Bone Dry did a great job replacing the roof on my house and painting/repairing the inside after some storm damage. Their prices are a bit high, but it's worth it for their excellent workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Had a chunk of our shingles taken out by a limb falling on our house during a storm. Called Bone Dry for an estimate and they were there the next day to take a look. Repairs were completed just over a week later and everything is good as new!

Bone Dry Masonry did a fantastic job repairing my chimney.
They replaced 80 bricks at the top of the chimney where there was water damage and poured a new concrete crown to divert water away from the brick.
The men were very courteous and cleaned everything up before they left.

I was very pleased with their prompt communication, quick work, and excellent execution. Normally I can list at least one area of improvement from a customer experience standpoint but their process is now the gold standard in my mind. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Bone Dry just completed roof repairs on my house, and I am very pleased. Zach accessed my attic in two separate areas and took photos inside the attic as well as on the roof itself. He was able to show me exactly what the problem was, which helped me trust the process. We have used Bone Dry several times for roof related services: gutters, roof repairs, insulation, and last week for a complete roof replacement. They have always been very professional, on time, and do quality work.

they did a good job if you can understand mexico language. american came out said they was family owned and ooerated. they was with one speeking english and rest labor was across pond. but end result they did a good job and dont mind too add every nail too the invoice.im happy but every other company was gona throw in new gutters for the high insurannce check. bone dry will get the whole check deductable plusss extra nail mobey. if you want a roofer that does good work with not one throw in their it . if you already know insurance pays big money and smalla and bug companys toss in the little thins that makes customers recommend them too a nabor call another company. They dont mind geting that deductable pluss sell you a new undercarage on top of the orginal job.

Service was absolutely impeccable and timely. The company that installed my roof was never able to find the problem and bone dry found it immediately. They provided pictures, explanations, and realize that it was an emergency and provided service. I can’t say enough about bone dry. Honest, dependable, and excellent service.

Communication regarding length of project was at first nonexistent then incorrect. Crew did not return objects they moved back to their locations, did not close gate to the yard despite being very aware that we have dogs. Lead on the job did not inspect work thoroughly and only noticed incomplete work once we pointed it out. Completed work seems to be good quality, once it was truly complete.

Esai did a great job. I reached out to him the next day to square off a couple of edges and he showed up the day after to take care of my request.

Chris was knowledgeable and provided an estimate immediately. The crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction. They were careful not to disturb my plantings. I recommend Bone Dry.

Good: Bone dry provided a quote and found additional problems missed by the first company we contacted. Repairs were completed to satisfaction in a timely manner.
Bad: after the repairs were completed we found that a fan in the bathroom below the area that was repaired had been broken. We scheduled time for them to come and check/fix the issue. I took off work to be home for the appointment and an hour before they were set to arrive they called to say to have an electrician come out and fix it and they would reimburse us. We are frustrated with the inconvenience, lack of consideration and additional burden this has caused us.

Crew was efficient & cleaned up when finished. Not the cheapest but seemed to know what they are doing. Time will tell if they fixed the problems but so far we’re dry after 2 days of mild rain.

Crews did a fantastic job on my gutters. I recommend Bone Dry for your gutters. I'll also be using them the next time I need a roof replaced!

BD guys/gals are consistently competent and courteous. Prices may seems high but the quality of work is topnotch. Use them on a regular basis and will continue to do so.

(6) Throughout the entire process, our physical and phone contacts at Bone Dry Roofing were extremely courteous and professional in their communications and actions. The damage was professionally repaired and there have been no related problems so far; nore do I expect any!

We contacted Bone Dry about repainting our soffits and fascia since the previous owners of the home used them to redo our roof. Boy were we impressed! They were extremely professional, came out and power washed the house, took the time to set up all of the tarping and only took one day! They even painted the trim on the front of the house! Bone Dry was excellent to deal with after the recent tornado half a mile from our home. We worked with Ty and Blake. Both had great technical skills as well as people skills. That’s a great combination.

Bone Dry was great to work with. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately, I didn't need a new roof because of weather, it was because my house is 20 years old. The representative sat with me, didn't hurry and went deep into all my options. When I asked what he recommended for me, he was honest, which I also greatly appreciated. They planned to get out within the week but then we had a bad storm they day they had scheduled, so got out the very next week. The on-site crew worked very fast and the on-site supervisor sent me pics during every step of the process.

The worker were here when promised. They did an excellent job color matching the siding. I will use them in the future if need be.
