I'm pretty sure i wrote this on here already, but it's gone. Strange. Anyway, one day over a year ago, wind blew up the corner of my flat roof. It wasn't over the main house but over a porch so didn't cause water intrusion but i called the insurance company anyway. Insurance company recommended this company. After i agreed to the total replacement, Adolfo sent a sub contractor over to do the work. They delivered the foam sheets into my flat roof and didn't secure them properly. That night they were blown off my two story roof along with the wooden pallets, barely missing my and the neighborhood cars. No damage done. No problem. I called him directly and he came and personally cleaned up the drive and attempted to secure the stuff left on the roof. Eventually he had them come secure the rest. A few days/ weeks(?) passed and they started work. On a clear day they removed the old roof and replaced it with the foam panel roof. A few days later a huge storm came and immediately my ceiling starts gushing gallons of water in the center of my home. I had about 15 buckets around my second floor catching water until it finally stopped around two in the morning. It was running down my walls and into the electrical covers. I called Adolfo and he said he couldn't get anyone over there till the morning. This was in the middle of my world coming apart so I wasn't happy. I think I got him to come out that night or the next morning to at least look at it and cover it till the crew could fix it. Eventually his crew came over and after inspecting it and leaving, Adolfo called me and said 'my guy says it's not their work that caused the leak'. I said 'what do you mean it's not their fault? They were the last people to touch it and the only ones to touch it in months'. He tried to blame the HVAC on the leak. Except the HVAC was replaced months before the roof and there had been a similar storm between those times that caused no leaks. Eventually his sub came back (spouting the same claim again) and claimed they "fixed it", again saying it was the HVAC connections leaking. The next storm comes and again water starts coming through my ceiling. The sub comes back and rips up three center of the roof and finds [wow] that they completely missed a spout where the water runs off the roof and didn't water proof it. After they repaired that ive had no issues but whos to say I won't have electrical problems or mold issues after that. They also didn't give me any physical warranty paperwork. And if I'm contacted by your lawyer like that other reviewer... i still have all of this recorded in text, email and pictures. Go ahead. And hold the prayers.

I really like the roofing company he was prompt quick and he even adjusted the price so that we could keep it within our budget as well he was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable and worked great with the solar company

Let me save you a ton of time and help direct you to this company. I spent an exorbitant amount of time researching which roof material I wanted and sourcing quotes/planning assessments with six different roofing companies (big and small). Out of all of the assessments and quotes, Adolfo from Elevation provided the best value.

I saw how overpriced many of these roofing companies are. Even when the quotes were close, I found myself leaning toward Elevation.

Adolfo knows his craft, quotes an honest price, and his crew is fast and efficient. I had my roof renovated with silicone all in one day, and it looks great! Adolfo walked the roof with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. They go above and beyond. You can’t go wrong with Elevation!

Do not use this roofing company!!! They quoted me $24K for a new roof, then proceeded to try and charge my insurance $40K for the exact same roof, no additional damages reported. Nada! Reported it to my insurance, huge insurance dispute mess! Then the owner threatened to put a Lien on my house for the difference. Received a letter from his attorney with notice of intent for a lien. Not honest, not trustworthy. Saw other reviews where they wouldn’t honor their warranty. Doubt they’ll honor mine. Please please please go with a different roofer! Also looks like their yelp account with other negative insurance comments disappeared because of course I checked before hiring. Highly suspicious. Also he didn’t apply for a building permit with Bernalillo County before doing the work, applied 2 months after the fact and only because I asked what the final inspection was. Update: this roofing company’s attorney has sent me threatening letters for my yelp review which is ludicrous, this is my freedom of speech and my experience, so I decided to review here as well. If you have a 4.9 google review because your attorney sends letters threatening people because of your shady business dealings that’s not an honest review is it!?! If you've signed a contract with this roofer you have 3 days to cancel it. I advise you do. I’m a disabled female veteran and this is how I was treated.

Adolfo and his whole team were great to work with while replacing our tile roof. They showed up on time, were kind and professional, did quality work, cleaned up daily, did a thorough job, and sent us pictures of the progress all through the process. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Cannot understate Adolfo’s level of professionalism, and the efficiency and capabilities of his crew.

We’ve had roof issues for the past three years since we purchased our new home; received several quotes in the past for various assortments of styles relevant to flat roofing (foam, mod bit, T&G, TPO) from other contractors. All of the quotes we received were absolutely absurd for the total work required (one contractor came in at over $45k for about 30 squares).

We were at the point of giving up and going with a temporary DIY solution when we reached out to Adolfo at Elevation. His response was quick, recommendation was foam with silicone seal with 10/50 transferrable warranty (10 year labor, 50 year materials), and the cost was SO much better than any other roofer we had contacted to date (over 12).

Crew came in, job was done (well) in two days. We are very, very, very satisfied with the end result.

10/24/24- had a rain cap fall off my roof( not installed by elevation roofing) . I text Adolfo and he was able to send one of his guys out to put it back on and secure better than before.

I was recommended Elevation roofing from a neighbor. I am new to NM so its hard to trust companies you have no relationship with or who you can verify work for but I want to say I could not have been happier using Elevation roofing. They were honest, upfront about the process and costs. Aldofo was extremely patient with all my random questions and concerns and never once seemed bothered. His crew was polite and efficient. They cleaned up all they materials and debris after they finished. I had 3 other roofers come by to look at my roof and all of them felt like car salesman except for Adolfo. Adolfo and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof (tar and gravel) on my house with a silicone/foam roof, along with re-stuccoing the roof parapets. They were responsive and paid attention to detail and charged a competitive price. Adolfo is a good man.

