Would've easily been a 5, but they had to move my appointment to the next day. I adjusted my schedule to be there for the original day and time. This caused me to shuffle some things around.

The team was very professional, my new roof on my attached garage looks great! They have excellent communication skills and any issue I had along the way was quickly resolved. They are a little more expensive than other companies but I truly believe you get what you pay for.

After 2 rain delays, my roof work was completed smoothly in less than a full day. Was very happy with the look of my new roof, the continuous follow-up with progress of the crew with pictures in real time and the courteous attention to my home and property. Great company to deal with!

I became familiar with bone dry because I met Hector, one of their employees, through a mutual friend. I had a leak around my chimney and he tried two or three things to fix it. Eventually, he put me in touch with Bone Dry’s masonry division and it was determined that the 50 year-old chimney needed to be replaced. I had no idea that bricks wore out, but after doing a little research, it was obvious that this was the problem.
The job was completed about four weeks later. I was kept informed By the people overseeing the job as each step of the process was started and completed to my satisfaction. Two different supervisors came by to inspect and approve the New chimney.
I felt their customer service was outstanding, a rarity in these days. and, As an added bonus , I didn’t need to Communicate withsomeone in the Philippines or in India.
I can’t Comment as to whether the price was reasonable or not. I did not get a second quote, even though my kids insisted that I should. I liked And trusted Hector and my gut told me that Bone Dry would do a good job.
I have to say that my gut feelings have got me into trouble at times, but in this case, my gut feelings did not let me down.

Had a really positive experience using Bone Dry. We had a few loose shingles and wanted to get our gutters cleaned. The person we worked with let us know that only a small portion of our gutters had any debris in them (there is one large tree in our yard near a corner of the home) and suggested cleaning and putting a gutter guard on just that small portion. The final outcome was much quicker and less expensive than we anticipated, and it was super easy to work with the team. They were so honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. The company also sponsors vaccine clinics for the humane society, which made me even happier to work with them!

From our very first contact with Bone Dry Roofing, we were impressed. We had excellent communication with them during the entire process. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and they kept to the schedules that were established. During the initial examination, pictures and video of the condition of the existing roof were sent to us.(The other two companies didn't do that.) Of the three different companies that provided roof replacement estimates, Ryan Vantreese of Bone Dry was the only one who went into the attic to examine the sheeting and to look for any possible leaks. He did discover an area that showed some minor leaking. He also provided us with a comprehensive cost estimate. After we decided to have Bone Dry do the work and established a date for the work to begin, materials were delivered on schedule the day before. Shakira Perez supervised the work and took pictures showing progress at several stages. Plywood was placed over the outside windows to protect them from possible damage and debris. Plastic sheets were laid outward away from the house to catch any materials falling off the roof. Most of the old shingles were taken off in sections and placed directly in the trailer that they brought to carry off the old shingles and materials. They were very good about picking up and cleaning up when the roofing was completed. The crew was fast and efficient and within 5 hours after arriving, they had finished. After a walk around examination with Shakira, she made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results and answered any questions that we had before she left. As a final check on the work, Whitney Henderson came by the following day to look at the roof and take a video for us. We were completely satisfied with Bone Dry Roofing and the professional way they treated us. We would recommend them without hesitation!

Bone Dry just installed a new roof on our home. Everything went smooth from meeting with Conner to go over our options to the installation day. The team sent messages throughout the day with each step and included photos. They protected our home landscaping and windows during the process. The guys who came to install the ridge vent on my roof were on time, professional and quick. They were also gracious enough to pick up their trash from the install.

To tell the truth, Bone Dry wasn’t my first call. Instead I went with the roofer my realtor called a couple years ago when an inspection report recommended, most likely predatorily, to replace the roof.

So last month when I called to inquire about fixing a leak I most assuredly knew the origin of they went hard at trying to get a full roof replacement. Insurance got involved and they were exposed as the scam they are.

So after insurance said ‘your roof is fine, just fix the leak’ the other company disappeared.

I then called Bone Dry. Every detail the other roofer acted like was a problem, the Bone Dry inspector knew. Manufacturer and color of the shingles? He knew. Inspection of the leak location? Trouble found. And the final quote, after adding a few items to the scope was still lower than the scary number suggested by the unscrupulous roofer.

I had my roof repaired recently by bone dry. They showed me the total condition of my roof beforehand, gave me options, and repaired it for under $900 for 30 some shingles. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

Bone Dry has done a flat roof replacement and metal soffit replacement for me after hurricane like winds did a lot of damage last September. Everyone I worked with knew the job, did fantastic work, and treated me like a family member. I would call them again for sure. The crew doing the flat roof found a big hole hiding up under the roof overhang and fixed that while doing the roof job. Critters had been getting into my attic through there, so I was very grateful for their thoroughness and care regarding that. They went an extra mile on that.The soffit crew came out in the wet, cold, windy weather and did a complete job on those soffits, all the way around the house. It sure does look good now. They respected that my plants in the front should not be damaged and were careful. If being treated respectfully by friendly helpful people is important to you, call them. They'll do a great job and treat you right.

