The company recently did my neighbors roof. Unfortunately they didn't do the best job cleaning up after as I later found tons of nails and lots of tar on our property. It ended up getting on my dog's fur, my son stepped on a nail, and got tar all over his shoes resulting in getting tossed. After I scooped it up, I also had to toss the work gloves. After calling the company, and speaking to the manager, they quickly sent someone over to pick up the rest of the nails and what was left behind. They reimbursed me the cost of the shoes and the gloves. They were extremely professional and fast moving in making things right. I cannot express enough how amazing they were throughout everything. My insurance didn't want to cover my roof initially, but after the expert, diligent, and persistent work of CCS, my insurance finally covered the damaged roof. From the start of my mother filing an insurance claim to have her roof looked at, we’ve had nothing but problems with the original insurance hired third party inspector who brought along his own contractor. When we were unpleasantly told that we could hire our own contractor, we contacted Custom Construction Solutions. From the beginning, Franklin has been honest with us about the entire process, provided us with estimates, and helped us fight the insurance company all the way to the state level. While this has been a year long, drawn-out process on the insurance side, Franklin has helped us fight it every step of the way to ensure that my mother was fully reimbursed. The crew who installed the roof was also great and came inside to clean anything that fell through while installing the skylights. I wouldn't recommend this company when they came out to do a quote they did not seem too interested in even doing the job nor even giving me A quote. As a matter of fact I have still yet to receive A quote. In my opinion not very professional not sure how they got such good reviews. I have chosen a different company now to do the work.

First review: We asked for a quote for a TPO roof and someone said they could swing by later that evening after another appointment. They texted that they were still tied up with appointments, but after that, they completely ghosted us. No call back, no nothing. Pretty disappointing considering they’re blasting their marketing all over social media, and they won’t even call you back. We'll be on the lookout for another company.

We recently filed a wind/hail damage claim for our roof. From the very first interaction, Franklin was very knowledgeable and professional. He assisted me with filing the claim with my insurance company, sent someone from the company when the insurance adjustor came for the inspection, and completely explained the entire process.
When his crew showed up (on time) they started working right away and did not stop until the job was completed (except for their lunch break) They were very careful about keeping the jobsite clean and in it's original condition. They completely cleaned up everything, including all the roofing nails from the demo of the original roof.
They removed the existing shingles and replaced them with new, higher quality shingles, in 5 hours.
I am thoroughly impressed with Franklin and the company as a whole. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Since my roof was replaced I have had 4 separate leaks, have been given the run around by separate employees (their turnover is crazy). I wish they would fix what they broke (my skylights) but they refuse to take ownership of their workmanship. I have reported them to BBB and attorney general for their shady practices. Not sure anything will come from those reports since constructing regulation definitely favors the contractors, not the consumer.
