I manage rental properties for a living, and simply can't say enough good things about the experience we had with this company. Luis Morales came out and met me at the property the next day after requesting an estimate. He was thorough and asked the right questions to help me understand where water was coming into the basement, possible solutions, pros and cons of what I thought I wanted versus his recommendation, and educated me on exactly what the process looked like. Their quote came in over $1000 lower than the other quotes I received. Communication was on point during the entire job, and they were even able to move up the timeline when they had a gap become available in their schedule. After seeing the quality of the work that was performed, I will never use anyone else. These guys mean business.

CGS Waterproofing did a great job! They installed a French drain with back up system in my basement, this system was tested with the last 2 months of rain and storms we had in my area and it works without any issues. After the proposal and agreement, they showed up early, came ready to start, and did a clean fast professional Job. Not to mention how pleasant and friendly the staff were thorught the whole process. I was very impressed, and highly recommend contacting these guys!

Had a job done by CGS several months ago due to some water leaking into my basement. They did some grading on the outside and raised the foundation in the affected area of my home, and now it’s bone dry. We’ve got another job coming up soon (French drain/catch basin) and Christian has been our inspector for both jobs. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair on prices, and kind. Issues at my place started when we were replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and found a little mold between the subfloor and the carpet pad, I did some research around foundation and crawlspace and came across the Cgs Waterproofing and Foundations website. I called to ask some questions and they inspected it out the very next day. Inspector went down in the crawlspace to check things out and let us know that the humidity down there was above the recommended levels.
We talked about the options and decided to encapsulate it. I even went down there after the team was done and was amazed at the lighting, the dehumidifier and all the work the team had done. All in a single day! The humidity levels last week were in the 70's. Today it is 43%. I know it's colder and drier than it was last week, but believe me - it's already working. Can't wait to see the long term results.

Joel came out and provided an estimate without presenting one million PowerPoint presentations trying to upsell me on things I don’t need. He just gave it to me straight. We had Cgs Waterproofing and foundations repair a penetrated foundation crack. Gave a lifetime warranty on the repair. Job was completed in two days. Very professional grade of work. Used the best sealants, and procedure to waterproof this crack 100%. Started and left the job extremely neat and orderly.
