Greg's awesome. He did some work for us a couple of months ago. We had another issue of another section of the roof with all of the rains and he came by and fix it in a matter of minutes. He's definitely our go-to guy with any roofing problems we may have in the future.

Greg, owner of Hollywood Roofing, did some work on our roof about seven years ago, replacing loose and broken tiles. After a heavy rainstorm last week, we noticed a small leak. We gave Greg a call, and he responded immediately—despite having a full schedule, he personally came out at the end of his day just to make sure we were taken care of. He performed some maintenance to help stop the rain from coming in and addressed the issue quickly. He will be coming back to do some additional roof repairs to ensure we are prepared for the next storm. Greg has always been friendly, professional, and reliable. We truly appreciate his dedication and great service over the years. We highly recommend!

Greg is always great very timely professional and trustworthy. After years he came out super fast to inspect a roof after a huge tree fell on it. He went above and beyond sealing a cooler leak and scheduling roof maintenance i didn't know I needed at no additional charge. This is an honest man and honest company that also does great work. We had our original tar and gravel roof replaced with TPO. Greg had everything stripped down to the decking and built in a slight slope to ensure drainage. It was alot of work, all done promptly and to the highest standards. You can trust Greg to keep you informed every step of the way. We wouldn't use anybody else!!

Greg and one of his guys repaired a section of my roof that had been previously repaired very badly by another roofing company. I wish I had called Greg first. The repaired section blends seamlessly with the older roof and they were careful not to leave nails and other debris in my driveway unlike the last company. Great job all around.

I called Hollywood roofing for Canally (drainage) work, the price was much lower than the two other companies I called. They were affordable on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. This past rainstorm gave me peace of mind, no more-leaky roof, I would recommend them to anyone, thanks good job.

Hollywood Roofing installed a TPO roof for us a few years ago. We had a small leak. Greg Gonzales quickly came and inspected the roof. He found the problem and fixed it. Greg likes to do things the right way. He found a problem with one of the vent caps on the roof and fixed that problem, too.

Hollywood Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement five years ago. They came out did the inspection on the hail damage of our roof. Submitted all the paperwork to our insurance company. Came out in a quick time to reroof the house and the shed in our backyard. They went to extra lengths to do the job right and beyond what they needed to do. The roof stills looks great after 5 years. They also come out every few years to inspect the seals. Great job!! They are very kind and considerate.

After the “sticker shock” price estimate from the first company I called, it was a relief to talk with and meet Greg Gonzales. He understood what we needed, inspected the whole roof, we came up with a plan to get the repair done and then quoted a price that was very fair. Considering his time for driving, labor and material costs, it was a price even a fixed income retiree can live with. He and his guy “Dan” did excellent work. I am 100% satisfied and would certainly recommend his company to anyone in the area that needs quick, professional roof repair services.

I reached out to Greg to get a new roof for my home, he did lots of homes near my parents house in Cherry Hills area and I also looked into his reviews and was really happy with what we saw. I called Greg, he came out to the house, super friendly and was able to get me a really fair price for my roof. We are really excited, we picked out new 30 year laminate shingles and were doing a re-deck too. I’m really happy so far, this is going to be something my partner and I can enjoy for a long time and appreciate working with someone local who has quality work. Edit: I wanted to add to this, we got finished up back in July but I never got to add pictures. I wish i had some before pictures but I dont unfortunately. everything came out amazing. We were really happy with the service Greg and his team provided. Daniel his main guy working is really great, helpful and made everything come out really nice. Hollywood Roofing did a great job on a major roof and patio job.The main roof had worn asphalt shingles, turbine ventilators, and gutters that needed to be replaced. The eaves and facia needed to be repainted before the new gutters went up. Additionally, the low-slope patio roof had five damaged 4 x 8 plywood panels that had to be replaced.
Greg and his team completed the roof inspection and bought sample boards of shingle types and paint colors. After a few days Greg emailed an estimate for the entire job. The estimate was competitive with the other estimates. Greg and his crew also took care of all the permitting and scheduling all the inspections. On the first day they worked for about 10 hours and completed about half of the total job. The second day required waiting for the inspector before the new shingles, ventilators, and patio covering could be installed. Once the inspector came by and did his thing the crew quickly completed the remainder of the work and cleaned the area when they were done.
The roof required another inspection before the gutters could be installed. Since it was a Friday, the inspector wouldn’t be by until the following Monday. It took about a week until the gutters were installed and the job was completed.
Greg and his crew are very professional, competent, and polite. They did an excellent job on my main roof, patio roof, and gutters.

I initially called Hollywood Roofing on a Wednesday. Greg the owner stopped by the next day to do an inspection and began my Roofing job the next Monday.

