I cant say enough how great Bone Dry is. We have a new roof with top of the line Owens Corning shingles. New decking and new soffit all around the house. It looks amazing. I moved into a house where the roof had not been replaced in 19 years and whoever put the original roof on did a terrible job. It was rotting, leaking, animals were getting in. The price was better than others. We had Kingdom, Open Box, and Erie come out and Im more than happy we went with Bone Dry. I would do it again tomorrow but the roof has a warranty for the next 25 years so I probably will wait.

First time homeowner here. Had to have our chimney demolished and rebuilt and our roof replaced. The entire Bone Dry team was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. 10/10 would use again for all our future home projects!

I had a very positive experience with Bone Dry from beginning to end. They were attentive to my needs of siding replacement and gutter installation for my garage. They did their best to adhere to my budget, stayed in communication with me consistently, and did what they said they were going to do. They truly go above and beyond...I highly recommend.

Great work. They called, gave me a date to expect them. Told me when they were running late. How long it was going to be. And was fast getting the job done. They negative part was it to them almost 4 months to get to me.

We purchased our home in 2019 and the roof is 2017 from bone dry. This year we started having facia rot.

I had contractors come out and they said our roof never had gutter apron or a drip edge installed and this why we now have rot. When I told them it was Bone Dry, they said, “I can’t believe a reputable company like them didn’t put it on.”

Bone Dry came out and even they were surprised they had not put it on. They then did research, fell back on “well in 2017 it wasn’t code” and want us to pay even though it’s pretty clear they are surprised they didn’t do it either. I’m ok with paying for the fascia repair but firmly believe they should pay for not installing something that is very standard.

I talked to my insurance and they said “we don’t cover shoddy work” (exact quote). Multiple roofers have said regardless of code it’s very standard they put apron and drip edge with a new roof. I talked to DHS and they said the same.

Highly recommend. Great experience from starting with Richard in Sales and then rest of company through the whole process. They were outstanding with helping us work with insurance adjustor. Good job with clean up. Price was fair. Roof looks great. On site manager communicated very well throughout the day. Lots of ways our roof is much better than our old one.

Would not recommend. Called about a month ago to setup a roof inspection for a new construction home to make sure everything was installed correctly and advised company that it was not more than a year old. Called back today after calling them this morning to ask simple question about Attic vent fans. Were not willing to answer a simple question without looking at house and providing quote. Just wanted to if they were worth it. Got a call later in the day that they want to charge me $350 dollars which was not originally discussed. Poor customer service. Won't do business with them. Though they were good company. Saw there trucks drive by my company all the time.

Bone Dry Roofing installed our roof in 2016 and did a great job. Very responsive, professional and fairly priced. Recently our house was hit by lightning and had roof and interior damage. We called Bone Dry and they came out and did a full inspection. Gary Sarmiento was very thorough, professional and explained everything in detail. Julie Watson was great keeping us informed of the job status. Luis Jarquin did a great job on the repairs. Working with Bone Dry has been a great experience. We would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing, and they will continue to be our first call.

My husband been trying to get siding done on his house since April 22. They have appointments set up and then canceled several times. The siding is still not complete. Had an appointment today and came out for a roofing job not my address. So they have to reschedule again!!! poor communication and poor customer service!!! Maybe great for upgrades not for storm damage!! I would give them no stars!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Shop else where. Going to call the insurance company tomorrow to see if we can switch providers!!!!

The Bone Dry crew which replaced our old, worn out chimney was dedicated to getting the job done in one day, despite a sudden downpour. A.J. also sent photos of progress and communicated about start and finish. And Bryce, who made the deal, was very professional and communicative. We have used Bone Dry before and will again!

