Initially there was some issues with the first crew that came along. Unfortunately all big companies sometimes end up with bad crews (those guys are no longer with the company BTW). But the moment that Damien and Javier found out about the issues they stepped in and made everything better. These guys are true to their word and genuinely cared about the work they did. Every single one of the issues and concerns I had was addressed and fixed. The work they did on my roof and fence was fantastic. The best part is that they helped me sort out all the details with the insurance so it didn’t cost me a thing. I would totally recommend these guys if you need a new roof.

It will be about two and a half years since my "new" roof went up. It has been leaking during rainy days and when snow melts upon warming temperatures. I contacted the new owners (Damien mostly) and have had no response. I feel that they are just waiting for my warranty to expire so that they can make more money.

I read with interest the positive reviews written by others who posted on this thread. My roof has been neglected so I tend to disagree with those people. If this is the only way for me to get their attention, so be it. My next step is to file a formal complaint against this company. I am an unsatisfied, ignored, and unhappy customer. I hope that Google themselves read this review because according to my first research and contact with Invigorate Roofing over two years ago, they came highly recommended by Google.

We had a roof in really rough shape. Donald came out and gave us an estimate. His people, Javier, Cesar, and Phil were very helpful throughout the entire project. Javier kept me up to date and took good care of us. Donald made sure everything he and I talked about was taken care of before we paid for the roof. We got a pretty good rain and hail the day after the roof was finished and we had absolutely no problems. After the rain, they came back and changed one spot on the roof to make sure the water was not pooling on the roof. A great company that I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a tar and gravel roof and wanted get a TPO roof installed. There are lots of options out there and I did my research. We choose Invigorate roofing for the project. I am so glad we did! I worked with Damien from the start, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Javier, the Forman during the project was very helpful with very clear communication. Any issues were brought to our attention and remedied quickly. The whole crew was very respectful and friendly. The job was done very well, and any debris was cleaned up. I can’t say enough positive things about Invigorate Roofing, or at least my experience with Damien.
I should have posted this review a few months ago when he came but didn’t. I did at least refer Invogorate to a friend who needed a roof repair and he contacted and received a quote from them and also had a positive experience, but I’ll focus on mine.
To begin, I called Damien at Invigorate to have someone come out and give me an estimate on fixing a leak I’d been unsuccessful at fixing myself. Damien showed up promptly at the appointment time. Let me repeat, he showed up at the appointment time, a rare experience for me in Albuquerque. He accompanied me up on the roof and quickly identified my problem. It was literally raining inside my house whenever it rained so it was a critical need. Damien offered to help me do a temporary fix right then that would help and then get me a quote for his guys to do a proper fix. He also told me exactly how it would be fixed, to include the specific material that would be used. Based on the lead time and the fact that I didn’t want to wait another hour for it to be fixed, I decided to do it myself since I now had a stronger understanding of how to fix it. Damien even left me some product/ sealant to use which was also tremendously helpful.
Even though I didn’t end up using their company for that fix, I was extremely pleased and grateful for the imparted knowledge and overall professionalism displayed, and am likely to use them in the future since I’ll need a new roof at some unfortunately nearer future.

I called several roofing companies to get estimates. INVigorate responded quickly and actually within minutes and were able to provide me with a free consultation the very same day. Damien - was very professional, kind, and provided me with information and education as a homeowner. He took the time I needed to make sure I could make the best decision as of now. He also advised me to get other quotes, which was impressive to me, because many companies are not that candid and honest. In fact, as other roofing companies would stop by to give me a free quote their demeanor towards me as a potential customer changed. After having 5 other roofing companies give me estimates, it was a no brainer which company I would choose - INVigorate hands down. I look forward to working with a company that clearly values members within their community, despite my property is a smaller residential job. We called this company for an estimate for 3 roofs on our property. The technician came out and only went on one roof to “look at” it but never did any measurements on any. He stood up there a new minute playing with his phone. Told us that it would be a big job and left. After 2 weeks I requested a status update on our estimate and was told I would receive it shortly and that I should have received it days ago. Nothing again. I requested 2 more times and never received our estimate. I was hopeful because they brag about being veteran friendly. Well this veteran was ghosted and left in the dark when in need. Don’t do business with this company. Zero ⭐️ s from this veteran.

Had a good experience under Lou Castillo and roofing crew. They were attentive to detail. We’re informative in every step of the process from beginning to end. Mr. Castillo came out every day. That work was being done to make sure all details were handled and needs of the workers fulfilled. He answered all of my questions and made sure my concerns were directed to the project. I was very honored to have the owner Donald Sanchez who come to my home before work, began to make sure everything was OK with me and made sure I understood what was about to be done before any work had begun . The detail that was directed, especially to the water drainage that was tested with a water hose after they finished . I am pleased with the work that has been done and would recommend this company to anybody, especially with a flat roof.