I contacted Hollywood Roofing the morning of 12/19/23 regarding a leak. Greg scheduled for that afternoon at 3:00pm. He arrived promptly at 3:00pm, assessed the roof, cause of leak and fixed the leak on the spot. Other roofers I contacted were not able to schedule as quickly. I will be using Hollywood Roofing for all my roofing needs.

Hollywood Roofing was referred to me by my trusted neighbor. I had a leak in my roof and Greg, the owner of Hollywood Roofing, responded within hours. He repaired the leak to stop the water damage and told me he would give me an estimate to replace the roof which was worn out. I needed a contractor for a new roof. I spoke with 5 contractors and was beginning to question the quality of contractors and the roofing industry. That was until I met Greg with Hollywood Roofing. He provided his estimate without asking to see the insurance adjusters first. That said to me Greg knew what he was doing. Looking at the reviews, it seems Greg either does a great job ..... or never gets back to you with an estimate. In my case, he came out to my home, told me I would get an estimate for some maintenance in a couple of days, and then never gave me an estimate. As with other reviewers, I have called the Hollywood Roofing office so many times in the past couple of days that I know the phone number by heart.
I also texted Greg's cell phone, with no response.
Maybe there is a good reason for not getting back to me .... but, ghosting people is never good for business.

Called Hollywood Roofing after having a water intrusion during the recent rains. Greg was able to come out just two days later, arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem on my tile roof. With the potential of more rain this coming weekend, he was kind enough to do an immediate repair. Looking forward to getting an estimate for needed general roof maintenance. Greg and his associate were friendly and informative, and I would be happy to have them work on my roof in the future.

Hollywood roofing are people that care and understand. I had water leakage around my ventilation pipes and AC unit (not a problem with my actual roof). Greg and Daniel came to my house determined that the work was minimal and, even though there was water leakage, that applying tar around the gaps was all that was needed. He said it would take 15 minutes of work and a few dollars worth of supplies to stop the water leaks. He refused to charge me and stated it was a simple patch job and nothing more. When I replace my roof I will be going through Hollywood roofing. Genuine people are hard to find and Greg is as honest as they come.

After the recent monsoon rains I noticed a leak in my roof I called Greg at Hollywood roofing I talked to Greg he said he was very busy but he made time to come over and we talked he told me he was going through some tough times and he mentioned that he found the leak and repaired it I was very pleased because he fixed it after hours thank you Greg I will be using him for all my roofing needs

I’m a local real estate broker in the area. I called this company to have a roof inspection done on behalf of my buyers. I had to leave a message, and Greg returned my call a few hours later and was pleasant enough to talk to. He got me scheduled for the following day. He told me it would be sometime in the afternoon and that he would text me one hour prior to give me an exact time. I never heard from him and waited till about 4 in the afternoon before I called him. He did not answer, I left a VM and texted him. He never responded, I waited a couple hours, called and texted him multiple times that night and following day, never heard back from him. Real estate is high stakes and this company is very unreliable and unprofessional and I would recommend strongly if you are a broker to not give them your business.

If there was an emergency or something of that sort that’s very understandable, but to not return a call or text and communicate that is just acceptable.

From the beginning from the roof inspection to completion Greg and his team were great to work with. It was a seamless replacement, by the time his work crew had the old roof pealed off the new shingles arrived and placed on the roof. When the crew returned from lunch everything was ready to go. His work crew were very friendly and polite. They answered all of our questions and concerns. The install of the solar tubes make the house light up and they did a great job with the installation. When the recent heavy rainstorms came, our roof started leaking around the air conditioning unit. We left an email request with Hollywood roofing and they called us back in under 24 hours. A visit was scheduled for that same day and the roof was repaired on the spot. Hollywood roofing was professional, reliable and friendly.

We had a leak from all the recent rains and Greg and Daniel came the next day to help us out. They found and patched up the holes on the roof right away. They were very friendly, professional, and quick! The whole visit took 30 minutes. We will definitely call them for our future roofing needs!

Hired this company to install a metal roof and wow poor quality, their workers went to restroom in our backyard all over my house. Furthermore it took four months for them to complete the work now the our brand new metal roof is leaking and he can’t be reached I will be filing a complaint with New Mexico Regulation and licensing department.

Very friendly, came out quickly to give an estimate. The owner was great, I looked forward to working with them… Unfortunately, never received a quote for repairs, multiple calls went unanswered, not able to leave a VM, no answer to text messages. Turned out to be a complete waste of time, effort, and not to mention my resident taking time off work for the estimate.

