I was a little disappointed when the scheduling Boss called today and said nobody could show up for 3 days, but Steven the Bigger Boss heard the urgency in my voice apparently on speaker phone and got somebody to the house in a few hours ! Had my roof and gutters replaced, and extra insulation added to the attic. The entire experience, from the person who came out to inspect the roof and give me a quote, to the final inspection after the gutters were installed, was incredibly smooth. Bone Dry installed our new roof last Spring and did and did an excellent job. Their representative was friendly and gave us step by step information on how everything would be done from arrival to departure. The installers were friendly, efficient, and after finishing, they did a thorough job of cleaning up around the house and in the gutters. Also ( importantly), the price was reasonable. We've used Bone Dry Roofing for years. They've done three different roofs for us in three different houses. They are always fast, clean, and their prices can't be beat. It's been five years since they installed our most recent roof, and it looks perfect. This past week, I called them and asked if they knew where I could get a pack of replacement shingles in case anything ever does need to be repaired. They reminded me of my warranty, and assured me they could get replacements if I ever need them, but they also just dropped off a pack that same day, for no charge... like... just so I would feel good about having replacements on hand. Just awesome. I wish I had more than 5 stars at my disposal!

I had my roof and gutters redone. It took them one day for the roof and another for the gutters. The whole time they kept me updated with photos and commentary to let me know what was wrong and what they were fixing. It was nice to see the progress they were making.

Bone Dry Roofing repaired a roof leak at the masonry fireplace area and did a fantastic job. They removed the old flashing and roofing at the fireplace and provided new flashing with a section of new shingles. Great work and no more leaks.

We had several roofers out to provide estimates on a metal roof or dimensional shingles. Bone Dry had the best price on dimensional shingles and the sales rep seemed to be the most knowledgable, he even helped us pick a color scheme that complimented our siding and shingles. Install was done in a day, and we have a relatively large area on the back of our house. Clean-up was near perfect, we found only a few nails/scraps afterward. Overall, I’m very pleased. We recently had another roofer going door-to-door in our neighborhood and he actually stopped to ask who had done our roof and to tell me we had a nice roof.

Bone Dry removed the old layers of shingles and needed to replace much of the wood on the existing house and garage roof. The detached garage was done a year or two later than the house roof. The workers were polite, relatively quiet in their communications with each other during the job, cleaned everything up afterwards especially making sure that all the nails were removed from the driveway. I am pleased with the work and the Corning Fiberglass shingles..

Bone Dry Roofing completed replacing the roof on my house last Thursday, June 20, 2024. They also replaced two skylights, added a cricket and added a bathroom fan vent. The workmanship is excellent. They did a good job and they were responsive with questions. We had a small repair caused by our painters, and it became a bigger job than I imagined. We cleaned 30+ nails and some roofing materials out of our gutters, but in the end it looks nice.

Finding a small leak on a porch ceiling can be difficult. We had four roofing companies and a gutter company to assess the problem and ways to fix it. Many options were given and well as cost. Yes, cost is a factor but the bigger picture is what is going to be done to fix the problem. I felt Bone Dry Roofing proposal as to what they would do, as well as being reasonable in cost, I signed the contract. Carlos came to work on the roof. I could tell he paid attention to details and did a great job. However, the rain that night showed the leak to still be there. Bone Dry Roofing returned the next day. The leak was assessed again with a plan put in place. Carlos returned on the second day to do further work on the roof. Based on what he did, I was confident that the problem leak was now fixed. However, when Carlos finished, he did a water test. Sadly, it was still leaking. But, it was then that Carlos could actually see the leak. Jim, the Project Manager, said it would have to be an additional cost to do further work. I ageed to proceed. To my surprise, Jim called me later that day. He said the owner said it was important to them as a company that the leak was fixed and would do the additional work at no additional cost to me. The only thing I owed would be $18.00 for two new pieces of siding. Now, that is a company that stands behind their work. I couldn't have gone with a better company. Bone Dry Roofing is a company you can trust to do a great job at a reasonable cost. But, most importantly, Bone Dry Roofing stands behind their work which is something we are seeing less of these days. You can trust Bone Dry Roofing.

Stay away! Bone Dry came out to fix my roof and made the situation worse. Before they came out, I emphasized the importance of their matching my existing roof. After being assured it would, it resulting work stuck out like a sore thumb. Even worst, their solution further damaged my roof, causing damage to the surrounding roof.