We are Matthew and Stacey McPeek, and we live in Danville. About 2 months ago during those bad storms we saw our roof was leaking inside on the ceiling. I don't know any roofers but I know a lot of people that know a lot of people so I started asking around. Bone-Dry seemed to have a very good reputation. I scheduled an appointment to have a salesman come out. John Borowy came out and was very professional and obviously very competent. I showed him my concern and he spent about a half an hour in my attic and then on top of my roof. He shot video and photographs and then surprised me. He said my problem was not a bad roof, but a rotten B-vent/flue, and that they could do the repairs without having to give me a new roof. I was amazed. He didn't care about the money, just my problem. After asking several questions I wanted him to give me a price on full replacement with sheathing since I know that we are just a few years away from having to probably replace the roof anyway. He gave me an estimate with replacing the sheathing, all of the vents, and using Owens Corning shingles. It was a very reasonable price.
Their crew came out and got right to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing because they had all the proper equipment, laid down all the tarps over our AC and bushes, and every person knew their job. Bone Dry had a foreman on site all day by the name of Casey that would send me photographs and video throughout the day of their progress since I was at work. Austin was the specialist technician that replaced all of the vents and couldn't be happier with his professionalism as well. Crawled through my attic double-checking that all of the vents and all of the exhaust stuff was correctly breathing and exhausting like it should. The roof looked great, and you can tell everybody in this company knows how to do their job correctly.
Here is the best part. I did notice when I got home there were a couple of pieces of drip edge that didn't seem to line up very well. I let both John and Casey know I wanted someone to look at it, and less than 24 hours later, Andrew, who is the assistant General Manager of the company, was at my place to address my concern. He actually showed me that the problem wasn't the roof or anything they had done, but a gutter board that had warped and was the reason things weren't lining up. Since they weren't responsible and it was nothing having anything to do with what they did, I asked if I could pay them to fix the problem and Andrew simply looked up at the gutter board and told me they would go ahead and take care of it for free. I couldn't believe it. All he wanted was a happy customer that was happy with the job they did.
A roof is a scary thing. There are a lot of fly-by-night companies and it will cost you thousands in damages and thousands in re-repair if you get a bad company doing a bad job. I could not be happier with all levels of Bone Dry. The estimate, the sales, the scheduling, the well-oiled machine of a crew that they sent, and then the follow-up with amazing customer service. You got to get a company that's going to do you right when it comes to a roof. And I would not hesitate to recommend or use Bone Dry again in the future!

Bone Dry Roofing did an amazing job on my 1925 bungalow. She was in need of repairs to the original framework as well as the decking and past damage. They communicated via text with photos and explanations of what they needed to do. No surprises, just honest talk about the condition of the roof. I thought it was going to take 2-3 days. It took their crew about 6 hours to get the job done, including a new skylight.

I work in the real estate business (not in sales), and everyone has told me if you want the best and can afford it, go with Bone Dry. I can be assured that for the next 25-35 years my roof will be the least of any concerns. I purchased a roof and for piece of mind for decades to come.

Had our entire roof replaced in a single day. They took care to protect all of the plants, ac units, generator, etc during the tear down process and cleaned up so that you really wouldn’t be able to tell that they were even here. Roof and flashing looks great. They replaced a few plywood sheets that were water damaged and took plenty of pictures detailing the whole process. Excellent work. Would highly recommend

Marco and his crew did an amazing job. The attention to detail was great and left the job site better than it likely was when they arrived. I had a new roof put on. After trying to contact smaller companies I was fed up with folks not getting back with me. Although these folks were likely not the least expensive, You get what you pay for. I had uninstalled a clamp on device for my gutter the day before they arrived. I never asked for it to be reinstalled nor expected them to see the device. I just wanted it out of their way. These guys even reinstalled my solar panel device without being asked. When they left, my wife noticed a piece of trash fell out of the trailer. Not sure how they noticed it but the stopped and picked it up. Awesome job. Would use again! I only attached one photo but they added this cricket to my chimney that was never there before either.

Attic leak occurred around the radon tube cap. The BD worker replaced the cap with a higher quality solution, included new shingles with the repair, and thoroughly cleaned up debris. It was obvious the worker was experienced with this type of repair. We were also pleased with "worker on the way" text messages.

Very professional and no-pressure sales. The rep offered to repair the small leak in our roof (for only a few hundred dollars) instead of replacing it. Of the 4 quotes we got, Bone Dry was the only firm that suggested the possibility of repair.

No work is too small, they attended to a minor wind damage to our roof with the same attention and diligence as they would for full roof replacement. No pressure tactics for upselling (shout out to Dan Ackerman). Totally reliable!

We contracted Bone Dry to do a number of projects for us. Shingles, gutters, insulation, and trim repair/replacement.

Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the roofing, gutters, and insulation install. They were all done very well.