I replaced my flat roof w TPO in 2023. I originally left a one star review nether new roof was leaking. They came out a few times and patched it, but still a leak. Damien’s team then replaced the largest section and it has been fine since then.
The leak caused some damage to the interior and yesterday Alejandro repaired my Venetian plaster. So, now it’s a five star review

Damien and Meriah were instrumental in getting my new roof done in just one day! I have renters in the home and the one-day completion was awesome. Damien annd Meriah estimated my roof ‘in just in case’ mode, but when less decking needed to be replaced was less than bid, they lowered the final payment. Their crew was fast and fantastic, and the color of shingles was better than I imagined. The warranty on work and product (GAF) are wonderful. And they are personable, which is even better!

We had Lou at INVigorate Roofing replace our worn out ash fault shingle roof, he came and did an inspection to give us a quote and he found hail damage. He worked with our insurance company to get the correct inspection scheduled, set up the installation and did a final walk through with us on the new roof. I can not say enough good things about LOU and the whole team over at INVigorate Roofing. I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you LOU!!!

A section of our roof has had a leak since before we bought our home over 15 years ago. We would get it repaired and cross our fingers the work would hold. We were assured every time that the leak was fixed then we would see a new water mark on the ceiling of our bedroom with the next big rain or snow storm..

I decided to take a chance on a new company. Why? Because all the reviews were left by people in my situation.

I purposely waited to write this review. I wanted to go through a few storms to feel sure the work would hold.

IT HAS.

This company is top shelf! They are polite, respectful, and actually care about the outcome of their work.

I can't say enough about Lou. It's been a great experience from the very begining and I'm really looking forward to getting my re-roof done by Invigorate Roofing. I have read alot of reviews and got nearly a dozen estimates but I chose Invigorate Roofing because of Lou and because Invigorate Roofing is a Master Elite GAF Roofer. I am really impressed with the warranty which is offered due to their Master Elite status with GAF. It may have been a little more costly than the other Companies, but long term, due to the Golden Pledge Warranty, my new GAF roof will have longevity and added value. My case hasn't been an easy one and Lou has been patiently working with me for over a month. I have solar panel issues and need a removal and replacement before we can can get the re-roof done and Lou has been patiently working with me answering all my questions and making recommendations. I have called and texted Lou after hours many times not expecting to get an answer until the next day, but very much to my surprise, Lou has quickly responded, even after hours. Kudos to Invigorate Roofing for having Lou as an employee, he is most definetly an asset to the company.

I just had a roof replacement done by Invigorate. I had an old shingle roof that needed replacing and the insurance company advised me they were not going to assist and they wanted it done asap.
Damian showed up and did a quick estimate and explained what my options were. I decided on a new metal roof on the house with TPO on the porch (the pitch angle of the porch would only allow TPO).

On the day of install, when I got home from work, Javier and his team had already begun the removal of the old roof (an hour ahead of schedule). It looked like they wanted to start running, when I pulled up in a police vehicle. However, they were already stuck on the roof, and my dog was circling them like a shark, so they had to keep working. Just kidding, they were all professional and trustworthy.

While they were strengthening parts of the decking, a setback occurred. Donald advised me that they located a fire hazard with the electrical wiring leading to the air conditioner. The wire was melted and hidden under the decking. They were able to get a hold of their electrician, Paul, to evaluate the problem. Paul arrived quickly and fixed the wiring issue in less than an hour.

The team worked through the day and finished installing TPO on the porch and a solid metal roof on the house.

The whole company was a pleasure to work with...Damian, Donald, Debbie, Javier and his crew, and even Paul.

I usually don't trust people with better hair than me, but this time, I will make an exception for Damian at Invigorate. Now I just need it to rain, so I can see the roof in action.

