They gave us the quote with no pressure and let us take a few days to decide. The price never changed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tyler! a new roof is an expensive investment and from the first time we talked to him we said, "that's our guy". Highly recommend, very organized and clean process. My neighbor even sent me a text saying how impressed she was with their process.

I do not recommend them. Zach helped us file a claim with our insurance but since we didn’t get approved for a full new roof the communication stopped. He spoke to us a few times after about how he can argue to the insurance company that we need a total new roof. But now there is silence. I don’t even know what to do at this point since a claim has been filed. I guess search for a roofing company that can help us. Also how much can you trust a company that tells people they will get a free upgrade if you post a 5 star review.

Zack Hayse stopped by the house asking about the tarp I had on the house. He checked the roof out and determined that we had wind damage and shingles were leaking when it rained.
To be honest after putting the tarp on I didn't know what else to do.

I'm always cautious about people coming to my door offering to "check my roof" for damage or other services. I felt no different when Zach Hayse came knocking. Since others in my neighbordhood recently had a new roof put on their homes and he was offering an inspection, I gave him a try. I had nothing to lose.
Still being cautious, I did my due dilligence and Googled the Claim Group. They've been in business for a quite a while and Zach lives in my area. That coupled with the fact the took care of all every step of the process and answered all of my questions helped to alleviate any remaining concerns I had.
I came home to a beautiful new roof and no mess left behind. He and his team took care of the project from start to finish and I greatly appreciate not needing to worry about anything, other than choosing the roof color!

Tyler was wonderful. I needed a new roof. Tyler came by, inspected it, dealt with the insurance company, and organized everything. He may have had some help from others, but everything got done. The crew came out and got started at about 730. They were done by 1030. Quickest roof I have ever had replaced! They cleaned up, took a break, and was out by 1130.
If I had to have any complaint would be that I found about 20 nails in my yard and on my deck, but hey, I just had a roof torn off and replaced.