I found one of the Best Roofers in New Mexico which is is Hollywood Roofing, owner Greg Gonzales. I called Greg to repair my roof because of wind damage to the shingles on the roof and in spite of Greg's work overload and not enough help because of Covid, Greg made time to come over to my house to the east side of Albuquerque and replaced the missing shingles and tacked down the shingles that were loose. He did an excellent job and I'm very grateful to him and his company. My insurance would not cover a new roof at this time and my insurance was running out because I needed to fix the roof. Greg came in just in time for me to get new insurance for my house as the roof was fixed and in excellent condition because of his diligence and hard work. I received two estimates for replacing my shingle roof. Hollywood Roofing was a little bit more than the other estimate, but I decided to go with Hollywood Roofing. After dealing with Hollywood Roofing, I am glad I selected them to replace my roof. The things that impressed me about Hollywood Roofing:

(1) The owner Greg is very passionate about roofing and his company. Most of my correspondence (email, phone, and text) occur after 7:00 pm or weekends. He is willing to work after hours to get the job completed.
(2) When I told Greg that I wanted to use Owens Corning shingles with SureNail Technology because of the 130 mph wind resistance, he said it is the only shingles he would install. He would not install the cheaper shingles because they do not hold up to the wind. It was reassuring that he won’t quote the cheaper shingles in order to be the lowest bidder.
(3) I was hoping to have the new roof install before winter, but Greg said he would only install the roof when the temperature is above 45 degree. When the shingles are cold, the nail guns have a tendency to shoot the nail through the shingles. He said other roofing contractor will install roofs in cold weather, but he won’t. Another indication that he only wants to install quality roofs.
(4) I have a shed with a shingle roof in the backyard. I told Greg that I was not interested in replacing the shingles on the shed. Even though it was not in the estimate, Greg replaced the shingles on the shed. He said it made the roofing project look more finished.
(5) After the roof was installed, Greg stopped by to inspect the roof. The roof had new galvanized vent caps and pipe flashing that had been painted white to match the roof. He felt the paint was not uniform allowing you to see some of the galvanized gray color. He came back a few days later to spray paint another layer of white paint to ensure a uniform white color. Greg obviously takes pride in his roofing job.
(6) While inspecting the roofing, Greg felt there might be sufficient hail damage to submit a claim to my insurance company. He came back later to document the damage and submitted a claim to the insurance company which was approved.

After working with Hollywood Roofing, I am glad I selected them to install a new roof on my house. They may not be the lowest bidder, but Greg is going to quote and install a quality roof.

Greg Gonzales was very professional and efficient. It all started when they showed up to inspect and give me an estimate. He was very patient through covid, but answered my calls and questions when needed. Once we got the ball rolling his crew showed up a day early to give me the run down, and then showed up at 6am and finished by 6pm the next day. Originally called Hollywood Roofing for a soffit that needed replacing but when he got on the roof, he noticed some hail damage to the roof and suggested calling our insurance. It was a pain dealing with insurance but thanks to Greg’s knowledge and experience we were able to get approved for a new roof! 10/10 would recommend, high quality work and can tell he really cares about his customers!

We I initially hired Hollywood roofing to repair a skylight leak in 2016. We had no problems for 4 years with the repair and maintenance that they did on our roof from 2016-2019. Recently due to hail storms and high winds, as well as use of inferior materials by the previous owners for our old roof, it was determined that our 8 year old roof needed replacement. Mr. Gonzales was very responsive and provided all the documentation we needed to submit to our insurance for a claim even though he did not do the insurance inspection. He used name brand quality materials and the work was done promptly and professionally. I was especially grateful that the crew took special care to clean up loose nails in the yard as I have a toddler and preschooler. I will continue to use this company for my needs with roof maintenance, as the work is a good value. We had a leak appear in our living room ceiling one night. Greg came right out, discovered where the problem was, and patched it before more damage was done. Greg explained the options. Greg came out to my house for a leak. He was not only professional, but personable and knowledgeable to the issues that my roof was experiencing. He was able to narrow down the issue and provide a quick remedy to the issue which was another plus (given we are in monsoon season). December 2019 I highly recommend Hollywood Roofing LLC and its owner, Greg G*******. When my insurance company inspected my roof, they found indeed that it was damaged by hail, and I would need a new roof. I received quotes from 4 companies and had 2 no show for estimates. Greg G******* not only provided me a detailed quote but spent extra time educating me about roofing and the needed changes to our roof structure in order for it to meet code. Hollywood also identified damage and complications that the insurance company had not. This doubled the cost of the roofing project and with their documentation, the insurance company authorized and paid for nearly all of it, disallowing only a few hundred of a $24k job. Greg G******* gave us his experience and qualifications and described the process, answering all our questions fully. We were impressed and decided to choose Hollywood to do the work. Great decision! The large crew arrived on time and over a 5.5 day week, completely replaced our roof, both pitched and flat. We love the look of the new roof and Greg even threw in fascia and a few other things so that the whole thing looks brand new! Our entire experience with them was very satisfactory, and we would definitely use them again if necessity ever arose. Not that it will, Hollywood had the best warranty too!

