Ryan is by far one of the best people I’ve had to deal with for subcontractors. Being a contractor myself, I understand what it takes to get the job done and how to deal with people and Ryan was spot on with everything he did. After the hail storm hit, we had multiple groups approach us to replace our roof. We went with Kerrigan because of their hyper attention to detail and continued follow up to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Could not recommend them higher, especially Ryan who was fantastic to work with, but that is extended to their project managers and their crew. Super professional and paid close attention to the details.

Ryan from Kerrigan helped us navigate the long process of working with homeowner’s insurance after a hail claim until the end of the project. He was readily available for questions and advice. When we were finally approved and the work was scheduled, our roof work was done efficiently, cleanly, and done to a high standard. Our new roof looks great!

Kerrigan Roofing recently replaced my roof and skylights and did a wonderful job. Ryan Flora was the sales rep who went to work with my insurance company to get approval which was originally denied. He Went above and beyond to get the approval. If it wasn’t for Ryan, I wouldn’t have a new roof. In addition, the crew replacing the roof and skylights were professional and great craftsman.

I had storm damage that my insurance company didn't want to cover but Ryan worked very hard to get my project covered by insurance. Kerrigan did a great job replacing my roof and siding at my home.

Dylan came out to inspect my roof after the large hail storm we had in Buckeye lake. He inspected the top of my house which is a metal roof and the lower addition of my house which is shingles, both were not damaged or affected by the hail. It was a detailed inspection with pictures. I am happy to know the condition of my roof now and glad I know who to call for any future roof concerns.

I had a great guy come by today his name was Dylan Smith very polite he did an inspection on my roof for me. Which I've had several before but this company was very honest other people have told me that I needed a new roof but what they didn't know was I just had one a couple years ago but I was worried about any issues with my roof. Dylan took pictures apparently they had reused the fans that were on my roof so they were still in usable shape but they were Rusty and yucky where the company that had replaced it about what 3 years ago told me they replaced all those fans so not only was Dylan honest he checked out everything for me he was very professional and fabulous. This is definitely a company I would go with from my future needs they also do restoration services and I may need some help on my siding LOL maybe some gutters but it they're definitely worth checking out I would refer them to any of my friends which I have.

Worked with Kerrigan after hail came thru my area and from start to finish they did an honest and superb job working with my insurance and helping me figure out what was best for my home. After my home sustained damage from hail, Matt guided me through the insurance process and made everything simple and streamlined. Matt answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Kerrigan Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof (fall 2024) that was damaged by storms. Our Rep, Ryan Flora walked through the entire replacement process, maintained on point communications with us and exceptionally managed this larger project. Their crew removed 2 layers of old roof and installed the new roof in a single day with minimal impact to our landscaping. After the tornado in spring of 2024, working with Matt at Kerrigan Roofing for our roof replacement was great, easy communication, great workmanship, and the replacement costs were on par with our ins co appraisal. We opted to upgrade our GAF shingles from HDZ to the UHDZ and the extra out of pocket expense for the upgrade was affordable. Thanks to an unfortunate lightning strike in August, we are working with Matt again on vinyl siding replacement. And so far all has gone smoothly.

Our first great experience with Kerrigan in Dublin was just knowing that our insurance company recommended them after our house was damaged in a tornado. Getting a new roof was not on my radar, although I knew there had been hail damage in my neighborhood. I research companies and do not usually respond to people who knock on my door. But when Erik came by, I figured I could get an estimate and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. After I received the estimate and the suggestion that I might qualify through my insurance, I did my due diligence to research Kerrigan Roofing. Bottom line: beautiful new roof, great warranty, excellent service, pleasant workers who treated my property with respect AND outstanding work with my insurance company (which covered most of the cost.) Erik was so easy to work with and saw the project through to completion. The roof is fantastic and we had interior damage also that was not easy to fix (hard to find replacement broken window) but they were able to figure out a solution and get us back to pre tornado status. We also had a lot of porch furniture but they moved it back and forth and I found no stray nails from the roofing that was done all in one day. I highly recommend.

When our home was hit by a tornado this past March, I was overwhelmed and filled with dread on how I was going to get everything repaired. Missing roof shingles, missing siding, gutters and down spouts damaged, broken windows, blown out garage doors, and other damages around the property, you get the picture.

Enter Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration. From the first conversations, they reassured me, 'We got you!". Reviewing options and communicating next steps, Kerrigan was able to formulate a game plan. More importantly, they were present when insurance adjusters arrived, and took over most direct discussions with insurance on what was needed, and FOUGHT for getting the money required to do the repairs correctly and fully. No shortcuts, no fix half the home.

What we got......New roof, new entire house wrap, entire home re-sided, down spouts, new garage doors, windows replaced and other small items repaired (porch railings, outside light fixtures, etc.)

There are multiple homes in my neighborhood with tarps still covering the roof, siding and windows seven months later. I am glad we went with Kerrigan and would recommend them to anyone needing such repair. Special thanks to Aaron and Erik for all the hard work.

Ryan did a great job of assessing my roof and giving me an honest opinion about roof. He suggested to not file since roof was I good shape after hail storm. He even gave advice about a certain area that needed a repair of the wood which is a handyman's job. I truly appreciated his input about that spot on my roof. Nice to know that not all companies want to file a claim.

It’s not everyday someone stops to ask you if you need help, particularly if you’re an older person. But, that exactly what Matt Miller did for us after the hail storm Central Ohio had on 9/6/2024. My husband and I were cleaning up our property when Matt offered to help. He blew all the leaves off our roof and did a quick inspection. He told us our newer roof was in good shape! He could’ve tried to sell us a roof or said it needed repair but he didn’t. He’s friendly and honest. After going round & round with insurance Kerrigan continued to push them and got us a full roof replacement covered on our house. Ryan Flora was amazing to work with! They left our property as clean as they found it and did a beautiful job on the roof. I could not be more pleased with Kerrigan Roofing. I had a very small ridge cap shingle rip off and I’m too old to get up there and fix it. This job was so small I couldn’t find anyone to touch it. Finally I found Kerrigan. It’s was too small for them too, but Ryan would not let it drop. He found a way to get it fixed. He called and texted me weekly to keep me informed. They just fixed it. Honesty and transparency! I asked Kerrigan to come out give me a quote for a new roof and they let me know my roof has many good years left. On top of that, they caulked a couple spots where nails had come back through the roof as a courtesy! I will definitely call once I do need any roofing or gutters in the future.

We have been working with Matthew M. For our extensive home repairs. Due to a tornado, we needed to have our house re-sided and re-roofed. We recently had a leak during a bad storm, and water came through our second-floor ceiling. I called Kerrigan to see if they could come out and help diagnose the issue. I spoke to Tyler on the phone, and Christian was able to come out that same day.

I’m amending my review because the same issue happened again about 2 months after it was supposedly fixed.

I trust Kerrigan Roofing with all my roofing needs. Erik and the team showed they were experts in the roofing business by identifying repair items that my insurance couldn’t, ultimately getting me the repair and replacement that I truly needed. Having a contractor that knows what they’re doing and has the capability to perform was most important for me and the premium customer service was just icing on the cake!
