I got several quotes for a roof replacement, Exterior Alliance had the best value by far! They scheduled me within 2 weeks, and worked around a few rainshowers to get it done. I was especially pleased with the attention to not harming my flowers beds, and with the cleanup afterwards. I love my new roof!! Highly recommend.

After filing a claim for hail damage, Dan and Brian worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we could obtain the highest payout. It took 6 months of fighting with the insurance company, citing building code, and going up the supervisor ladder but I finally have a new roof on the house and garage. 100% would not have happened without Derrick knowing the right strings to pull and buttons to push. As for the install, their crew showed up at 7am sharp and had ~2400sf of shingles done and cleaned up at 4pm. Couldn't have been any less painless.

I can't say enough about the owner! While it took some work, he help me get my roof pushed through insurance after wind damage earlier in the year. He is a go getter and very responsive! His crew did great work and cleaned up well too! If you are looking for a good roofing company, don't look any further!!

My house got hit by a hail storm back in April 2023. I had a company come and inspect my roof and was told I had hail damage. My insurance company came out and the report said I didn’t have hail damage…I never heard back from the roofing company.

Brian from Exterior Alliance was on my neighbors roof at a later date told me I 100% have damage and he would get me a new roof. Another inspection by my insurance company and again they said no damage. Brian fought for me and made my insurance company send out an engineer to inspect the roof. Results came back and a new roof was needed.

Exterior Alliance was great to work with and they will go the extra mile and fight for their customers.

10/10 would suggest using this company for your roofing/siding and gutter needs!

After a freak hail storm in April, I decided to go with Exterior Alliance based on excellent reviews and the fact they’re a long-standing business in the community. They did not disappoint. Derrick was great to work with; very thorough and responsive. He also worked with my HOA to ensure the shingles would meet requirements. After some major challenges with my insurance carrier, Derrick and Dan fought hard on my behalf to ensure all the damage was covered, including my gutters. The crew showed up early and worked late until the job was finished in one day. They tarped off the entire house to protect it during the removal and did an extremely thorough job cleaning up all debris and nails. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the team at Exterior Alliance.

Everything went exactly like Brian said it would. They came and tore off old roof along with decking and replaced all in one day. Everything was cleaned up like they were not ever there. I would recommend to family and friends.

I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish. On install day the group arrived on time and were able to complete everything in one day. The clean up was on point and the roof looks amazing.

Thankfully, I did not need to use Exterior Alliance. But within minutes of submitting my request, Dan reached out and had an appointment set up the next morning. In the end, our builder ended up calling and agreeing to come do the repair, but if that had not happened, Exterior Alliance was there for me. Exterior Alliance contracted and managed the whole project, doing roof and gutters themselves. They were professional, responsive, logical, and always available by text. It could have been a nightmare of a project and instead, it was peaceful and predictable, thanks to the proactive communication. I would highly recommend Exterior Alliance.

On the day of the job (yes the whole project took one day on a roughly 3000 sq foot house), all work was done at a professional standard. After the job was completed, the entire work site was thoroughly cleaned, with no damage to landscaping.

To top it off, Dan provided drone images of the full roof upon completion.

Excellent company to work with. At a time when most companies can’t get out to see your project within a month they called back quickly, gave us honest time expectations and did the job exceptionally well.

Ultimately we didn't select Exterior Alliance to replace our gutters because of a poor sales experience. I had to call twice for an inspection appointment and after more than a week it took more calls to receive a quote.
I think our gutter job was just too small for them. All of the glowing reviews I read referenced roof replacement.

They were very helpful getting the other half of the roof covered and then double the claim amount from State Farm trying to short us. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I recommend using them even more so if an Insurance Company is involved!!!!

We couldn’t be happier w/ our new roof from Exterior Alliance. They replaced our roof after completing our neighbors roof. They knocked on our door and asked if they could look to see if there was any damage because they may be able to get it approved through insurance. Fortunately, insurance agreed based on a few questionable areas, so we had no out of pocket expenses. The crew they used were extremely efficient and completed it in a day. They worked from 6am until 9pm to complete before a storm came through that evening. I cannot say enough good things about them!

They were professional, polite, informative and transparent. They prepped around the house beautifully to protect my landscaping, thorough clean up, and finished the project in a weekend. I would highly recommend them. We plan to use them for other properties we own in the future.

They came out within 24 hrs of me calling to inspect my roof. Anthony met with the insurance adjuster, and walked me through the entire process. Getting my roof taken care of as well as some siding… it was a walk in the park with this company.