The guys came in with a reasonable bid to replace my entire roof after hail damage. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves! They even helped me go back to insurance to have the gutters included in my scope of work! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Hollywood replaced three roofs for me in the past year as the result of a brutal hail storm here in July of 2018. In addition to tearing off the old roof and replacing the usual roof components, Hollywood also updated the attic ventilation intake/exhaust system (soffit vents and rooftop wind turbines), replaced skylights, and replaced rain gutters. A very comprehensive approach and at a great price to boot!

Edit: It is important to mention that Hollywood Roofing offers a fifteen year
warranty, with complimentary roof maintenance every-other-year. Greg had
come out in 2021, 2023, and now in 2025. He came out today to take a look at
my roofs. He identified one issue on my home and took care of it today. He
identified a couple of issues at my triplex that need a little more time, so
he will get me on his schedule for the next week or so. Hollywood Roofing is

Hollywood Roofing went above and beyond. I had a leak from my evaporative cooler and they sealed that prior to my signing a contract. Once the cotract was signed, i needed to wait a few months while I had other work done.
Greg stayed in touch with me during this time. My new roof is very nice and they even installed a new evaporative cooler.
I did find out that you need to be patient with having calls and texts answered but it will pay off. They are busy for a reason: fair price and quality work.

Just had my roof completed by Hollywood roofing. The crew was great and did an amazing job. Greg is very easy to work with and I felt comfortable right away with his honesty and professionalism. I had 2 other good bids before Hollywood to replace my aging but not leaking roof. Hollywood was the 3rd but the only one to suggest we pursue contacting my insurance company because he felt I had a justifiable claim for hail damage. Well, he was right! Saved me a lot of money! Thanks Greg and Hollywood Roofing.

Expectations were not meet. Used old parts that should of been replaced do to hail damaged. Broke items that haven't been replaced. Replaced skylights that didn't get hail damage nor were they covered by my insurance. In addition the skylights are not sealed and every time the AC is on our off it causes the skylights covered to be sucked up and slammed back down.

Great working with these guys the got my roof replaced and very friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a new roof

My elderly parents had their roof replaced a couple of years ago. During the last monsoon storm, they identified a leak. When I contacted the company who installed their roof, I found out that the company is no longer in business. I then called several roofing companies and explained that they were elderly and they could not get on the roof to see what the issue was with their roof. The only REPUTABLE company willing to come out to assess their roofing needs within days, not weeks or months, was Hollywood Roofing. As many folks may know, the elderly have a tendency for their anxiety to increase substantially when they are faced with a problem. Greg and his son truly care about our community and most especially the elderly. They had the utmost respect for my parents, explained clearly and knowledgeably what the issue was, and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently for them. But most especially, Hollywood Roofing gave them piece of mind. Saying "Thank You" isn't enough, that is why I decided to leave this glowing review because they truly deserve it. I will definitely keep Hollywood Roofing in my Contact List for future needs!

They will work with your insurance and guide you through the process. They did a fantastic job. The owner and the crew worked diligently and did thorough job. It is very hard to believe to find that some one you can trust, especially in New Mexico who can finish the job as they promise. This company came to my home to do a quote for a new roof. They never contacted me with the final estimate. I called them several times. They didn't have no paper work to look at i guess. They didn't know who i was. Really your company just came to my home 5 days prior for a quote. Very unprofessional

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Hollywood Roofing on 5 roofing projects. Two houses, a detached garage, a gazebo, and a garage roof repair. Throughout it all Tony and Greg have been professional and personable. All projects were completed in a timely manner, the only delays were caused by the insurance companies or weather. They oversaw all work, responded immediately to any concerns and questions. The areas were picked up and left spotless. They were helpful with the insurance companies and expedited all claims. I would and have highly recommended their company to anyone in need of a new roof or repair of an existing one.

Greg and his team from Hollywood Roofing LLC did a great job on my new roof. They did it within one day, finished real early about 4:30 pm. The staff was very polite and professional--they worked around the swamp cooler and DirecTV dishes, no need to worry it'd be up and running normally after work completed, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up, even for someone like my dad is a very picky person giving them compliment about the clean up.
Thanks God I had a wonderful adjuster from State Farm approving my claim, and many thanks to Greg and his staff, now I have a brand new roof for "free", and the color (by choice) is so beautiful.

Greg and his crew did a great job and was completed ahead of schedule. The yard was picked up completely. They used tarps all around the house to pickup debris. The workers were professional and courteous . They communicated what they would be doing throughout the job. I was completely satisfied.

Unprofessional company. Had my roof redone called to have them come out to fix some cracking had to keep chasing Greg down via text since he wouldnt return my calls and as of this day after 2 no shows that he agreed to be here on I am done with this company and would NOT recommend them unless you just want to throw your money at an unreliable company
