Great team,after identifying the problem on a Friday,I was given several options for the present and future potential leaks,the following Monday they had the repairs finished before the incoming rainstorm with photographic progress,now my home is....Bone Dry,I would highly recommend this company for fast,efficient and affordable work.

Good and honest people and does a good job. They come early and start working .. cleaned up and tidy after their work. From start to finish they keep you updated even you’re not home. Would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Bone Dry Roofing for a small gutter job. The gutter had pulled away from the house and warped. We also wanted to add a second downspout. Bone Dry’s estimator came out and checked out the job. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The estimated job date was 2 weeks but unfortunately our area got hit with some serious storms; heavy rain, hail, wind and tornadoes that delayed it several weeks. Bone Dry’s installer, Matthew Marshall, did a great job on the gutter repair and downspout addition. We would also like to thank the local Bone Dry’s office personnel; Alex DiMercurie and Anetta for their friendly and responsive service.

Great service throughout the entire project. Top quality attention to detail in the planning stages months in advance before the day of install even happened. Informative updates daily during the install with pictures. Great job!

I was told after I agreed to the service that if I chose to pay with a credit card I would be charged a fee of 3.9%(?). Generally, using Visa these fees go against the agreement the vendor has with Visa and the bank used. (Other CC companies have different rules.) I am unable to comment on the actual work because I can't see it and am not a professional.
Ten years ago Bone Dry resurfaced the entire roof of the house and garage. I was happy with that job and gave them the appropriate credits. At that time I paid them $77xx.xx using my credit card and was not charged a fee.

Another problem for a company that serves the entire Metro area: I can't call you from my home on the number you use as your primary contact. I must call your 800 number in Indianapolis. Bo you have have a toll free number from the City of St. Louis?

The experience was very good. The President even gets involve with you. They take the time to go over the entire roof project before the actual roof replacement starts. They address any associated issue(s) that you may have with the roof like ventilation, gutters and chimmneys etc. They use High end materials such as Owen Corning shingles. Your roof and foundation are the top 2 home structures you don't want to go cheap with. They don't chase storms, and focus on the customer.

We had a rather unique set of challenges with our roof and talked to many contractors before deciding on Bone Dry. We worked with many people from their team and they were all fantastic. They did a great job of communicating with us each step of the way. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone!

The new roof is taking a little getting used to. First of all, when I pull into the garage during a rain, those familiar leaks are no longer there! I’ll probably acclimate soon.
Also, when I am outside, I constantly want to look up at the roof! Maybe that will wear off too. I know the reason… it looks beautiful. Feels like I have a new house. I was so impressed with the crew. They were extremely hard working and diligent. I had the footing replaced along with the new shingles, so it was a two day job. But, I was glad that I followed the recommendation to replace the plywood.
In short, Bone Dry was great all the way through the process!

Got a fast quote on roof repair but didn't need it done right away. The quote was still good when I could get the repair done and the work was done within a couple weeks. Only took about an hour and looks great!

After receiving a botched Roofing job from John Beal Roofing, Bone-Dry responded to our Roofing problems promptly and with real solutions. Something we never got from JB. The installers even went the extra mile to perform a couple small, but important, Roofing repairs in addition to the work we scheduled with them, which we very much appreciated! They explained everything to us regarding the work and did it at an affordable price. We will be using them again in the future!

We are very impressed with Bone Dry's work, from the initial visit with Blake, to the quick responses from Customer Service and manager Travis, to the actual work by Chris and Jason. We especially appreciate Chris taking the time to review all of the steps with us and ensuring high quality installations. Love that all of the communication is through one text chain! The total price was comparable to other quotes. Scheduling turnaround was quick and they were flexible with our plumbers' schedule without issue. We currently have no concerns about working with them for future roofing needs!

Removal and replacement are complete. We haven’t had a hard rain yet so no proof about the work. But it looks good. I texted back to them about the nails and cigarette butts found in the yard on Saturday, and they sent some one out that same day with the large magnet and he went over the yard again finding more.

Had a small job of replacing some fascia after a storm. Bone Dry sent out someone to take a look, gave me a reasonable estimate right away. Then they sent Dabid out for the job, he was great. Had to come back because the first day another storm came through, but he was upfront with all the communication. Will definitely consider using for bigger jobs in the future

Bone Dry did a great job replacing all the gutters (with guards) at my house, and patching a hole in my roof this year. And they went above and beyond with a chimney-related repair for me a year or 2 ago: that one was especially tough to diagnose, but they kept looking 'til they found and solved the problem. Reasonable prices, convenient payment options, good communication, and most especially, highly-skilled professionalism.

Bone Dry did our roof today- access the way house is situated was not optimal and the crew did an amazing job of disposing of debris without any problem. They fixed a couple of issues from previous work and cleaned up very well. The crew was very attentive to my wishes and efficient in completing the job. I am most likely going to use Bone Dry now for new gutters and cover.

We have used Bone Dry twice in the past year. The first time they were the only company out of many that responded to my phone call came out that night and tarp off my broken skylights , and all the work that came after that was done very professionally and they were great company to work with. The second time was much less minor damage, but again They were out within just a few days to look at it and back within a few weeks after that to do the repair, which again looks great I have recommended them to multiple people.

