It is great when a contractor does great work. Not only does Bone Dry do great work but their communication before, during and after is the best I have worked with.

Bone Dry roofing is a dependable, fair, honest, and fairly priced company. They have installed a roof, new gutters, and mesh on my gutters. If there ever was any problem down the road, they came back and fixed it right away without any problems. They stand by their product and their work. Have been using them for the past couple years.

A legitimate, professional, roofing company that honestly cares. I met with a few different companies prior to going with Bone Dry, and I couldn’t be happier. Their sales guy, Miles, was super helpful, friendly, and thorough. I told them we were considering holding off for another 1-2 years, and they didn’t try to pressure us at all. Fast forward a few weeks and we have a new roof. The whole Bone Dry team really impressed us. They were meticulous with whole process, from start to finish. They took the time to move
my wife’s flower pots, and put them back exactly how they were. Extremely thorough with the cleanup after they finished. I really can’t say enough good things about them.

They did a fantastic job. Cleanup was perfect. For the work they do, pricing is so reasonable. The estimate was so detailed.

I had them reattach a gutter that was pulling away from the house. Quick easy estimate and a fair price. There is a lot of roofing going on, so it took several weeks before they did the job. They warned me it would and assured me the gutter would be fine until then. Scheduled the job one morning and completed it by 1:00. The gutter has held up to the torrential rains we have been getting. Fully satisfied.

The Bone Dry two-man team came out and, despite the threat of rain, went straight to work and removed and replaced the raccoon damaged soffit and shingles quickly. Replaced soffit fit perfectly.

First, I want to say that the folks who have actually come out to work on my property have been very nice, professional, and helpful. However, the communication from Bone Dry, via the management and the admin team has been truly awful. I signed a contract back in April to get a repair done on my roof that was causing a leak and also to replace the gutters on the back of my house. The gutters were replaced last week (after 6 weeks, despite initially being quoted a 2 week turn around, with very little in the way of communication). They also told me I didn't need to be home for the repair every time I checked in, despite the fact that I was very clear that I did need to be home because I have animals and also there is no exterior outlet on my 1950s home, so they would need to access power through the house.

Again, I want to state that the team who came out to do the gutters and Miles who initially came out to do the inspection were all very nice and did a great job, the gutters look so good! But, the communication I received leading up to the gutter replacement being completed was horrible (even to the point that someone in the office was very rude to me on the phone when I called to check in about a timeline for the repair).

Since my gutters were replaced last week I have been texted and emailed repeatedly asking for me to leave a google review for the company so, I decided to go ahead and do so. Despite the repair on my home not yet being done or even scheduled after 7 weeks and with no communication about when it will happen. Last week I was told the part had not been ordered/completed yet (it’s a custom piece, but this was the first I’d heard anything about it aside from me asking if it was going to be repaired at the same time that the gutters were replaced). The management and admin team at Bone Dry really seem to be struggling, which I have a lot of empathy for, however, the way they’ve handled my situation has been pretty awful. Regardless of how busy things are, a little consistent communication and listening to their customers on their part could have really saved my opinion of this whole process.

Communication was less than stellar requiring me to ask if I should seek another company. Scheduling was blotch and finally put on the books after multiple calls. The crew appears to have done a good job, but I specifically asked for clear caulking and they used white. Just reported this finding so we'll see how it turns out.

Our experience with Bone Dry Roofing was outstanding. From start to finish the process was flawless. Michael came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate with photos and within 1 week the technicians were out making the repair. After the repair was completed we received photos showing the work that was completed on our roof. A few days later we had a storm come through and we noticed another issue that we thought was related to the repair. We contacted Michael and he came back out to inspect and ended up adding caulk around one of our roof vents for no charge. Thank you Bone Dry! We will definitely be contacting you all in the future for all of our roofing needs.

Working with Bone Dry was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had.

Quality-wise, Bone Dry did an acceptable job with our gutters, but their communication was absolutely awful. We signed a contract for our gutters in April and it took over a MONTH to get a call back to get on their schedule. I had to call and text repeatedly just to get someone to reply to me! I understand if it's a busy season for you, but at least give your customer a call to set expectations about when the job will be done. Instead I got radio silence.

