. My mom called DABELLA Customer service and they told her that her order had not been cancelled!!it’s been over 10 days & She never got her $1000 deposit back! DABELLA is preying on elderly customers who can’t read the contract before they sign, and when they cancel the order, they don’t cancel it! They think they can get away with this. This is FRAUD! DaBella got the money from the financing company and now my mom has a 15 yr loan she won’t pay off until she’s 85 yrs old for $50,000!!!! DaBella salesman’s stayed at her house for 3 hours until she signed!! Lied to her, and took advantage and now Committed fraud!!

I worked with William to obtain an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the technical details, and was quite personable. As one of the faces of the company, he was very skilled. I was quite impressed.

Santos and Zack were amazing very informative and explained and answered every question we had they have financing available for those that don't have thousands of dollars in the bank they were humorous and were super happy to talk with us

They are extremely pushy and do not listen. The quote they gave me for a roof was double what my two other quotes were. I told them I was waiting to hear from my insurance and wasn’t ready to sign anything. They then called me 5 times in the next two days repeatedly asking if I was ready to go over options and they wanted to come out again to “re-evaluate” my roof to give me a better quote. I got the vibes they are scam artists and I want no part of it. I would rather give my business to someone else. Horrible experience.

Rosendo came to my house and was an absolutely amazing salesman he informed me on all the types of windows they had and was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the whole appointment. This definitely made me feel more comfortable with the decision of getting windows as I was very pleased with the whole experience!

This company did my roof inspection last year, both of guys inspected and broke my drywall ceiling!! Ridiculous
Bad experience with them for compensation they send some dry walk guy to fix he is another guy messed my garage floor with mud and all patch work. Please select good professional guys foe your esteemed concern. Finally after 5 months they send me payment but I paid son $$$ from my out of pocket.

Marco Mora was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful. He wasn't pushy but obviously believes in and stands behind their product. He also seems to care about his clients. My husband and I are both disabled veterans, Marco did his best to get us a payment we could afford on our fixed income.

Rosendo was knowledgeable of all the information he presented, he was polite and answered all my questions to the best of his ability.

Marco and Rosendo here to check my porch roof, decided to have a new roof installed soon. Guys were great to talk to and explained everything and I will have a 50 year warranties on the roof.

My girlfriend and I have been wanting new windows but we have been holding off due to price. However Edith was able to find window options that fit within our budget and still had all the features we wanted. She was very knowledgeable with the different available options and was very helpful explaining the differences between them. She even brought us a sample of the window type we were wanting to get so we could see how it worked in person. Would highly recommend to schedule an appointment with them if you are considering getting new windows.

I spent part of my day with a very pleasant man, Marco Mora from DaBella. We discussed my roof repair/replacement options, finance options. He discussed our conversation with his manager. We are still discussing my options. A very polite respectful young man. He was very clear and knowledgeable on GAF Roofing materials. He shored and explained in detail how GAF roofing Materials has advanced and improved their materials for homes. I am convinced that GAF Roofing Products are one of the best available and the warranty is the best. A week before Christmas is not the timing for the Palacio Family. Another time of year, Maybe. I will keep the information and consider my options. I would hire Marco Mora if I was still in business.