When I called to complain they effectively shrugged and said it wasn’t them. When I brought out another roofer, they said it was on them and it ended up costing me a roof!

Bone Dry is a great company. They are very professional and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us updated on the progress with texts and photos. They did a great job protecting our gardens and cleaning up afterwards. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Ken came right out the next day and gave me a very professional and expert appraisal of the issues with leakage around my bay window. He took numerous photos both outside and inside, explaining what he was seeing as he went. I had a conference call with he and the owner the next morning. The evidence showed some separation from the brick wall, not a roofing issue, but their detailed evaluation and recommendations were invaluable. Honesty and integrity shown to someone they knew would be best served by someone else!

I'll be honest, I chose Bone Dry because I have four nephews that work for this company spread throughout different divisions and I've heard great things. We had our new roof put on in the fall of 2020 and were very pleased. Fast forward to this summer when we had an inspection while we were trying to sell our house and it was discovered that there were a couple of minor issues resulting from the roof install in 2020. I called Bone Dry and they immediately got to work to remedy the problem, assuring me that they would do what they could to ensure we would not lose out on the sale of our house. Within days, they had a rep at our house assessing the situation with a plan of action. Within the month, we had a whole new roof, down to the trusses (replaced in one day). Bone Dry did a complete roof replacement on my home and two repairs on the buildings of the church I pastor. Attention to detail, following through with what they proposed, punctuality and communication excellent throughout. My house took 23 square. The front is 6/12 pitch with 4 large dormers. Complete tear off and replace in one day. Jim Cornell and the entire crew made sure our property was in no way damaged during the process. Clean up was very thorough.

In August of 2022 Bonedry replaced the roof on my garage and house. I had a pleasant experience. So, On 7/28/23 I called and scheduled for someone to come look at a leak which I believed to be in the roof. The leak was in the siding and Bonedry said that’s something they could fix. I was sent a quote and error on my end, I didn’t know to sign it and send it because the representative went over the price with me and I acknowledged it in person. I called Bonedry on 8/4/23 and asked about when they could schedule me. She informed me that I had to sign and send the forms which I completed and sent back the same day. The original representative reached out 8/7/23 and asked if I wanted them to do the job and said they hadn’t received the signed forms. I re sent the forms on the same day 8/7/23. The following evening 8/8/23 The representative called me and told me to buy paint for the siding and trim so he could pick it up as soon as possible and get me scheduled before they had to do big jobs which were approaching. 8/9/23 I purchased the needed paint and contacted the Bonedry rep. He picked the paint up on the morning of 8/10/23. I didn’t hear anything on scheduling after that so I reached back out on 8/16/23 and was informed that I should hear something shortly.
I reached out once again on 9/2/23 for an update and got no answer. Then again on 9/8/23 and when I called the women who answered said there was no work order in for me and that she would have someone get back to me. I then Called back on 9/15 and no one answered so I texted my representative and asked for an update or the chance to atleast get my paint back. He responded and said it would be scheduled for the following week and that the boards would be getting painted on Monday 9/18/23. He then contacted me on 9/18/23 and told me that the original price I signed for was wrong and I now had to pay over $700 extra or I could choose to cancel.

Bone dry is the only roofing company I will call. They are professional, honest and do great work at a fair price.

Most Recent: utilized Bone Dry again on new house we recently moved in after hail storm damaged our roof. Many roofing contractors stopped by to evaluate damage, but Bone Dry was the only one to actually go in our attic and inspect as well as give us a transparent quote. They did an entire redeck in one day. Many on our street are still waiting to get their roof done after the hail damage, which shows how quick Bone Dry can quote and get work done. Very thorough throughout the day with detailed pictures and communication. My go to roofer.

Past: Utilized Bone Dry for low slope installation. I chose Bone Dry due to their reccomended approach for a low slope. I felt their reccomended product (flintlastic) was the most superior product for a low slope and their price was much more reasonable than other quotes using inferior products. I tried to do as much research as possible before receiving quotes and Flintlastic seemed to be the top standard for low pitch and Bone Dry was the only quote I received reccomending to use it. The team that came to install was really great and what I liked the most was the text updates I recieved throughout the day that included pictures from the tear off, underlayment, and final top top cap. I felt confident knowing exactly what was being done. Even better, the time from initial contact to roof install was way faster than anticipated. I would definitely use Bone Dry again.

The insulation job that bone dry did was taken care of in a very timely fashion. The crew that arrived worked quickly and was very professional.

Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldn’t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of it’s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase we’ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after we are gone.