My issue is the overall project management and cleanup work (damage repair) from the trim repair. We had a lot of rotting wood behind the gutters and trim and facia that needed to be replaced. Before the project started, I expressed concerns that the trim crew would be doing their work after the roofing crew. You have a roofing crew come in install all their drip edge and rake edge, then a trim crew that needs to remove the boards under the drip/rake edge.

The exact thing I was concerned about happened - the trim crew needed to bend/flare out the drip/rake edge to get their boards in and out. I was assured that they would send out a repair crew to remedy the damage done to the drip edge and shingles. The job was completed nine weeks ago and I keep getting promises and apologies from my sales rep that they will get out in the next few days to complete the work.

Nothing has been done. Another email to sales rep - another promise and same result - nothing done.

I have asked four times for a person that I can escalate this to - nothing. Everything else in my email is answered and that question is ignored.

In summary - I would recommend Bone Dry for a roofing, gutters, and insulation. However, if you need any additional work done - look elsewhere. It also leaves me concerned about any service I might need in the future based on their response to this.

No sooner was this posted I heard from Bone Dry and they have resolved the issues. As stated above - I would rate them a perfect 5 on the roof, gutters, and insulation. However, as a complete job I will revise my rating to a 4 due to the frustrations getting these cleanup items resolved.

They came out and diagnosed a problem another roofing company missed. Clearly showed us the issue and gave us a quote for repair. Communicated well regarding scheduled time they would be at our home to repair.

Austin did a great job replacing the B-vent pipe on the roof of our house. Afterwards he cleaned up well and sent me photos of the work that he had conducted.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. The other 2 roofing companies came to my house to repair our roof before Bone Dry. The other companies didn't properly repair our roof and they didn't respond after my return request.

Bone Dry just completed a very complex roof project for me, 91 squares of shingles, flashing, and vents on a 18 pitch roof. Simply phenomenal. Foreman Gerardo Chavez and his crews arrived at 6:45 am, had the old roofing off by 10:30, and were 95% complete by 9:00pm. They finished up the following morning. They were meticulous, very thorough in cleaning up and out of the thousands of nails used we only found 6! Would absolutely recommend BoneDry.

Bone Dry just finished up my roofing yesterday, and it was a great process start to finish. Damian came out to do the estimate, which included pictures and videos highlighting positive things (like attic insulation still to spec and roof decking looking good from inside) to the things that are obvious issues, like cracked ridge shingles and missing or damaged shingles. The estimate was clear and easy to understand, and Damian showed me examples of how they communicate with customers on their jobs.

Once we decided to go with Bone Dry, the process continued to be very smooth and easy, with great communication, and lots of in-process pictures from the supervisor Trevor documenting everything. The crew did a great job of protecting the property, and cleaning up once done. The assistant GM Andrew came out today (Saturday on Memorial Day weekend) to do the follow-up inspection. He found a couple of nails missed in a downspout, and one part around a cupola that needs a small touchup, but I am thrilled with the level of QA detail done to spot these things and make sure it's a high quality job, rather than just let those things slide.

The price was well within my expectation for the job, and with the included warranties, that includes free 5 year inspections, this feels like a fantastic investment. I will gladly recommend Bone Dry to anyone who asks!

There were 2 areas of my roof where shingles had become loose and were either missing or shifted and folded over. These areas were exposed to the elements and we had alot of rain and winds already, in addition to more forecasted the rest of the week.

I called Bone Dry regarding an emergency tarp to cover and protect those areas until repairs could be done.
They came out within 3 to 4 hours after my call. INCREDIBLE! I was very pleased with their promptness for my situation.

Bone Dry replaced our roof and did an excellent job so, it was a no brainer to use them to replace the shake (wooden) portion of our roof. The roofers arrived on time and worked non- stop to complete the job. They continue to nail shingles by hand and don’t use electronic nail guns etc. The guys cleaned up and were on their way. We’ll continue to recommend Bone Dry.

I can in no way, say how much I would NOT recommend working with this company. This was the biggest headache I have EVER dealt with. The whole process was VERY clear to me, but somehow VERY confusing to this company that does this on a daily basis. Incorrect quotes, overcharging, undercharging, half-assing projects and then charging you to complete the job the way it SHOULD have been done originally. I will never come back to this company...ever....for any project. I would rather live with no roof or gutters on my house. Steer clear, you won't regret it.