I reached out to InVigorate roofing on 5/1/2024. I had the opportunity to speak with Damien about my roof and the wind damage. We set up a time for him to come by on 5/2/2024. He showed up and got right up on thr roof. He seen what my concerns were and made adjustments to my tiles to eliminate any immediate concerns. I ask how much do I owe you for doing that and he stated nothing. It is not about the money but your concerns. On Monday 4/1/24 Rio Communities had terrible rains and hail, when I woke in the morning my dining room ceiling was leaking and had bubbles in the ceiling filled with water. I call INVigorate Roofing this morning Tuesday 4/2/24, explained what was happening, I received a call back within minutes from Lou Castillo. Lou came to my home, he did have other customers to take care of Lou still came to see what the problem was, Lou had a long day of work, still was very caring, dedicated to finding where the roof leak was. The good news was it wasn't my roof, it was the brackets that hold up my Solar panels,. I am very appreciative and fortunate that Lou Castillo is an honest caring man. He was very helpful, and I am thankful for him. If in the future I needed Roof work done, I would call INVigorate Roofing and most definitely request Lou. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars,

I was panicked when water starting coming inside through a heating/cooling vent on the ceiling. So, a friend recommended these guys from repairs on his roof. I got their number and texted it despite it being almost 8pm. I hoped they would call me first thing in the morning. However, they texted me back that evening and said they would be at my house the next morning. They took full pictures of what was going on with my roof so I could see for myself what the issues were. They also provided me several options that they could do based on whatever size budget I was working with. Got me scheduled asap and fixed totally within a few days. Very friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend, especially if you are unsure of what’s wrong and don’t have a huge budget to spend. Thanks Donald and Damian for all your hard work!!

Okay, so...editing my initial review. Yes, I was angry, and yes, I posted a review with a number of issues that hadn't been addressed. I think it's important to note that Invigorate is a roofing company, and the roof they installed is absolutely fine...quality materials and workmanship. That I never had a problem with. What I had an issue with were some ancillary issues that hadn't been addressed despite months of trying. Since posting that review they have been in contact with me, apologized profusely about dropping the ball, and not only did they address the issues that concerned me, they went above and beyond to correct them. So, in short...stuff happens. Any business is going to have personnel issues, communication issues, etc. In this case I am convinced they were sincere in both their apology and in their efforts to quickly correct the issues left behind, and I have to commend their efforts in that regard.

As a small business, we rely on quality workmanship and INVigorate did not disappoint. For several years, we have been patching and re-patching the same holes in our flat, gravel roof and finally decided to bite the bullet and replace it. We looked at several different roofing companies and received quotes that were all relatively similar in price. However, Lou Castillo was the most detailed, thorough and genuinely considerate of our needs and expectations. He took lots of pictures, answered all of my questions and brought his operations manager, Meriah, by on a separate occasion to really nail down the details. Together, she and Lou made us feel very comfortable about moving forward. On the day of construction, we had a whole crew show up on time and they knocked out the work very quickly. They got the new TPO roofing put on right before we had a big snow storm - perfect timing. Lou was there at every point to make sure the process went smoothly and we trust that our beautiful new roof will be leak proof for years to come! Thank you!!

I first met Mr. Lou Castillo when he came to my door to discuss possible hail damage to my roof after recent storms. He was very polite and appeared to know his business. I had many concerns with doing business with someone who just knocked at my door. I let him know my concerns (and I had many), and he assured me that he had a legitimate business and he would be communicating with me through out the process. After a few weather delays, the roof was completed on January 15. Mr. Castillo personally contacted my solar company and arranged for the solar panels to be removed before the roof installation, and will have them back up in just a few days. He kept me informed through out the entire process. His crew arrived sharply at 7:30 p.m. and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all debris. My roof looks absolutely fantastic and will last at least 50 years. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Castill and Invograte Roofing to anyone look for a new roof.

I just moved into a house, and almost immediately I had a roof leak. I called INVigorate roofing, as I had been recommended them by my Realtor. They were very responsive and scheduled me quickly for the same week.

Matt came out on time, and was able to not only inspect the roof but also fix the issue the same day. He explained what happened, and also made suggestions for care and maintenance to keep the roof in shape. As someone brand new to the area, Matt was extremely courteous, and even gave me recommendations for things to do in the area.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I will 100% be reaching out to Matt and the INVigorate team for any issue that arises at my home in the future.

Allow me to chime in on the 5 star reviews. It was the first time I've redone a roof so I was a bit anxious. InVigorate has a great representative in Lou Castillo. He came over and walked me through the whole process, patiently explaining each step, from beginning to final completion. He was also very helpful in working with the insurance adjustor and guiding me through the process. It's an 1800 sq ft flat roof which InVigorate restored with TPO. It looks great! The crew knocked it out in two days and cleaned it up - like it never even happened.

My roof is leaking so I called a couple places to get estimates for a repair and/or new roof. Lou C. came to the house and expertly and patiently explained the materials, procedures, and options available to me. His explanations were thorough and his honesty and professionalism were awesome. While other company estimators were polite and professional, they didn't take the time to explain anything. They just wanted to sell me a new roof. Lou was different. He seemed to really care. I haven't decided what to do yet, but when I do, Lou and INVigorate will get my business.