Then after a month, they said they would come out on Wednesday. Great! Well, Wednesday morning comes and I get a text 15 minutes before they're supposed to arrive saying that they actually won't come because it's supposed to be windy. Could they not have looked up the forecast in advance of promising me they would be there? Thank goodness I didn't have to take off work to wait for them.

Their crew was not very professional – I listened to at least one of their workers have a lengthy phone call about little league tee-ball when they were supposed to be working...so a one-day job turned into a two-day job. That's not to mention the fact that they did zero cleanup. I found multiple screws, nails, and sharp scraps of metal in and around our driveway and where our kids play.

I am thankful to have this project done and behind me, because I will not be using Bone Dry Roofing again. I would NOT recommend them.

The technicians did a quick, thorough and expert job of cleaning clogged downspouts for an old house. The job was expensive but worth the price because it was work we can no longer do ourselves. And we got fabulous drone photos of the roof.

Took a month to get a leak fixed, but when they inspected and did the work, they were efficient and seemingly competent.

Great company to work with. They finished my roof in one day and then my gutters a couple days later. They were very thorough with the cleanup as well.

Hired to fix a sky tunnel. Waited many months and was never called when the replacement part was in. After calling multiple times finally got scheduled. They were late coming out. Once they came out they seemed completely unaware of what needed to be done despite there being pictures of the area attached to the proposal. Now I'm told they need more replacement parts in case something breaks and there's no telling when they will come. So I still have a leak and am waiting who knows how much longer on top of the months I've already waited with an active leak. Would not recommend.

At top of BBB list for my search. Next day quote, but weather not agreeable for a couple weeks. At first availability 2 man crew showed up and were done with my needed siding repair from storm damage in about an hour. Probably why they were at the top of the list. 10/10 would call again.

Had an inside water leak during an ice/snow storm. Called several roofing companies and all busy on a late Friday night. The very pleasant person who answered for Bone Dry spoke with his supervisor and assured me that someone would be here on Saturday morning. Around 9:00am two employees from Bone Dry arrived, checked out the various leaks inside and explained what they believed to be the cause of leaks. They removed large pieces of ice from roof and within 10 minutes the inside leaks had stopped. This was a temporary fix and an appointment was made to inspect the area after all ice and snow had melted. The area was subsequently inspected and repairs made. For now there is no water leakage and I am pleased with the prompt response by Bone Dry

This is a great company to work with from start to finish! Competitive pricing, professional staff and great communication. They answered questions, provided samples of materials and worked with me to set a date that worked for my schedule. On the day of installation they updated me throughout the process with photos. Cleanup was good too, not a single nail left behind. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Great customer service and roof work. We had a portion of our ridge cap come off recently. They were able to patch it up earlier than expected, which was huge due to an incoming snow storm. Follow up was easy and they replaced the ridge cap, again earlier than expected, at a fair price. This business also offers a Veterans Discount. Great team here in Lexington, will recommend them and definitely call again should the need arise.

Highly recommend using Bone Dry Roofing. I had them replace to old leaking skylights, they were very fast and did an amazing job. Clean up after job was excellent, the two gentlemen that came were both friendly and professional. Won't use any other roofing company in Lexington again.

Bone Dry Roofing came out accessed the leak on the chimney and came out the next day to fix it. They spent about 3-4 hours fixing it and then it rained the next day and it was still leaking in the same spot. Not satisfied with the job at all.

Bone Dry Roofing just completed a new roof on my property. They did an awesome job. They were professional from the first contact to the completion of the project. They provided me with videos and photos every step of the way and answered any and all questions I had. And the cleanup when they finished was amazing. I can highly recommend them without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with Bone Dry Roofing last year. They had fair pricing and didn't try to oversell me on other services. They were hardworking and sent pictures of their work once completed. They also were willing to come back a few months later to address where a bird had broken through the attic vent they had worked on, and they came up with a new solution that has kept the birds out.

They have been great about communicating from quoting through doing the work. They came in at almost exactly the same price as another quote I got and it was the warranty that pushed them to the top. They were very quick to let me know about some issues they uncovered when they took off the old roofing material, sent me pics from atop the roof and made sure that I was aware of how/why that was going to impact my price. I was already pretty prepared for that based on the estimate and not knowing how old mt roof is, but the prompt communication was great. They also left my yard cleaner than they found it since Republic had never picked up some yard waste or my recycling this week. Quality of work looks great to me and workers have been great.