I just bought a home from my parents. The roof has leaked for the last couple of years. When I moved in I called multiple companies. Everyone wanted to replace the entire roof, even though it is only 10 years old, and other than the leak is in pretty good shape.

I finally got around to calling Bone Dry. They sent someone out within two days to take a look and diagnose the problem. They found it pretty quickly and got me a bid. Need less to say I am much happier to spend a couple of thousand on a repair, that will last until the entire roof needs to be replaced, than replacing the whole thing.

The problem was that after a remodel my parents had done, the builder made a section of the roof flat, but put shingles on just like a regular pitched roof.

They came out mid morning, and within 4 hours had the roof repaired. I admit, the match of the shingles is not perfect, but the shingles used originally are not made any longer, and I think they did a great job. They also did a walk over on the rest of the rest of the roof, and found some areas that they repaired (raised nails, etc... for no cost.)

I will for definitely call them again when I am ready to replace the whole roof.

Work team was there and setting up before it was light out and completed, cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. Team was very thorough and after they were gone you could not tell they had been there except for the new roof and chimney flashing. Everything looked good and installed well and the progression of photos from beginning to end were very informative.

We had them replace our roof and several sheets of decking. The guys did a couple of pre checks before they came out. They had the materials delivered the day before. Everything was ready for them when they arrived to start the work. First thing was to protect all our windows and doors from any kind of damage. They laid tarps around the house to protect the yard and shrubs. Then the real work started. In a few short hours they had the shingles off and exposed the decking. Sent me pictures of the damage and all. Replaced the damaged decking then finished the job. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect job. Extremely pleased.

Used Bone Dry Masonry this summer for exterior brick/mortar repair. I am very happy with the work that was done. A few areas of mortar were cracked due to house settling and we needed a few bricks removed/replaced due to previous homeowners drilling into them. We did not have any leftover bricks for our home but Bone Dry was able to supply matching bricks and one would never know the bricks aren't original to the house! They also did a great job matching the mortar to blend seamlessly with the house. We have a few more areas that we missed asking them to fix the first time around and I wouldn't hesitate to ask them to come back. Great workmanship and a great price!

We had a leak around the chimney. The job was too expensive and I think an overkill solution. They have too many chiefs - one for each aspect of the job and they didn’t communicate. They left a shabby trailer on the street for days with waste on the street. They were bugging me for final payment before the job was done.

These guys were great,they replaced my entire bathroom ceiling by waving a wand! At least, that's how it seemed because they did it in a couple of days and it was perfect! We bought an old Victorian house in 2000 and turned the middle bedroom into a bathroom so it was a huge job for them. Thanks guys.

I have had Bone Dry to two different homes over the years. The first time was to replace a roof damaged during a hail storm. At my next home, was to repair a leaking chimney. Also, an area surrounding a roof vent had deteriorated and needed to be repaired. Lastly there was a leak with some flashing they repaired.

I had settling crack in my masonry caused cracks in my bricks also. Bone dry repaired the masonry crack and replaced the crack bricks. House is 20 years old and when work completed you could not tell where the repairs were. I would you Bone Dry again if needed.

Bone dry did an outstanding job repairing our brick on our house after an UPS truck backed into our house. I would recommend them and use them again if I need work done

One Bone Dry Masonry team came to my house last week to repair some cracks in the arch structure and the back of the house. The team did a decent job on those repairs. However, there is one thing I’m not satisfied with: I asked them to take pictures of the repair areas before and after for my documentation, especially the arch repair since I can’t easily reach there by myself. The technician lead agreed to this request.

At the end of the day, I didn’t receive any of those pictures. After calling Bone Dry Roofing, I was sent only a few pictures. The arch work only has one “before” picture and no “after”picture. The other pictures are also inadequate for use as a work report or document.

If providing proof of work is a reasonable request from a customer, then please do it properly.

I replaced roof, chimney and gutters. Bone Dry was very thorough, fair and on time every time. Would use them again.

I had water entering my living-room through the ceiling. Bone Dry evaluated the problem. They determined that the water was coming from the chimney. The bricks were old and the mortar was loose. There was no frost shield, and flashing needed to be replaced. Matthew Weaver and Jesse Lockerbie took numerous pictures of my chimney, so I could see the damaged bricks. Together we chose a mortar color, and the color of the bricks to match my home.
Winter had already set in, but the supervisors found a day when the weather permitted to send a crew of masons. Within one day they replaced the chimney. The chimney looks marvelous! Thank you Bone Dry and Elias Cabrera for the fine work. Thanks also to Sean and Casey for finishing the shingles and flashing in nasty weather.