Great company with a strong work ethic. Adolfo came out to inspect my roof after a building inspector said it needed to be replaced (in the process of selling the house). The building inspector quoted $18k to replace it. I got a second opinion from another roofer, then I called Elevation Roofing. Adolfo told me that the roof was okay since it wasn't leaking and that he could simply refinish it (which mimics what the other roofer said). A week later he and his crew had the roof completed, in time for closing. They did a fantastic job, I highly recommend!!! The main reason I went with Elevation Roofing is because Adolfo showed me photos of previous work he had done on other flat-roof homes, and I was impressed.

It has been a year now, and I have not encountered any issues. They inspected and resealed the boots. The friendly crew did a great job with my roofs.

Great company! The owner Adolfo was very professional and friendly, gave me a great price to fix the underlayment on my ceramic tile roof (that 4 other roof companies have previously tried to fix with no success), and his crew got it done in just 1 day for about half of our roof! Highly recommend!

Great company. Needed roof replaced and had an insurance claim. They did a really good job. Did everything they said they would and the roof came out great.

I shopped around to have parts of our flat roof covered with TPO. Adolfo (owner of Elevation) showed me this other covering that comes with a 50 year warranty. Loved that Elevation was on time, communicated timely with reminders, I also love paperless transactions with the invoicing and bill paying! I had one small issue with post work cleanup and when I mentioned to Adolfo and the foreman was out the next morning (on a Saturday) and quickly resolved it. That's customer service! Also their business model includes them donating a bed for each completed project. That was one of the first texts I got = a twin bunk bed set donated to those in need. I have one more roof section over my garage and will use Elevation for that next year.

I will recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends due to the roofers completing my metal roof in a timely matter, they were professional and knowledgeable , and the finish product looks great.

Great service at a great price. Once the contract was signed only took about a day to put the new roof on. Afterwards Adolfo will come by and fix any issues you may have. Peace of mind comes with the ten year warranty as well.

When we found out we’d have to replace our roof ahead of installing solar, Elevation Roofing came highly recommended by our solar installation company. Even so, we still collected quotes from three other roofing contractors. So let us save you some time and say that in the end, Elevation came out on top in expertise and fair pricing. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. And when it comes to a roof or any 30-year investment, we are not looking to skimp!

We appreciated that they were able to speak to both TPO and foam roofs and advise on which would be best for our purposes and environment. They were quick get their crew out here working shortly after signing given our timeline despite killer heat. The roof was done within two weeks of contracting (wow!) allowing us to adhere to our original solar installation timeline without delay. The team was communicative and helpful, sharing ETAs, updates, and photos throughout. We’re grateful for Elevation and plan to be in touch when we’re ready to redo our stucco!

The last heavy rain convinced me that I needed a new roof. The insurance wouldn't cover because there was no hail damage, so I started getting estimates. I chose Elevated Roofing and am very satisfied with the silicone coating system I had done. The project was completed in 2 days and the new white foam with silicone coating is my new roof. I was impressed with the process and the warranty. Check back in 25 years to see if I'm still satisfied!

My roof was damaged from the recent wind storms. Adolfo conducted a roof inspection to confirm the damage, and had a representative here when the insurance adjusters did their assessment. Within a week he had a eight person crew at my house and the entire shingle roof was replaced in one day. The work was outstanding, the crew was professional, they cleaned everything up, and their price was good. They also took care of some stucco repair on my chimney. Adolfo and his crew installed a new TPO roof on our house recently. They were very professional and very courteous. Clean up around the outside of the house every day before they went home. The area is cleaner than it was before they started. They did a fantastic job. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Elevation recently installed a new roof on my home and I am super happy with the result. Adolfo was on the ball from the moment he did the preliminary site visit. When I was in the process of gathering bids, he was the last to see my house and the first to get me a quote. Not due to overeagerness mind you, but rather to simple efficiency. This proved to be a level of efficiency, professionalism, and attention that encompassed the entire project, and not just on the part of Adolfo but on the part of his crew as well. In the end I have been very impressed with Elevation all the way around. Great roof, Great service, Great People!

They went above and beyond in repairing my roof. I wanted to change shingles, so even though they honestly said I didn't need an entire new roof, I opted for an entire new roof. It looks awesome! I am very pleased!

We hired Elevation for what ultimately turned out to be a somewhat complex partial re-roof of a commercial warehouse that included some out-of-the-ordinary structural repairs. They did an AMAZING job and were willing to really put in the research and legwork to make sure the job was done RIGHT. I appreciated their patience throughout the process, the fantastic communication from Adolfo & Ryan, the fair pricing and fair dealing. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

I had several roofing companies inspect my roof and he was the only one that was able to properly identify the hail damage that led to me getting a $50K check from my insurance company. He helped me with the claim process, met with the insurance adjuster, and made the whole process smooth, quick, and easy. My new TPO roof is a work of art and I couldn't be happier. They got the material quickly, scheduled quickly, and got the job done quickly and with high quality. Adolfo also handled pulling in the other contractors I needed to do the stucco finish and the drywall repair I needed inside the house from the previous leaks. He met with me afterwards to inspect the final result together, make sure everything was done to his high standards, and answer any questions I had.