Bone drive was the third company that I had out to fix the roof over my sun bro, they fixed it right and I haven't had to call them for a couple of years until shingles flew off the upstairs roof. They came 8 to 9 days before the appointment which was great because we're in for a lot of rain, repaired the problem and was gone within an hour. Would I call them again? Sure would. Would I recommend that? Sure would. Am I satisfied? Yes

Blake Ingrassia, Travis Hayes, and the entire Bone Dry Roofing team, where consummate professionals throughout the entire process. They worked with the adjuster(s) and our insurance from the beginning, assisted in the corrections, and provided the needed photos/documentation to repair/replace all the damaged property. The roof replacement was completed in one day. There was a foreman on site the entire time and regional manager (Rick Goldacker) was in the area and stopped by to check and answer questions. My advice, get the Bone Dry team involved as soon as possible.

I had some damage with the flashing coming off in wind and the plastic pieces on the under side of the roof. The job looks well done. The winter delayed the work to be done for some time.
Clean up after could be a little better found a few screws on the ground, but overall happy.
Scheduled them to inspect my roof after high winds and found shingles on the ground.

Bone Dry Roofing is a great company to work with. Time is very important and I appreciate how they respect time their courtesy. They have a great team of guys and do great work. They are good at calling to keep you informed on the ETA, once he arrive he walked my property with me, asked questions and informed me of what to expect and took pictures along the way, before and after the job. I most appreciate with the bad weather we experienced I didn’t have to wait days to covering placed on my roof, they were on the job the next day. Great team of guys I even received a call from the DM informing me his guy would be at my home the next morning and he was.

My roof repair was done on a cold February morning. Job was done well and in a timely manner. Techniton was polite as well as the rest of the team at Bonedry.

We are a 13+ year Bone Dry Customer, now with another (after hail damage) Bone Dry roof, gutters/downspouts, leaf protection, and siding. Always satisfactory communications, updates during repairs, great workmanship, with competitive pricing. At this point, when there is any roof/rain/wind/siding issue, I call Bone Dry. After an unusually long and steady rain, I experienced a leak in the back of my house. When I first called, they were scheduling a month out, so while the person who assessed the issue came when scheduled, unfortunately it had recently snowed, so his ability to see figure out the problem was limited. He said I would be contacted that week for rescheduling, but I wasn't. When I called, though, the company was very responsive and worked me in. Repairs were completed, though, at this point I don't know if my leak has been resolved, as that conditions that raised my concern have not yet repeated. My fingers are crossed!

Full disclosure: as of January, of the two things needing done only half has been due to weather conditions and scheduling, will update as everything gets finished

So far I'm very happy with everything. They sent a guy and he immediately identified what was wrong with my leaky roof and got a fair priced estimate for what I needed (plus gutter protection). The man who came to patch the roof and put some new flashing in did so very quickly along with sending progress pictures the entire time, which I really appreciated since I was at work.

I've yet to get the gutter guards installed but that wait was explained up front so no issue there.

I guess these people do good work if you can actually get them to follow through. I made an appointment for them to come out and look at our house and give us an estimate. The appointment was for a few weeks out as they were booked. After this they called or texted multiple times to change the appointment. If I didn't respond fast enough they would send a text to 'confirm' my appointment which was a complete different time than we had agreed upon. So I would call them and say could we please keep the original appointment time? And they would say sure. Then a day or two later this would repeat. Finally, I agreed to an earlier time and someone came out and looked at our siding. He was friendly and spent perhaps 15 minutes taking pictures and measurements. He said he'd have an estimate to us by the end of the day. A week later, we still hadn't heard anything so I emailed the company asking if they were still intending on sending over an estimate. No response. I don't understand why they wasted so much of my time.

By far the most responsive service provider I have encountered in recent years. Removed old slate shingles on roof and replaced with asphalt shingles. Communicated regularly and kept me informed, and the work was done professionally, the employees were polite and cleanup was impeccable. I will use Bone Dry Roofing again.

This is my first experience with work done by Bone Dry. I am having some repair work done and have been very happy with the work. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Blake is great to work with. I hope to use them for future work.

Back in 1999, I had a three-season room added to my house. Recently, the attachment area where the flat roof attached to the main house wall started leaking over the doorway. I tried various patching materials to seal out the water but all attempts failed.

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing after seeing their work in the neighborhood and asked what they would propose. The proposal was a system using a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin from Johns Mansville) membrane. The membrane provided a continous UV resistant covering of the vertical wall and the flat roof forming a complete sealing system. The whole project only took half a day, however, some rescheduling was necessary.

Bone Dry Roofing provided a senior discount and several payment methods, like bank draft, check, or credit card. There is, however, a 3.5% service charge for credit cards.

I feel my days of fighting the leaks are over.

Bone Dry did excellent work on my rental property. Very competitive quote. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took 3 weeks to schedule the job due to a paperwork issue. Their estimate was detailed and included photos which i appreciated. Other contractors did not include photos. I recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I had no worries working with Bone dry. They made the process easy and answered all my questions. They deal with insurance company so you don't have too. Bone dry did a great job with my roof, siding and gutters.

The work was completed on-time and at the estimated price. Bone Dry is a great company to use for all your roofing and gutter needs.

I can't provide a complete review yet, as there are a couple issues that need to be addressed: 1. Bone Dry Roofing crew mistakenly used two different colored coils on my house. 2. The soffit that was installed in the front entrance buckled with weather/temperature change. I’m currently waiting to hear back from Travis for the crew to return and correct the issues. I will update my review once the work has been completed and the matter resolved.

Update: Bone Dry Roofing appears to experience a relatively high turnover of crew members, which led to some confusion and communication breakdowns over the course of several months as I tried to resolve the issues with them. That said, the company ultimately followed through and resolved the issues I had previously raised. While the initial process was frustrating and prolonged, I appreciate their commitment to standing by their work and ensuring the necessary corrections were made.
